Three divalent transiton‐metal complexes of 2,3‐pyridinedicarboxylate (2,3‐pda2), [Mn(2,3‐pda)‐(H2O)3] ( 7 ), [Ni(2,3‐pda)(H2O)3] ( 8 ), and [Cd2(2,3‐pda)2(H2O)] ( 9 ) have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. X‐ray diffraction analyses reveal that compounds 7 and 8 are zigzag‐ and linear‐type one‐dimension (1D) coordination polymers, respectively, whereas compound 9 is a three‐dimension (3D) coordination polymer. A simple comparison of the coordination geometries with the available neutral analogues {Mx(2,3‐pda)x(H2O)y} containing one or two divalent transition‐metal atoms and equal ligands in the presence or absence of coordinated water molecules is also presented.  相似文献

We have successfully designed and synthesized a new tetracarboxylic linker, which constructed its first three‐dimensional microporous metal‐organic framework (MOF ), [Cu2(DDPD )(H2O )2]•Gx ( ZJU ‐13 , H4DDPD =5,5'‐(2,6‐dihydroxynaphthalene‐1,5‐diyl)diisophthalic acid, ZJU =Zhejiang University, G = guest molecules) via solvothermal reaction. Due to open Cu2+ sites and optimized pore size, the activated ZJU ‐13a displays high separation selectivity for C2H2 /CH4 of 74 and C2H2 /CO2 of 12.5 at low pressure by using Ideal Adsorbed Solution Theory (IAST ) simulation at room temperature.  相似文献

以二-吡嗪-(2, 3-f: 2′3′-h)-喹喔啉(Dpq)和吡啶-2,5-二羧酸(2,5-H2pda)两种混合配体与不同金属硝酸盐为原料,通过水热反应得到了两个新奇的金属有机骨架[Zn2(Dpq)2(2,5-pda)2(H2O)2]·2H2O(1)和[Cd2(Dpq)2(2,5-pda)2]·2H2O(2),并经元素分析、TG、IR、X-射线单晶衍射分析进行了表征。结构分析表明,2,5-pda采取不同的配位方式桥连金属离子分别形成了二聚物1和2D菱形网络2。在化合物1中,相邻的二聚物通过氢键和π-π堆积作用形成扭曲的a-Po超分子结构。在化合物2中,相邻的配位聚合物层通过氢键拓展成扭曲的a-Po超分子骨架,而π-π堆积起到巩固骨架的作用。化合物1和2的结构差异表明了金属离子和配体在配位聚合物自组装过程中对结构的影响。此外固态标题化合物在室温下表现出蓝色的发光性质。  相似文献

By employing one bridging ligand, 2,4‐pyridinedicarboxylate (2,4‐pda2?), three one‐dimensional (1D) coordination polymers of [Cu(2,4‐pda)(H2O)2] ( 1 ), {[Cu4(2,4‐pda)4(H2O)8]·3H2O} ( 2 ), and {[Cd(2,4‐pda)(H2O)3]·H2O} ( 3 ) were synthesized. A simple zigzag polymeric chain is observed for both 1 and 3 , but a railroad‐like zigzag polymeric chain is observed for 2. Almost all water molecules, whether coordinated or not, are involved in hydrogen bonding interactions and help to tie up the 1D polymeric chains of 1‐3 into a three‐dimensional (3D) network. A comparison about the coordination geometries in all similar coordination polymers available to date is also included.  相似文献

By employing one bridging ligand, 2,5‐pyridinedicarboxylate (2,5‐pda2?), in the presence or absence of another bridging ligand, 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bpy), one one‐dimensional (1D) {[Co2(2,5‐pda)(2,5‐Hpda)2(4,4′‐bpy)(H2O)3]·6H2O} ( 1 ) and two two‐dimensional (2D) coordination polymers, {[Cu3(2,5‐pda)3(H2O)3]·6H2O} ( 2 ) and {[Co(2,5‐pda)(H2O)]·2H2O} ( 3 ) were synthesized. Complexes 2 and 3 are characterized as concomitant polymorphs from a one‐pot reaction at ambient temperature. A comparison of the coordination geometries of all neutral and anionic coordination polymers containing {Mx(2,5‐pda)y(H2O)z} available to date is presented.  相似文献

