以N1-(2-四氢呋喃烷基)-5-氟尿嘧啶为原料,合成了三种含氨基酸席夫碱的5-氟尿嘧啶类衍生物,用元素分析,1HNMR表征了它们的结构。用拉曼光谱(RS)和表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)分析了目标化合物的分子振动形式,比较它们在RS和SERS中的异同点。  相似文献

我们合成了有机锗化合物的一类重要中间体β-三苯锗基丙酸和β-三苯锗基丁酸 ,测量了该化合物的拉曼光谱和红外光谱 ,经光谱分析 ,指认了主要波数所对应的分子振动。在这两种化合物的拉曼光谱中 ,30 50 cm- 1( m)、1 0 2 5cm- 1( m)和 61 8cm- 1( m)分属于 Ph- H的伸缩振动、面内弯曲振动和面外扭曲振动。饱和 Ge- C键的振动分别在 594cm- 1和 587cm- 1,同时指出了 Ph- Ge的几种振动所对应的振动频率。在红外光谱中 ,C=O的振动出现在 1 70 9cm- 1( s)和 1 70 5cm- 1( s) ,与饱和碳相连接的 Ge- C振动出现在 61 7cm- 1( w)和 61 7cm- 1( w)。  相似文献

在253 K和16 MPa的压力下,于实验室内合成了氮气水合物,用显微共焦拉曼光谱对其N-N和O-H键伸缩振动的光谱特征进行了研究.结果表明,氮气水合物中的N-N和O-H键的拉曼峰分别为2322.4和3092.1 cm-1,与天然的空气水合物中的数据十分接近.另外,还测定了液氮和溶解于水中的氮分子中N-N键的拉曼峰值,分别为2326.6和2325.0 cm-1.氮气笼型水合物分解的拉曼谱图表明,氮分子同时进入水合物的大笼和小笼中,但由于氮分子在大、小笼中的环境氛围十分接近,其拉曼位移相差不大,故拉曼谱图只能显示N-N键伸缩振动一个峰.  相似文献

合成了一个三维超分子化合物(C20O2H14)(C12N2H8)(命名为BP1),通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和X射线单晶衍射对其结构进行了表征,结果表明分子之间通过氢键和π-π堆积弱的相互作用形成超分子化合物。对所有合成的超分子化合物进行了紫外光谱和荧光光谱的测试。在室温DMSO溶液中,当激发波长为342 nm时,化合物在373 nm处有一强发射峰,呈现紫色荧光,这可以归属于分子内的π*→π跃迁。X射线单晶衍射分析结果表明,该超分子化合物属于三斜晶系,P1空间群,晶胞参数a=1.087 8(2)nm,b=1.125 2(2)nm,c=1.168 0(2)nm,α=97.89(3)°,β=110.91(3)°,γ=109.62(3)°,V=1.203 2(4)nm3,Z=2,R1=0.053 1,wR2=0.163 4,GOF值为1.034。  相似文献

实验以水杨醛、2-氨基-3-氰基吡啶为原料,合成了Schiff碱2-(2-羟基苯亚甲基)胺基-3-氰基吡啶并测定了Schiff碱的红外和拉曼光谱.利用密度泛函理论B3LYP方法在6-311++G~(**)基组上对合成的Schiff碱进行了几何构型的优化、红外光谱及拉曼光谱的计算,得到了分子的优势构象的结构参数、频率值及对应的强度.对实验和理论计算的光谱数据进行了对比,对分子的振动模式进行了全面归属,结果表明理论计算与实验测试数据相吻合.此外,还计算了其前线分子轨道,得到了HOMO-LUMO能隙相关的数据,为Schiff碱类化合物的结构分析和光谱检测技术提供了参考依据.  相似文献

