The utility of the chiral [Ti(μ‐O)(salen)]2 complexes (R)‐ and (S)‐ 1 (H2salen was prepared from (R,R)‐ or (S,S)‐cyclohexane‐1,2‐diamine and 3,5‐di(tert‐butyl)‐2‐hydroxybenzaldehyde) as catalysts for the asymmetric addition of KCN and Ac2O to aldehydes to produce O‐acetylcyanohydrins was investigated. It was shown that the complexes were active at a substrate/catalyst ratio of 100 : 1 and produced the O‐protected cyanohydrins with ee in the range of 60–92% at −40°. Other complexes, [Ti2(AcO)2(μ‐O)(salen)2] ((R)‐ 4 ) and [Ti(CF3COO)2(salen)] ((R)‐ 5 ), were prepared from (R)‐ 1 by treatment with different amounts of Ac2O and (CF3CO)2O, and their catalytic activities were tested under the same conditions. The efficiency of (R)‐ 4 was found to be even greater than that of (R)‐ 1 , whereas (R)‐ 5 was inactive. The synthesis of the corresponding salen complexes of VIV and VV, [V(O)(salen)] ((R)‐ 2 ) and [V(O)(salen)(H2O)] [S(O)3OEt] ((R)‐ 3 ), was elaborated, and their X‐ray crystal structures were determined. The efficiency of (R)‐ 3 was sufficient to produce O‐acetyl derivatives of aromatic cyanohydrins with ee in the range of 80–91% at −40°.  相似文献

A series of bimetallic chiral [Co(salen)]‐type complexes were successfully applied for the synthesis of optically pure β‐blockers via phenolic kinetic resolution (PKR) of racemic epichlorohydrin [2‐(chloromethyl)oxirane; ( ± )ECH]. The reaction proceeded readily at room temperature and consequently provided enantiomerically enriched corresponding α‐aryloxy alcohols with excellent enantioselectivities of up to 98% ee. The PKR method described in this work is highly efficient and straightforward strategy for the synthesis of chiral building blocks. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Various new C2‐symmetric bidentate ligands, bearing phosphorus, nitrogen, and sulfur, were obtained in an efficient manner, starting from (±)‐trans‐3‐methylidenecyclopropane‐1,2‐dicarboxylic acid (Feist's acid; (±)‐trans‐ 3 ). The structures of the new bidentate ligands, di(tert‐butyl) (±)‐[(trans‐3‐methylidenecyclopropane‐1,2‐diyl)dimethanediyl]biscarbamate ((±)‐ 9 ), (±)‐(trans‐3‐methyldienecyclopropane‐1,2‐diyl)dimethanaminium dichloride ((±)‐ 10 ), (±)‐S,S′‐[(trans‐3‐methylidenecyclopropane‐1,2‐diyl)dimethanediyl] diethanethioate ((±)‐ 11 ), and (±)‐[(trans‐3‐methylidenecyclopropane‐1,2‐diyl)dimethanediyl]bis(diphenylphosphane) ((±)‐ 12 ), were fully characterized by standard spectroscopic techniques. These new classes of C2‐symmetric bidentate ligands have the potential to be used in asymmetric catalysis.  相似文献

Two novel chiral ruthenium(II) complexes, Δ‐[Ru(bpy)2(dmppd)]2+ and Λ‐[Ru(bpy)2(dmppd)]2+ (dmppd = 10,12‐dimethylpteridino[6,7‐f] [1,10]phenanthroline‐11,13(10H,12H)‐dione, bpy = 2,2′‐bipyridine), were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, 1H‐NMR and ES‐MS. The DNA‐binding behaviors of both complexes were studied by UV/VIS absorption titration, competitive binding experiments, viscosity measurements, thermal DNA denaturation, and circular‐dichroism spectra. The results indicate that both chiral complexes bind to calf‐thymus DNA in an intercalative mode, and the Δ enantiomer shows larger DNA affinity than the Λ enantiomer does. Theoretical‐calculation studies for the DNA‐binding behaviors of these complexes were carried out by the density‐functional‐theory method. The mechanism involved in the regulating and controlling of the DNA‐binding abilities of the complexes was further explored by the comparative studies of [Ru(bpy)2(dmppd)]2+ and of its parent complex [Ru(bpy)2(ppd)]2+ (ppd = pteridino[6,7‐f] [1,10]phenanthroline‐11,13 (10H,12H)‐dione).  相似文献

