The superconducting order parameter and LDOS spectra near an impenetrable surface are studied on the basis of self-consistent
calculations for a two band superconductor with nodeless extended s-wave order parameter symmetry, as possibly realized in Fe-based high-temperature superconductors. It is found that for a
wide range of parameters the spatial behavior of the order parameter at a surface is not reduced to a trivial suppression.
If the interband scattering at a surface is of the order of the intraband one or dominates it, it can be energetically favorable
to change the symmetry of the superconducting state near the surface from s
± to conventional s-wave. The range of existing of this surface conventional superconductivity is very sensitive to the relative values of interband
and intraband pairing potentials. It is shown that the LDOS spectra near the surface can qualitatively differ upon calculating
with and without taking into account the self-consistency of the order parameter. 相似文献

As B
s
-mesons will be produced abundantly at the LHC, the observability of the flavour-changing-neutral-current decay mode B
s
→ ϕμ+μ− has been studied in CMS at the LHC centre-of-mass energy of 10 TeV. With an integrated luminosity of 100 pb−1, an upper limit of 6.7 × 10−6 on the branching ratio is expected to be obtained. The potential at 7 TeV with a luminosity of 1 fb−1 is expected to be better. 相似文献

We investigate the inclusive photoproduction of J/ψ mesons at HERA within the framework of the k

-factorization QCD approach. Our study is based on the color singlet model supplemented with the relevant off-shell matrix
elements and the CCFM and KMR unintegrated gluon densities in a proton and in a photon. Both the direct and resolved photon
contributions are taken into account. Our predictions are compared with the recent experimental data taken by the H1 and ZEUS

s, the coupling strength of the Strong Interaction between quarks and gluons, are summarised and an updated value of the world
average of as(MZ0)\alpha_{\mathrm{s}}(M_{\mathrm{Z}^{0}}) is derived. Special emphasis is laid on the most recent determinations of α
s. These are obtained from τ-decays, from global fits of electroweak precision data and from measurements of the proton structure function F2, which are based on perturbative QCD calculations up to O(as4)\mathcal{O}(\alpha_{\mathrm{s}}^{4}); from hadronic event shapes and jet production in e+e− annihilation, based on O(as3)\mathcal{O}(\alpha_{\mathrm{s}}^{3}) QCD; from jet production in deep inelastic scattering and from ϒ decays, based on O(as2)\mathcal{O}(\alpha_{\mathrm{s}}^{2}) QCD; and from heavy quarkonia based on unquenched QCD lattice calculations. → ℓ+ℓ−, since there is no helicity suppression in the 3-body decay mode. New Physics beyond Standard Model may affect these rates
favourably for experimental observation at LHC and simultaneous measurements of the modes B
s
→ μ+μ− and B
s
→ μ+μ−
γ at LHC experiment will indicate the basic nature of the interaction at play. A simulation study has been performed to evaluate
the potential of CMS detector to observe the more difficult mode of B
s

The hyperfine splittings in heavy quarkonia are studied in a model-independent way using experimental data on dielectron widths.
Relativistic correlations are taken into account together with the smearing of spin-spin interaction. The radius of smearing
is fixed by known G/ψ−η
c(1S), ψ(2S)−η
c′(2S) splittings, which appears to be small, r
ss ≅ 0.06 fm. Nevertheless, even with such a small radius, substantial suppression of hyperfine splittings (∼50%) is observed
in bottomonium. For nS b
states (n = 1, 2, ..., 6), our predicted splittings (in MeV) are 28, 12, 10, 5, 6, 3. For the 3S and 4S charmonium states, the splittings 16(2) and 12(4) MeV are obtained.

