Magnetic diphase nanostructures of ZnFe2O4/γ-Fe2O3 were synthesized by a solvothermal method. The formation reactions were optimized by tuning the initial molar ratios of Fe/Zn. All samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, infrared spectroscopy, and Raman spectra. It is found that when the initial molar ratio of Fe/Zn is larger than 2, a diphase magnetic nanostructure of ZnFe2O4/γ-Fe2O3 was formed, in which the presence of ZnFe2O4 enhanced the thermal stability of γ-Fe2O3. Further increasing the initial molar ratio of Fe/Zn larger than 6 destabilized the diphase nanostructure and yielded traces of secondary phase α-Fe2O3. The grain surfaces of diphase nanostructure exhibited a spin-glass-like structure. At room temperature, all diphase nanostructures are superparamagnetic with saturation magnetization being increased with γ-Fe2O3 content.  相似文献

This paper examines the structural changes with temperature and composition in the Sc2Si2O7-Y2Si2O7 system; members of this system are expected to form in the intergranular region of Si3N4 and SiC structural ceramics when sintered with the aid of Y2O3 and Sc2O3 mixtures. A set of different compositions have been synthesized using the sol-gel method to obtain a xerogel, which has been calcined at temperatures between 1300 and 1750 °C during different times. The temperature-composition diagram of the system, obtained from powder XRD data, is dominated by the β-RE2Si2O7 polymorph, with γ-RE2Si2O7 and δ-RE2Si2O7 showing very reduced stability fields. Isotherms at 1300 and 1600 °C have been analysed in detail to evaluate the solid solubility of the components. Although, the XRD data show a complete solid solubility of β-Sc2Si2O7 in β-Y2Si2O7 at 1300 °C, the 29Si MAS-NMR spectra indicate a local structural change at x ca. 1.15 (Sc2−xYxSi2O7) related to the configuration of the Si tetrahedron, which does not affect the long-range order of the β-RE2Si2O7 structure. Finally, it is interesting to note that, although Sc2Si2O7 shows a unique stable polymorph (β), Sc3+ is able to replace Y3+ in γ-Y2Si2O7 in the compositional range 1.86?x?2 (where x is Sc2−xYxSi2O7) as well as in δ-Y2Si2O7 for compositions much closer to the pure Y2Si2O7.  相似文献

A series of Au/Fe2O3/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by the homogeneous deposition-precipitation method. The catalytic activity of the catalyst samples for selective catalytic reduction of NO by propene under oxygen-rich atmosphere was evaluated. The results showed that 2%Au/10%Fe2O3/Al2O3 exhibited good low-temperature activity. The maximum of NO conversion reached 43% at 300 °C, while it was only 21% over the 2%Au/Al2O3 catalyst at the same temperature. The addition of 2% steam to the feed gas had little effect on the catalytic activity. X-ray diffraction results indicated that both Au and Fe2O3 particles were highly dispersed over Al2O3. H2-temperature-programmed reduction results indicated that there was strong interaction between Au and Fe2O3, which made the reduction of Fe2O3 easy. The synergistic effect between Au and Fe2O3 was probably responsible for the good catalytic performance of the Au/Fe2O3/Al2O3 catalyst at low temperature.  相似文献

The following complex oxynitride perovskites have been prepared: LaMg1/3Ta2/3O2N, LaMg1/2Ta1/2O5/2N1/2, and BaSc0.05Ta0.95O2.1N0.9. Synchrotron X-ray powder diffraction analyses show that LaMg1/3Ta2/3O2N and LaMg1/2Ta1/2O5/2N1/2 are isostructural to the oxide La2Mg(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O6 (space group P21/n), whereas BaSc0.05Ta0.95O2.1N0.9 has a simple cubic symmetry similarly to BaTaO2N. The orderings of octahedral cations are markedly diminished in the above oxynitrides, as compared with the related oxides such as La2Mg(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O6 and Ba2ScTaO6. The optical band gaps are similar for the homologous compositions, LaMg1/3Ta2/3O2N, LaMg1/2Ta1/2O5/2N1/2 and LaTaON2 (1.9 eV), and BaSc0.05Ta0.95O2.1N0.9 and BaTaO2N (1.8 eV), while the absorption edges become broader for the complex derivatives. As revealed from the impedance spectroscopic analysis, the oxynitrides have clearly different dielectric components from those of comparable oxides containing Ta5+. Impedance spectroscopy reveals interesting capacitor geometry in BaSc0.05Ta0.95O2.1N0.9 in which the semiconducting oxynitride grains are separated by insulating secondary phases. Most notably BaSc0.05Ta0.95O2.1N0.9 has a bulk component with a high relative permittivity (κ=7300) and the grain boundary component with an even higher κ.  相似文献

