The syntheses and crystal structures of the closely related but non-isostructural Cd2(C19H21N3O3F)4(H2O)2?·?4H2O (1) and Pb2(C19H21N3O3F)4?·?4H2O (2) are described, where C19H21N3O3F? is enrofloxacinate (enro). Both compounds contain centrosymmetric, binuclear, neutral complexes incorporating a central diamond-shaped M2O2 (M?=?Cd, Pb) structural unit. The Cd2+ coordination polyhedron in 1 is a CdO6 trigonal prism, including one coordinated water. The Pb2+ coordination polyhedron in 2 can be described as a very distorted square-based PbO5 pyramid, although two additional short Pb?···?O (<3.1?Å) contacts are also present. In the crystal of the cadmium complex, O–H?···?O hydrogen bonds lead to a layered structure. In the lead compound, O–H?···?O and O–H?···?N interactions lead to chains in the crystal. Crystals of [Cr3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3][UO2(CH3COO)3]·3H2O (I) were synthesized for the first time and studied by X-ray crystallography. The crystals of I are orthorhombic: a = 8.3561(3) ?, b = 16.8421(5) ?, c = 25.7448(9) ?, V = 3623.2(2) ?3, space group P212121, Z = 4, R = 0.0409. The structure is composed of trinuclear [Cr3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]+ complexes and mononuclear [UO2(CH3COO)3]? complexes classified with crystal-chemical groups A3M3B 6 2 M 3 1 (A = Cr3+, M3 = O2?, B2 = CH3COO?, M1 = H2O) and AB 3 01 (A = UO 2 2+ , B01 = CH3COO?), respectively. The complexes are bound to each other by electrostatic interactions and hydrogen bonds involving outer-sphere water molecules. The results of IR spectroscopic study of I are in good agreement with the structural data for the crystal.  相似文献

Compounds p-HOOCC6F4COOH · H2O (H2L · H2O), [Tb2(H2O)4(L)3 · 2H2O] n (I), and Tb2(Phen)2(L)3 · 2H2O (II) are synthesized. According to the X-ray structure analysis data, the crystal structure of H2L · H2O is built of centrosymmetric molecules H2L and molecules of water of crystallization. The crystal structure of compound I is built of layers of coordination 2D polymer [Tb2(H2O)4(L)3] n and molecules of water of crystallization. The ligands are the L2? anions performing both the tetradentate bridging and pentadentate bridging-chelating functions. The coordination polyhedron TbO9 is a distorted three-capped trigonal prism. Acid H2L manifests photoluminescence in the UV region (??max = 368 nm). Compounds I and II have the green luminescence characteristic of the Tb3+ ions, and the band with ??max = 545 nm (transition 5 D 4?? 7 F 5) is maximum in intensity. The photoluminescence intensity of compound II is higher than that for compound I.  相似文献

Diphasic boehmite derived unseeded and seeded (by either -Al2O3, -Fe2O3, or Fe(NO3)3) alumina gel planar monoliths were examined by DTA, XRD and photoluminescence spectroscopy. Luminescence spectra enable sensitive monitoring of the - and -Al2O3 crystallization in heat-treated gels due to Cr3+ impurity traces. Fe(NO3)3 unlike other seeds effectively influences crystallization of both - and -Al2O3. The present results are interpreted as prevailing solution or Fe3+ ion effect on the crystallization process.  相似文献

Thulium trifluoroacetate compounds have been synthesized, Tm(CF3COO)3 · 3H2O (I) and Tm2(CF3COO)6 · 2CF3COOH · 3H2O (II). The structure of I has been refined by the Rietveld method on the basis of the structural data for Cd(CF3COO)3 · 3H2O. The structure of II has been solved in a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. Compound I has been studied by thermal analysis. Crystals of I and II are monoclinic: for I a = 9.062(2) Å, b = 18.678(3) Å, c = 9.687(2) Å, β = 113.93(1)°, Z = 2, space group P21/c, R 1 = 0.062; for II a = 8.560(4) Å, b = 19.866(5) Å, c = 20.813(7) Å, β = 101.69(4)°, Z = 8, space group C2/c, R 1 = 0.0392. In the molecular structure of I, thulium atoms are bonded in pairs through four bridging trifluoroacetate anions to form dimers. The coordination polyhedron of the thulium atom also includes the three O atoms of the water molecules and the O atom of the monodentate trifluoroacetate group; the coordination number of the thulium atom is eight. In the chain structure of II, there are two crystallographically independent thulium atoms with coordination numbers 8 and 9. The coordination polyhedra of the Tm(1) and Tm(2) atoms are a distorted monocapped tetragonal antiprism and a distorted tetragonal antiprism, respectively. The Tm-O bond lengths are in the range 2.28(1)–2.85(2) Å. The thulium atoms are bound into chains through carboxylate groups. These chains are linked into layers through hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Semi-empirical and ab initio calculations are reported which provide a possible explanation for reported experimental results on 2-photon ionization of NO containing a few percent of N2O, which found (NO)3(N2O) n +or? clusters to be significantly more abundant than other (NO) m (N2O) n products. It is found that the observed abundances of (NO)3(N2O) n ionic clusters may be accounted for by the existence of covalent cyclic trimers of nitric oxide attached to oligomers of nitrous oxide. The extra stability of NO trimers in the observed clusters appears to arise from (NO) 3 + rather than (NO)3. Attachment of an (N2O) n side chain to (NO) 3 + occurs exothermically. It is suggested that the addition of N2O to cyclic-(NO) 3 + might provide a means of making a polymer of nitrous oxide, which could have useful properties.  相似文献

