Three new compounds (2R)‐2‐hydroxy‐N‐[(2S,3S,4R,10E)‐1,3,4‐trihydroxyicos‐10‐en‐2‐yl]docosanamide ( 1 ), (2R,3R)‐2,3‐dihydroxy‐N‐[(2S,3S,4R,10E)‐1,3,4‐trihydroxyicos‐10‐en‐2‐yl]docosanamide ( 2 ), N‐(2‐phenylethyl)tetracosanamide ( 3 ), together with a known ceramide, (2R)‐N‐[(2S,3S,4R,8E)‐1‐(β‐D ‐Glucopyranosyloxy)‐3,4‐dihydroxyoctadec‐8‐en‐2‐yl]‐2‐hydroxyhexadecanamide ( 4 ), were isolated from acetone extract of flower disc of Helianthus annuus L. Three new compounds, including a benzofuran, 1‐{(2R*,3S*)‐3‐(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyloxy)‐2,3‐dihydro‐2‐[1‐(hydroxymethyl)vinyl]‐1‐benzofuran‐5‐yl}ethanone ( 1 ), a lignan, [(2S,3R,4R)‐4‐(3,4‐dimethoxybenzyl)‐2‐(3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)tetrahydrofuran‐3‐yl]methyl (2E)‐2‐methylbut‐2‐enoate ( 2 ), and a silphiperfolene‐type sesquiterpene, [(1S,2Z,3aS,5aS,6R,8aR)‐1,3a,4,5,5a,6,7,8‐octahydro‐1,3a,6‐trimethylcyclopenta[c]pentalen‐2‐yl]methyl acetate ( 3 ), together with the known coumarins obliquin ( 4 ) and its 5‐methoxy derivative 5 were isolated from the roots of Leontopodium alpinum. Another known coumarin derivative, 5‐hydroxyobliquin ( 6 ), was isolated from the roots of L. leontopodioides. The structures of these compounds were established by spectroscopic studies.  相似文献

Two new cerebrosides, (2R)‐N‐{(1S,2S,3R,8E)‐1‐[(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyloxy)methyl]‐2,3‐dihydroxyheptadec‐8‐en‐1‐yl}‐2‐hydroxyhexadecanamide ( 1 ) and (2R)‐N‐{(1S,2R,8E)‐1‐[(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyloxy)methyl]‐2‐hydroxyheptadec‐8‐en‐1‐yl}‐2‐hydroxyhexadecanamide ( 2 ), were isolated from the aerial parts of Tithonia diversifolia (Hemsl .) A. Gray. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic analysis (IR, HR‐ESI‐MS, and 1D‐, and 2D‐NMR).  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the bark and leaves of Pancovia laurentii (Sapindaceae) resulted in the isolation of a new ceramide and a new cerebroside, named pancoviamide ( 1 ), and pancovioside ( 2 ) respectively, together with six known compounds: uracil, (R)‐N‐[(1S,2S,3R)‐2,3‐dihydroxy‐1‐(hydroxymethyl)heptadec‐5‐en‐1‐yl]‐2‐hydroxytetracosanamide, stigmasta‐7,22‐dien‐3‐ol, β‐stitosterol, β‐sitosterol 3‐O‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside, and 2,3‐dihydroxypropyl pentadecanoate. The structures of 1 and 2 were determined by means of spectroscopic methods. Compounds 1 and 2 were tested in vitro for their antiprotozoal properties against several protozoa and for their cytotoxicity.  相似文献

A chemical study on tissue cultures from leaves and flowers of E. camaldulensis Dehnh . afforded the new natural product (2α,3β)‐2,3,23‐trihydroxy‐13,28‐epoxyurs‐11‐en‐28‐one (dryobalanolide) together with the known pentacyclic triterpenoids: betulinic acid, oleanolic acid, ursolic acid, (2α,3β)‐2,3,23‐trihydroxyolean‐12‐en‐28‐oic acid (arjunolic acid), (2α,3β)‐2,3,23‐trihydroxyurs‐12‐en‐28‐oic acid (asiatic acid), (2α)‐2‐hydroxyursolic acid, (2α)‐2‐hydroxyoleanolic acid (maslinic acid), as well as β‐sitosterol. The extracts and the isolated compounds were evaluated against eleven human pathogenic microorganisms, exhibiting a very interesting antibacterial spectrum of activities.  相似文献

