分析了利用掺铁铌酸锂晶体作介质的简并四波混频及其在干涉计量术中应用的原理,描述了被测透明样品的表面各光波及其干涉形成的透射条纹及反射条纹,利用光折变晶体的介电驰豫特性,求得透射条纹和反射条纹的对比度随时间变化的公式及各参数的相互关系。对由透射条纹及反射条纹计算被测透明物体样品折射率和厚度不均匀性的方法作了数学分析,提出一种新型四波混频实时测量透明物体的光学不均匀性的方法和实验光路,对相关参数对测量过程及测量结果的影响作了探讨,得到了平板玻璃样品的干涉条纹图像,计算出实验结果。  相似文献

The thickness of metallic foil was measured by differential white-light interferometry (DWLI). Two tandem Michelson interferometers (MI), in which the reflective surfaces measured are the surfaces of the metallic foil, were used as a basic interferometry system to obtain interference fringes on a spectrometer. Therefore, the interference fringes depend only on the path differences caused by the thickness of the metallic foil. The interference fringes were analyzed using a modified extremum method based on the least root-mean-square (RMS) deviation. Experimental results for thickness measurements are presented. Measurement time is only 100 ms or less for a thickness of 1–80 μm.  相似文献

The possibility of studying phase objects by reverse shearing interferometry with high measurement sensitivity is demonstrated. Phase objects are studied in two stages. In the first stage, holographic reverse shear interferograms are measured with and without an object under nonlinear conditions with tuning to frequent reference fringes. In the next stage, these interferograms are optically processed to obtain two interference patterns. The behavior of the interference fringes is the same as in the case of conventional double-beam interferometry with a standard reference wave. The increase in the measurement sensitivity in the thus-obtained interference patterns is due to the use of higher diffraction orders reconstructed from the holographic interferograms. A possibility of controlling the width of interference fringes is considered. The results of experimental approval of this technique are presented.  相似文献

This paper represents an optical method which is based on speckle-shearing interferometry for the measurement of surface coordinates and slopes. The technique enables generation of carrier fringes which measure surface coordinates, or displacement derivative fringes which measure surface slope. Digital speckle three-shearing-aperture interferometry used for the measurement of curvature distribution fields of a deformation object is proposed for the first time. In this method, pure curvature distribution fringes without containing slope distribution fringes can be obtained by using digital speckle three-shearing-aperture interferometry. Two specklegrams, one before and the other after object deformation, are recorded by a CCD camera and stored in a computer. A 2-D fast Fourier transform (FFT) and a 2-D inverse FFT (IFFT) are performed on the two specklegrams. The subtraction of the transformed specklegrams will produce curvature distribution fringes, and the speckle noises in curvature distribution fringes can be removed after these fringes pass through low-pass filtering. Results from theory and experiments are in good agreement.  相似文献

以非线性Rosen-Zener隧穿理论为基础,用两分量Bose-Einstein凝聚体设计了非线性Ramsey干涉计.通过数值模拟实验在时间域上观察到了丰富的Ramsey干涉图样,凝聚体中原子间重要的非线性相互作用导致这些干涉图样明显不同于线性Ramsey干涉时的正弦型条纹.通过进一步对干涉图样作Fourier分析,发现干涉图样的基频能够精确反映系统的非线性和不对称性特征,从而为测量原子的相关性质提供了理论依据. 关键词: Bose-Einstein凝聚 非线性Ramsey干涉 Rosen-Zener隧穿  相似文献

The concepts of fringe localization and visibility in classical broad source and hologram interferometry are discussed and a distinction is drawn between them. Experimental results are used to demonstrate that in general there is no unique region of localization in hologram interferometry. The expression for the maximum viewing aperture for observation of fringes of good contrast at the surface under study is verified.  相似文献

Phase-shifting interferometry is widely used for high-precision surface measurements, but has difficulty in dealing with parallel optical plates. In this paper, an advanced method is proposed to simultaneously measure surface distributions of parallel optical plates from multiple surface interference fringes. The basic theory behind the technique is by applying wavelength-modulated phase shifting interferometry (WMPSI) to get enough frames of multiple surface interference fringes. In the procession of wavelength-modulated phase shifting, the phase variation for one point of the surface is traced and is processed by Fourier transform, and then the frequency spectrum of every surface can be separated from each other. Therefore, it allows extraction of front surface, back surface and thickness variation from multiple surface interference fringes with high precision.  相似文献

