Complexes of [Sm2(m‐ClBA)6(phen)2] · 2H2O and [Sm2(m‐BrBA)6(phen)2] · 2H2O (m‐ClBA = m‐chlorobenzoate, m‐BrBA = m‐bromobenzoate, and phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline) were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectra. The thermal decomposition processes of the two complexes were studied by means of TG–DTG and IR techniques. Their thermal decomposition kinetics were investigated from the analysis of the TG and DTG curves by jointly using a new method proposed by us and a newly nonlinear isoconversional integral method. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The structures of orthorhombic bis[pentaammineaquacobalt(III)] tetra‐μ2‐fluorido‐tetradecafluoridotrizirconium(IV) hexahydrate (space group Ibam), [Co(NH3)5(H2O)]2[Zr3F18]·6H2O, (I), and bis[hexaamminecobalt(III)] tetra‐μ2‐fluorido‐tetradecafluoridotrizirconium(IV) hexahydrate (space group Pnna), [Co(NH3)6]2[Zr3F18]·6H2O, (II), consist of complex [Co(NH3)x(H2O)y]3+ cations with either m [in (I)] or and 2 [in (II)] symmetry, [Zr3F18]6− anionic chains located on sites with 222 [in (I)] or 2 [in (II)] symmetry, and water molecules.  相似文献

In poly[[diaquaoxido[μ3‐trioxidoselenato(2−)]vanadium(IV)] hemihydrate], {[VO(SeO3)(H2O)2]·0.5H2O}n, the octahedral V(H2O)2O4 and pyramidal SeO3 building units are linked by V—O—Se bonds to generate ladder‐like chains propagating along the [010] direction. A network of O—H...O hydrogen bonds helps to consolidate the structure. The O atom of the uncoordinated water molecule lies on a crystallographic twofold axis. The title compound has a similar structure to those of the reported phases [VO(OH)(H2O)(SeO3)]4·2H2O and VO(H2O)2(HPO4)·2H2O.  相似文献

The Lanthanum Dodecahydro‐closo‐Dodecaborate Hydrate [La(H2O)9]2[B12H12]3·15 H2O and its Oxonium‐Chloride Derivative [La(H2O)9](H3O)Cl2[B12H12]·H2O By neutralization of an aqueous solution of the free acid (H3O)2[B12H12] with basic La2O3 and after isothermic evaporation colourless, face‐rich single crystals of a water‐rich lanthanum(III) dodecahydro‐closo‐dodecaborate hydrate [La(H2O)9]2[B12H12]3·15 H2O are isolated. The compound crystallizes in the trigonal system with the centrosymmetric space group (a = 1189.95(2), c = 7313.27(9) pm, c/a = 6.146; Z = 6; measuring temperature: 100 K). The crystal structure of [La(H2O)9]2[B12H12]3·15 H2O can be characterized by two of each other independent, one into another posed motives of lattice components. The [B12H12]2− anions (d(B–B) = 177–179 pm; d(B–H) = 105–116 pm) are arranged according to the samarium structure, while the La3+ cations are arranged according to the copper structure. The lanthanum cations are coordinated in first sphere by nine oxygen atoms from water molecules in form of a threecapped trigonal prism (d(La–O) = 251–262 pm). A coordinative influence of the [B12H12]2− anions on La3+ has not been determined. Since “zeolitic” water of hydratation is also present, obviously the classical H–Oδ–···H–O‐hydrogen bonds play a significant role in the stabilization of the crystal structure. During the conversion of an aqueous solution of (H3O)2[B12H12] with lanthanum trichloride an anion‐mixed salt with the composition [La(H2O)9](H3O)Cl2[B12H12]·H2O is obtained. The compound crystallizes in the hexagonal system with the non‐centrosymmetric space group (a = 808.84(3), c = 2064.51(8) pm, c/a = 2.552; Z = 2; measuring temperature: 293 K). The crystal structure can be characterized as a layer‐like structure, in which [B12H12]2− anions and H3O+ cations alternate with layers of [La(H2O)9]3+ cations (d(La–O) = 252–260 pm) and Cl anions along [001]. The [B12H12]2− (d(B–B) = 176–179 pm; d(B–H) = 104–113 pm) and Cl anions exhibit no coordinative influence on La3+. Hydrogen bonds are formed between the H3O+ cations and [B12H12]2− anions, also between the water molecules of [La(H2O)9]3+ and Cl anions, which contribute to the stabilization of the crystal structure.  相似文献