Wittig olefination of (2S,3R,5S,6R)‐5‐(acetyloxy)‐tetrahydro‐6‐[(methoxymethoxy)methyl]‐3‐(phenylthio)‐ 2H‐pyran‐2‐acetaldehyde ((+)‐ 10 ) with {2‐[(2S,3R,4R,5R,6S)‐tetrahydro‐3,4,5‐tris(methoxymethoxy)‐6‐methyl‐ 2H‐pyran‐2‐yl]ethyl}triphenylphosphonium iodide ((?)‐ 11 ) gave a (Z)‐alkene derivative (+)‐ 12 that was converted into (αR,2R,3S,4R,5R,6S)‐tetrahydro‐α,3‐dihydroxy‐2‐(hydroxymethyl)‐5‐(phenylthio)‐6‐{(2Z)‐4‐[(2S,3S,4R,5S,6S)‐tetrahydro‐3,4,5‐trihydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2H‐pyran‐2‐yl]but‐2‐enyl}2H‐pyran‐4‐acetic acid ( 8 ), (αR,2R,3S,4R,6S)‐tetrahydro‐α,3‐dihydroxy‐2‐(hydroxymethyl)‐6‐{4‐[(2S,3S,4R,5S,6S)‐tetrahydro‐3,4,5‐trihydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2H‐pyran‐2‐yl]butyl}‐2H‐pyran‐4‐acetic acid ( 9 ), and simpler analogues without the hydroxyacetic side chain such as (2S,3S,4R,5S,6S)‐tetrahydro‐6‐methyl‐2‐{(2Z)‐4‐[(2S,3R,5S,6R)‐tetrahydro‐5‐hydroxy‐6‐(hydroxymethyl)‐3‐(phenylthio)‐2H‐pyran‐2‐yl]but‐2‐enyl}‐2H‐pyran‐3,4,5‐triol ( 30 ), (2S,3S,4R,5S,6S)‐tetrahydro‐6‐methyl‐2‐{[(2S,5S,6R)‐tetrahydro‐5‐hydroxy‐6‐(hydroxymethyl)‐2H‐pyran‐2‐yl]butyl}‐2H‐pyran‐3,4,5‐ triol ((?)‐ 41 ) and (2S,3S,4R,5S,6S)‐tetrahydro‐6‐methyl‐2‐{(2Z/E))‐4‐[(2R,5S,6R)‐tetrahydro‐5‐hydroxy‐6‐(hydroxymethyl)‐2H‐pyran‐2‐yl]but‐2‐enyl}‐2H‐pyran‐3,4,5‐triol ( 43 ). The key intermediates (+)‐ 10 and (?)‐ 11 were derived from isolevoglucosenone and from L ‐fucose, respectively. The following IC50 values were measured in a ELISA test for the affinities of sialyl Lewis x tetrasaccharide, 8, 9, 30 , (?)‐ 41 , and 43 toward P‐selectin: 0.7, 2.5–2.8, 7.3–8.0, 5.3–5.9, 5.0–5.2, and 3.4–4.1 mM , respectively.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the leaves of Phragmanthera capitata collected on Cassia spectabilis tree led to the isolation of two natural lactones, rel‐(1R,5S,7S)‐7‐[2‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]‐2,6‐dioxabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan‐3‐one ( 1 ) and 4‐{2‐[rel‐(1R,3R,5S)‐7‐oxo‐2,6‐dioxabicyclo[3.3.1]non‐3‐yl]ethyl}phenyl 3,4,5‐trihydroxybenzoate ( 2 ) together with the known compounds betulinic acid ( 3 ), dodoneine ( 4 ), quercetin 3‐Oα‐L ‐rhamnopyranoside ( 5 ), quercetin 3‐Oα‐L ‐arabinofuranoside ( 6 ), quercetin ( 7 ), betulin ( 8 ), lupeol ( 9 ), and sitosterol ( 10 ). Their structures were established by means of modern spectroscopic techniques, and the relative configuration of compound 1 was confirmed by X‐ray analysis. Compounds 1 and 2 were tested in vitro for their antiplasmodial activity against the Plasmodium falciparum chloroquine sensitive‐strains NF54 and 3D7. Compound 2 exhibited good antiplasmodial activity against both strains with IC50 of 2.4 and 4.9 μM , respectively, while compound 1 was inactive.  相似文献