描述了一种有效的环境友好的“一锅煮”法合成13-乙酰基-9-甲基-11-羰基-8-氧代-10,12-二氮杂三环[7.3.1.0~(2,7)]十三碳-2,4,6-三烯。该法用廉价易得的溴化镁作催化剂,在无溶剂存在下,由起始原料水杨酸,乙酰丙酮和脲通过Biginelli缩合反应伴随着分子内的Michael加成反应一步完成。用核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、飞行时间质谱以及红外光谱数据表征了产物的结构为一氧桥多环化合物,而不是带有自由羟基的二氢嘧啶酮。最后由质谱给出的精确质量及其所代表的元素组成推出了该化合物的质谱裂解途径。  相似文献

为了能够量化物体太赫兹辐射的大小,对黑体辐射中的太赫兹信号进行测量,使测量系统处于真空状态下,并且使用液氮制冷来屏蔽外界杂散辐射。黑体辐射的太赫兹信号由卡塞格林系统聚焦于探测器上。探测器的输出信号用锁相放大器进一步处理,并观察不同时间常数下锁相放大器的输出信号。实验结果表明:当黑体温度为323 k时,实验装置使用液氮制冷前后的测量结果有所不同,前后相差约3 v左右。时间常数对输出结果影响也很大,实验使用3 s比较合适。由于噪声来源复杂、噪声水平很高,黑体在太赫兹波段辐射能量极为微弱,所以系统对温度分辨率要求不是很高。  相似文献

The dynamics of plastoglobules in chloroplasts in aging watermelon leaves were examined by means of transmission electron microscopy, with the aim to understand the intracellular sites for the degradation of plastoglobules in response to leaf senescence. Plastoglobules in chloroplasts in aging leaves with 40% loss of chlorophyll increased drastically in number and size in comparison with young and mature leaves. As senescence advanced, plastoglobules underwent degradation within chloroplasts, or were secreted outside chloroplasts. There were two distinct types of secretion. One type was that chloroplasts protruded to form plastoglobule-containing vesicles and, as the vesicles were detached from chloroplasts, plastoglobules were carried outside chloroplasts. The other type was that plastoglobules squeezed out through the chloroplast envelope into cytoplasm. Lipid droplets were present in the vacuole and underwent degradation therein. Lipid droplets in the vacuole shared similar ultramicroscopic appearance with plastoglobules in chloroplasts, indicating that plastoglobules were engulfed and degraded by the vacuole after they were secreted outside chloroplasts. These results suggested that senescence induces both in-situ and vacuolar degradation of plastoglobules in aging watermelon leaves.  相似文献

A series of poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) nanocomposites with the organoclay C12PPh-Mica were synthesized by using the in-situ interlayer polycondensation of 1,4-butanediol with succinic acid. The PBS nanocomposites were melt-spun to produce monofilaments with various organoclay contents and draw ratios (DRs). The thermo-mechanical properties and morphologies of the PBS nanocomposites were determined using differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, wide angle X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and a universal tensile machine. Some of the clay particles were found to be well dispersed in the PBS matrix, with some agglomerated at a size level greater than approximately 20 nm. The thermal degradation properties of undrawn PBS hybrid fibers were found to improve with increasing clay content. The ultimate tensile strengths and initial moduli of the hybrid fibers increased with increasing clay content at DR = 1. However, the ultimate strengths were found to decrease markedly with increases in DR from 1 to 6. In contrast to the trend for the tensile strengths, the initial moduli of the hybrid fibers increased only slightly with increases in DR up to 6.  相似文献

Multivariate curve resolution–alternating least squares (MCR‐ALS) methodology was applied to near‐infrared (NIR) spectra with view to estimating the reaction profile for the esterification of a mixture of caprylic and capric acids with glycerol. The reaction was conducted in excess glycerol, so the major products were the monoglyceride and diglyceride; the triglyceride was obtained in considerably lower proportions. Esterification processes were performed in a laboratory‐scale reactor from which samples were withdrawn to record NIR spectra. Some samples were also analyzed by gas chromatography and acid‐base titration in order to determine the composition of the reaction mixture. Concentration and spectral profiles were obtained by using the MCR‐ALS algorithm. Subsequently, concentration values and the pure spectra of reagents and the triglyceride were used to refine the models. The spectra obtained were processed with MCR‐ALS in new esterification batches to obtain their concentration profiles.  相似文献

