Two models have been established using the basic definitions of super-resolution characteristic parameters for normalized spot size GA and Strehl ratio SA, of a three-zone axial super-resolution pupil filter with fabrication errors, to quantitatively analyze the effect of these fabrication errors on the axial super-resolution property. These new models established to describe the analytic relationship of GAe and SAe of a pupil filter with its fabrication errors and its transmission function A(ρ), phase function φ(ρ) and structural parameters, directly relate the super-resolution parameters of a three-zone axial super-resolution pupil filter to its fabrication errors to make the quantitative analyses of the effect of fabrication errors easier, thereby providing a theoretical basis for the analysis, design and fabrication of a three-zone axial super-resolution pupil filter. The models established for GAe and SAe have been used to analyze the effect of the fabrication errors of a pupil filter on its super-resolution property, with a three-zone phase-only pupil filters as example.  相似文献

In order to achieve a higher lateral resolution required for ultraprecision measurement of microstructural workpieces, phase-only pupil filtering differential confocal microscopy (PFDCM), a new approach is proposed based on the differential confocal microscopy (DCM), which uses a three-zone phase-only pupil filter with lateral super-resolution capability obtained through optimized design to change the distribution of DCM three-dimensional point spread function, so that the DCM lateral resolution is therefore significantly improved while its axial resolution is slightly improved. Preliminary experimental comparison and analyses indicate that, the lateral and axial resolutions of PFDCM are better than 0.2 μm and 2 nm, respectively, when wavelength of incidence laser beam , numerical aperture of measuring lens NA=0.85, and lateral spot size with a three-zone phase-only pupil filter GT=0.65. It is therefore concluded that PFDCM is a new approach to further improvement of lateral resolution in laser probe measurement systems.  相似文献

分析了共焦显微系统(CMS)离焦状态工作时分辨特性的变化,指出了离焦状态是导致CMS横向分辨特性变差的主要影响因素之一。提出并采用了位相型超分辨光瞳滤波技术来改善CMS工作在离焦状态下的横向分辨特性,分析了超分辨光瞳滤波器位置变化对CMS横向分辨特性的影响。理论分析和实验验证表明,位相型超分辨光瞳滤波技术的引入,显著抑制了CMS工作在离焦状态时艾里斑旁瓣的增长,克服了CMS因工作在离焦状态而引起的横向分辨特性下降的缺点。  相似文献

采用Kalman滤波方法进行钟差参数计算和预报时, 需确定Kalman滤波噪声协方差矩阵. 针对这一问题, 提出了一种新的卫星钟差Kalman滤波噪声协方差估计方法, 通过建立新息的相关函数序列与未知的噪声参数间的线性函数模型, 采用最小二乘法进行噪声参数估计. 采用精密钟差数据进行钟差参数估计和预报分析, 结果表明, 该方法具有较好的收敛性, 并与顾及随机噪声模型的开窗分类因子自适应抗差估计方法进行对比分析, 验证了新方法的正确性和有效性.  相似文献

惯性约束聚变频率转换系统中,大口径薄型KDP晶体的面形质量是影响频率转换效率能否达到设计要求的关键因素之一。针对45放置状态下口径为400 mm400 mm的三倍频KDP晶体,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了不同夹持方式和具有不同加工误差的KDP晶体模型和夹具模型,分析了加工误差对不同夹持方式下KDP晶体附加面形的影响,给出了不同加工误差和不同夹持情况下,KDP晶体附加面形的P-V值和RMS值。研究结果表明,夹持方式和加工误差是引起KDP晶体附加面形变化的重要因素,正面压条夹持方式即使在晶体和夹具存在加工误差时也可以较好地控制晶体的附加面形。  相似文献

对Bragg光纤中包层制造误差对导模特性的影响进行了深入的分析和研究,给出了一般N层波导中模式场标量波动方程求解的传输矩阵方法,并将其应用在Bragg光纤模式场的分析当中。分别研究了Bragg包层存在折射率误差和厚度误差时对光纤基模模式场的有效折射率、模场半径和芯区功率占比的影响,并利用统计的方法分析了不同制作误差时导模特性的相对变化。折射率误差在1‰的水平时,基模有效折射率、模场半径和芯区功率占比的方差水平为1.55×10~(-4)、1.04×10~(-1)和1.79×10~(-2);厚度误差在2%的水平时模式场参量的方差水平分别为3.61×10~(-5)、1.84×10~(-2)和2.35×10~(-3)。  相似文献

本文主要介绍对X射线组合折射透镜的制作工艺误差对其聚焦性能影响的研究结果. 首先给出采用深度X射线光刻技术制作的PMMA材料圆柱面型X组合折射透镜的工艺测试结果,得出制作工艺误差值,定性分析制作工艺误差对X射线组合折射透镜聚焦性能的影响. 然后根据实际的制作工艺误差建模,给出详尽的理论分析和定量的理论模拟结果. 最后在北京同步辐射装置(BSRF)上,构建基于PMMA材料的圆柱面型X射线组合折射透镜的微束聚焦实验系统,实际测试了有明显工艺误差和尽量消除工艺误差的两种X射线组合折射透镜的聚焦性能,给出实测结果 关键词: X射线组合折射透镜 制作工艺误差 X射线聚焦性能 同步辐射  相似文献

