Citric acid promoted synthesis of a mini‐library 2,3‐dihydroquinazolin‐4(1H)‐ones with good to excellent yields is achieved by tandem reaction of anthranilamides (or anthranilhydrazides) with aldehydes on grinding at room temperature under solvent‐free conditions. A simple, efficient and convenient one‐pot synthesis of 2,3‐dihydroquinazolin‐4(1H)‐one derivatives under solvent‐free and catalyst‐free conditions by the reaction of aromatic aldehydes, isatoic anhydride, and ammonium acetate was reported. One pot green synthesis of 1‐(1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl)spiro[azetidine‐2,3′‐(3H)‐indole]‐2′,4′(1′H)‐diones was carried out by the reaction of indole‐2,3‐diones,4‐amino‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole and acetyl chloride/chloroacetyl chloride in ionic liquid [bmim]PF6 with/without using a catalyst. It was also prepared by conventional method via Schiff's bases, 3‐[4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl]imino‐indol‐2‐one. Further, the corresponding phenoxy derivatives were obtained by the reaction of chloro group attached to azetidine ring with phenols. The synthesized compounds were characterized by analytical and spectral (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and FAB mass) data. Evaluation for insecticidal activity against Periplaneta americana exhibited promising results.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of novel 2‐aryl‐3‐(phenylamino)‐2,3‐dihydroquinazolin‐4(1H)‐one derivatives using KAl(SO4)2.12H2O (Alum) as a catalyst from an aldehyde and 2‐amino‐N‐phenylbenzohydrazine in ethanol is described. All synthesized derivatives were screened for anti‐bacterial activity. Some compounds exhibited promising anti‐bacterial activity with reference to standard antibiotics.  相似文献

Facile and efficient methods for the synthesis of 3‐benzylquinoxalin‐2(1H)‐ones and thiazolo[3,4‐a]quinoxalin‐4(5H)‐ones by the reaction of the readily available 3‐(α‐chlorobenzyl)quinoxalin‐2(1H)‐ones and thiourea have been developed, with multiple roles of the latter. Possible mechanisms are discussed. These two‐step sequences can be performed in a one‐pot manner to produce the desired products in moderate to high yields.  相似文献

Functionalized 2,3‐dihydro‐1,3‐thiazin‐4(1H)‐one derivatives have been synthesized by cyclocondensation of 3‐alkyl(aryl)amino‐2‐cyano‐3‐mercaptoacrylamides with aldehydes and ketones under acidic catalysis. 6‐Alkyl(aryl)amino‐5‐cyano‐2,3‐dihy‐ dro‐1,3‐thiazin‐4(1H)‐ones, when treated with a dilute solution of potassium hydroxide, are converted into the potassium salts of isomeric compounds, 1‐alkyl‐ (aryl)‐5‐cyano‐6‐mercapto‐2,3‐dihydropyrimidin‐ 4(1H)‐ones. Alkylation of the latter with dimethyl sulfate in situ furnishes 1‐alkyl(aryl)‐6‐alkylthio‐5‐ cyano‐2,3‐dihydropyrimidin‐4(1H)‐ones, whereas boiling them in ethanol with an excess of hydrochloric acid leads to starting 2,3‐dihydro‐1,3‐thiazin‐4(1H)‐ones. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A convenient general method for the synthesis of a new heterocycle, spiro[azetidine-2,4′(1′H)-iso-quinoline-1′,3′,4(2′H)-trione] is described. The key intermediate 2 was prepared by direct halogenation of position-4 of acid 3 with thionyl chloride, and subsequent treatment of the generated 4-Cl, 4-acetyl chloride 11 with a THF/NH3 solution at low temperature.  相似文献

1‐Aryl‐3‐(2‐ethoxycarbonylphenyl)carbodiimides 2 , obtained from aza‐Wittig reactions of iminophosphorane 1 with aryl isocyanates, reacted with primary diamines in 1:1 and 2:1 molar ratio under mild conditions to give selectively the regioisomers 3‐aminoalkyl‐2‐arylaminoquinazolin‐4(3H)‐ones 3 and 3,3′‐disubstituted bis‐2‐arylaminoquinazolin‐4(3H)‐ones 4 in good yields, respectively. To fully characterize the regioselectivity of aza‐Wittig reactions of 1‐aryl‐3‐(2‐ethoxycarbonylphenyl)carbo‐diimides with primary diamines, crystals of 4e were obtained, and its structure was determined by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