The reaction of 1‐(trimethylsilyloxy)cyclopentene ( 9 ) with (±)‐1,3,5‐triisopropyl‐2‐(1‐(RS)‐{[(1E)‐2‐methylpenta‐1,3‐dienyl]oxy}ethyl)benzene ((±)‐ 4a ) in SO2/CH2Cl2 containing (CF3SO2)2NH, followed by treatment with Bu4NF and MeI gave a 3.0 : 1 mixture of (±)‐(2RS)‐2{(1RS,2Z,4SR)‐2‐methyl‐4‐(methylsulfonyl)‐1‐[(RS)‐1‐(2,4,6‐triisopropylphenyl)ethoxy]pent‐2‐en‐1‐yl}cyclopentanone ((±)‐ 10 ) and (±)‐(2RS)‐2‐{(1RS,2Z)‐2‐methyl‐4‐[(SR)‐methylsulfonyl]‐1‐[(SR)‐1‐(2,4,6‐triisopropylphenyl)ethoxy]pent‐2‐en‐1‐yl}cyclopentanone ((±)‐ 11 ). Similarly, enantiomerically pure dienyl ether (−)‐(1S)‐ 4a reacted with 1‐(trimethylsilyloxy)cyclohexene ( 12 ) to give a 14.1 : 1 mixture of (−)‐(2S)‐2‐{(1S,2Z,4R)‐2‐methyl‐4‐(methylsulfonyl)‐1‐[(S)‐1‐(2,4,6‐triisopropylphenyl)ethoxy]pent‐2‐enyl}cyclohexanone ((−)‐ 13a ) and its diastereoisomer 14a with (1S,2R,4R) or (1R,2S,4S) configuration. Structures of (±)‐ 10 , (±)‐ 11 , and (−)‐ 13a were established by single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography. Poor diastereoselectivities were observed with the (E,E)‐2‐methylpenta‐1,3‐diene‐1‐ylethers (+)‐ 4b and (−)‐ 4c bearing ( 1 S )‐1‐phenylethyl and (1S)‐1‐(pentafluorophenyl)ethyl groups instead of the Greene's auxiliary ((1S)‐(2,4,6‐triisopropylphenyl)ethyl group). The results demonstrate that high α/βsyn and asymmetric induction (due to the chiral auxiliary) can be obtained in the four‐component syntheses of the β‐alkoxy ketones. The method generates enantiomerically pure polyfunctional methyl sulfones bearing three chiral centers on C‐atoms and one (Z)‐alkene moiety.  相似文献

Two new iridoid glycosides, named scyphiphorins A ( 1 ) and B ( 2 ), together with four known compounds, geniposidic acid (=(1S,4aS,7aS)‐1‐(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyloxy)‐1,4a,5,7a‐tetrahydro‐7‐(hydroxymethyl)cyclopenta[c]pyran‐4‐carboxylic acid; 3 ), 4‐(4‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxybenzyl)butan‐2‐one, oleanolic acid (=(3β)‐3‐hydroxyolean‐12‐en‐28‐oic acid), and stigmasterol β‐D ‐glucoside (=(3β,22E)‐stigmasta‐5,22‐dien‐3‐yl β‐D ‐glucopyranoside), were isolated for the first time from the stem bark of a Chinese mangrove, Scyphiphora hydrophyllacea Gaertn . f. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were determined as 10‐O‐benzoylgeniposidic acid and 10‐O‐[(2E,6R)‐8‐hydroxy‐2,6‐dimethyl‐1‐oxooct‐2‐en‐1‐yl]geniposidic acid, respectively, on the basis of spectroscopic data and chemical methods, including 2D NMR techniques.  相似文献

