We present preparation of asymmetric grating with higher diffraction efficiency in quantum dot molecules by combining the tunneling effect and parity-time antisymmetry.In the presence of tunneling between two quantum dots,the system exhibits the striking PT antisymmetry via spatially modulating the driving field and the detuning with respect to the driven transition.For this reason,the asymmetric grating could be achieved.The results show that the diffraction efficiency can be adjustable via changing the driving intensity,detuning,tunneling strength,and interaction length,and then the high-order diffraction can be reached.The scheme provides a feasible way to obtain the direction-controlled diffraction grating,which can be helpful for optical information processing and realization of controllable optical self-image.  相似文献

体光栅光谱合成技术是获得高功率激光输出的一种有效途径,体光栅衍射旁瓣是影响合成光束数目的主要因素。采用了Hamming切趾技术对体光栅旁瓣进行抑制,建立了Hamming切趾体光栅的折射率分布模型,分析了Hamming切趾体光栅的衍射特性,给出了Hamming切趾体光栅光谱合成效率公式,分析了切趾光栅对光谱合成效率的影响。计算结果表明:体光栅切趾后有效减小了体光栅对相邻合成光束的衍射损耗,切趾后,在20 nm的带宽内,谱合成光束的数目由13束增加为20束,谱合成效率达75.3%,光谱合成功率提高为切趾前的1.5倍。  相似文献

采用Lewis-Riesenfeld不变量方法研究了具有非线性场和任意形式原子与场相互作用的Jaynes-Cummings模型.该模型由于具有超对称代数结构,因此其Hamiltonian量可用超对称算符的线性组合表示.在算符N′的本征值子空间,用生成元算符构造出系统的不变量后,利用不变量方法求得了系统的一般波函数和时间演化算符,同时也计算了原子布居数和光子数的时间演化表达式.  相似文献

We analyze the radiation pattern from circular apertures with Gaussian electric field distribution. Patterns are calculated using the Fraunhofer diffraction integral and we obtain a convenient expression for the FWHM beamwidth as a function of the edge taper. The aperture efficiency can be calculated for blocked and unblocked apertures in analytic form. The beam efficiency must be computed numerically, but can be obtained in a straightforward way from the beamwidth.  相似文献

We present experimental investigations of electrical fixing techniques in Ce:SBN:60. The effect of crystal fatigue on the diffraction efficiency of electrically fixed photorefractive gratings is studied. We observed that applying an ac field to the crystal eliminated crystal fatigue and improved diffraction efficiency. A controllable diffraction efficiency of a photorefractive grating is presented. A reproducible diffraction efficiency of up to 75% is obtained using a write-reveal grating technique with high-voltage pulses of opposite polarity. We also show that the diffraction efficiency can be controlled by varying the intensity of the writing beams incident to the crystal during the recording process. A method of determining the hysteresis loop using the domain-fixing technique is proposed. The dependence of the diffraction efficiency on the direction of the applied electric field while writing the hologram is studied. Our experiments show that, during writing, when the electric field is applied opposite to the c axis the grating can be successfully revealed with both positive and negative dc voltages. However, when the grating is written with a field parallel to the c axis, the grating can be revealed only with a field applied in the opposite direction. 光折变晶体多重存储中,为获得均匀的衍射效率,要根据记录晶体的时间常数计算相继写入全息图的曝光时间,而晶体的时间常数是记录光强的幂函数.本文分析了光强变化对衍射效率的影响.结果表明,对曝光时间加以适当修正,可补偿光强变化对衍射效率均匀性的影响.  相似文献

利用光栅二级衍射会影响反射样品光谱反射率结果的原理,通过计算不同光谱反射率获得了光栅二级衍射效率。介绍了测量二级衍射效率的实验装置,该装置采用双光路单色仪结构,使用已知光谱辐亮度氘灯作为光源,探测器为光电倍增管,通过水杨酸钠膜将紫外光转为可见光。以波长161nm为例,测量了5块反射镜样片,计算得到光栅二级衍射效率为0.00611×(1±0.0777)。分析表明,该方法采用的测试装置简单,系统不确定度为14.08%,可以实现真空紫外波段光栅二级光谱衍射效率的连续测量。  相似文献

The period interaction on diffraction of the blazed transmission gratings is analyzed with a modified extended scalar theory. For one certain period, the lights reflected from the neighboring structures can be refracted by the grating facets and form two extra fields on the bottom facet of blazed transmission gratings. The effects of this period interaction versus several diffraction orders for a fixed fabrication error of blazed transmission gratings with intermediate structures are discussed for both TE and TM polarizations. The results have been compared with those obtained with finite-difference time-domain method.  相似文献