Optical fringes with a quadratic phase are often encountered in optical metrology. Parameter estimation of such fringes plays an important role in interferometric measurements. A novel method is proposed for accurate and direct parameter estimation using the fractional Fourier transform (FRFT), even in the presence of noise and obstacles. We take Newton׳s rings fringe patterns and electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI) interferograms as classic examples of optical fringes that have a quadratic phase and present simulation and experimental results demonstrating the performance of the proposed method.  相似文献

为了提高瞬态高温检测的精度,利用快速傅里叶变换(FFT)对散斑干涉条纹进行光谱分析,提出了通过光谱分布的偏移及幅值变化反演温度的方法。当激光照射应变材料时,瞬态高温使材料发生形变从而使散斑干涉条纹改变,被测表面形变前后获得的干涉条纹由面阵CCD采集。由于其对应的光谱密度分布函数也会发生相应的改变,即中心波长位置偏移及振幅变化,通过其改变反演材料的瞬态温度。在分析推导了瞬态温度变化、材料应变及干涉条纹变化之间的函数关系后,仿真分析得到了瞬态温度正比于压强系数、反比于温度系数。实验采用660 nm半导体激光器,SI6600型面阵CCD探测器,从获得的光谱分布函数中提取中心波长的偏移量,经计算和标定所得数据与传统的干涉测温方法进行对比,探测精度可达0.3%。相比传统的直接检测干涉条纹的变化量,由被测面形变量推导温度的方法精度提高近3倍。  相似文献

讨论了实时全息法应用于检测透明物体的情况下获得高衍射效率和高衬比条纹的若干问题。给出了同时获得高亮度检测场和高衬比条纹的最佳参数。在最佳光束比等于1和最佳相位调制度为1.42时,衍射效率和光能利用率均可达到29%。  相似文献

Talbot interferometry with a larger applicable scope has been investigated based on the intensity amplification method to weak moiré fringes by using photorefractive crystal as a light amplifier. It not only has function of conventional Talbot interferometry, but also is suitable for situations such as weak incident beam and detected object with strong absorption. The investigation indicates that the method or technique is feasible and the results of theoretical analysis are verified by experiments. Based on this investigation, Talbot interferometry with an adaptive light intensity compensator is proposed and some merits and demerits of the technique have briefly been discussed.  相似文献

A technique for measuring Young's modulus of the radius bone by using electronic speckle-shearing pattern interferometry is proposed. The technique is based on the introduction of carrier fringes and the use of a phase unwrapping algorithm to obtain a phase map corresponding to the out-of-plane displacements of a radius bone without sign ambiguities. The carrier fringes are obtained by the correlation algorithm of two consecutive speckle fields with a translation of the illuminating beam between each recording, then the spatial synchronous detection (SSD), an unwrapping phase algorithm and integration process along shear direction are successfully applied for obtaining a displacement phase map. Next, analysis of the radius bone as a cantilever allows us to obtain Young's modulus. The study was performed with speckle interferometry and with the finite element method for comparing the results. Advantages and disadvantages of the proposed method are discussed.  相似文献

In this paper we are presenting a filtering scheme using Symlet wavelet to remove the speckle noise from the time-averaged digital speckle pattern interferometry fringes. To demonstrate the potential of Symlet wavelet filtering, experiments are conducted to remove the speckle noise from the fringes recorded for the surface of computer hard disk. Experimental results demonstrate that this filtering removes the speckle noise to the large extent.  相似文献

在实时全息干涉计量实验中,当试件负荷甚大时,干涉条纹中会出现一些阴影区,它们在试件破裂过程中起重要作用。当负荷接近试件断裂强度时,可清晰看到并记录下阴影区的延伸、分叉、扩展直至试件破裂的过程。这些阴影区实际上就是几何光学中的焦散线现象。应用此现象可以计算应力强度因子。介绍了在寻找全息干涉条纹与应力强度因子之间关系所作的研究,导出了干涉条纹最大值与应力强度因子之间的定量关系式。从而,为使用全息法与焦散线法相结合的检测方法提供了定量计算的基础。  相似文献

Comparative analysis of interference methods, which are most promising for studying optical inhomogeneities with a small transverse size, is carried out. It is shown based on analysis of interference fringes for the two most widely used interferometric methods (two-beam interferometry with a reference wave and lateral-shear interferometry) that in the case of a lateral shift exceeding the geometrical size, lateral-shear interferometry shows twice as high sensitivity as that of double-beam interferometry with a reference wave and is more promising for estimating the size of “weak” optical inhomogeneities.  相似文献
