N‐Benzoylamino‐1,2,3,6‐tetrahydropyridines 9a‐q were synthesized from 4‐substituted pyridines in four steps. Amination of pyridines was carried out to prepare intermediate N‐aminopyridinium mesylates using mesytelenesulfonyl hydroxmate (MSH) as aminating agent. N‐aminopyridinium mestylates reacted with appropriately substituted acyl chlorides to form N‐ylides as stable crystalline solids. Partial reduction of N‐ylides with mild reducing agent afforded N‐benzoylamino‐1,2,3,6‐tetrahydropyridines in fair to good yields.  相似文献

Fully unprotected peptide o‐aminoanilides can be efficiently activated by NaNO2 in aqueous solution to furnish peptide thioesters for use in native chemical ligation. This finding enables the convergent synthesis of proteins from readily synthesizable peptide o‐aminoanilides as a new type of crypto‐thioesters. The practicality of this approach is shown by the synthesis of histone H2B from five peptide segments. Purification or solubilization tags, which are sometimes needed to improve the efficiency of protein chemical synthesis, can be incorporated into the o‐aminoanilide moiety, as demonstrated in the preparation of the cyclic protein lactocyclicin Q.  相似文献

Anion‐exchange membranes containing pendant benzimidazolium groups were synthesized from polysulfone by chrolomethylation followed by nucleophilic substitution reaction with 1‐methylbenzimidazole. The structures of the polymers were characterized by 1H‐NMR and FTIR analysis. The resulting membranes showed high thermal stability below 200 °C. The values of water uptake and swelling degree increased with the ion‐exchange capacity of the polymeric membrane. The ionic conductivity was measured by means of impedance spectroscopy in aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide (10?4?10?1 M). The results show not only a clear correlation between the membrane's electrochemical behavior with the electrolyte solution embedded in the membrane, but also with the degree of the polysulfone's chloromethylation.Thus, the ionic conductivity increased more than two orders of magnitude when the degree of chloromethylation increased from 40 to 140%. Benzimidazolium‐functionalized polysulfones exhibited better thermal, mechanical, and electrochemical properties than the widely used polymeric membranes containing quaternary ammonium groups. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of novel methylene‐bis‐pyrimidinyl‐spiro‐4‐thiazolidinones 6a‐h have been synthesized by cyclocondensation of thioglycolic acid with methylene‐bis‐(N‐cyclohexylidene‐N‐pyrimidine) 5a‐h , which in turn have been prepared by the reaction of cyclohexanone with methylene‐bis‐2‐aminopyrimidines 4a‐h , which are prepared by the reaction of guanidine hydrochloride with methylene‐bis‐chalcones 3a‐h . The compounds 3a‐h have been synthesized by the reaction of 5‐(3‐formyl‐4‐hydroxybenzyl)‐2‐hydroxybenzaldehyde 2 with various acetophenones in presence of KOH. The compound 2 is prepared by the reported method. The structures of the compounds synthesized have been confirmed by their elemental analysis and spectral data. Their antibacterial and antifungal activities have also been evaluated.  相似文献

The synthesis of new indazol‐4,7‐dione derivatives via 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition of diazomethane with 2,3‐dimethyl‐1,4‐benzoquinone ( 2 ) and 1,4‐naphthoquinone ( 7 ) followed by N‐alkylation of the pyrazol nitrogen atom of the corresponding quinones ( 3 ) and ( 8 ) with methyl chloroacetate is described. A series of amides from esters ( 5 ) and ( 10 ) were also obtained. These compounds were tested in vitro as potential anti‐trypanosomal agents. Compounds ( 4 ) and ( 8 ) were found to have significant activity.  相似文献

N‐Fluorobenzenesulfonimide was used for the first time as a catalyst to carry out the three‐component synthesis of isoquinuclidines with the use of various cyclohexenone ( 1 ), benzaldehydes ( 2 ), and anilines ( 3 ). The yields up to 80% and the endo/exo stereoselectivity ratios up to 19:81 were achieved.  相似文献