It is shown that if the a0(980) boson is the scalar chiral partner of a π meson, its contribution to the transition η → πγγ has a value comparable to that originated by vector meson exchange. To test the validity of perturbative QCD (pQCD) and investigate its range of application, one should look for a suitable process.
B→J/ψ
D is a promising candidate. The linear momentum of the products is relatively small, so that there may exist a region where
exchanged gluons are soft and the perturbative treatment may fail, so that the non-perturbative effect would be significant.
We attribute such non-perturbative QCD effects to the long-distance final-state interaction (FSI) which is estimated in this
work. We find that the contribution from the FSI to the branching ratio is indeed sizable and may span the rather wide range
of 10−6∼10−5 and cover a region where the pQCD prediction is of the same order. A more accurate measurement of its branching ratio may
provide important information about the application region of pQCD and help to clarify the picture of inelastic rescattering
(i.e. FSI), which is generally believed to play an important role in B decays. 相似文献

The charged current neutrino production of φ and D s + mesons is studied, using the data obtained with the SKAT bubble chamber exposed to the Serpukhov accelerator neutrino beam. It is found that the φ production occurs predominantly in the forward hemisphere of the hadronic c.m.s. (at x F > 0, x F being the Feynman variable), with the mean yield strongly exceeding the expected yield of directly produced φ mesons and varying from 〈n φ(x F s 0)〉 = (0.92 ± 0.34) × 10?2 at W > 2 GeV up to (1.23 ± 0.53) × 10?2 at W > 2.6 GeV and (1.44 ± 0.69) × 10?2 at W > 2.9 GeV, W being the invariant mass of the hadronic system. For the first time, the inclusive yield of leading D s + mesons carrying more than z = 0.85 of the current c-quark energy is estimated: 〈n D s + (z > 0.85, W > 2.9 GeV)〉 = (6.64 ± 1.91) × 10?2. It is shown that the shape of measured φ meson differential spectrum on xF is reproduced by that expected from the D s + → φX decays. An indication was obtained that this expected spectrum underestimates the measured φ yield. 相似文献

Within the phenomenological model of the interacting parameters of magnetic and structural orders, magnetic and structural transitions in magnetocaloric alloys of the Mn1–x Cr x NiGe system are analyzed. Based on the calculated isobaric temperature dependences of the parameters of magnetic and structural orders, a magnetic susceptibility jump in the first-order structural transition region is predicted and confirmed experimentally; the change in the magnetic ordering type during the approach of magnetic and structural transitions is justified. The change in the phase transition type during the reverse change in the temperature and magnetic field, which is observed in a number of samples of the system under study, is explained. The efficiency of the use of the transitions induced by the magnetic field in magnetocaloric applications is analyzed. 相似文献

Om diagnostic is a good geometric method to differentiate one dark energy model from LCDM. We apply three different two-parameter
equation of state ω
σ
(EOS) to Dilaton Dark energy (DDE) model and investigate the Om diagnostic for these cases. We obtain that DDE model can be easily distinguished from LCDM no matter which case is considered.
We also investigate the influence of coupled parameter α on the evolutive behavior of Om−z. According to the numerical result of Om, we get the current value of equation of state ω

We systematically study the evolution of the Friedmann–Robertson–Walker (FRW) universe coupled with a cosmological constant Λ and a perfect fluid that has the equation of state p = w ρ, where p and ρ denote, respectively, the pressure and energy density of the fluid, and w is an arbitrary real constant. Depending on the specific values of w, Λ, and the curvature k of 3-dimensional space, we separate all of the solutions into various cases. In each case the main properties of the evolution are given in detail, including the periods of deceleration and/or acceleration, and the existence of big bang, big crunch, and big rip singularities. Previously, iron—silicon alloys were investigated using X-ray diffraction and Mössbauer spectroscopy. It was demonstrated that, at low silicon concentrations, the alloys undergo a local separation into regions of the α iron phase depleted in silicon and silicon-rich clusters with a B2 ordering. The structure of locally ordered regions of the B2 phase is characterized by a pair ordering of silicon atoms: the Si—Si pairs are formed by next-nearest neighbors, and the axes of pairs are oriented along the 〈100〉 directions, which are the easy-magnetization axes. The thermomagnetic treatment in a constant magnetic field applied along the 〈100〉 axis induces an axial magnetic anisotropy, results in the formation of an anisotropic distribution of the B2 phase, and leads to a slight decrease in the volume fraction of the coordination 6: 2 with two silicon atoms in the first coordination shell of the iron atom. Therefore, the formation of an anisotropic local order of pairs of silicon atoms occurs as a result of their reorientation. 相似文献
