The first catalytic application of well‐defined (P,C) cyclometalated gold(III) complexes is reported. The bench‐stable bis(trifluoroacetyl) complexes 2 a , b perform very well in the intermolecular hydroarylation of alkynes. The reaction is broad in scope, it proceeds within few hours at 25 °C at catalytic loadings of 0.1–5 mol %. The electron‐rich arene adds across the C≡C bond with complete regio‐ and stereo‐selectivity. The significance of well‐defined gold(III) complexes and ligand design are highlighted in a powerful but challenging catalytic transformation. 相似文献

A gold(I)‐catalyzed synthesis of indanones from trimethylsilylacetylenes and acylsilanes is presented. The reaction is initiated through a synergistic acylsilane activation–gold acetylide formation and involves consecutive alkyne σ‐gold(I) addition, π‐activation, and 1,2‐migration of a silyl group. Studies performed on the reaction mechanism allowed to establish the nature of the silyl migrating group and invoke the participation of a gold(I) carbenoid intermediate. The reaction is completed by a gold(I) C? H functionalization step. 相似文献

Indoles react intramolecularly with alkynes in the presence of gold catalysts to give from six- to eight-membered-ring annulated compounds. The cationic Au(I) complex [Au(P{C(6)H(4)(o-Ph)}(tBu)(2))(NCMe)]SbF(6) is the best catalyst for the formation of six- and seven-membered rings by 6-endo-dig, 6-exo-dig, and 7-exo-dig cyclizations. Indoloazocines are selectively obtained with AuCl(3) as catalyst in a rare 8-endo-dig process. In this process allenes or tetracyclic annulated derivatives are also formed as a result of an initial fragmentation reaction. The intermolecular reaction of indoles with alkynes proceeds to form 3-alkenylated intermediates that react with a second equivalent of indole to give bisindolyl derivatives. Indoles that are substituted at the 3-position react intermolecularly with alkynes to give 2-alkenylated intermediates that can be trapped intramolecularly with the appropriate nucleophiles. 相似文献

Gold(I)-catalyzed formal [4+2] cycloaddition of O-aryl ynol ethers 1 and enol ethers 2 is described. This intermolecular reaction between two electron-rich unsaturated systems takes place, under mild conditions, in the presence of 5 mol% [IPrAu(CH3CN)]SbF6 as catalyst giving chromene derivatives with good yields. The cycloaddition is completely regio- and stereoselective, as well as versatile for both reactives. Silyl enol ethers can also react in the same way and under the same reaction conditions with quantitative yields. A plausible mechanism through a selective addition of the enol ether to the alkyne gold activated complex followed by an intramolecular aromatic electrophilic substitution is proposed. Several experimental results support the presence of a cationic oxonium intermediate prior to the aromatic substitution. The reaction represents a new entry to the chromene core. 相似文献

The Pd‐catalyzed reactions of 3‐chloro‐bodipy with R2PH (R=Ph, Cy) provide nonfluorescent bodipy–phosphines 3‐PR2–bodipy 3 a (R=Ph) and 3 b (R=Cy; quantum yield Φ<0.001). Metal complexes such as [AgCl( 3 b )] and [AuCl( 3 b )] were prepared and shown to display much higher fluorescence (Φ=0.073 and 0.096). In the gold complexes, the level of fluorescence was found to be qualitatively correlated with the electron density at gold. Consequently, the fluorescence brightness of [AuCl( 3 b )] increases when the chloro ligand is replaced by a weakly coordinating anion, whereas upon formation of the electron‐rich complex [Au(SR)( 3 b )] the fluorescence is almost quenched. Related reactions of [AuCl( 3 b )] with [Ag]ONf)] (Nf= nonaflate) and phenyl acetylenes enable the tracking of initial steps in gold‐catalyzed reactions by using fluorescence spectroscopy. Treatment of [AuCl( 3 b )] with [Ag(ONf)] gave the respective [Au(ONf)( 3 b )] only when employing more than 2.5 equivalents of silver salt. The reaction of the “cationic” gold complex with phenyl acetylenes leads to the formation of the respective dinuclear cationic [{( 3 b )Au}2(CCPh)]+ and an increase in the level of fluorescence. The rate of the reaction of [Au(ONf)( 3 b )] with PhCCH depends on the amount of silver salt in the reaction mixture; a large excess of silver salt accelerates this transformation. In situ fluorescence spectroscopy thus provides valuable information on the association of gold complexes with acetylenes. 相似文献