The title saccharinate complexes, aqua[1,2‐benzisothiazol‐3(2H)‐onato 1,1‐dioxide‐N]bis(1,10‐phenanthroline‐N,N′)man­ganese(II) 1,2‐benz­isothia­zol‐3(2H)‐onate 1,1‐dioxide,[Mn(C7H4NO3S)(C12H8N2)2(H2O)](C7H4NO3S), and aqua[1,2‐benz­iso­thiazol‐3(2H)‐onato 1,1‐dioxide‐N]­bis­(2,2′‐bi­pyri­dine‐N,N′)­cobalt(II) 1,2‐benz­iso­thia­zol‐3(2H)‐onate 1,1‐di­oxide, [Co­(C7H4NO3S)­(C10H8N2)2­(H2O)]­(C7H4NO3S), have been prepared and their crystal structures determined at 150 K. The structure of the manganese complex consists of repeated alternating [Mn(phen)2(sac)(H2O)]+ cations and non‐coordinated saccharinate anions. The water molecule, bound to manganese as part of a slightly distorted octahedral arrangement, is hydrogen bonded to an O atom of the SO2 group in the saccharinate counter‐ion. In contrast, the cobalt complex has one pseudo‐octahedral [Co(bipy)2(sac)(H2O)]+ cation, with the cobalt‐bound water molecule hydrogen bonded to the N atom of the accompanying free saccharinate anion.  相似文献

The title compound, aqua­tris­(nitrato)[2,4,6‐tris(2‐pyridyl)‐1,3,5‐triazine]samarium dihydrate, [Sm(NO3)3­(C18H12N6)­(H2O)]·­2H2O, was prepared from Sm(NO3)3·6H2O and 2,4,6‐tris(2‐pyridyl)‐1,3,5‐triazine. Two supramolecular architectures, [Mn(3‐bpd)2(NCS)2(H2O)2]·2H2O ( 1 ) and {[Mn(bpe)(NCS)2(H2O)2]·(3‐bpd)·(bpe)·H2O}n ( 2 ) [bpe = 1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethylene and 3‐bpd = 1,4‐bis(3‐pyridyl)‐2,3‐diaza‐1,3‐butadiene] have been synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic, elemental and single crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with chemical formula C26H28Mn N10O4S2, a = 9.1360(6), b = 9.7490(6), c = 17.776(1) Å, β = 93.212(1)°, and Z = 2 while compound 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121, with chemical formula C38H36Mn1N10O3S2, a = 14.1902(6), b = 15.4569(7), c = 18.2838(8) Å, α = β = γ = 90°, and Z = 4. Structural determination reveals that the coordination geometry at Mn(II) in compound 1 or 2 is a distorted octahedral which consists of two nitrogen donors of two NCS?ligands, two oxygen donors of two water molecules, and two nitrogen donors of two 3‐bpd ligands for 1 and two dpe ligands for 2 , respectively. The two 3‐bpd ligands in 1 adopt a monodentate binding mode and the dpe in 2 adopts a bismonodentate bridging mode to connect the Mn(II) ions forming a 1D chain‐like coordination polymer. Both the π‐π stacking interactions between the coordinated and the free pyridyl‐based ligands and intermolecular hydrogen bonds among the coordinated and the crystallized water molecules and the free pyridyl‐based ligands play an important role in construction of these 3D supramolecular architectures.  相似文献

