A new simple synthetic approach to 2,4‐difuryl‐4H‐3,1‐benzothiazines from 2‐isothiocyanoaryldifuryl‐methanes in the presence of acidic catalyst is described. This rearrangement is a new example of furan ring migration reaction resulting from intramolecular attack with electrophilic carbon.  相似文献

A study on interaction between N‐(4‐pyridinyliden)anilines 1‐4 and 2,2‐dimethoxypropane under Kametani reaction conditions was realized. According to the GC‐MS analysis of crude reaction, besides the needed 4‐methyl‐2‐(4‐pyridinyl)quinolines 5‐8 , three collateral products: secondary amines 9‐12 , 4‐(2‐methylprop‐1‐enyl)quinolines 13‐16 and 4‐(2‐methoxy‐2‐methylpropyl)quinolines 17‐20 were formed. Unexpected quinolines 13‐16 as well the desired quinolines 5‐8 were isolated and fully characterized. In contrast, a condensation of N‐benzylidenaniline 21 with 2,2‐dimethoxypropane afforded a set of different quinoline products.  相似文献

A series of novel 6‐aryl‐3‐(1,2,3,4‐tetrahydroxybutanol‐1‐yl)‐7H‐1,2,4‐triazolo[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazines were easily synthesized in high yields by means of the reactions of 4‐amino‐5‐(1,2,3,4‐tetrahydroxybutyl)‐2,4‐dihydro‐3H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thione ( 1 ) with substituted ω‐bromoacetophenones or ω‐chloroacetophenone. Nearly all of the title compounds possess plant growth‐promoting activities.  相似文献

3,4‐Dihydropyrimidin‐2‐(1H)‐ones and their thione analogues are synthesized from the condensation of aromatic aldehydes, β‐dicarbonyl compound and urea or thiourea in presence of 5 mol% of oxalic acid in ethanol‐water (1:2; v/v) under mild reaction conditions. The yields obtained are better and also the use of very inexpensive catalyst, environmentally benign solvent and easy work‐up are the advantageous aspects of the present method.  相似文献

A regiospecific approach to each N‐methyl‐5‐(1H‐indol‐2‐yl)‐6,7‐dihydro‐2H‐indazole isomer is reported. The 1‐methyl isomer 1 was prepared from 5‐bromo‐1‐methyl‐6,7‐dihydro‐1H‐indazole 3 and indole‐2‐boronate 5 by palladium catalyzed Suzuki coupling. The 2‐methyl regioisomer 2 was synthesized via addition of lithium (1‐carboxylato‐1H‐indole‐2‐yl)lithium 6 with 2‐methyl‐2,4,6,7‐tetrahydro‐indazol‐5‐one 8 followed by acid catalyzed dehydration.  相似文献

A number of new polymethine dyes based on the boron difluoride complexes of dehydroacetic acid and 3‐acetyl‐4‐hydroxypyridone has been synthesized. Their spectral‐luminescent properties have been investigated. The reaction of obtained merocyanines with primary and secondary amines has been studied. These low fluorescent dyes gave highly fluorescent open chain products, which on further heating cyclized to weakly fluorescent pyridone dyes.  相似文献

One‐pot three‐component cyclocondensation of aldehydes, 1,3‐indanedione and enaminones proceeds in the presence of acetic acid to afford Indeno[1,2‐b]quinolin‐9,11(6H,10H)‐dione derivatives, The method has the advantage of excellent yields(85‐94%) and simple workup procedure.  相似文献