The forward and reverse rate coefficients for the reactions (1) O2H+ + H2 ? H3+ + O2 and (2) O2D+ + D2 ? D3+ + O2 have been determined in a SIFT at 80 and 300 K, from which values of the enthalpy and entropy changes in the reactions have been obtained. The data indicate that the proton affinity of H2 is greater than that of O2 by 0.33 ± 0.04 kcal mole?1; similary, the deuteron affinity of D2 is 0.35 ± 0.04 kcal mole?1 greater than that of O2. The measurements of entropy changes confirm that O2H+ has a triplet electronic ground state.  相似文献

Reaction pathways for steam reforming of 2-propanol (isopropyl alcohol, IPA) on Rh/Al2O3, Ru/Al2O3 and Pd/Al2O3 have been studied by temperature-programmed reactions (TPRs) of IPA and acetone in the presence of steam. The results of TPRs suggest that that of IPA on Rh/Al2O3 and Ru/Al2O3 proceeds via acetone, while the steam reforming of IPA on Pd/Al2O3 takes place via propene from acetone. The NaCdVO4-Cd3V2O8 and CdO-V2O5 sections of the ternary system Na2O-CdO-V2O5 have been studied and the crystal structures of Cd3V2O8 and Cd18V8O38 compounds were determined from single-crystal X-ray diffraction data. Cd3V2O8 crystallizes with the maricite-type structure in space group Pnma, a=9.8133(10) Å, b=6.9882(10) Å, c=5.3251(10) Å and Z=4, whereas Cd18V8O38 crystallizes in space group P1 with a new-type structure, a=8.5761(14), b=8.607(3), c=12.896(2) Å, α=95.64(1), β=102.45(1), γ=108.42(1)° and Z=1. The Cd3V2O8 structure is made up of Cd1O4 infinite chains of edge-sharing Cd1O6 octahedra which are parallel to the b direction. The Cd1O4 chains are linked together by VO4 tetrahedra and strongly distorted Cd2O4 tetrahedra. The structure of Cd18V8O38 is based on an ordered three-dimensional framework of cadmium and vanadium polyhedra that share corners. The distorted CdO6 octahedra, CdO5 trigonal bipyramids and CdO5 square pyramids share corners, edges or faces.  相似文献

The catalysts for the combustion of ethyl acetate were prepared using Fe, Co, Cu, Cr, and Mn metal oxide as active components supported on Al2O3-Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 mixed oxides and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), temperature programmed reduction (TPR), oxygen storage capacity measurement, BET surface area, XPS measurement, and activity test. According to the results of characterization, it was found that Cu/Al2O3-Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 (1:2, mass ratio) and Mn/Al2O3-Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 (1:2) catalysts presented excellent activity for the catalytic combustion of ethyl acetate, because of the more reducible species and high reducibility of the catalysts. For ethyl acetate oxidation, more than 99% conversion was achieved at 245 °C over catalysts Cu/Al2O3-Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 (1:2) and Mn/Al2O3-Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 (1:2, mass ratio), indicating that the catalysts had great potential for wide use.  相似文献

Summary CexTi1-xO2 and H3PW12O40/CexTi1-xO2 catalysts were prepared using a sol-gel method, and applied to the direct synthesis of dimethyl carbonate from methanol and carbon dioxide. H3PW12O40/CexTi1-xO2 showed a better catalytic performance than the corresponding CexTi1-xO2, due to the bifunctional catalysis of Br?nsted acid sites (provided by H3PW12O40) and base sites (provided by CexTi1-xO2). H3PW12O40/Ce0.1Ti0.9O2 showed the highest catalytic performance among the H3PW12O40/CexTi1-xO2 catalysts.  相似文献