Thirteen patients with abnormal brain MR scans attributable to treatment-induced injury were retrospectively reviewed. All patients were treated with radiation therapy and 62% received chemotherapy. Five patients were graded as having severe white matter (WM) changes, four had moderate WM changes, and four had mild WM changes. CT was generally equivalent to MR in evaluation of severe and moderate WM abnormalities, whereas MR was superior to CT in detection of mild WM abnormalities. In general, the severity of changes depicted by MR/CT correlated with the extent of neurologic dysfunction. The most severe changes were seen in those patients treated with combination irradiation and chemotherapy.  相似文献

The optical, electrical and acoustical properties of polymer solutions based on polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) doped with cupric sulphate (CuSO4) were studied. The polymer solutions were prepared by varying the concentration of Cu in the PVP using a simple chemical route. The UV-visible spectroscopy results showed that the optical absorbance decreased with an increase in wavelength from 300 to 700 nm. The optical band gaps were found to decrease with addition of the Cu salt in the polymer. The refractive index also showed significant variation with the doping of the CuSO4. The electrical conductivity of the polymer solutions was found to increase with temperature as well as concentration of Cu while the activation energy of electrical conduction decreased with concentration of Cu. The ultrasonic velocities of the polymer solutions were measured at a frequency of 1 MHz using an ultrasonic interferometer. The ultrasonic velocity and surface tension were increased while the adiabatic compressibility, acoustic impedance and intermolecular free length, the average distance between the surfaces of the coils of adjacent molecules, were decreased with increase in the concentration of CuSO4 in the PVP.  相似文献

The orientation of a lysozyme immobilized with a monoclonal antibody was evaluated based on determination of the uppermost surface structure using time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (TOF-SIMS). Specific peaks of the oriented lysozyme immobilized with monoclonal anti-lysozyme antibody were obtained in comparison with reference samples, non-oriented immobilized lysozyme and immobilized anti-lysozyme antibody. All samples were freeze-dried before TOF-SIMS measurement, and then each sample was measured using TOF-SIMS with a bismuth cluster ion source. TOF-SIMS spectra were analyzed to select peaks specific to the oriented immobilized lysozyme as well as to identify their chemical formula and ensemble of amino acids. The possible chemical formulae of the lysozyme fragments were then investigated with an element matching program and a residue matching program. The results from TOF-SIMS spectra analysis were compared to the amino acid sequence of the lysozyme and its three-dimensional structure registered in the protein data bank. Finally, the fragment-ion-generating regions of the oriented immobilized lysozyme were determined based on the suggested residues and the three-dimensional structure.  相似文献

采用数据可视化技术开发一种干红葡萄酒的光谱指纹图谱,用于不同类别干红葡萄酒的鉴别。实验采集我国河北沙城和昌黎两个产区的干红葡萄酒样品,酒样在酿造年份、品种和陈酿方式上有差异。葡萄酒样品经反相C18柱分馏得到9个馏分,低压旋转浓缩至干后,再用与分馏样品等量的模拟酒溶解。随后,葡萄酒及其分馏样品经UV-Visible分析,收集190~1 100 nm波段的光谱吸收值,利用可视化技术处理数据得到供试酒样的光谱指纹图谱。最后,采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD),在指纹图谱差异明显的波段选择检测波长,定性分析葡萄酒和馏分中的单体酚及其衍生物。结果显示,供试干红葡萄酒样品光谱特征的差异在190~600 nm。不同品种干红葡萄酒的光谱数据可视化结果差异不大,但不同年份酒样有明显的区别,主要集中在520 nm的波段,不同产地葡萄酒的差异主要体现在F8馏分上,不同陈酿方式葡萄酒的可视化特征几乎涵盖整个可视化波段。HPLC-DAD在280,313,365和520 nm波长下定性分析结果揭示了对光谱指纹图谱的特征有影响的单体酚及其衍生物。研究结果表明,采用可视化技术设计的葡萄酒光谱指纹图谱可以区分不同年份、产地和陈酿方式的干红葡萄酒产品。  相似文献
