使用密度泛函方法(B3LYP)和6-311 G(3df,3pd)基组计算得到了HPO3体系的9个异构体与11个过渡态,并用内禀反应坐标理论验证了异构体的异构化过程.结果表明,在HPO3体系中,只有热力学最稳定的平面型异构体HOFO2(E1),(cis,cis)构象的HOOPO(E3)和立体的具有Cs对称性的异构体HP(O)O2(E7)具有较高的动力学稳定性,理论预测结果与实验一致.另外2个立体的HOFO2连接方式的异构体(E2和E4)由于解离为HO(Ⅱ) OPO(^2A1)的解离能较低,因此不能稳定存在。 相似文献

The equilibrium structures, vibrational spectra, and heats of formation for CH3OCl and CH3ClO have been estimated using high levels of ab initio molecular orbital theory. The lowest energy isomer is found to be CH3OCl, and its heat of formation is estimated to be −13.5±2 kcal mol−1, in good agreement with bond additivity estimates. Results for the CH3ClO isomer are presented for the first time, and it is found to be 40.5 kcal mol−1 higher in energy relative to CH3OCl. ©1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 在CCSD(T)/6-311++G(d,p)//B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)水平上对CH3NO的异构体及各异构化反应机理进行了详细的理论研究. 包括CH3NO共找到了23种异构体, 这23种异构体间通过24个过渡态相互转化. 用振动频率分析证实了过渡态的真实性, 内禀反应坐标跟踪(IRC)计算验证了过渡态与各异构体的连接关系. 计算结果表明, 在CH3NO的各种异构体中, 分子骨架中存在N—C—O结构是最稳定的, 而C—O—N, C—N—O结构能量最高, 不稳定. 异构体间的异构化反应主要通过化学键的旋转, H迁移, C, N, O骨架的重组及包含上述两种机理的混合型机理等4种方式完成. 相似文献

Dual‐level direct dynamics method is used to study the kinetic properties of the hydrogen abstraction reactions of CH3CHBr + HBr → CH3CH2Br + Br (R1) and CH3CBr2 + HBr → CH3CHBr2 + Br (R2). Optimized geometries and frequencies of all the stationary points and extra points along the minimum‐energy path are obtained at the MPW1K/6‐311+G(d,p), MPW1K/ma‐TZVP, and BMK/6‐311+G(d,p) levels. Two complexes with energies less than that of the reactants are located in the entrance of each reaction at the MPW1K/6‐311+G(d,p) and MPW1K/ma‐TZVP levels, respectively. The energy profiles are further refined with the interpolated single‐point energies method at the G2M(RCC5)//MPW1K/6‐311+G(d,p) level of theory. By the improved canonical variational transition‐state theory with the small‐curvature tunneling correction (SCT), the rate constants are evaluated over a wide temperature range of 200–2000 K. Our calculations have shown that the radical reactivity decreases from CH3CHBr to CH3CBr2. Finally, the total rate constants are fitted by two modified Arrhenius expression. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 相似文献

在B3LYP/6-31+G(d)的水平上, 对两种含有手性Si原子的新型有机硅单体Si2(CH3)2H2N2(C2H5)4和Si4(CH3)4H4N2(C6H5)2的几种异构体进行了研究, 在全参量几何构型优化的基础上, 进行了简谐振动频率计算, 同时对所研究的体系进行了热力学性质和低能激发态的含时密度泛函理论(TDDFT)计算. 理论计算表明, 构象异构体之间的红外光谱差异不大, 热力学和低能激发态性质也相似; 顺/反结构相似的异构体之间红外光谱差异不大, 但热力学和低能激发态性质却呈现差异; 旋光异构体或顺/反结构相差较大的异构体之间, 红外光谱和热力学及低能激发态性质有明显的差异. 从理论上解释了实验红外光谱中Si—H振动峰的裂分是由异构体的存在所致, 并找到裂分峰所对应的异构结构. The structures and spectra of 20 possible isomers of C78(CH2)3 have been studied by using AM1,INDO/CIS and DFT methods. The results show that the most stable isomer is 1,2,3,4,5,6-C78(CH2)3 (A) with annulene structures,where three -CH2 groups are added to the 6/6 bonds located at the same hexagon passed by the shortest axis of C78 (C2v). Compared with that of C78 (C2v),the first absorption in the electronic spectrum of C78(CH2)3 (A) is blue-shifted because of its wider LUMO-HOMO energy gap. While the IR frequencies of the C–C bonds on the carbon cage are red-shifted owing to the formation of annulene structures and the extension of the conjugated system. The chemical shifts of the carbon atoms in 13C NMR spectra are moved upfield upon the addition. 相似文献