The asymmetric hydroformylation of 2‐ and 3‐vinylfurans ( 2a and 2b , resp.) was investigated by using [Rh{(R,S)‐binaphos}] complexes as catalysts ((R,S)‐binaphos = (11bS)‐4‐{[1R)‐2′‐phosphino[1,1′‐binaphthalen]‐2‐yl]oxy}dinaphtho[2,1‐d:1′,2′‐f][1,3,2]dioxaphosphepin; 1 ). Hydroformylation of 2 gave isoaldehydes 3 in high regio‐ and enantioselectivities (Scheme 2 and Table). Reduction of the aldehydes 3 with NaBH4 successfully afforded the corresponding alcohols 5 without loss of enantiomeric purity (Scheme 3).  相似文献

A series of mononuclear metal complexes of Co(III), Ni(II) and Cu(II) with 2‐(2,4‐dichlorobenzamido)‐N′‐(3,5‐di‐tert‐butyl‐2‐hydroxybenzylidene)benzohydrazide ( LH 3 ) have been synthesized and characterized using various physico‐chemical, spectroscopic and single crystal X‐ray diffraction techniques. Structural studies of [Co( LH )( LH 2 )]·H2O ( 4 ) revealed the presence of both amido and imidol tautomeric forms of LH 3 , resulting in a distorted octahedral geometry around the Co(III) ion. [Ni( LH )(H2O)]·H2O ( 5 ) and [Cu( LH )(H2O)]·H2O ( 6 ) are isomorphous structures and crystallize in the monoclinic P21/c space group. The crystal structures of 4 , 5 and 6 are stabilized by hydrogen bonds formed by the enclathrated water molecules, C‐H···π and π···π interactions. Complexes along with the ligand ( LH 3 ) were screened for their in vivo anti‐inflammatory activity (carrageenan‐induced rat paw edema method) and in vitro antioxidant activity (DPPH free radical scavenging assay). Metal complexes have shown significant anti‐inflammatory and antioxidant potential.  相似文献

The reaction of 1‐(trimethylsilyloxy)cyclopentene ( 9 ) with (±)‐1,3,5‐triisopropyl‐2‐(1‐(RS)‐{[(1E)‐2‐methylpenta‐1,3‐dienyl]oxy}ethyl)benzene ((±)‐ 4a ) in SO2/CH2Cl2 containing (CF3SO2)2NH, followed by treatment with Bu4NF and MeI gave a 3.0 : 1 mixture of (±)‐(2RS)‐2{(1RS,2Z,4SR)‐2‐methyl‐4‐(methylsulfonyl)‐1‐[(RS)‐1‐(2,4,6‐triisopropylphenyl)ethoxy]pent‐2‐en‐1‐yl}cyclopentanone ((±)‐ 10 ) and (±)‐(2RS)‐2‐{(1RS,2Z)‐2‐methyl‐4‐[(SR)‐methylsulfonyl]‐1‐[(SR)‐1‐(2,4,6‐triisopropylphenyl)ethoxy]pent‐2‐en‐1‐yl}cyclopentanone ((±)‐ 11 ). Similarly, enantiomerically pure dienyl ether (−)‐(1S)‐ 4a reacted with 1‐(trimethylsilyloxy)cyclohexene ( 12 ) to give a 14.1 : 1 mixture of (−)‐(2S)‐2‐{(1S,2Z,4R)‐2‐methyl‐4‐(methylsulfonyl)‐1‐[(S)‐1‐(2,4,6‐triisopropylphenyl)ethoxy]pent‐2‐enyl}cyclohexanone ((−)‐ 13a ) and its diastereoisomer 14a with (1S,2R,4R) or (1R,2S,4S) configuration. Structures of (±)‐ 10 , (±)‐ 11 , and (−)‐ 13a were established by single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography. Poor diastereoselectivities were observed with the (E,E)‐2‐methylpenta‐1,3‐diene‐1‐ylethers (+)‐ 4b and (−)‐ 4c bearing ( 1 S )‐1‐phenylethyl and (1S)‐1‐(pentafluorophenyl)ethyl groups instead of the Greene's auxiliary ((1S)‐(2,4,6‐triisopropylphenyl)ethyl group). The results demonstrate that high α/βsyn and asymmetric induction (due to the chiral auxiliary) can be obtained in the four‐component syntheses of the β‐alkoxy ketones. The method generates enantiomerically pure polyfunctional methyl sulfones bearing three chiral centers on C‐atoms and one (Z)‐alkene moiety.  相似文献