Novel bis(arene)metal‐containing polyacrylonitrile materials have been prepared by the polycyanoethylation reaction between acrylonitrile and (arene)2M (M = Cr or V; arene = PhH, C6H4Et2 or mesitylene) in the absence of solvent. The resulting star‐shaped molecules consist of a central (arene)2M species with up to four polyacrylonitrile arms covalently bonded to the arene ligands. The materials are readily soluble and films can be cast from solutions in acetonitrile. The IR and solid state 13C NMR spectra (or EPR spectrum for the oxidized chromium‐containing polymer) are consistent with the presence of a metal–arene bond and confirm the persistence of the sandwich structure. The properties of the thermolysed materials are consistent with the formation of conjugated naphthyridine‐type structures. The value of |n2| determined by the degenerate four‐wave mixing technique at 1064 nm with a 6 ns pulse duration for a solution in conc. H2SO4 (1 g l−1) of the chromium‐containing polymer pyrolysed at 350 °C was found to be 0.8 × 10−13 cm2 W−1 corresponding to |lRe χ(3)| = 0.4 × 10−11 esu.  相似文献

Homooxacalix[3]arene derivatives are effective ionophores for constructing serotonin‐selective membrane electrodes. An electrode based on one of the derivatives, tris(methoxyphenylpropyloxy)hexahomooxacalix[3]arene‐triethyl ether, with potassium tetrakis(p‐chlorophenyl)borate (20 mol% relative to the ionophore) as an ionic additive and bis(2‐ethylhexyl) sebacate as a solvent mediator in a poly(vinyl chloride) membrane matrix, displayed much better selectivity for serotonin than for various organic ammonium ions and inorganic cations. The electrode exhibited a near‐Nernstian response to serotonin in the concentration range of 2×10?4 to 1×10?2 M with a slope of 56.4 mV per concentration decade in physiological saline containing 150 mM NaCl and 10 mM Na2HPO4/NaH2PO4 (pH 7.4). The limit of the detection was 8×10?5 M. The selectivity pattern of this electrode was quite different from that of an electrode using calix[6]arene‐hexaacetic acid hexaethyl ester, a well‐known ionophore for primary organic ammonium ions, which did not induce an enhanced response to serotonin. The developed electrode was used for the active loading of serotonin in liposomes induced by transmembrane pH gradients.  相似文献

Treatment of Co4(CO)12 with an excess of trimethylsilylacetylene (TMSA) in the presence of tri(2‐thienyl)phosphine in THF at 25 °C for 2 hours yielded six compounds. Two pseudo‐octahedral, alkyne‐bridged tetracobalt clusters, [Co44‐η2‐HC≡CSiMe3)(CO)10(μ‐CO)2] ( 4 ) and [Co44‐η2‐HC≡CSiMe3)‐(CO)9(μ‐CO)2{P(C4H4S)3}] ( 6 ), along with an alkyne‐bridged dicobalt complex, [Co2(CO)5(μ‐HC≡CSiMe3)‐{P(C4H4S)3}] ( 5 ), were obtained as new compounds. The addition of the thienylphosphine ligand, in fact, facilitates the reaction rate. Reaction of an alkyne‐bridged dicobalt complex, [(η2‐H‐C≡C‐SiMe3)Co2(CO)6] ( 3 ), with a bi‐functional ligand, PPh(‐C≡C‐SiMe3)2, yielded an unexpected six‐membered, cyclic compound, {(Ph)(Me3Si‐C≡C)P‐[(η2‐C≡C‐SiMe3)Co2(CO)5]}2 ( 7 ). All of these new compounds were characterized by spectroscopic means; the solid‐state structures of ( 5 ), ( 6 ) and ( 7 ) have been established by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