The coordination compound of [Pb 2(TNR) 2(CHZ) 2(H 2O) 2]•4H 2O was prepared by using the aqueous solution of carbohydrazide, lead nitrate and sodium styphnate. The molecular structure of [Pb 2(TNR) 2(CHZ) 2(H 2O) 2]•4H 2O(C 7H 13 N 7O 12 Pb, Mr=594.43) was determined by using a single crystal diffraction analysis .The thermal decomposition mechanism of the title compound was studied by TGDTG, DSC and IR techniques. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group P2 1/n.The unit cell parameters are as follows: a=0.64700(10)nm, b=1.6074(3)nm, c=1.4883(3)nm,β=97.42(2)°,V=1.5349(5)nm3, Z=2, DC=2.572g•cm -3 ,μ(Mo, Kα)=11.080cm -1 , F(000)=1128. R=0.0422, Rw=0.0735. The binuclear lead coordination compound is bridged by two carbohydrazide molecules. The molecule has a symmetrical center. TNR 2- ,CHZ and H 2O coordinate with the central ions simultaneously.  相似文献

Cs2[(UO2)2(C2O4)3] (I) and Cs2[UO2(C3H2O4)2] · H2O (II) have been synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction. The crystals of complexes I and II are monoclinic: a = 8.1453(2) Å, b = 8.9831(2) Å, c = 11.3897(4) Å, β = 104.0950(10)°, V = 808.29(4) Å3, space group P21/n, Z = 2, and R 1 = 0.0255 for I and a = 9.6998(2) Å, b = 17.8686(3) Å, c = 8.2074(2) Å, β = 97.5780(10)°, V = 1410.10(5) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 4, and R 1 = 0.0287 for II. The uranium-containing structural units of complexes I and II are [(UO2)2(C2O4)3]2? chains and [UO2(C3H2O4)2] 2 4? dimers, which belong to the AK 0.5 02 T11 and AT11B01 crystallochemical groups (A = UO 2 2+ , K02 and T11 = C2O 4 2? , T11 and B01 = C3H2O 4 2? ) of uranyl complexes.  相似文献

Lead(II) complexes with 2,4,6-tris(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine (trz) have been synthesized using a direct synthetic method and characterized by IR and 207Pb NMR spectroscopy and CHN elemental analysis. The structure of [Pb(trz)2(MeOH)](ClO4)2·H2O was confirmed by X-ray crystallography. Single-crystal X-ray data for [Pb(trz)2(MeOH)](ClO4)2·H2O show the complex to be monomeric with the Pb having an unsymmetrical seven-coordinate geometry, coordinated by six nitrogen atoms of the trz ligands and one oxygen atom of MeOH. The arrangement of the ligands in the [Pb(trz)2(MeOH)](ClO4)2·H2O complex exhibits a coordination gap around the Pb(II), occupied possibly by a stereoactive lone pair of electrons on lead(II); the coordination around the lead atoms is hemidirected.  相似文献

A novel complex [Pb(qina)2(DMSO)]·H2O was synthesized, of which qina- is the quinaldic acid radical and DMSO the dimethyl sulfoxide. Elemental analysis, IR spectra, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure. This complex belongs to monoclinic system, space group P121/n1, with a = 7.1553(17), b = 17.543(2), c = 17.306(2)(A),β = 91.671(4)°, C22H20N2O6PbS, Mr = 647.65, Z = 4, V= 2171.5(6)(A)3, Dc= 1.981g/cm3,μ = 7.908 mm-1, F(000) = 1248, -9≤h≤6, -23≤k≤ 19, -22≤l≤22, R= 0.0221 and wR =0.0488. Weak coordinate bond is formed between oxygen atom in DMSO and Pb(Ⅱ ). There are also weak interactions, such as π-π interaction, hydrogen bonds and so on, among the complex molecules.  相似文献