A new reaction sequence for the synthesis of the sesquiterpene arenes (±)‐wiedendiol B ((±)‐ 1 ) and the siphonodictyal B derivative (±)‐ 21 consists in the coupling of (±)‐drimanoyl chloride ((±)‐ 3 ) with lithiated and appropriately substituted aromatic synthons to furnish the ketones (±)‐ 7 and (±)‐ 17 which were reduced to the benzyl alcohols (±)‐ 8a,b and (±)‐ 18a,b , respectively (Schemes 5, 4, and 12). The 9,11‐double bond of the drimenes (±)‐ 9 and (±)‐ 19 was formed by elimination of H2O from the benzyl alcohols (±)‐ 8a,b and (±)‐ 18a,b (Schemes 6 and 12). New alternatives were applied to this elimination reaction involving either the pyridine ? SO3 complex or chloral as reagents.  相似文献

Metal Complexes with N2O2S2 Donor Set. Synthesis and Characterization of the Cobalt(II), Nickel(II), and Copper(II) Complexes of a 15‐ and a 16‐Membered Bis(2‐hydroxyethyl) Pendant Macrocyclic Ligand The macrocyclic ligands 6, 10‐bis(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐7, 8, 9, 11, 17, 18‐hexahydro‐dibenzo‐[e, n][1, 4, 8, 12]‐dithiadiaza‐cyclopentadecine ( 1 ) (L1) and 5, 13‐bis(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐7, 8, 9, 10, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20‐nonahydro‐dibenzo‐[g, o][1, 9, 5, 13]‐dithiadiaza‐cyclohexadecine (L4) have been prepared. They form the stable complexes [CoL1(‐H)CoL1](ClO4)3 ( 2 ), [NiL1](ClO4)2·MeOH ( 3 ), Λ‐[CuL1](ClO4)2·MeOH ( 4a ) and rac‐[CuL1](ClO4)2·MeOH ( 4b ), [NiL4](ClO4)2 ( 5 ), and [CuL4](ClO4)2 ( 6 ). The compounds 1 to 6 have been characterized by standard methods and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In the complexes 2 to 6 the metal atoms are octahedrally coordinated by the N2O2S2 donor set of the ligands. L1 and L4 are folded herein along the N···M···S‐ and the N···M···N′‐axes, respectively. This results at the metal atom in a allcis‐configuration for the complexes of L1 and a trans‐N2cis‐O2cis‐S2‐configuration for the complexes of L4. The cobalt(II) complex 2 is a dimer, bridged by a rather short hydrogen bridge of 2.402(12)Å length. The copper(II) complexes of L1 and L4 differ with respect to the Jahn‐Teller‐distortion.  相似文献