The reaction of a lanthanide(III) nitrate (Ln = Pr, Nd) with the base 2, 2′‐dipyridylamine (dpamH) afforded two very stable microcrystalline compounds. These compounds were characterized as complex salts with the general formula [Ln(NO3)6] · 3[dpamH‐H+] · H2O, where the dpamH ligand is not coordinated, but exists in its protonated form serving as counterion (dipyridylammonium cation), as it was revealed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies. Each one of the nitrate ions is coordinated, however, in a bidentate manner with the lanthanide(III) ion, which obtains coordination number twelve. All organic dpamH‐H+ cations are arranged in two columns parallel to the a axis of the cell forming pairs of almost parallel cationic molecules at a distance of about 3.5 Å. Inside each pair the molecules interact by strong π–π interactions. The water molecules, arranged between the inorganic anions [Ln(NO3)6]3–, bridge them by strong hydrogen bonds, involving the water proton and one nitrate oxygen. The lattice can be described as made from successive organic and inorganic alternating parallel columns interacting between them with strong hydrogen bonds. The thermal stability and decomposition mode of the two lanthanide compounds were studied by the simultaneous TG/DTG‐DTA technique and compared with the starting hexahydrate lanthanide(III) salts and the dipyridylamine.  相似文献

The design and synthesis of 3d–4f heterometallic coordination polymers have attracted much interest due to the intriguing diversity of their architectures and topologies. Pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid (H2pydc) has a versatile coordination mode and has been used to construct multinuclear and heterometallic compounds. Two isostructural centrosymmetric 3d–4f coordination compounds constructed from pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid and 4,4′‐bipyridine (bpy), namely 4,4′‐bipyridine‐1,1′‐diium diaquabis(μ2‐pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)tetrakis(pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)bis[4‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)pyridinium]cobalt(II)dieuropium(III) octahydrate, (C10H10N2)[CoEu2(C10H9N2)2(C7H3NO4)6(H2O)2]·8H2O, (I), and 4,4′‐bipyridine‐1,1′‐diium diaquabis(μ2‐pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)tetrakis(pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato)bis[4‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)pyridinium]cobalt(II)diterbium(III) octahydrate, (C10H10N2)[CoTb2(C10H9N2)2(C7H3NO4)6(H2O)2]·8H2O, (II), were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by IR and fluorescence spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and powder X‐ray diffraction. Both compounds crystallize in the triclinic space group P. The EuIII and TbIII cations adopt nine‐coordinated distorted tricapped trigonal–prismatic geometries bridged by three pydc2? ligands. The CoII cation has a six‐coordination environment formed by two pydc2? ligands, two bpy ligands and two coordinated water molecules. Adjacent molecules are connected by π–π stacking interactions to form a one‐dimensional chain, which is further extended into a three‐dimensional supramolecular network by multipoint hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A polyoxometalate‐based inorganic–organic hybrid compound [CoII(2, 2′‐bpy)2]2[Mo8O26] ( 1 ) was synthesized by hydrothermal methods and structurally characterized by IR spectrum, TG analysis and X‐ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n, a = 10.0681(2), b = 16.4467(2), c = 15.7838(3) Å, β = 100.046(1)°, V = 2573.52(8) Å3, Z = 2. The structure of 1 is built up from β‐[Mo8O26]4? subunits covalently linked via [CoII(2, 2′‐bpy)2]2+ fragments into a infinite 1D {[CoII(2, 2′‐bpy)2]2[Mo8O26]} polymer.  相似文献

The bis(hydride) dimolybdenum complex, [Mo2(H)2{HC(N‐2,6‐iPr2C6H3)2}2(thf)2], 2 , which possesses a quadruply bonded Mo2II core, undergoes light‐induced (365 nm) reductive elimination of H2 and arene coordination in benzene and toluene solutions, with formation of the MoI2 complexes [Mo2{HC(N‐2,6‐iPr2C6H3)2}2(arene)], 3?C6H6 and 3?C6H5Me , respectively. The analogous C6H5OMe, p‐C6H4Me2, C6H5F, and p‐C6H4F2 derivatives have also been prepared by thermal or photochemical methods, which nevertheless employ different Mo2 complex precursors. X‐ray crystallography and solution NMR studies demonstrate that the molecule of the arene bridges the molybdenum atoms of the MoI2 core, coordinating to each in an η2 fashion. In solution, the arene rotates fast on the NMR timescale around the Mo2‐arene axis. For the substituted aromatic hydrocarbons, the NMR data are consistent with the existence of a major rotamer in which the metal atoms are coordinated to the more electron‐rich C?C bonds.  相似文献