A novel convenient synthesis of the hypoglycemic agent mitiglinide was developed. (2S)‐4‐[(3aR,7aS)‐Octahydro‐2H‐isoindol‐2‐yl]‐4‐oxo‐2‐benzyl‐butanoic acid (6) was prepared by selective hydrolysis of ethyl 4‐[(3aR,7aS)‐octahydro‐2H‐isoindol‐2‐yl]‐4‐oxo‐2‐benzyl‐butanoate (5) using α‐chymotrypsin; the latter was prepared by a novel facile route from (3aR,7aS)‐octahydro‐2H‐isoindole. A new triterpene, (3β,12β)‐taraxast‐20(30)‐ene‐3,12‐diol (=(3β,12β,18α,19α)‐urs‐20(30)‐ene‐3,12‐diol; 1 ), together with the known compounds ursolic acid, α‐amyrin, β‐amyrin, (2α,3β)‐2,3‐dihydroxyursa‐5,12‐dien‐28‐oic acid, (2α,3β)‐2,3,23‐trihydroxyurs‐12‐en‐28‐oic acid, (2S,3S,4R,8Z)‐1‐O‐(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl)‐2‐{[(2R)‐2‐hydroxydocosanoyl]amino}octadec‐8‐ene‐1,3,4‐triol, and (2S,3S,4R,8Z)‐1‐O‐(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl)‐2‐[(palmitoyl)amino]octadec‐8‐ene‐1,3,4‐triol, and quercetin 3‐(β‐D ‐glucopyranoside) were isolated from the leaves of Craibiodendron yunnanense. Their structures were established on the basis of spectral evidence. The last four compounds were identified for the first time in this plant.  相似文献

Starting from simple aromatic aldehydes and acetylfuran, (E)‐1‐(furan‐2‐yl)‐3‐arylprop‐2‐en‐1‐ones ( 2 ) were synthesized in high yields. Cyclopropanation of the C?C bond with trimethylsulfoxonium iodide (Me3SO+I?) furnished (furan‐2‐yl)(2‐arylcyclopropyl)methanones 3 in 90–97% yields. Selective conversion of cyclopropyl ketones to their (E)‐ and (Z)‐oxime ethers 5 and oxazaborolidine‐catalyzed stereoselective reduction of the C?N bond followed by separation of the formed diastereoisomers, furnished (2‐arylcyclopropyl)(furan‐2‐yl)methanamines 6 in optically pure form and high yield. Oxidation of the furan ring of (S,S,S)‐, (S,R,R)‐, (R,S,S)‐, and (R,R,R)‐ 6a afforded the four stereoisomers of α‐(2‐phenylcyclopropyl) glycine ( 1a ).  相似文献

A phytochemical investigation of the MeOH extract of Valeriana fauriei Briq . roots resulted in the isolation of two new sesquiterpenes, isovalerianin A (=(1β,4Z,6β,8α)‐8‐(acetyloxy)‐1,10‐dihydroxy‐6,11‐cyclogermacr‐4‐en‐15‐al=rel‐(1R,2Z,6S,7R,9R,10S)‐9‐(acetyloxy)‐6,7‐dihydroxy‐7,11,11‐trimethylbicyclo[8.1.0]undec‐2‐ene‐3‐carboxaldehyde; 1 ) and valerianin C (=(2α,3α,6α,8α)‐3‐(acetyloxy)‐2,4,8‐trihydroxyguai‐1(10)‐ene‐12,6‐lactone=rel‐(3R,3aS,4R,7S,8S,9R,9aR,9bR)‐8‐(acetyloxy)‐3a,4,5,7,8,9,9a,9b‐ octahydro‐4,7,9‐trihydroxy‐3,6,9‐trimethylazuleno[4,5‐b]furan‐2(3H)‐one; 2 ), together with six known compounds, i.e., camphor, methyl 4‐hydroxybenzoate, 2‐methoxybenzoic acid, benzoic acid, quercetin, and kaempferol. Six oleanane‐type triterpenoid esters were isolated from the golden flowers of Tagetes erecta. Spectral studies characterized their structures as 3‐O‐[(9Z)‐hexadec‐9‐enoyl]erythrodiol ( 1 ), 11α,12α:13β,28‐diepoxyoleanan‐3β‐yl (9Z)‐hexadec‐9‐enoate ( 2 ), 13β,28‐epoxyolean‐11‐en‐3β‐yl (9Z)‐hexadec‐9‐enoate ( 3 ), 28‐hydroxy‐11‐oxoolean‐12‐en‐3β‐yl (9Z)‐hexadec‐9‐enoate ( 4 ), 3‐O‐[(9Z‐hexadec‐9‐enoyl]‐β‐amyrin ( 5 ), and 11‐oxoolean‐12‐en‐3β‐yl (9Z)‐hexadec‐9‐enoate ( 6 ). Compounds 1 – 4 and 6 are new natural products, while the known 5 was isolated for the first time from the genus Tagetes, from which only one triterpenoid has earlier been obtained. Aerial oxidation (autoxidation) converted amyrin 1 into 2 – 4 and transformed amyrin 5 into 6 . The configuration of 1 – 6 and an autoxidation mechanism (Scheme) involving the formation of the intermediate 11α‐hydroxyolean‐12‐ene derivatives 1b and 5b on thermal decomposition of the labile 11α‐OOH derivatives 1a and 5a , respectively, under neutral conditions are discussed. For the first time, the reactivity of the allylic H? C(11) bond of triterpenoids of type 1 and 5 toward aerial oxidation was observed. The long‐chain ester group at C(3) of 1 and 5 may be responsible for their labile nature, as β‐amyrin ( 7 ), erythrodiol ( 8 ), and ursolic acid were found to be inert toward autoxidation.  相似文献