The new N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) precursors 4, ‐dicyano‐1, ‐dimesityl‐ ( 9 ) and 4, 5‐dicyano‐1, 3‐dineopentyl‐2‐(pentafluorophenyl)imidazoline ( 14 ) were synthesized. The structure of 9 could be determined by X‐ray crystallography. With the 2‐pentafluorophenyl‐substituted imidazolines 9 and 14 , the [AgCl(NHC)], [RhCl(COD)(NHC)], and [RhCl(CO)2(NHC)] complexes [NHC = 4, 5‐dicyano‐1, 3‐dimesitylimidazol‐2‐ylidene ( 3 ) and 4, 5‐dicyano‐1, 3‐dineopentylimidazol‐2‐ylidene ( 4 )] were obtained. Crystal structures of [AgCl( 3 )] ( 15 ), [RhCl(COD)( 3 )] ( 17 ), [RhCl(COD)( 4 )] ( 18 ), and [RhCl(CO)2( 3 )] ( 19 ) were solved and with the crystal data of 19 , the percent buried volume ( %Vbur) of 31.8(±0.1) % was determined for NHC 3 . Infrared spectra of the imidazolines 9 and 14 and of the complexes 15 – 20 were recorded and the CO stretching frequencies of complexes 19 and 20 were used to determine the Tolman electronic parameters of the newly obtained NHCs 3 (TEP: 2060 cm–1) and 4 (TEP: 2061 cm–1), thus proving that 1, 3‐substitution of maleonitrile‐NHCs does not have a significant effect for the high π‐acceptor strength of these carbenes.  相似文献

The synthesis of enantiomerically pure aluminium, gallium and indium complexes supported by chiral (R,R)‐(HHONNOHH) ( 1 ), (R,R)‐(MeHONNOHMe) ( 2 ), (R,R)‐(tButBuONNOtButBu) ( 3 ), (R,R)‐(MeNO2ONNOMeNO2) ( 4 ), (R,R)‐(HOMeONNOHOMe) ( 5 ) and (R,R)‐(ClClONNOClCl) ( 6 ) (1,2)‐diphenylethylene‐salen ligands is described. Several of these complexes have been crystallographically authenticated, which highlights a diversity of coordination patterns. Whereas all Ga complexes form [Ga2(CH2SiMe3)4(ONNO)] bimetallic species (ONNO= 1 – 3 ), aluminium [AlR(ONNO)] (R=Me, CH2SiMe3) and indium [In(CH2SiMe3)(ONNO)] derivatives are monometallic for ONNO= 1 , 2 and 4 – 6 , and only form the bimetallic complexes [Al2R4(ONNO)] and [In2(CH2SiMe3)4(ONNO)] for the most sterically crowded ligand 3 . The [AlMe(ONNO)] complexes react with iPrOH to give [AlOiPr(ONNO)] complexes that are robust towards further iPrOH. The [In(CH2SiMe3)(ONNO)] congeners are inert towards excess alcohol, whereas the Ga compounds decompose easily. All these alkyl complexes, as well as the [AlOiPr(ONNO)] derivatives, catalyse the ring‐opening polymerisation (ROP) of racemic lactide (rac‐LA). The [AlMe(ONNO)] complexes require additional alcohol to afford controlled reactions, but [AlOiPr(ONNO)] complexes are single‐component catalysts for the isoselective ROP of rac‐LA, with values of Pm in the range 0.80–0.90. Experimental evidence unexpectedly shows that chain‐end control leads to the isoselectivity of these aluminium catalysts; also, the more crowded the coordination sphere, the higher the isoselectivity. The bimetallic Ga complexes do not afford controlled reactions, but the binary [In(ONNO)(CH2SiMe3)/(PhCH2OH)] systems competently mediate non‐stereoselective ROP; evidence is given that an activated monomer mechanism is at work. Kinetic studies show that catalytic activity decreases when electronic density and steric congestion at the metal atom increase.  相似文献