以醋酸铜/硝酸铜和硼酸为原料,柠檬酸作发泡剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制得了高纯度的单晶结构硼酸铜(Cu3B2O6/CuB2O4). 利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、高分辨率透射电镜(HRTEM)、热重-差热分析(TGDTA)等对样品进行了表征,并考察了Cu3B2O6/CuB2O4在可见光(400 nm<λ<1100 nm)下对亚甲基蓝(MB)溶液的催化降解性能. 结果表明,两种结构的硼酸铜都具有良好的光催化性能. 当亚甲基蓝的初始浓度为50 mg·L-1,催化剂用量为1 g·L-1,光照6 h后,CuB2O4对亚甲基蓝的光催化降解率为63.36%,Cu3B2O6对亚甲基蓝的光催化降解率为99.52%. 紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)结果表明,Cu3B2O6的中间能态宽度为1.78 eV,小于CuB2O4的中间能态宽度(1.95 eV),且Cu3B2O6的禁带宽度较窄(Eg=2.34 eV),不仅可以发生价带顶与中间能态的电子跃迁,同时可以发生禁带间的电子跃迁,所以Cu3B2O6比CuB2O4具有更高的可见光催化性能.  相似文献

Preparation of new solid solutions containing divalent europium have been tried in the systems Eu2Nb2O7Sr2Nb2O7 and Eu2Ta2O7Sr2Ta2O7. These solid solutions described as Eu2xSr2(1?x)M2O7 (M = Nb and Ta) exist in a pure orthorhombic phase in a limited region of x from 0 to about 0.5. The compounds with compositions close to Eu2M2O7 exist but techniques have not been found to prepare them in pure form.  相似文献

A three-step route has been developed for the synthesis of a new oxygen-ordered double perovskite, BaYMn2O5.5 or Ba2Y2Mn4O11. (i) The A-site cation ordered perovskite, BaYMn2O5+δ, is first synthesized at δ≈0 by an oxygen-getter-controlled low-O2-pressure encapsulation technique utilizing FeO as the getter for excess oxygen. (ii) The as-synthesized, oxygen-deficient BaYMn2O5.0 phase is then readily oxygenated to the δ≈1 level by means of 1-atm-O2 annealing at low temperatures. (iii) By annealing this fully oxygenated BaYMn2O6.0 in flowing N2 gas at moderate temperatures the new intermediate oxygen content oxide, BaYMn2O5.5 or Ba2Y2Mn4O11, is finally obtained. From thermogravimetric observation it is seen that the final oxygen depletion from δ≈1.0 to 0.5 occurs in a single sharp step about 600°C, implying that the oxygen stoichiometry of BaYMn2O5+δ is not continuously tunable within 0.5<δ<1.0. For BaYMn2O5.5 synchrotron X-ray diffraction analysis reveals an orthorhombic crystal lattice and a long-range ordering of the excess oxygen atoms in the YO0.5 layer. The magnetic behavior of BaYMn2O5.5 (with a ferromagnetic transition at ∼133 K) is found different from those previously reported for the known phases, BaYMn2O5.0 and BaYMn2O6.0.  相似文献

The ternary system Li2O-Al2O3-B2O3 is reinvestigated with solid-state reaction and X-ray powder diffraction technique to clarify some long-standing uncertainties. The phase relations are constructed based on the phase identifications of 51 ternary samples. Six ternary compounds, Li2AlB5O10, LiAlB2O5, Li3AlB2O6, Li2AlBO4, LiAl7B4O17 and a compound with a composition close to 0.66Li2O·0.06Al2O3·0.28B2O3, are observed or confirmed in this system, and the thermal stability of these ternary compounds is also discussed on the basis of DTA experimental results.  相似文献

We described herein a facile solution-phase route to three nanocrystals of antimony oxychlorides and oxides (Sb4O5Cl2, Sb8O11Cl2, and Sb2O3), whose morphologies and phases were varied with the pH value of a reaction mixture or composition of a mixed solvent. In particular, the solvent composition controlled the selective preparation of cubic Sb2O3 (senarmontite) and orthorhombic Sb2O3 (valentinite). Both cubic and orthorhombic Sb2O3 samples exhibited strong emission properties.  相似文献