In the presence of excess NaOH, reaction of Cu(OAc)2·H2O with equimolar ammonium calix[4]arene [H4L]I4 ( 1 , H4L = [5,11,17,23‐tetrakis(trimethylammonium)‐25,26,27,28‐tetrahydroxycalix[4]arene]) resulted in the formation of a mononuclear cationic Cu(II) complex [Cu(II)L(H2O)]I2 ( 2 ) in 43% yield. Complex 2 was characterized by elemental analysis, infrared (IR), and single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The Cu(II) atom in 2 is coordinated by four oxygen atoms of one L4? ligand and one O atom from one water molecule, forming a square pyramidal geometry. Complex 2 exhibited high catalytic activity in the oxidative polymerization of 2,6‐dimethylphenol using O2 as oxidizing agent in water under mild conditions. The selective polymerization produced poly(2,6‐dimethyl‐1,4‐phenylene oxide) in high yields with almost no diphenoquinone. The influence of the polymerization temperature, the time interval, the molar ratio of 2,6‐dimethylphenol/ 2 , the concentrations of sodium hydroxide, and sodium n‐dodecyl sulfate were examined. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Water‐soluble 2,6‐helic[6]arene was used to construct supramolecular vesicles via host‐guest interaction. Water‐soluble 2,6‐helic[6]arene was discovered to be high affinity host for suitable biomarkers. Supramolecular vesicles were responsive to multiple stimuli types, including temperature, pH, Ca2+, CO2 bubbling and biomarker displacement. Supramolecular vesicles were used to load and deliver anti‐ tumor drug doxorubicin to HeLa cells in vitro.  相似文献

The mixed organic–inorganic title salt, C7H18N2O2+·C2HO4·Cl, forms an assembly of ionic components which are stabilized through a series of hydrogen bonds and charge‐assisted intermolecular interactions. The title assembly crystallizes in the monoclinic C2/c space group with Z = 8. The asymmetric unit consists of a 4‐(3‐azaniumylpropyl)morpholin‐4‐ium dication, a hydrogen oxalate counter‐anion and an inorganic chloride counter‐anion. The organic cations and anions are connected through a network of N—H...O, O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming several intermolecular rings that can be described by the graph‐set notations R33(13), R21(5), R12(5), R21(6), R23(6), R22(8) and R33(9). The 4‐(3‐azaniumylpropyl)morpholin‐4‐ium dications are interconnected through N—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming C(9) chains that run diagonally along the ab face. Furthermore, the hydrogen oxalate anions are interconnected via O—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming head‐to‐tail C(5) chains along the crystallographic b axis. The two types of chains are linked through additional N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds, and the hydrogen oxalate chains are sandwiched by the 4‐(3‐azaniumylpropyl)morpholin‐4‐ium chains, forming organic layers that are separated by the chloride anions. Finally, the layered three‐dimensional structure is stabilized via intermolecular N—H...Cl and C—H...Cl interactions.  相似文献

By employing electrostatic interaction as driving force, an organic/inorganic composite with positively charged dimethyl dialkyl‐chain ammonium surfactants encapsulating negatively charged (NH4)12[Mo36(NO)4O108(H2O)16]. 33H2O polyoxoanion was prepared. The structure of the novel organic/inorganic hybrid particle with hydrophilic core and hydrophobic shell in a defined stoichiometric ratio was confirmed by element analysis, 1H NMR and FT‐IR spectra. The property of the polyoxoanion was changed due to the encapsulation and it can be dissolved in organic solvent such as chloroform, benzene and toluene, but not dissolved in water.  相似文献

Four metal–organic frameworks (MOF) with tetravalent uranium have been solvothermally synthesized by treating UCl4 with rigid dicarboxylate linkers in N,N‐dimethylfomamide (DMF). The use of the ditopic ligands 4,4′‐biphenyldicarboxylate ( 1 ), 2,6‐naphthalenedicarboxylate ( 2 ), terephthalate ( 3 ), and fumarate ( 4 ) resulted in the formation of three‐dimensional networks based on the hexanuclear uranium‐centered motif [U6O4(OH)4(H2O)6]. This motif corresponds to an octahedral configuration of uranium nodes and is also known for thorium in crystalline solids. The atomic arrangement of this specific building unit with organic linkers is similar to that found in the zirconium‐based porous compounds of the UiO‐66/67 series. The structure of [U6O4(OH)4(H2O)6(L)6] ? X (L=dicarboxylate ligand; X=DMF) shows the inorganic hexamers connected in a face‐centered cubic manner through the ditopic linkers to build up a three‐dimensional framework that delimits octahedral (from 5.4 Å for 4 up to 14.0 Å for 1 ) and tetrahedral cavities. The four compounds have been characterized by using single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis (or powder diffraction analysis for 4 ). The tetravalent state of uranium has been examined by using XPS and solid‐state UV/Vis analyses. The measurement of the Brunauer–Emmett–Teller surface area indicated very low values (Langmuir <300 m2 g?1 for 1 , <7 m2 g?1 for 2 – 4 ) and showed that the structures are quite unstable upon removal of the encapsulated DMF solvent.  相似文献