Utilizing semirigid lactic acid derivatives (R)‐H2CBA and (S)‐H2CBA as chiral ligands, two pair of homochiral coordination polymers formulated as [Zn((R)‐CBA)(1,4‐DIB)] · H2O ( 1 ‐ D ), [Zn((S)‐CBA)(1,4‐DIB)] · H2O ( 1 ‐ L ), [Co((R)‐CBA)(1,4‐DIB)] · H2O ( 2 ‐ D ) and [Co((S)‐CBA)(1,4‐DIB)] · H2O ( 2 ‐ L ) were prepared under solvothermal reaction condition. Single X‐ray diffraction study reveals that all the complexes are comprised of three kinds of helical chains, which are constructed by corresponding metal ions, CBA2– ligands, and/or 1,4‐DIB ligands. Moreover, some physical characteristics, such as PXRD, thermal stabilities, solid‐state circular dichroism (CD), luminescent and magnetic properties are also investigated.  相似文献

The chemical synthesis of deuterated isomeric 6,7‐dihydroxydodecanoic acid methyl esters 1 and the subsequent metabolism of esters 1 and the corresponding acids 1a in liquid cultures of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae was investigated. Incubation experiments with (6R,7R)‐ or (6S,7S)‐6,7‐dihydroxy(6,7‐2H2)dodecanoic acid methyl ester ((6R,7R)‐ or (6S,7S)‐(6,7‐2H2)‐ 1 , resp.) and (±)‐threo‐ or (±)‐erythro‐6,7‐dihydroxy(6,7‐2H2)dodecanoic acid ((±)‐threo‐ or (±)‐erythro‐(6,7‐2H2)‐ 1a , resp.) elucidated their metabolic pathway in yeast (Tables 1–3). The main products were isomeric 2H‐labeled 5‐hydroxydecano‐4‐lactones 2 . The absolute configuration of the four isomeric lactones 2 was assigned by chemical synthesis via Sharpless asymmetric dihydroxylation and chiral gas chromatography (Lipodex ® E). The enantiomers of threo‐ 2 were separated without derivatization on Lipodex ® E; in contrast, the enantiomers of erythro‐ 2 could be separated only after transformation to their 5‐O‐(trifluoroacetyl) derivatives. Biotransformation of the methyl ester (6R,7R)‐(6,7‐2H2)‐ 1 led to (4R,5R)‐ and (4S,5R)‐(2,5‐2H2)‐ 2 (ratio ca. 4 : 1; Table 2). Estimation of the label content and position of (4S,5R)‐(2,5‐2H2)‐ 2 showed 95% label at C(5), 68% label at C(2), and no 2H at C(4) (Table 2). Therefore, oxidation and subsequent reduction with inversion at C(4) of 4,5‐dihydroxydecanoic acid and transfer of 2H from C(4) to C(2) is postulated. The 5‐hydroxydecano‐4‐lactones 2 are of biochemical importance: during the fermentation of Streptomyces griseus, (4S,5R)‐ 2 , known as L‐factor, occurs temporarily before the antibiotic production, and (?)‐muricatacin (=(4R,5R)‐5‐hydroxy‐heptadecano‐4‐lactone), a homologue of (4R,5R)‐ 2 , is an anticancer agent.  相似文献

