从海南豆荚软珊瑚Lobophytum sp. 中分离得到四个新的西松烷类型的二萜[19-hydroxy-sarcocrassolide (1), 18-deacetyldeepoxy lobolide (2), 13-hydroxy-sinularial A (3) 和 16-hydroxy-sinulariol C (4)], 以及四个已知的相同类型化合物(5-8)。所有化合物的结构及其相对构型都是通过分析它们的一维和二维波谱学数据,和将这些数据与文献中的报道的数据相比较来确定的。  相似文献

In an attempt to explore the bioactive metabolites of the soft coral Sarcophyton cinereum, three new cembranolides, cinerenolides A–C (1–3), and 16 known compounds were isolated and identified from the EtOAc extract. The structures of the new cembranolides were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, and the NOE analysis of cinerenolide A (1) was performed with the assistance of the calculated lowest-energy molecular model. The relative configuration of cinerenolide C (3) was determined by the quantum chemical NMR calculation, followed by applying DP4+ analysis. In addition, the cytotoxic assays disclosed that some compounds exhibited moderate to potent activities in the proliferation of P388, DLD-1, HuCCT-1, and CCD966SK cell lines.  相似文献

One new dammarane triterpenoid, cylindrictone A ( 1 ), as well as five new nor‐dammarane triterpenoids cylindrictone B–F ( 2 – 6 ) were isolated from the leaves of Viburnum cylindrium, together with three known compounds 3β‐hydroxy‐hexanordammaran‐20‐one ( 7 ), 3α‐hydroxyoctanordammar‐12‐en‐17‐one ( 8 ), and neoalsogenin B ( 9 ). Their structures were identified by extensive NMR‐spectroscopic (especially 2D‐NMR) and mass‐spectrometric experiments, and the structure of 3 was further confirmed by a single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. The compounds exhibited no activity against human promyelocytic leukemia HL60 cell.  相似文献

Two new bis‐cembranoids, ximaolides F ( 1 ) and G ( 2 ), were isolated from the Hainan soft coral Sarcophyton tortuosum. The structures and relative configurations of the two new compounds were elucidated by the combination of spectroscopic methods, chemical conversion of ximaolide F ( 1 ) into ximaolide G ( 2 ), and comparison with related model compounds.  相似文献

Two unusual novel bicyclic lactones, suberosanones A and B ( 1 and 2 , resp.), characterized by the co‐occurrence of cyclopentenone and butanolide rings within the same molecule, along with one tricyclic cyclopentenone derivative, suberosanone C ( 3 ), were isolated from the South China Sea gorgonian coral Subergorgia suberosa. Their structures were unambiguously established by detailed spectroscopic analyses (NMR, IR, and HR‐MS). The absolute configurations of 1 and 2 were determined by quantum‐chemical calculations using the time‐dependent density‐functional theory (TDDFT) method. All compounds showed neither antifouling activity against Balanus amphitrite larvae settlement nor antibacterial activity against a panel of bacterial strains at concentrations up to 25 μg/ml.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of the gorgonian coral Junceella fragilis, collected by scuba diving in Taiwan, resulted in the isolation of four new briarane‐type diterpenoids, frajunolides A–D ( 1 – 4 ), along with three known briaranes. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic studies, especially 1‐ and 2D‐NMR as well as HR‐MS experiments. The inhibitory effect of all isolated metabolites towards superoxide‐anion generation and elastase release by human neutrophils in response to formylmethionyl‐leucyl‐phenylalanine/dihydrocytochalasin B (FMLP/CB) was evaluated.  相似文献

Two new cembrane diterpenes, sinulaparvalides A and B ( 1 and 2 , resp.), which contain an intriguing seven‐membered lactone moiety, along with the four known related cembranoids 3 – 6 , were isolated from the Hainan soft coral Sinularia parva. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were established by spectroscopic methods, mainly on the basis of 2D‐NMR techniques, and were confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. The in vitro cytotoxic activities of these compounds were tested on human colon carcinoma (HCT‐116), human promyelocytic leukemia (HL‐60), and human lung carcinoma (A‐549) tumor cell lines.  相似文献