The recently presented ab initio calculations for the reaction system of CH3Cl + OH (Dehestani and Shojaie, Int J Quantum Chem, in press) are applied to the vibrational mode analysis. Extending previous work, we use the vibrational mode analysis to elucidate the relationships of the reactants, the transition state, the intermediates (IM), and the products. 基于极性叠加原理,在成功设计烷烃异构体和多氯代烷烃生成焓计算新方法的基础上,设计了一种计算多元醇异构体生成焓的新方法,并合理地假定任一异构体的原子化焓等于三种键(C-C、C-H和C-O-H键)的键能、极性叠加能项以及氢键能项的加和.用这一模型拟合24种原子化焓数据,得到了标准生成焓的估算公式.为了检验预测的精确性,又设计了一种预测方法,使用在排除被预测的化合物条件下回归得到的参数,预测该化合物的生成焓.按这种方法,预测了24种异构体的生成焓.通过该5参数预测的相对于实验值的各种误差(平均绝对误差、均方根误差和最大绝对误差)不仅比7参数的基团法预测的对应误差小得多,而且比相应实验数据的误差还要小.与键加和法比较,该方法的模型包含了极性叠加能和氢键能量,该两项代表了主要的非键相互作用能,表征了不同异构体的结构差异,并大大减少了参数. 相似文献

The stable structures and vibrational spectra of protonated acetone molecule clusters with different sizes (CH3COCH3)nH +(n=1-7)are calculated at the 6-31G(d)level by means of density functional theory (B3LYP)quantum chemical calculations. The corresponding energies are analyzed at the level B3LYP/6-311+G(3df,2p)in order to obtain more accurate results. The proton affinity of neutral cyclic acetone molecule clusters increases with the increasing of cluster size. The calculated results show that the protonated acetone clusters have certain growth regularity with forming a solvation shell at the beginning and then new added acetone molecule attacking different active sites including the middle carbon atoms and the different methyl in solvation shell. The IR spectra of the protonated clusters are more complicate than that of neutral ones. The strongest peaks result from the movement of the proton between the two oxygen atoms in solvant shell apart from the case of n=1. Carbonyl stretching vibraional peaks split into the more and more and in general the corresponding intensities are weakened due to the protonation with the increasing of cluster size. 相似文献

用ab initio方法在MP2/6 311++G(d,p)水平下优化得到了HBO2体系的若干异构体和过渡态,并在QCISD(t)/6 311++G(3df,2p)//MP2/6 311++G(d,p)水平下进行了单点能量校正.对计算结果的分析表明,无论是在热力学还是在动力学上,具有链状结构的HOBO异构体(E1)是势能面上最稳定的结构,并对E1的电子结构进行了分析;另一具有C2v对称性的HBO(O)结构的异构体(E2)的能量比E1高381.72 kJ•mol-1,由于E2处于一个较深的势垒中,因此是比较稳定的,可以推断,在适合的实验中应该可以观察到异构体E2. 相似文献

Two new isomers of HPS3 system, FIP(S)S2 and HSSPS, are predicted by means of B3LYP method with 6-311 G(3df,3pd) basis set. The two isomers can isomerize into thermodynamically the most stable species HSPS2, which have been experimentally identified,with relatively higher reaction barriers. In view of their higher thermodynamical and kinetic stability and the experimental observation for I-IP(O)O2 and HOOPO in previous study, we can reasonably believe that the two species can be spectrosymmetrically characterized in future experiments. 相似文献

The reaction mechanism of (CH3)3CO(.) radical with NO is theoretically investigated at the B3LYP/6-31G* level. The results show that the reaction is multi-channel in the single state and triplet state. The potential energy surfaces of reaction paths in the single state are lower than that in the triple state. The balance reaction: (CH3)3CONO←→ (CH3)3CO(.)+NO, whose potential energy surface is the lowest in all the reaction paths, makes the probability of measuring (CH3)3CO(.) radical increase. So NO may be considered as a stabilizing reagent for the (CH3)3CO(.)radical. 相似文献