Sulfonamide‐derived new ligands, 4‐({[(E)‐(5‐bromo‐2‐hydroxyphenyl)methylidene]‐amino}methyl)benzenesulfonamide and 4‐bromo‐2‐((E)‐{4‐[(3,4‐dimethylisoxazol‐5‐yl)sulfamoyl]phenyl}iminiomethyl)phenolate and their transition metal [cobalt(II), copper(II), nickel(II) and zinc(II)] complexes were synthesized and characterized. The nature of bonding and structure of all the synthesized compounds were deduced from physical (magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements), spectral (IR, 1H and 13C NMR, electronic, mass spectrometry) and analytical (CHN analysis) data. The structure of the ligand, 4‐bromo‐2‐((E)‐{4‐[(3,4‐dimethylisoxazol‐5‐yl)sulfamoyl]phenyl} iminiomethyl)phenolate was also determined by X‐ray diffraction method. An octahedral geometry was suggested for all the complexes. In order to evaluate the biological activity of the ligands and the effect of metals, the ligands and their metal complexes were screened for in vitro antibacterial, antifungal and cytotoxic activity. The results of these studies revealed that all compounds showed moderate to significant antibacterial activity against one or more bacterial strains and good antifungal activity against various fungal strains. Diastereomeric geminate pairs of chiral bis(2‐oxazoline) ruthenium complexes with bipyridyl‐type N‐heteroaromatics, Λ‐ and Δ‐[Ru(L‐ L)2(iPr‐biox)]2+ (iPr‐biox=(4S,4′S)‐4,4′‐diisopropyl‐2,2′‐bis(2‐oxazoline); L‐ L=2,2′‐bipyridyl (bpy) for 1 Λ and 1 Δ, 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridyl (dmbpy) for 2 Λ and 2 Δ, and 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) for 3 Λ and 3 Δ), were separated as BF4 and PF6 salts and were subjected to the comparative studies of their stereochemical and photochemical characterization. DFT calculations of 1 Λ and 1 Δ electronic configurations for the lowest triplet excited state revealed that their MO‐149 (HOMO) and MO‐150 (lower SOMO) characters are interchanged between them and that the phosphorescence‐emissive states are an admixture of a Ru‐to‐biox charge‐transfer state and an intraligand excited state within the iPr‐biox. Furthermore, photoluminescence properties of the two Λ,Δ‐diastereomeric series are discussed with reference to [Ru(bpy)3]2+.  相似文献

The synthesis, structure, and solution‐state behavior of clothespin‐shaped binuclear trans‐bis(β‐iminoaryloxy)palladium(II) complexes doubly linked with pentamethylene spacers are described. Achiral syn and racemic anti isomers of complexes 1 – 3 were prepared by treating Pd(OAc)2 with the corresponding N,N′‐bis(β‐hydroxyarylmethylene)‐1,5‐pentanediamine and then subjecting the mixture to chromatographic separation. Optically pure (100 % ee) complexes, (+)‐anti‐ 1 , (+)‐anti‐ 2 , and (+)‐anti‐ 3 , were obtained from the racemic mixture by employing a preparative HPLC system with a chiral column. The trans coordination and clothespin‐shaped structures with syn and anti conformations of these complexes have been unequivocally established by X‐ray diffraction studies. 1H NMR analysis showed that (±)‐anti‐ 1 , (±)‐anti‐ 2 , syn‐ 2 , and (±)‐anti‐ 3 display a flapping motion by consecutive stacking association/dissociation between cofacial coordination planes in [D8]toluene, whereas syn‐ 1 and syn‐ 3 are static under the same conditions. The activation parameters for the flapping motion (ΔH and ΔS) were determined from variable‐temperature NMR analyses as 50.4 kJ mol?1 and 60.1 J mol?1 K?1 for (±)‐anti‐ 1 , 31.0 kJ mol?1 and ?22.7 J mol?1 K?1 for (±)‐anti‐ 2 , 29.6 kJ mol?1 and ?57.7 J mol?1 K?1 for syn‐ 2 , and 35.0 kJ mol?1 and 0.5 J mol?1 K?1 for (±)‐anti‐ 3 , respectively. The molecular structure and kinetic parameters demonstrate that all of the anti complexes flap with a twisting motion in [D8]toluene, although (±)‐anti‐ 1 bearing dilated Z‐shaped blades moves more dynamically than I‐shaped (±)‐anti‐ 2 or the smaller (±)‐anti‐ 3 . Highly symmetrical syn‐ 2 displays a much more static flapping motion, that is, in a see‐saw‐like manner. In CDCl3, (±)‐anti‐ 1 exhibits an extraordinary upfield shift of the 1H NMR signals with increasing concentration, whereas solutions of (+)‐anti‐ 1 and the other syn/anti analogues 2 and 3 exhibit negligible or slight changes in the chemical shifts under the same conditions, which indicates that anti‐ 1 undergoes a specific heterochiral association in the solution state. Equilibrium constants for the dimerizations of (±)‐ and (+)‐anti‐ 1 in CDCl3 at 293 K were estimated by curve‐fitting analysis of the 1H NMR chemical shift dependences on concentration as 26 M ?1 [KD(racemic)] and 3.2 M ?1 [KD(homo)], respectively. The heterochiral association constant [KD(hetero)] was estimated as 98 M ?1, based on the relationship KD(racemic)=1/2 KD(homo)+1/4 KD(hetero). An inward stacking motif of interpenetrative dimer association is postulated as the mechanistic rationale for this rare case of heterochiral association.  相似文献