Four definite compounds exist in the Sm2O3Ga2O3 binary phase diagram, namely: Sm3GaO6, Sm4Ga2O9, SmGaO3, and Sm3Ga5O12. The 31 compound is orthorhombic (space group Pnna - Z.4) with the cell parameters: a = 11.400Å, b = 5.515Å, c = 9.07Å and belongs to the oxysel family. Sm3GaO6 and SmGaO3 melt incongruently at 1715 and 1565°C; Sm4Ga2O9 and Sm3Ga5O12 have a congruent melting point at 1710 and 1655°C. With regard to the Gd2O3Ga2O3 system three definite compounds have been identified: Gd3GaO6, Gd4Ga2O9, and Gd3Ga5O12. Only the garnet melts congruently at 1740°C with the following composition: Gd3.12Ga4.88O12. Gd3GaO6, and Gd4Ga2O9 melt incongruently at 1760 and 1700°C. GdGaO3 is only obtained by melt overheating which may yield an equilibrium or a metastable phase diagram.  相似文献

The photochemical reactions in the systems O2-F2-AsF5, OF2-AsF5 and O2-OF2-AsF5, yielding O2AsF6 as the reaction product were investigated. The influence of the mole ratio of the reactants upon the rate of formation of O2AsF6 was studied and a reaction mechanism is suggested which is based on the formation of O2F· radicals. Regarding the preparation of O2AsF6, the best results were obtained using the system O2-F2-AsF5 with the mole ratio 1:1-1.5:1.  相似文献

Phase transitions in MgAl2O4 were examined at 21-27 GPa and 1400-2500 °C using a multianvil apparatus. A mixture of MgO and Al2O3 corundum that are high-pressure dissociation products of MgAl2O4 spinel combines into calcium-ferrite type MgAl2O4 at 26-27 GPa and 1400-2000 °C. At temperature above 2000 °C at pressure below 25.5 GPa, a mixture of Al2O3 corundum and a new phase with Mg2Al2O5 composition is stable. The transition boundary between the two fields has a strongly negative pressure-temperature slope. Structure analysis and Rietveld refinement on the basis of the powder X-ray diffraction profile of the Mg2Al2O5 phase indicated that the phase represented a new structure type with orthorhombic symmetry (Pbam), and the lattice parameters were determined as a=9.3710(6) Å, b=12.1952(6) Å, c=2.7916(2) Å, V=319.03(3) Å3, Z=4. The structure consists of edge-sharing and corner-sharing (Mg, Al)O6 octahedra, and contains chains of edge-sharing octahedra running along the c-axis. A part of Mg atoms are accommodated in six-coordinated trigonal prism sites in tunnels surrounded by the chains of edge-sharing (Mg, Al)O6 octahedra. The structure is related with that of ludwigite (Mg, Fe2+)2(Fe3+, Al)(BO3)O2. The molar volume of the Mg2Al2O5 phase is smaller by 0.18% than sum of molar volumes of 2MgO and Al2O3 corundum. High-pressure dissociation to the mixture of corundum-type phase and the phase with ludwigite-related structure has been found only in MgAl2O4 among various A2+B3+2O4 compounds.  相似文献

The gaseous penetration of La-Ce into PbTiO3 ceramics is reported. The compounds of La2Ti6O15 and CeTi21O38 are formed and the new La2Ti6O15-CeTi21O38-PbTiO3 ceramics are prepared by the penetration of La and Ce in the gaseous state. The new ceramic materials have a significant change in electric properties. The room temperature resistivity decreases from 2.0×1010 to 0.248 Ω. m, and the grain resistance exhibits an obvious PTCR effect with the change of temperature. However, the grain boundary resistance decreases rapidly with increase in temperature. The change rule of the total resistance is similar to that of the grain boundary, and the PTCR effect disappears and the tendency of transition to a conductive body is manifest. The XPS analysis suggests that the particles that are Pb, Ti, La and Ce in La2Ti6O15-CeTi21O38-PbTiO3 ceramics all change their valence and lead to decreasing resistivity, and the bound energy peak values of elements in La2Ti6O15-CeTi21O38-PbTiO3 ceramics are also reported. The La2Ti6O15-CeTi21O38-PbTiO3 ceramics have a better thermal stability in high temperatures through TG-DTA analysis.  相似文献
