从短足软珊瑚Cladiella sp.中,分离得到3个甾类化合物:孕甾-5,20-二烯-3β-醇-3-O-α-L-吡喃岩藻糖苷(1)、孕甾-5,20-二烯-3β-醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(2)和(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(3),其中1和2为新化合物.孕甾醇苷具有抗早孕和抑制肿瘤细胞生长活性.  相似文献

考察了溶剂和催化剂Q3[PO4(WO3)4]中季铵盐阳离子对环已烯环氧化反应的影响,在环已烯环氧化反应中,以氯仿和叔丁醇为溶剂时,环氧化反应的结果最好,当催化剂中季铵盐阳离子的碳数适合时,才能形成反应控制相转移催化过程,催化剂本身不溶于反应体系,但在过氧化氢的作用下形成可溶于反应体系的活性物种,均相地催化环氧化反应,当过氧化氢消耗尽时,催化剂又恢复到起始结构并从反应体系中析出。  相似文献

A new bicyclo[9.3.0]tetradecane diterpenoid (dolabellane) lactone named clavulactone (I) was isolated from soft coral qunzhuchong (Clavularia sp.). Its partial structure was determine by spectral anal. and hydrogenation reaction. X-ray anal. established the complete mol. structure of I and the relative configuration. 对中国南海的软珊瑚Scleronephthya sp.的化学成分进行研究,从有免疫调节活性的乙醚可溶物中分离鉴定了13个化合物,经1H NMR,13C NMR,HMQC,HMBC,1H-1H COSY和MS等光谱分析并结合文献数据,确证其结构分别为:3β-羟基-20-烯孕甾烷乙酸酯(1),3β-羟基-5,20-二烯孕甾烷乙酸酯(2),3-酮-20-烯孕甾烷(3),1,2-环氧-3-酮-20-烯孕甾烷(4),1,20-二烯-3-酮孕甾烷(5),1-烯-3-酮-20S-甲基-21-羟基孕甾烷乙酸酯(6),1-烯-3-酮-20β-羟基孕甾烷乙酸酯(7),1-烯-3,22-二酮胆甾烷(8),1,24-二烯-3-酮-22,23-二羟基胆甾烷(9),O-methylisogrifolin(10),(1R,3S,4S,7E,11E)-3α,4α-环氧-7,11,15-三烯西松烷(11),玉米黄素12和6-溴-3-羧酸吲哚(13),其中化合物4,6和10是首次从自然界分离得到.首次对化合物6,7和10的波谱数据进行了报道,而且利用2D NMR对其进行了全归属.对化合物1~7可能的生源关系也进行了探讨.化合物6和7对人宫颈癌细胞(HELA)有抑制活性,IC50分别为3.3和6.3 mol/L;化合物7对肝癌细胞(BE7402)和人白血病细胞(HL-60)也显示抑制活性,IC50分别为3.1和0.26mol/L;化合物11对COX-2显示强烈的抑制活性,IC50为0.455 mol/L.  相似文献

从中国南海的一种石珊瑚一佳丽鹿角珊瑚(Acroporapuchro)的乙酸乙酯可溶部分获得两个有机化合物:正十六碳酸(Ⅰ)和(24S)-24-甲基胆甾醇(Ⅱ)。它们的结构是通过EIMS、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR和DEPT等实验分析确定的。其中纯的(24S)-24-甲基胆甾醇是首次从自然界大量获得。本文首次提供化合物(Ⅱ)的完整波谱数据。  相似文献

Chemical examination of the soft coral Sarcophyton infundibuliforme collected from the South China Sea resulted in the isolation of the three new O‐glycosylglycerol derivatives sarcoglycosides A–C ( 1 – 3 ), together with two known compounds, chimyl alcohol ( 4 ) and hexadecanol ( 5 ). Their structures were elucidated by combined spectral and chemical methods. All the compounds showed moderate toxicity to brine shrimps Artemia salina.  相似文献

Two new xanthones, 8-(methoxycarbonyl)-1-hydroxy-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-3-carboxylic acid (1) and dimethyl 8-methoxy-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-1,6-dicarboxylate (2) and one known xanthone methyl 8-hydroxy-6-methyl-9-oxo-9H-xanthene-1-carboxylate (3) were isolated from the culture broth of the mangrove fungus Penicillium sp. (ZZF 32#) collected from the South China Sea. Their structures were established by comprehensive analysis of one-dimensional (1D) and two-dimensional (2D) NMR data. The structure of compound 3 was confirmed by X-ray crystallography, which led to the suggestion that janthinone (4) might have the same structure as 3. Compounds 1-3 were inactive against KB or KBv200 cells during cytotoxicity evaluations.  相似文献

Two unusual novel bicyclic lactones, suberosanones A and B ( 1 and 2 , resp.), characterized by the co‐occurrence of cyclopentenone and butanolide rings within the same molecule, along with one tricyclic cyclopentenone derivative, suberosanone C ( 3 ), were isolated from the South China Sea gorgonian coral Subergorgia suberosa. Their structures were unambiguously established by detailed spectroscopic analyses (NMR, IR, and HR‐MS). The absolute configurations of 1 and 2 were determined by quantum‐chemical calculations using the time‐dependent density‐functional theory (TDDFT) method. All compounds showed neither antifouling activity against Balanus amphitrite larvae settlement nor antibacterial activity against a panel of bacterial strains at concentrations up to 25 μg/ml.  相似文献

A new polyhydroxysterol, (22E)-24-methylenecholestane-22-ene-3β,5α,6β-triol (1), together with four known analogues (25) were isolated from the South China Sea soft coral Sinularia sp. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses and comparison with previously reported data. All these compounds exhibited cytotoxic effect against both HepG2 and HeLa cell lines with IC50 values ranging from 8.36 to 37.30 μM. Preliminary structure–activity relationship study identified that the presence of double bonds in the side chains of these polyhydroxysterols significantly reduced the biological effect obtained.  相似文献