Trichodermates A – F ( 1 – 6 , resp.), six new trichothecene polyunsaturated octadioic acid esters, and (?)‐harzianum B ( 7 ) were isolated from the fermentation extract of Trichoderma sp., a plant pathogenic fungus isolated from stem rot of an unidentified tree in Thailand. The structures of 1 – 7 were elucidated by NMR experiments. The absolute configuration at C(12) in 3 was assigned by in situ dimolybdenum circular dichroism method, whereas that in 7 was deduced after hydrolysis of 7 to 8 via modified Mosher's method. Compounds 1 and 2 showed modest cytotoxic activities against the K562 (human myelogenous leukemia) cell line with IC50 values of 12.12 and 13.08 μM , respectively.  相似文献

A new hydroperoxy‐substituted cembranoid diterpene, 2‐hydroperoxysarcophine (= (1aR*,4E,11E,14aR*)‐2,3,6,7,10a,13,14,14a‐octahydro‐10a‐hydroperoxy‐1a,5,8,12‐tetramethyloxireno[9,10]cyclotetradeca[1,2‐b]furan‐9(1aH)‐one; 1 ), was isolated from the marine soft coral Lobophytum crassum. Also isolated were two other cembranoid diterpenes, obtained for the first time from a natural source, i.e., 7β,8β‐epoxy‐4α‐hydroxycembra‐1(15),2,11‐trien‐16,2‐olide ( 2 ) and 7β,8β‐epoxy‐4β‐hydroxycembra‐1(15),2,11‐trien‐16,2‐olide ( 3 ), along with three further cembranoid derivatives, five sterols, and two open‐chain metabolites. Their structures and relative configurations were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, and HR‐ESI‐MS experiments.  相似文献

Two new polyhydroxylated steroids, (2β,3β,4α,5α,8β,11β)‐4‐methylergost‐24(28)‐ene‐2,3,8,11‐tetrol‐( 1 ) and (3β,5α,6β)‐ergosta‐22,24(28)‐diene‐3,5,6,19‐tetrol ( 3 ), together with the six known related steroids 2 and 4 – 8 , were isolated from the Hainan soft coral Sinularia sp. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and by comparison with previously reported data. Three new cembrane‐based diterpenes possessing the rare 3,14‐oxa‐bridged moiety were isolated from the hexane extract of a southwestern Caribbean gorgonian octocoral, Eunicea pinta, together with seven known cembranoid diterpenes. The structures of pintoxolanes A–C ( 1 – 3 , resp.), including their relative configurations, were deduced from spectroscopic data and chemical‐correlation experiments. Experimental evidence hinting to a plausible biogenesis of the 3,14‐oxalane moiety is provided. Preliminary cytotoxicity data for compounds 1 – 3 toward human cancer cell lines are also provided.  相似文献

Six new biscembranoids, namely, sarcophytolides G–L ( 1 – 6 , resp.), together with six known analogs, were isolated from a marine soft coral Sarcophyton elegans. The structures of the new compounds were established on the basis of 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR (COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and NOESY) spectroscopic analysis together with the aid of MS, CD, and IR data. Investigation of the MeOH/CH2Cl2 extract of the soft coral Cespitularia hypotentaculata collected in Taiwan has resulted in the isolation of four new verticillane‐type diterpenoids, cespihypotins M–P ( 1 – 4 ). Compounds 2 and 3 are C(20)‐epimers. Compound 4 with a C?O group at C(10) and a methoxycarbonyl group at C(12) may be an important precursor of cespitularins and cespihypotins. The structures of these compounds were determined on the basis of spectroscopic analyses.  相似文献

Cultivation of the endophytic fungus isolated from the stems of Agriminia pilosa provided four new sesquiterpenoids, namely agripilols A–D ( 1 – 4 , resp.). Structures of these isolates were elucidated by NMR and MS data. The isolation of drimane‐ and cadinane‐type sesquiterpenoids from the genus of Fusarium is reported for the first time.  相似文献

Seven novel polyketides, namely, 1‐(xylarenone A)xylariate A ( 1 ), xylarioic acid B ( 2 ), xylariolide A ( 3 ), xylariolide B ( 4 ), xylariolide C ( 5 ), methyl xylariate C ( 6 ), and xylariolide D ( 7 ), together with the known one taiwapyrone ( 8 ), were isolated from the endophytic fungal strain Xylaria sp. NCY2 of Torreya jackii Chun . Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR experiments, and on the basis of HR‐Q‐TOF mass spectrometry. Antitumor and antibacterial assays of compounds 1 – 8 were carried out, which show moderate activities.  相似文献