凹面衍射光栅兼具色散分光与光束聚焦功能,同时具有像差校正、低杂散光、无鬼线和高信噪比等优势而受到光谱仪器领域的广泛关注。衍射效率作为凹面光栅最重要的技术指标之一,其测量技术水平逐渐成为光谱仪器行业最为关注的课题之一。传统方法一般采用双单色仪结构实现凹面光栅衍射效率的测量,该方法主要存在两方面问题,一是测量标准反射镜和待测光栅的出射光谱带宽不同,二是光栅叠级、杂散光的影响;上述问题的存在降低了高性能凹面光栅衍射效率测量的准确性。本文提出了一种基于傅里叶光学原理测量凹面光栅衍射效率的新方法;针对该方法建立了凹面光栅衍射效率测量的数学模型,并采用光学追迹和傅里叶光学方法相结合对其进行了仿真分析,从而验证了该方法的正确性;针对动镜横移误差、倾斜误差、光源稳定性、动镜运动距离误差等因素影响凹面光栅衍射效率测量精度的问题,提出引入辅助探测器的方法来进一步提高衍射效率测量精度,并对有无辅助探测器情况下的上述误差对衍射效率的影响进行了数学推导和仿真分析,分析结果表明引入辅助探测器可以有效抑制了上述误差对凹面光栅衍射效率测量的影响。对比传统双单色仪测量方法而言,该方法不仅能够解决传统测量方法存在的问题,同时还具有多波长同时测量、高光通量、高分辨率、高波数精度等优势,可以有效提高凹面光栅衍射效率的测量精度和测量效率。  相似文献

We study static spherically symmetric spacetime to describe compact objects with anisotropic matter distribution. We express the system of Einstein field equations as a new system of differential equations using a coordinate transformation, and then write the system in another form with polytropic equation of state and obtain two classes of exact models. The models satisfy all major physical features expected in a realistic star. For polytropic index n?=?2, we obtain expressions for mass and density which are comparable with the reported experimental observations.  相似文献

同步辐射光源中的高次谐波会使透射光栅衍射效率标定精度变差。为了校正光源中的高次谐波对透射光栅衍射效率标定的影响,提出了一种光源存在弱谐波情况下的透射光栅衍射效率标定方法,通过使用谐波X射线的衍射效率修正基波衍射效率标定中谐波的影响,从而得到更为准确的透射光栅衍射效率。使用该标定方法在北京同步辐射光源上开展了透射光栅相对衍射效率标定工作。实验结果表明:在100~800eV存在高次谐波能段,修正后透射光栅一级与零级的相对衍射效率与理论模拟结果吻合较好,修正后光栅二级与一级的相对衍射效率更接近理论模拟结果,但与理论模拟结果仍有较大偏差,该偏差主要来源光栅较弱的二级衍射。  相似文献

Threshold current and differential quantum efficiency of broad contact lasers with asymmetric facet reflectivity are discussed with the purpose to reveal factors essential for optimisation of the wall-plug efficiency of such lasers. Lasers with low front facet reflectivity and short cavity often exhibit behaviour difficult to explain with a classical theory. More rigorous calculation performed in this work show that differential quantum efficiency is indeed less affected by a change of the front facet reflectivity or cavity length than predicted by such theory. These findings greatly simplify criteria for optimisation of the wall-plug efficiency of broad contact lasers with coated facets.  相似文献

为使凹面光栅的衍射能量更多地集中在所需要的级次上,提出了利用机械刻划的方法在凹面基底上制作变刻槽角度的凹面闪耀光栅,并利用菲涅耳-基尔霍夫衍射公式推导了同时在主截面和非主截面内计算凹面闪耀光栅衍射效率的理论方法,弥补了以往只在主截面内考虑衍射效率的不足,最后利用Matlab仿真软件模拟了衍射效率随波长的变化曲线,并对比了在不同制作和使用参数下衍射效率峰值的变化规律,为今后凹面光栅的设计和制作提供了参考价值。  相似文献

We present designs of high-efficiency compression grating based on total internal reflection (TIR) for picosecond pulse laser at 1053 nm. The setup is devised by directly etching gratings into the bottom side of a prism so that light can successfully enter (or exit) the compression grating. Dependence of the −1 order diffraction efficiencies on the constructive parameters is analyzed for TE- and TM-polarized incident light at Littrow angle by using Fourier modal method in order to obtain optimal grating structure. The electric field enhancement within the high-efficiency TIR gratings is regarded as another criterion to optimize the structure of the TIR gratings. With the criterion of high diffraction efficiency, low electric field enhancement and sufficient manufacturing latitude, TIR compression gratings with optimized constructive parameters are obtained for TE- and TM-polarized incident light, respectively. The grating for TE-polarized light exhibits diffraction efficiencies higher than 0.95 within 23 nm bandwidth and relatively low square of electric field enhancement ratio of 5.7. Regardless of the internal electric field enhancement, the grating for TM-polarized light provides diffraction efficiencies higher than 0.95 within 42 nm bandwidth. With compact structure, such TIR compression gratings made solely of fused silica should be of great interest for application to chirped pulse amplification (CPA) systems.  相似文献

磁致伸缩换能器可作为热声制冷机的声源装置,辐射板的形状直接影响声压输出效率,从而影响制冷效果。为提高换能器工作效率、减小换能器体积,辐射板需在Terfenol-D棒的激励下产生大振幅、高频率的活塞振型。针对这一问题,应用ATILA软件分析了磁致伸缩换能器辐射板形状对谐振腔振动幅频特性的影响以及对谐振腔内声场分布的影响。结果表明:相同激励条件下,凹球面辐射板出现活塞振型时振幅最大,对应谐振腔中声压幅值最高;谐振腔端面形状为凹球面时,具有聚焦声压幅值的作用;端面形状为凹发射端-凸反射端组合的谐振腔内声压幅值最高。以上结论为合理设计辐射板、谐振腔两端面组合形状提供了参考。  相似文献