The chiral compounds (R)‐ and (S)‐1‐benzoyl‐2,3,5,6‐tetrahydro‐3‐methyl‐2‐(1‐methylethyl)pyrimidin‐4(1H)‐one ((R)‐ and (S)‐ 1 ), derived from (R)‐ and (S)‐asparagine, respectively, were used as convenient starting materials for the preparation of the enantiomerically pure α‐alkylated (alkyl=Me, Et, Bn) α,β‐diamino acids (R)‐ and (S)‐ 11 – 13 . The chiral lithium enolates of (R)‐ and (S)‐ 1 were first alkylated, and the resulting diasteroisomeric products 5 – 7 were aminated with ‘di(tert‐butyl) azodicarboxylate’ (DBAD), giving rise to the diastereoisomerically pure (≥98%) compounds 8 – 10 . The target compounds (R)‐ and (S)‐ 11 – 13 could then be obtained in good yields and high purities by a hydrolysis/hydrogenolysis/hydrolysis sequence.  相似文献

The (−)‐ and (+)‐β‐irones ((−)‐ and (+)‐ 2 , resp.), contaminated with ca. 7 – 9% of the (+)‐ and (−)‐transα‐isomer, respectively, were obtained from racemic α‐irone via the 2,6‐trans‐epoxide (±)‐ 4 (Scheme 2). Relevant steps in the sequence were the LiAlH4 reduction of the latter, to provide the diastereoisomeric‐4,5‐dihydro‐5‐hydroxy‐transα‐irols (±)‐ 6 and (±)‐ 7 , resolved into the enantiomers by lipase‐PS‐mediated acetylation with vinyl acetate. The enantiomerically pure allylic acetate esters (+)‐ and (−)‐ 8 and (+)‐ and (−)‐ 9 , upon treatment with POCl3/pyridine, were converted to the β‐irol acetate derivatives (+)‐ and (−)‐ 10 , and (+)‐ and (−)‐ 11 , respectively, eventually providing the desired ketones (+)‐ and (−)‐ 2 by base hydrolysis and MnO2 oxidation. The 2,6‐cis‐epoxide (±)‐ 5 provided the 4,5‐dihydro‐4‐hydroxy‐cisα‐irols (±)‐ 13 and (±)‐ 14 in a 3 : 1 mixture with the isomeric 5‐hydroxy derivatives (±)‐ 15 and (±)‐ 16 on hydride treatment (Scheme 1). The POCl3/pyridine treatment of the enantiomerically pure allylic acetate esters, obtained by enzymic resolution of (±)‐ 13 and (±)‐ 14 , provided enantiomerically pure cisα‐irol acetate esters, from which ketones (+)‐ and (−)‐ 22 were prepared (Scheme 4). The same materials were obtained from the (9S) alcohols (+)‐ 13 and (−)‐ 14 , treated first with MnO2, then with POCl3/pyridine (Scheme 4). Conversely, the dehydration with POCl3/pyridine of the enantiomerically pure 2,6‐cis‐5‐hydroxy derivatives obtained from (±)‐ 15 and (±)‐ 16 gave rise to a mixture in which the γ‐irol acetates 25a and 25b and 26a and 26b prevailed over the α‐ and β‐isomers (Scheme 5). The (+)‐ and (−)‐cisγ‐irones ((+)‐ and (−)‐ 3 , resp.) were obtained from the latter mixture by a sequence involving as the key step the photochemical isomerization of the α‐double bond to the γ‐double bond. External panel olfactory evaluation assigned to (+)‐β‐irone ((+)‐ 2 ) and to (−)‐cisγ‐irone ((−)‐ 3 ) the strongest character and the possibility to be used as dry‐down note.  相似文献