Crystal Structure of Sr(BrO3)2 · H2O, Ba(BrO3)2 · H2O, Ba(IO3)2 · H2O, Pb(ClO3)2 · H2O, and Pb(BrO3)2 · H2O The crystall structures of the isostructural halates Sr(BrO3)2 · H2O, Ba(BrO3)2 · H2O, Ba(IO3)2 · H2O, Pb(ClO3)2 · H2O, and Pb(BrO3)2 · H2O were determined using X-ray single crystal data (monoclinic space group C2/c? C, Z = 4), The mean bond lengths and bond angles of the halate ions in the Ba(ClO3)2 · 1 H2O-type compounds, which correspond to those of other halates, are Cl? O, 149.0, Br? O, 165.9, I? O, 180.2 pm, ClO3?, 106.4, BrO3?, 104.0, and IO3?, 99.6°. The structure data obtained are discussed in terms of possible orientational disorder of the water molecules, strengths of the hydrogen bonds, influence of the lead ions on the structure, and site group distortion of the halate ions.  相似文献

The characteristic feature of the structure of the title compound, dipotassium bis(sulfito‐κS)mercurate(II) 2.25‐hydrate, is a layered arrangement parallel to (001) where each of the two independent [Hg(SO3)2]2− anions are grouped into centrosymmetric pairs and are surrounded by two K+ cations to give the overall layer composition {K2[Hg(SO3)2]2}2−. The remaining cations and the uncoordinated water molecules are situated between these layers. Within the [Hg(SO3)2]2− anions, the central Hg atoms are twofold coordinated by S atoms, with a mean Hg—S bond length of 2.384 (2) Å. The anions are slightly bent [174.26 (3) and 176.99 (3)°] due to intermolecular O...Hg interactions greater than 2.8 Å. All coordination polyhedra around the K+ cations are considerably distorted, with coordination numbers ranging from six to nine. Although the H atoms of the five water molecules (one with symmetry 2) could not be located, O...O separations between 2.80 and 2.95 Å suggest a system of medium to weak O—H...O hydrogen bonds which help to consolidate the structural set‐up. Differences and similarities between the bis(sulfito‐κS)mercurate(II) anions in the title compound and those in the related salts (NH4)2[Hg(SO3)2] and Na2[Hg(SO3)2]·H2O are discussed.  相似文献

The title compound, poly­[[[di­aqua(μ‐4,4′‐bipyridyl)­di­nickel(II)]‐bis(μ‐4,4′‐bipyridyl)‐di‐μ‐hexa­oxo­di­vana­date(2?)] 2.5‐hydrate], [Ni2­(V2O6)2­(C10H8N2)3­(H2O)2]·­2.5H2O, has been prepared hydro­thermally and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The structure consists of [V2O6], [Ni­(4,4′‐bipy)4O2] and [Ni­(H2O)2­(4,4′‐bipy)2O2] polyhedra, and water of crystallization. Crystal Structure of Sodium Dihydrogencyamelurate Tetrahydrate Na[H2(C6N7)O3] · 4 H2O Sodium dihydrogencyamelurate‐tetrahydrate Na[H2(C6N7)O3]·4 H2O was obtained by neutralisation of an aqueous solution, previously prepared by hydrolysis of the polymer melon with sodium hydroxide. The crystal structure was solved by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction ( a = 6.6345(13), b = 8.7107(17), c = 11.632(2) Å, α = 68.96(3), β = 87.57(3), γ = 68.24(3)°, V = 579.5(2) Å3, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0535, 2095 observed reflections, 230 parameters). Both hydrogen atoms of the dihydrogencyamelurate anion are directly bound to nitrogen atoms of the cyameluric nucleus, thus proving the preference of the keto‐tautomere in salts of cyameluric acid in the solid‐state. The compound forms a layer‐like structure with an extensive hydrogen bonding network.  相似文献