A series of novel 3‐(phenyl)‐2‐(3‐substituted propylthio) quinazolin‐4‐(3H)‐ones were synthesized by the reaction of 2‐(3‐bromopropylthio)‐3‐(phenyl) quinazolin‐4‐(3H)‐one with various amines. The starting material, 2‐(3‐bromopropylthio)‐3‐(phenyl) quinazolin‐4‐(3H)‐one was synthesized from aniline. When tested for their in vivo H1‐antihistaminic activity on conscious guinea pigs, all the test compounds protected the animals from histamine‐induced bronchospasm significantly. Compound 2‐(3‐(4‐methylpiperazin‐1‐yl) propylthiothio)‐3‐(phenyl) quinazolin‐4(3H)‐one ( Ph5 ) emerged as the most active compound (73.23% protection) of the series when compared with the reference standard chlorpheniramine maleate (70.09% protection). Compound Ph5 shows negligible sedation (5.01 %) compared with chlorpheniramine maleate (29.58%). Therefore, compound Ph5 can serve as the leading molecule for further development into a new class of H1‐antihistaminic agents.  相似文献

(Benzyloxycarbonyl)‐protected 3,4‐benzo‐7‐hydroxy‐2,9‐diazabicyclo[3.3.1]non‐7‐enes were prepared by one‐pot cyclizations of 1,3‐bis(silyl enol ethers) with quinazolines. Subsequent hydrogenation resulted in one‐pot deprotection and rearrangement to give 2‐(2‐aminophenyl)‐2,3‐dihydropyridin‐4(1H)‐ones.  相似文献

A green and efficient one‐pot two‐step synthesis of ethyl 2‐(alkylimino)‐4‐methyl‐3‐(alkanoyl)‐2,3‐dihydrothiazole‐5‐carboxylates from the reaction between acyl chlorides, ammonium thiocyanate, primary alkylamines, and ethyl 2‐chloroacetoacetae under mild, solvent‐ and catalyst‐free conditions at room temperature is presented. This efficient and straightforward technique gave the expected products in good to high yields in 2–4 hr without the creation of any by‐product in all reactions.  相似文献

Based on green chemistry, a simple and efficient direct synthesis of 4‐(4′‐hydroxyaryl)(2H)phthalazin‐1‐ones ( 2a–2f ) was developed in a two‐step reaction, in which the Friedel–Crafts acylation reaction of six phenols with phthalic anhydride was initially carried out and then followed by cyclization with hydrazine hydrate in good to excellent yields with high regioselectivity. A number of novel heterocyclic poly(arylene ether ketone)s were prepared conveniently from several unsymmetrical, twist, and noncoplanar phthalazinone‐containing monomers ( 2a–2f ) and an activated difluoro monomer via a N? C coupling reaction. It was very interesting that the obtained monomers and polymers exhibited diverse properties with the variation of the number and location of the substituted methyl groups. All these polymers had a high molecular weight with Mn and ηinh in the range of 44,960–169,000 Da and 0.38–0.79 dL/g, respectively. Actually, the obtained polymers displayed excellent thermal properties with Tg's ranging from 222 to 248 °C and 5% weight loss temperatures in nitrogen higher than 430 °C. Moreover, these polymers were readily soluble in common organic solvents, such as N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone, chloroform, pyridine, and m‐cresol, and could be cast into flexible and colorless or nearly colorless films by spin‐coating or casting processes. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Ni@diaza crown ether complex supported on magnetic nanoparticle was provided by grafting technique. The catalytic activity of Fe3O4@diaza crown ether@Ni was explored through one‐pot synthesis of 2,3‐dihydroquinazolin‐4(1H)‐ones and it was used as an efficient and recoverably constant nanocatalyst. FT‐IR, SEM, TEM, XRD, BET, ICP, EDS, and TGA techniques were employed to specify the nanocatalyst. This heterogeneous catalyst demonstrated acceptable recyclability and could be used again several times with no considerable loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献