The Reactivity of Dinuclear Platina‐β‐diketones with Phosphines: Diacetylplatinum(II) Complexes and Mononuclear Platina‐β‐diketones Addition of mono‐ and bidentate phosphines or of AsPh3 to the platina‐β‐diketone [Pt2{(COMe)2H}2(μ‐Cl)2] ( 1 ) followed by the addition of NaOMe at ?70 °C resulted in the formation of diacetyl platinum(II) complexes cis‐[Pt(COMe)2L2] (L = PPh3, 2a ; P(4‐FC6H4)3, 2b ; PPh2(4‐py), 2c ; PMePh2, 2d ; AsPh3, 2d ) and [Pt(COMe)2(L??L)] (L??L = dppe, 3b ; dppp, 3c ), respectively. The analogous reaction with dppm afforded the dinuclear complex cis‐[{Pt(COMe)2}2(μ‐dppm)2] ( 4 ) that reacted in boiling acetone yielding [Pt(COMe)2(dppm)] ( 3a ). The reactions 1 → 2 / 3 were found to proceed via thermally highly unstable cationic mononuclear platina‐β‐diketone intermediates [Pt{(COMe)2H}L2]+ and [Pt{(COMe)2H}(L??L)]+, respectively, that could be isolated as chlorides for L??L = dppe ( 5a ) and dppp ( 5b ). The reversibility of the deprotonation of type 5 complexes with NaOMe yielding type 3 complexes was shown by the protonation of the diacetyl complex 3b with HBF4 yielding the platina‐β‐diketone [Pt{(COMe)2H}(dppe)](BF4) ( 5c ). All compounds were fully characterized by means of NMR and IR spectroscopies, and microanalyses. X‐ray diffraction analysis was performed for the complex cis‐[Pt(COMe)2(PPh3)2]·H2O·CHCl3 ( 2a ·H2O·CHCl3).  相似文献

Novel ruthenium (II) complexes were prepared containing 2‐phenyl‐1,8‐naphthyridine derivatives. The coordination modes of these ligands were modified by addition of coordinating solvents such as water into the ethanolic reaction media. Under these conditions 1,8‐naphthyridine (napy) moieties act as monodentade ligands forming unusual [Ru(CO)2Cl21‐2‐phenyl‐1,8‐naphthyridine‐ kN )(η1‐2‐phenyl‐1,8‐naphthyridine‐kN′)] complexes. The reaction was reproducible when different 2‐phenyl‐1,8‐naphthyridine derivatives were used. On the other hand, when dry ethanol was used as the solvent we obtained complexes with napy moieties acting as a chelating ligand. The structures proposed for these complexes were supported by NMR spectra, and the presence of two ligands in the [Ru(CO)2Cl21‐2‐phenyl‐1,8‐naphthyridine‐ kN )(η1‐2‐phenyl‐1,8‐naphthyridine‐kN′)] type complexes was confirmed using elemental analysis. All complexes were tested as catalysts in the hydroformylation of styrene showing moderate activity in N,N′‐dimethylformamide. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