We investigate the microstructures of the pure aluminium foil and filter used on the space solar telescope, irradiated by photons with different doses. The vacancy defect clusters induced by proton irradiation in both samples are characterized by transmission electron microscopy, and the density and the size distribution of vacancy defect clusters are determined. Their transmittances are measured before and after irradiating the samples by protons with energy E=100~keV and dose φ =6× 1011/mm2. Our experimental results show that the density and the size of vacancy defect clusters increase with the increase of irradiation doses in the irradiated pure aluminium foils. As irradiation dose increases, vacancies incline to form larger defect clusters. In the irradiated filter, a large number of banded void defects are observed at the agglomerate boundary, which results in the degradation of the optical and mechanical performances of the filter after proton irradiation.  相似文献

The impact of fabrication errors on a planar waveguide demultiplexer is analyzed based on an analytical method. The explicit expression of the transfer function taking into account phase and amplitude errors is presented in order to analyze the loss and crosstalk of the demultiplexer caused by fabrication errors. A basic requirement for the demultiplexer with a certain crosstalk criterion can be easily obtained. Using an etched diffraction grating demultiplexer as an example, it is shown that the analytical results have a good agreement with results from a numerical method.  相似文献

We have performed single dot photoluminescence and time-resolved ensemble photoluminescence measurements on InAs quantum dots embedded in a lateral in-plane p–i–n or n–i–n device, respectively, which makes the application of lateral electric fields, i.e. field direction perpendicular to the growth direction, feasible. Time-resolved measurements show an increase in the radiative lifetime of up to 30% with increasing field. We attribute this to the reduced overlap between the electron and hole wave functions. Single dot spectroscopy revealed a small red-shift of the emission energies of maximum 0.5 meV. This shift can be explained by the quantum confined Stark effect taking into account that the red-shift due to the band-tilting is partly compensated by a decrease in exciton binding energy.  相似文献

在光纤F-P可调谐滤波器进行滤波调谐的过程中经常会出现光纤端面偏移的问题,从而导致其滤波性能下降。通过ZEMAX光学仿真软件对其光纤F-P腔部分进行仿真,模拟两光纤端面发生径向偏移和产生倾角时的情况,通过对仿真结果分析得出当发生径向偏移时将会导致光纤F-P可调谐滤波器的峰值透过率减小,插入损耗增加;在产生倾角时将会导致光纤F-P可调谐滤波器的3dB带宽增加以及阻带抑制能力减弱,而当倾角大于0.005°时其滤波性能将会发生明显衰减。  相似文献

利用模式匹配法建立了分析波纹参数具有随机误差的矩形槽同轴布拉格结构反射特性的理论模型,并以一个以基模(TEM)工作于220 GHz附近的矩形槽同轴布拉格结构为例,研究了矩形凹槽的深度、宽度、周期长度以及位置的随机误差对其反射率频率响应的影响。数值模拟结果表明:在给定的误差范围条件下,凹槽宽度与位置的随机误差对该结构的反射性能影响较小,而凹槽深度与周期长度的随机误差是影响结构反射特性的主要因素,因此在结构的加工制备过程中应视器件性能要求严格控制两者的制造公差。  相似文献

The inverse filter is a serial cascade of filter elements with a transfer function that cancels the effect of the poles of the vocal tract transfer function on the acoustic waveform to reveal the underlying glottal volume velocity waveform. Inaccuracies in the glottal wave reconstruction derived from an all-zero inverse filter can be attributed to deviations of the vocal tract transfer function from an all-pole model. Presented is an analysis of the error stemming from the effect of the yielding vocal tract sidewalls on the vocal tract transfer function. Predictions about the resulting artifacts in the estimated glottal volume velocity are derived from an acoustic model. These predictions are confirmed by applying a linear predictive coding (LPC) inverse filter analysis method to vowels synthesized using a transmission line model of the vocal tract containing yielding sidewall parameters as well as natural productions of nonnasalized vowels.  相似文献

A notch filter using a different grating scheme is investigated theoretically. The grating is the thermo-optic index change induced by individually controllable heaters that are periodically arranged on the filter surface. If the index change pattern induced by the heaters is in the form of sampling a periodic index change, the transmission spectrum of the filter has the same resonance band as that generated by the periodic index change. Simulation results show that the attenuation, bandwidth, and center wavelength of a resonance band are independently adjustable. In addition, it is shown that the transmission spectrum may be tailored to arbitrary predictable shapes. Finally, the realization of the filter is discussed.  相似文献

The line width of a tunable optical filter based on free-space optics was analyzed. The relationship between the line width and the Gaussian beam waist was theoretically derived and experimentally verified.
