 采用Mafia程序设计X波段失谐加速结构,同时利用Largrange插值的方法计算了加速结构的尺寸,得到了加速结构的特性参数和尾场特性。结果表明,失谐加速结构的品质因子(7 926.0~8 012.2)和分路阻抗(89.7~125.1MΩ/m)比较高,与等阻抗加速结构相比,可以使尾场明显下降,从而降低束流崩溃发生的可能性。  相似文献

By using a new technique developed recently exact closed equations of motion for expectation values for spontaneous emission from two two-level atoms in a detuned damped cavity are derived. These equations are solved numerically for different values of the cavity damping and detuning. It is pointed out that the spontaneous emission is inhibited if the cavity is detuned. Moreover, by comparing the result of the single-atom case with that of the two-atom case it is shown that the collective effects can be suppressed by changing the cavity damping and detuning.  相似文献

The experimental study of excitation of wake-field waves in plasma by a sequence of electron bunches of a microtron beam has been carried out. Results of measurement of the spectrum of electrons after their passage through plasma confirm the effect of adding of waves from a sequence of about 100 bunches which leads to the increase in the amplitude from 1 V/cm up to 100 V/cm.  相似文献

The important role of high-energy intramolecular vibrational modes for excitation energy transfer in the detuned photosynthetic systems is studied. Based on a basic dimer model which consists of two two-level systems(pigments)coupled to high-energy vibrational modes, we find that the high-energy intramolecular vibrational modes can enhance the energy transfer with new coherent transfer channels being opened when the phonon energy matches the detuning between the two pigments. As a result, the energy can be effectively transferred into the acceptor. The effective Hamiltonian is obtained to reveal the strong coherent energy exchange among the donor, the acceptor, and the high-energy intramolecular.A semi-classical explanation of the phonon-assisted mechanism is also shown.  相似文献

We report the testing of a high gradient electron accelerator with a photonic-band-gap (PBG) structure. The photonic-band-gap structure confines a fundamental TM(01)-like accelerating mode, but does not support higher-order modes (HOM). The absence of HOM is a major advantage of the PBG accelerator, since it suppresses dangerous beam instabilities caused by wakefields. The PBG structure was designed as a triangular lattice of metal rods with a missing central rod forming a defect confining the TM(01)-like mode and allowing the electron beam to propagate along the axis. The design frequency of the six-cell structure was 17.14 GHz. The PBG structure was excited by 2 MW, 100 ns pulses. A 16.5 MeV electron beam was transmitted through the PBG accelerator. The observed electron beam energy gain of 1.4 MeV corresponds to an accelerating gradient of 35 MV/m, in excellent agreement with theory.  相似文献

The connectivity and tunability of superconducting quantum devices provide a rich platform to build quantum simulators and study novel many-body physics. Here we study quantum phase transition in a detuned multi-connected Jaynes-Cummings lattice, which can be constructed with superconducting circuits. This model is composed of alternatively connected qubits and cavity modes.Using a numerical method, we show that by varying the detuning between the qubits and the cavities, a phase transition from the superfluid phase to the Mott insulator phase occurs at commensurate fillings in a one-dimensional array. We study the phase transition in lattices with symmetric and asymmetric couplings, respectively.  相似文献

用粒子模拟方法,研究激光脉冲的横向宽度有限时对产生激光尾波场和电子加热的影响. 在 纵向和横向有质动力的作用下,电子密度的空间分布形成“马蹄型”的低密度区,这些低密 度区好像运动的透镜,使长脉冲激光自聚焦,而且随着激光的传播,“马蹄型”的曲率越来 越大,直到产生横向波破. 横向波破一方面使得波破时静电场极值远小于波破极限,另一方 面将更多的电子推入加速相位,静电场“俘获”的电子数目大大增加,但最大电子动能明显 减小. 关键词: 尾波场 有质动力 电子俘获 横向波破  相似文献

A new compact accelerating structure named Hybrid RFQ is proposed to accelerate a high-intensity low-energy heavy ion beam in HISCL (High Intensive heavy ion SuperConducting Linear accelerator), which is an injector of HIAF (Heavy Ion Advanced Research Facility). It is combined by an alternative series of acceleration gaps and RFQ sections. The proposed structure has a high accelerating ability compared with a conventional RFQ and is more compact than traditional DTLs. A Hybrid RFQ is designed to accelerate 238U34+ from 0.38 MeV/u to 1.33 MeV/u. The operation frequency is described to be 81.25 MHz at CW (continuous wave) mode. The design beam current is 1.0 mA. The results of beam dynamics and RF simulation of the Hybrid RFQ show that the structure has a good performance at the energy range for ion acceleration. The emittance growth is less than 5% in both directions and the RF power is less than 150 kW. In this paper, the results of beam dynamics and RF simulation of the Hybrid RFQ are presented.  相似文献