Single crystals of [Cr(H2O)6]2[B12H12]3 · 15H2O and [In(H2O)6]2[B12H12]3 · 15H2O were obtained by reactions of aqueous solutions of the acid (H3O)2[B12H12] with chromium(III) hydroxide and indium metal shot, respectively. The title compounds crystallize isotypically in the trigonal system with space group R$\bar{3}$ c (a = 1157.62(3), c = 6730.48(9) pm for the chromium, a = 1171.71(3), c = 6740.04(9) pm for the indium compound, Z = 6). The arrangement of the quasi‐icosahedral [B12H12]2– dianions can be considered as stacking of two times nine layers with the sequence …ABCCABBCA… and the metal trications arrange in a cubic closest packed …abc… stacking sequence. The metal trications are octahedrally coordinated by six water molecules of hydration, while another fifteen H2O molecules fill up the structures as zeolitic crystal water or second‐sphere hydrating species. Between these free and the metal‐bonded water molecules, bridging hydrogen bonds are found. Furthermore, there is also evidence of hydrogen bonding between the anionic [B12H12]2– clusters and the free zeolitic water molecules according to B–Hδ ··· δ+H–O interactions. Vibrational spectroscopy studies prove the presence of these hydrogen bonds and also show slight distortions of the dodecahydro‐closo‐dodecaborate anions from their ideal icosahedral symmetry (Ih). Thermal decomposition studies for the example of [Cr(H2O)6]2[B12H12]3 · 15H2O gave no hints for just a simple multi‐stepwise dehydration process.  相似文献

Solid-state decomposition of [V3O(O2CPh)6(H2O)3]Cl at 300 degrees C followed by alcoholysis of the product gives the new vanadium complexes [V6O6(PhCO2)6(CH3O)6(CH3OH)3] (1), [V6O6(PhCO2)6(C2H5O)6(C2H5OH)3] (2), [V6O6(PhCO2)6(C3H7O)6(C3H7OH)3] (3), [V6O6(PhCO2)6(C4H9O)6(C4H9OH)3] (4) and [V4O4(OCH3)6(O2CPh)2(HOCH3)2] (5). Complexes 2, 3 and 5 have been crystallographically characterised. DC magnetic susceptibility studies on complex shows antiferromagnetic coupling leading to a S = 0 spin ground state.  相似文献

通过水热合成技术,一个新颖的基于Zn配合物修饰的Keggin型钴钨酸的有机-无机杂化化合物:[Zn(2,2’-bipy)3]3{[Zn(2,2’-bipy)2(H2O)]2 [HCoW12O40] 2 }.H2O已经被合成,化合物通过红外光谱、热重分析和单晶X-射线衍射进行了表征。单晶X-射线衍射的结果显示标题化合物是由一个单支撑的{[Zn(2,2’-bipy)2(H2O)]2 [HCoW12O40] 2}6-多阴离子,三个[Zn(2,2’-bipy)3]2+阳离子和一个水分子构成。有趣的是[Zn(1)(2,2’-bipy)3]2+阳离子通过氢键连接在一起形成螺旋链。另外标题化合物在空气中是稳定的,并且在室温下显示了强的荧光。  相似文献

