在简要分析和对比各种检测导轨直线度方法的基础上,提出利用激光跟踪仪测量超长导轨直线度的方法,对该方法的基本原理和实现步骤进行了分析和研究。结合工程实例,对一数控机床的20 m超长导轨进行了直线度测量,得到其2个方向上的直线度分别为27 m和25 m。该方法拓宽了激光跟踪仪的现有功能,能精确快速地完成对超长导轨直线度的检测,并可以实现对超长导轨2个方向直线度的分离,测量导轨的长度可达到70 m,检测精度为0.4 m/m。 相似文献

光斑质量直接影响激光位移传感器测量的精度。为了提高激光位移传感器传感探头光学系统的成像质量,设计了传感探头四片式微小型光学系统。本文在理想成像基础上,分析光束在光学系统中能量传递的变化规律,对比光电探测器的感光能力,利用光学设计软件(ZEMAX)实现了激光位移传感器传感探头微小型光学系统的设计。通过理论计算分析,严格控制传感探头孔径光阑的大小,对光学系统进行优化处理,成像最大弥散斑半径低于3. 3μm,空间分辨率120lp/mm以下的传递函数MTF(Modulation Transfer Function)值大于0. 5,光线扇形图的最大像差小于5μm,畸变量低于0. 1859%。该光学系统具有良好的成像效果,可以满足激光位移传感器探测系统对成像系统成像光斑质量的要求,以保证传感器的测量精确度优于5μm。 相似文献

System calibration, which usually involves complicated and time-consuming procedures, is crucial for any three-dimensional (3D) shape measurement system based on vision. A novel improved method is proposed for accurate calibration of such a measurement system. The system accuracy is improved with considering the nonlinear measurement error created by the difference between the system model and real measurement environment. We use Levenberg-Marquardt optimization algorithm to compensate the error and get a good result. The improved method has a 50% improvement of re-projection accuracy compared with our previous method. The measurement accuracy is maintained well within 1.5% of the overall measurement depth range. 相似文献

在惯性约束聚变研究中, 时标激光是对物理诊断数据进行分析的重要时间标尺, 而任意反射面速度干涉仪(VISAR)光源则是冲击波精密诊断必不可少的探针光源. 通过对物理需求的分析, 提出对时标激光与VISAR光源共用脉冲产生单元, 采用时分复用技术实现二者在同一台幅度调制器上的精密整形, 经1×2分束后再通过声光开关进行选择输出, 从而降低了系统造价, 便于集中控制. 采用了脉冲稳偏、高稳定空间放大、高精度温控谐波转换技术及可快速插拔精密复位的光纤耦合和传能技术, 实现了时标和VISAR光源脉冲的高稳定输出. 研制的时标激光系统可产生与主激光高精度同步的12路二倍频、4路三倍频时标信号, 为神光-III激光装置物理实验提供了重要的时间基准. 产生的VISAR光源脉冲在经过光纤系统和Nd: YAG棒状放大器后, 通过温控LBO晶体倍频, 然后经1 mm芯径的多模传能光纤传输至成像型VISAR系统, 为物理实验提供了单纵模、高亮度、可精密整形的脉冲激光. 系统已用于VISAR诊断物理实验, 获得了完整的冲击加载、减速的图像, 从而为冲击波调速及相关高压物理实验提供了可靠的技术手段. 相似文献

线结构光视觉测量系统是激光扫描测头的重要组成部分,为了提高激光扫描测头的测量精度及可靠性,提出一种线结构光视觉系统结构参数优化设计方法。分析了影响该测量系统整体测量精度的因素以及该测量系统的结构误差模型,并建立了应用于激光扫描测头的结构约束条件,通过该约束条件建立了结构参数优化仿真系统,进而得到仿真优化后的结构参数,即最优结构参数,并设计实测实验验证其合理性。测得优化后的线结构光视觉系统测量空间点间距相对误差为0.019 8 mm,本文结果表明优化方法的有效性,并具有较好的精度。 相似文献

A Large Ion Collider Experiment (ALICE) is the only experiment at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) dedicated to the study of
heavy ion collisions. The Time Projection Chamber (TPC) is the main tracking detector covering the pseudo rapidity range |η|
< 0.9. It is designed for a maximum multiplicity dN/dy = 8000. The aim of the laser system is to simulate ionizing tracks at predifined positions throughout the drift volume in
order to monitor the TPC response to a known source. In particular, the alignment of the read-out chambers will be performed,
and variations of the drift velocity due to drift field imperfections can be measured and used as calibration data in the
physics data analysis. In this paper we present the design of the pulsed UV laser and optical system, together with the control
and monitoring systems.

An analysis of the resonator sensitivity to mirror misalignment in solid-state lasers is presented, considering the rod as a focusing lens with a limited aperture. For each mirror, a misalignment sensitivity factor Si is defined in terms of resonator parameters. It is shown both theoretically and experimentally that, as a function of the pump power, two stability ranges labeled zone I and II exist, with markedly different Si values; in particular, near one of the two boundaries of zone II, Si rapidly diverges. The experiments, performed on a CW Nd:YAG laser, are in good agreement with the theoretical predictions. 相似文献