Cs3[UO2(CH3COO)3]2[UO2(CH3COO)(NCS)2(H2O)] (I) and Cs5[UO2(CH3COO)3]3[UO2 (NCS)4(H2O)] · 2H2O (II) have been synthesized via the reaction between uranyl acetate and cesium thiocyanate in aqueous solution. According to single-crystal X-ray diffraction data, both compounds crystallize in monoclinic system with the unit cell parameters a = 18.7036(5) Å, b = 16.7787(3) Å, c = 12.9636(3) Å, β = 92.532(1)°, space group C2/c, Z = 4, R = 0.0434 (I); and a = 21.7843(3) Å, b = 24.6436(5) Å, c = 13.1942(2) Å, β = 126.482(1)°, space group Cc, Z = 4, R = 0.0273 (II). Uranium-containing structural units of compound (I) are mononuclear [UO2(CH3COO)3]? and [UO2(CH3COO)(NCS)2(H2O)]? moieties, which correspond to the AB 3 01 and AB01M 3 1 crystallochemical groups (A = UO 2 2+ , B01 = CH3COO?, M1 = NCS? and H2O). The structure of compound II is built of [UO2(CH3COO)3]? and [UO2(NCS)4(H2O)]2? complexes, which belong to the AB 3 01 and AM 5 1 crystallochemical groups, respectively. Uranium-containing complexes in both structures are linked into a framework by hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interactions with cesium cations. The IR spectra of compounds I and II agree well with X-ray diffraction data.  相似文献

Two pure hydrated lead borates, Pb(BO2)2·H2O and PbB4O7·4H2O, have been characterized by XRD, FT-IR, DTA-TG techniques and chemical analysis. The molar enthalpies of solution of Pb(BO2)2·H2O and PbB4O7·4H2O in 1 mol dm?3 HNO3(aq) were measured to be (?35.00 ± 0.18) kJ mol?1 and (35.37 ± 0.14) kJ mol?1, respectively. The molar enthalpy of solution of H3BO3(s) in 1 mol dm?3 HNO3(aq) was measured to be (21.19 ± 0.18) kJ mol?1. The molar enthalpy of solution of PbO(s) in (HNO3 + H3BO3)(aq) was measured to be ?(61.84 ± 0.10) kJ mol?1. From these data and with incorporation of the enthalpies of formation of PbO(s), H3BO3(s) and H2O(l), the standard molar enthalpies of formation of ?(1820.5 ± 1.8) kJ mol?1 for Pb(BO2)2·H2O and ?(4038.1 ± 3.4) kJ mol?1 for PbB4O7·4H2O were obtained on the basis of the appropriate thermochemical cycles.  相似文献

A new energetic complex, Pb(ATZ)(phen)2·3H2O (1) (ATZ = 5,5′-azotetrazolate), was synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data: monoclinic, P2(1)/n space group, a = 8.4545(1) Å, b = 25.846(2)Å, c = 13.096(2)Å, and β = 102.873(2)°. In addition, elemental analysis, IR, and thermogravimetric analysis are presented. Ion selective and complexing properties of 1,5-bis[2-(dioxyphosphoryl-4-methoxy)phenoxy]-3-oxapentane dihydrate H4M2 · 2H2O (I) were described. X-ray diffraction analysis for compound I was performed. The crystals are orthorhombic, a = 7.9818(16) ?, b = 30.553(6) ?, c = 9.0559(17) ?, V = 2208.5(8) ?3, Z = 4, space group Pnma, R = 0.0500 over 1372 reflections with I > 2??(I). In I, the H4M2 molecules are combined by hydrogen bonds (HB) with two crystallographically independent H2O(7) and H2O(8) molecules to give neutral H4M2 · 2H2O aggregates. The HB between the phosphoryl and hydroxyl oxygen atoms of the aggregates and the donor O(7)-H??O(8) HB give rise to a layered structure. Conclusions about the Cu(H2M2) compound structure were drawn based on the X-ray diffraction, DTA, and vibrational spectroscopy data.  相似文献

Crystal data: C12H43O103.5K4Cr6P2W18(1), hexagonal P6(3)/m, a=1.5895(2)nm, b=1.5895(2) nm, c=2.1620(4) nm, α=90°, β=90°, γ =120°, V=4.7305(13) nm3, Z=2,R1 =0. 0726, wR2=0. 1542; C6H57O98K4Cr3CoP2W17(2), hexagonal P6(3)/mmc, a=1. 61328 (3) nm, b=1.61328(3) nm, c=2. 06613 (9) nm, α=90°,β=90°, γ=120°, V=4. 6570(2) nm3, Z=2, R1=0. 0377,wR2 =0.1070. These crystals were characterized using elemental analysis, IR, TG-DTA, and XRD. It was found that the polyoxometalate anions maintained Wells-Dawson structure for crystal 1 and lacunary Wells-Dawson structure for crystal 2. Thermal analysis showed that crystal 1 lost the water of crystallization at 132 ℃, whereas crystal 2 lost the water of crystallization at 100 ℃. Crystal 1 could reversibly desorb and adsorb water molecules and its crystal structure could be restored after re-adsorbing the water molecules. It was also found from the XRD patterns that the void size of crystal 2 is smaller compared with that of crystal 1, which is attributed to the higher anion charges.  相似文献