From hydrothermal synthesis needle‐shaped crystals of [Ca3(C6H5O7)2(H2O)2] · 2H2O were obtained. The crystal structure was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray experiments and confirmed by powder data (P$\bar{1}$ (no. 2) a = 5.9466(4), b = 10.2247(8), c = 16.6496(13) Å, α = 72.213(7)°, β = 79.718(7)°, γ = 89.791(6)°, V = 947.06(13) Å3, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0426, wR2 = 0.1037). The structure was obtained from pseudo merohedrically polysynthetic twinned crystals using a combined data collection approach and refinement processes. The observed three‐dimensional network is dominated by eightfold coordinated Ca2+ cations linked by citrate anions and hydrogen bonds between two non‐coordinating crystal water molecules and two coordinating water molecules.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of dipotassium di‐μ‐oxo‐bis[aqua(oxalato‐O1,O2)oxomolybdenum(III)] trihydrate, K2­[Mo2O4(C2O4)2(H2O)2]·3H2O, has been determined from X‐ray diffraction data. In the dimeric anion, which has approximate twofold symmetry, each Mo atom is in a distorted octahedral coordination, being bonded to one terminal oxo‐O atom, two bridging O atoms, two O atoms from the oxalato ligand and one from the water mol­ecule. Bond lengths trans to the multiple‐bonded terminal oxo ligand are larger than those in the cis position, confirming the trans influence as a generally valid rule.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the bimetallic cyanide‐bridged title complex, tri­aqua‐1κ3O‐μ‐cyano‐1:2κ2N:C‐penta­cyano‐2κ5C‐tetrakis(N,N‐di­methyl­form­amide)‐1κ4O‐chromium(III)­prase­odymium(III) monohydrate, was obtained by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The central praseodymium(III) ion is eight‐coordinate, arranged in a square antiprism, while the chromium(III) ion is six‐coordinate, oriented octahedrally. Three potassium edta (edta is ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, H4Y) salts which have different degrees of ionization of the edta anion, namely dipotassium 2‐({2‐[bis(carboxylatomethyl)azaniumyl]ethyl}(carboxylatomethyl)azaniumyl)acetate dihydrate, 2K+·C10H14N2O82−·2H2O, (I), tripotassium 2,2′‐({2‐[bis(carboxylatomethyl)amino]ethyl}ammonio)diacetate dihydrate, 3K+·C10H13N2O83−·2H2O, (II), and tetrapotassium 2,2′,2′′,2′′′‐(ethane‐1,2‐diyldinitrilo)tetraacetate 3.92‐hydrate, 4K+·C10H12N2O84−·3.92H2O, (III), were obtained in crystalline form from water solutions after mixing edta with potassium hydroxide in different molar ratios. In (II), a new mode of coordination of the edta anion to the metal is observed. The HY3− anion contains one deprotonated N atom coordinated to K+ and the second N atom is involved in intramolecular bifurcated N—H...O and N—H...N hydrogen bonds. The overall conformation of the HY3− anions is very similar to that of the Y4− anions in (III), although a slightly different spatial arrangement of the –CH2COO groups in relation to (III) is observed, whereas the H2Y2− anions in (I) adopt a distinctly different geometry. The preferred synclinal conformation of the –NCH2CH2N– moiety was found for all edta anions. In all three crystals, the anions and water molecules are arranged in three‐dimensional networks linked via O—H...O and C—H...O [and N—H...O in (I) and (II)] hydrogen bonds. K...O interactions also contribute to the three‐dimensional polymeric architecture of the salts.  相似文献

[Rb2(H2O)2][Re3(μ-Cl)3Br7(H2O)2]2 · H2O, a Mixed Halide-Hydrate with the Anionic Dimer {[Re3(μ-Cl)3Br7(H2O)2]2 · H2O}2? [Rb2(H2O)2][Re3(μ-Cl)3Br7(H2O)2]2 · H2O crystallizes as dark redbrown single crystals from an hydrobromic-acid solution of ReCl3 and RbBr at 0°C. An important feature of the crystal structure (monoclinic, C2/c; a = 1494.61(8); b = 835.71(4); c = 3079.96(19) pm; β = 97.801(4)°; Vm = 573.9(4) cm3mol?1; R = 0.060; Rw = 0.038) is the connection of two anions [Re3(μ-Cl)3Br7(H2O)2]? via a water molecule to dimers, {[Re3(μ-Cl)3Br7(H2O)2]2 · H2O}2?. These dimeric units are contained in slabs that are stacked in the [001] direction and held together by Rb+ cations and crystal water.  相似文献
