1 INTRODUCTION Indene is an intermediate used for the synthesis of organometallic complexes involving silylene-bridged indenyl[1~5]. In the process of synthesizing (CH3)(C6H5)Si(Ind)2[6], a new compound as a by-product which is a dimer of indene was obtained, and only one similar crystal was found in CCDC[7]. A 3 D-QSAR about nAChRs agonists epibatidine analogues was performed using theCoMFA and CoMSIA. The correlation coefficients were R2cv = 0.546, R2cv = 0.907 in CoMFA andR2cv = 0.655, R2,~ = 0.962 in CoMSIA of the final model. The prediction using the final models tothe test set was r2 = 0.675 in CoMFA and r2 = 0.462 in CoMSIA. This model will be useful in thedesign of novel compounds with high affinity.  相似文献

The sensitivity and selectivity to H2 of a new In203-based gas sensor were improved significantly by surface chemical modification. A dense layer of SiO2 near the surface of the porous In2O3 bead was formed by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) of diethoxydimethysilane (DEMS). The dense layer functioned as a molecular sieve, thereby the diffusion of gases with large molecular diameters, except for 1-12, was effectively controlled, resulting in a prominent selectivity and high sensitivity for H2. The effect of fluorination on the aggregate structure of a novel fluorinated perylene diimide, N, N‘-diperfluorophenyl-3, 4, 9, 10-perylenetetracarboxylic diimide 1, was investigated by UV-Vis absorptions and the conformation simulations from AM1 semi-empirical quantum mechanics modeling. A novel complex Cu(PPh3)2(acac) 1 (PPh3 = triphenylphosphine, acac = acetylacetone) was obtained by a solution reaction and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 13.7361(8), b = 12.8204(7), c = 19.7638(13) , β = 95.946(2)°, C41H37CuO2P2, Mr = 687.19, V = 3461.7(4) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.319 g/cm3, S = 1.067, μ(MoKα) = 0.758 mm–1, F(000) = 1432, R = 0.0403 and wR = 0.0990. Complex 1 is characterized by an isolated structure. X-ray structure analysis of 1 shows that acac behaves as a chelating ligand and PPh3 coordinates as a monodentate ligand to the Cu(I) atoms. Photoluminescent investigation reveals that the title complex displays a strong green-light emission.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the compound [EDA][Ni(dmit)2]3 (EDA=2-diethylamino-1,3-dithioanylium; dmit=1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-dithiolate)C25H14NNi3S32, has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction at 300K. The crystal is triclinic with space group P, a=11.252, b=12.192(2), c=20.055(6) , α=108.127(2), β=106.287(8), γ=90.005(9)°; V=2498.3(3) 3, Z=2, Mr=1530.38, Dc=2.03(2) g/cm3. Final R and Rw values were 0.0603 and 0.0704, respectively. The structure consists of thick layers of stacked Ni(dmit)2 entities separated by EDA cations. This salt shows semiconducting behaviour with room temperature conductivity of 0.2 Scm-1 and activation energy of 0.11 eV.  相似文献

In order to continue our studies on the synthesis, properties and coordination of s-tetrazine, 3,6-di-(pyridin-3-yl)-s-tetrazine (II, 3-dptz) was synthesized and characterized by 1H- NMR, MS and IR spectra. And the coordination reaction of 3-dptz with nitrate of Cu(II) was studied. 3-dptz reacting with CuII salt [Cu(NO3)2·2H2O] generates a new salt, nitrate of 2,5-di-(pyridin-3- yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazolene (III). III was determined by IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction to give the following crystal data: space group P21/c, a = 4.9112(1), b = 8.4101(3), c = 29.499(1) , β = 93.266(2)o, V = 1216.44(7) nm3, Mr = 287.24, Z = 4, Dc = 1.568 g/cm3,μ= 0.122 mm-1, F(000) = 592, R = 0.0430 and wR = 0.1240. The results show that III is composed of one cation and one nitrate anion. The cation consists of one H+ and one 2,5-di-(pyridin-3-yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol molecule, with the former being attached to the latter via electrovalent bond with N3 atom. And the O(42) atom in the nitrate anion is disordered. Intra- and intermolecular H-bonds are observed in the crystal of the title compound. The mechanism of metal-assisted decomposition was also discussed briefly.  相似文献
