A series of pyrimido[4,5‐b]quinoline and indeno[2′,1′:5,6]pyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized via the three‐component reaction of an aldehyde, 6‐aminopyrimidine‐2,4‐dione and 5,5‐dimethyl‐1,3‐cyclohexanedione or 1,3‐indanedione in ionic liquid 1‐n‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium bromide ([bmim]Br). This protocol has the advantages of easier work‐up, milder reaction conditions, high yields and an environmentally benign procedure compared with other methods.  相似文献

A short and facile synthesis of pyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidine derivatives was accomplished in good yields via the three‐component reaction of aldehydes, alkyl nitriles and aminopyrimidines in water in the presence of triethylbenzylammonium chloride (TEBAC). The structures of these compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectra and further confirmed by single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Reaction of 1-oxo-2-formyl-3-dimethylamino-1H-naphtho[2,1-b]pyran with amidines, guanidine, O-methylisourea, S-methylisothiourea afforded 9-substituted 12-oxo-12H-naphtho[1′,2′:5,6]pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidines. When the reaction with O-methylisourea was carried out in anhydrous pyridine, 10,20-dioxo-10H,20H-dinaphtho[1,2-e:1′,2′-e′][1,5]diazocino[2,3-b:6,7-b′]dipyran was formed.  相似文献

The carbodiimides 5 , obtained from reactions of iminophosphorane 4 with aromatic isocyanates, reacted with amines, phenols or ROH to give 2‐substituted 5,6,7,8‐tetrahydropyrido[4′,3′:4,5]thieno[2,3‐d]‐pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one 7 in the presence of catalytic amount of sodium alkoxide or solid potassium carbonate in satisfactory yields.  相似文献

A series of benzo[b][4,7]phenanthroline derivatives were synthesized via a three‐component reaction of aromatic aldehydes, 6‐aminoquinoline and either 1,3‐cyclohexanedione or dimedone in water under microwave irradiation without use of any catalyst. Dedicated to Dr. János Császár on the occasion of his 70th birthday Ring transformation of 2‐cyanoimido‐3‐methyl‐1,3‐oxazolidine ( 10 ) yielded 5‐amino‐3‐[N‐(2‐hydrox‐yethyl)‐N‐methyl]amino‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole ( 6 ) that was ring closed with different β‐keto esters to 2‐[N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐N‐methyl]amino‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidinones ( 4 ). Cyclisation of derivatives 4 led to imidazo[2′,1′:3,4][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidines ( 2 ) and imidazo[1′,2′:2,3][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrim‐idines ( 3 ) representing 10 novel ring systems. Besides spectroscopical evidence of structure of derivatives 2 and 3 X‐ray diffraction analysis of derivative 2b was also performed.  相似文献

The cyclocondensation of 5‐hydroxy‐pyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidines 1 with malonates gives pyrano[2′,3′:4,5]‐pyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidines 2 . Nitration of 1 and reduction with zinc in the presence of carboxylic acids/anhydrides gave 2‐alkyloxazolo[5′,4′:4,5]pyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidines 4 , which were ring‐opened to 6‐aminopyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidines 5, 6 and 7 . Cyclization of 6‐aminopyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidines 6 with benzoylchlorides 8 gave 2‐aryloxazolo[5′,4′:4,5]pyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidines 9 . Reaction conditions for the cyclization have been studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).  相似文献

Benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2‐a]pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized via the three‐component reaction of aldehyde, β‐dicarbonyl compound and 2‐aminobenzimidazole in water under microwave irradiation and without catalyst conditions. Reaction of 1-oxo-3-dialkylamino-1 H-naphtho[2,1-b]pyrans with N,N-dimethylformamide in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride afforded the corresponding 1-oxo-2-formyl-3-dialkyl-amino-1H-naphtho[2,1-b]pyrans. Condensation of 1-oxo-2-formyl-3-dimethylamino-1H-naphtho[2,1-b]pyran with hydrazine or monosubstituted hydrazines was found to lead to the formation of 8-alkyl(aryl)-1 1-oxo-8H,1 1H-naplitho[1′,2′:5,6] pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles through the intermediate hydrazones and subsequent cyclization. The same result was achieved starting from other 3-dialkylamino derivatives but in a lower yield.  相似文献

Sodium salt of 4‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2‐phenylpyrimidine‐5‐carbonitrile ( 3 ) was subjected to alkylation with different a‐halo compounds, where the corresponding O‐alkylated products 4a‐g were obtained. Ring closure of the O‐alkylated product 4a‐c performed using sodium ethoxide in refluxing ethanol afforded furo[2,3‐d]pyrimidines 5a‐c The latter compounds on reaction with a variety of reagents gave other new furopyrimidines as well as a number of furodipyrimidines.  相似文献

Reaction of 6‐amino‐2‐methylthiouracil and 6‐amino‐1,3‐dimethyluracil with equimoler amounts of cyclic ketones or cyclic 1,3‐diketones and the appropriate aromatic aldehydes yielded regioselectivity a series of polycyclic pyrimido[4,5‐b]quinoline and pyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidine derivatives in good yields.  相似文献