The synthesis, one‐ and two‐photon absorption (TPA) and emission properties of two novel 2,6‐anthracenevinylene‐based copolymers, poly[9,10‐bis(3,4‐bis(2‐ethylhexyloxy)phenyl)‐2,6‐anthracenevinylene‐alt‐N‐octyl‐3,6‐carbazolevinyl‐ene] ( P1 ) and poly[9,10‐bis(3,4‐bis(2‐ethylhexyloxy)phenyl)‐2,6‐anthracenevinyl‐ene‐alt‐N‐octyl‐2,7‐carbazolevinylene] ( P2 ) were reported. The as‐synthesized polymers have the number‐average molecular weights of 1.56 × 104 for P1 and 1.85 × 104 g mol?1 for P2 and are readily soluble in common organic solvents. They emit strong bluish‐green one‐ and two‐photon excitation fluorescence in dilute toluene solution (? P1 = 0.85, ? P2 = 0.78, λem( P1 ) = 491 nm, λem( P2 ) = 483 nm). The maximal TPA cross‐sections of P1 and P2 measured by the two‐photon‐induced fluorescence method using femtosecond laser pulses in toluene are 840 and 490 GM per repeating unit, respectively, which are obviously larger than that (210 GM) of poly[9,10‐bis‐(3,4‐bis(2‐ethylhexyloxy) phenyl)‐2,6‐anthracenevinylene], indicating that the poly(2,6‐anthracenevinylene) derivatives with large TPA cross‐sections can be obtained by inserting electron‐donating moieties into the polymer backbone. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. [Eu(pda)2]? and [Eu(bda)2]? (pda=1,10‐phenanthroline‐2, 9‐dicarboxylic acid; bda=2,2′ bipyridine 5,5′‐dicarboxylic acid) have an achiral D2d structure in crystals. These complexes exhibit circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) in water containing chiral amino acids. In this work, induced CPL of [Eu(pda)2]? and [Eu(bda)2]? in water solutions containing a mixture of d ‐ and l ‐ amino acids were examined. Plots of glum values of the induced CPL as a function of mol‐fraction of l ‐ and d ‐ arginine reveal that [Eu(pda)2]? favors homo‐association ([Eu(pda)2]?‐(l ‐arginine)2 or [Eu(pda)2]?‐(d ‐arginine)2) over hetero‐association {[Eu(pda)2]?‐(l ‐arginine)?(d ‐arginine)}. This suggests that association of an arginine molecule induces a structural change in [Eu(pda)2]? to promote chiral selective association to another arginine, i.e., homo‐allosteric association. On the other hand, the system of [Eu(pda)2]? with histidine favors hetero‐allosteric association over homo‐association. No allosteric effect is recognized in CPL from [Eu(bda)2]?.  相似文献

Two generations of lipophilic pyrenyl functionalized poly(benzyl ether) dendrimers (P1 and P2) have been synthesized. The thermal properties of the two functionalized dendrimers have been investigated, and the pyrenyl group of the dendritic molecules encapsulated in the arene–ruthenium metalla‐cage, [Ru6(p‐cymene)6(tpt)2(donq)3]6+ ([ 1 ]6+) (tpt=2,4,6‐tri(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1,3,5‐triazine; donq=5,8‐dioxydo‐1,4‐naphthoquinonato). The host–guest properties of [P1⊂ 1 ]6+ and [P2⊂ 1 ]6+ were studied in solution by NMR and UV/Vis spectroscopic methods, thus allowing the determination of the affinity constants. Moreover, the cytotoxicity of these water‐soluble host–guest systems was evaluated on human ovarian cancer cells.  相似文献