The stereoselective and efficient monoaddition of transient [(1S,2R,4R)‐2‐hydroxy‐7,7‐dimethylbicyclo[2.2.1]hept‐1‐yl]methanesulfenic (=(1S)‐isoborneol‐10‐sulfenic) acid to isomeric diethynylbenzenes affords {1‐[(1S)‐isoborneol‐10‐sulfinyl]ethenyl}ethynylbenzenes. Their enantiomerically pure (RS)‐epimers are involved in a Cu‐free Sonogashira coupling with 1,4‐diiodo‐2,5‐dimethoxybenzene to give C2‐symmetric bis‐sulfinyl phenylene ethynylenes, stimulating prototypes of new sulfurated chiral architectures that can find application as chelating agents.  相似文献

From the roots of Leontopodium alpinum, four new bisabolane sesquiterpenoids, (1R*,2S*,4R*,5S*)‐4‐(acetyloxy)‐2‐[3‐(acetyloxy)‐1,5‐dimethylhex‐4‐enyl]‐5‐methylcyclohexyl (2Z)‐2‐methylbut‐2‐enoate ( 1 ), (1R*,4S*,6R*)‐4‐(acetyloxy)‐6‐[3‐(acetyloxy)‐1,5‐dimethylhex‐4‐enyl]‐3‐methylcyclohex‐2‐en‐1‐yl (2Z)‐2‐methylbut‐2‐enoate ( 2 ), and 3‐methyl‐1‐{2‐[(1R*,2R*,5R*,6S*)‐2,5,6‐tris(acetyloxy)‐4‐methylcyclohex‐3‐en‐1‐yl]propyl}but‐2‐enyl (2Z)‐2‐methylbut‐2‐enoate ( 3 and 4 ) have been isolated. The latter constituents differ from each other by the relative configurations of the chiral centers of the hexenyl side chain.  相似文献

Violaxanthin A (=(all‐E,3S,5S,6R,3′S,5′S,6′R)‐5,6 : 5′,6′‐diepoxy‐5,6,5′,6′‐tetrahydro‐β,β‐carotene‐3,3′‐diol =syn,syn‐violaxanthin; 5 ) and violaxanthin B (=(all‐E,3S,5S,6R,3′S,5′R,6′S)‐5,6 : 5′,6′‐diepoxy‐5,6,5′,6′‐tetrahydro‐β,β‐carotene‐3,3′‐diol=syn,anti‐violaxanthin; 6 ) were prepared by epoxidation of zeaxanthin diacetate ( 1 ) with monoperphthalic acid. Violaxanthins 5 and 6 were submitted to thermal isomerization and I2‐catalyzed photoisomerization. The structure of the main products, i.e., (9Z)‐ 5 , (13Z)‐ 5 , (9Z)‐ 6 , (9′Z)‐ 6 , (13Z)‐ 6 , and (13′Z)‐ 6 , was determined by their UV/VIS, CD, 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, and mass spectra.  相似文献
