<正> The title compound has been synthesized by the reaction of (Bu4N)2MoS4, CuCl and (C6H5CS2)(Bu4N) in DMF and recrystallized from DMF/ Et2O. The red black crystal belongs to the triclinic space group P1 with a = 12. 021 (6), b = 17.045(8), c=17. 136(7)(?) , α=110.05(3), β=108.64(4), γ=103.87 (4)°, V = 2873(3)(?)3, Dc=1. 321gcm-3, Z = 2. The structure was refined to R = 0. 065 for .4783 reflections. The anion of the title compound can be described as a MoS42- tetrahedron coordinated by two [Cu(C6H5CS2)] units with the three metal atoms lying on a line. The reaction of molybdenum hexacarbonyl with C6H5CH2OC6H4ONa and Et4NBr in CH3CN at 60 ℃ afforded the di-nuclear Mo(0) compound [Et4N]3[Mo2(CO)6(μ-OC6H4OCH2- C6H5)3] 1. 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 15.359(2), b = 18.378(3), c = 24.952(2), β = 102.268(4)°, V = 6882.3(16) 3, Mr = 1348.34, Z = 4, Dc = 1.301 g/cm3, F(000) = 2832 and μ = 0.424 mm-1. The final R = 0.0606 and wR = 0.1552 for 9396 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). 1 contains a [Mo2O3]3- core in triangular bi-pyramidal configuration and each Mo atom adopts a distorted octahedral geometry with three carbon atoms from carbonyls and three μ-O atoms from C6H5CH2OC6H4O- bridging ligands. The Mo…Mo distance is 3.30(8) , indicating no metal- metal bonding. A formation pathway via forming a di-molybdenum(0) di-bridging OR compound [Mo2(μ-OR)2(CO)8]2- has been figured out and the reaction of Mo(CO)6 with alkoxide has also been discussed.  相似文献

The preparation and characterization of [CrnFe4-nO2(O2CMe)7(bipy)2]Cl (1, n=0; 2, n=2; 3, n=4, bipy=2,2'-bipyridine) are described. The three complexes (1, 2 and 3) are obtained by tipyridine-mediated conversion of trinuclear [CrnFe3-nO(O2CMe)6(H2O)3]+(1, n=0; 2, n=1;3, n=3), and crystallized as three of approximate isomorphs. Crystal 2 is monoclinic with space group C2/c, a=27.454(5)A, b=11.789(1)A, c=16.570(3)A, B=118.78(1), V=4700.8A, z=4, u(MoKa)=11.64cm-1, F(000)=2056, final R=0.058 and Rw=0.066 for 3479 reflections with I > 3o(I). The Fe and Cr atoms in the cation are all +3 oxide state and disordered in the lattice, which is also supported by its Mossbauer studies. The [Cr2Fe2O2]8+ core can be thought of as being derived from two edge-sharing M3O units (M=Fe or Cr), and as a butterfly-like structure. The cations' structure of all three crystals are similar to each other and have C2 symmetry. The nickel complex {Ni(2,2-bipy)(H2O)3[C8H11O2(COO)]}(H2O)3 with bicycle-[2.2.1]-2-hepten-5,6-dicarboxylic acid [C7H8(COOH)2] and 2,2'-bipyridine (bipy) as ligands has been synthesized and characterized. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P , with a = 0.74975(3), b = 1.20309(4), c = 1.30593(4) nm, α = 109.861(2), β = 98.519(2), γ = 90.575(2)o, V = 1.09337(7) nm3, Dc = 1.552 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 524, the final GOOF = 1.064, R = 0.0397 and wR = 0.1171. The crystal structure shows that the nickel ion is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from one bicycle[2.2.1]-2-hepten-5,6-dicarboxylic acid molecule and three water molecules and two nitrogen atoms from the 2,2′-bipyridine molecule, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The result of TG analysis shows that the title complex is stable under 200.0 ℃.  相似文献

A novel polymeric Pr2Cu3 complex of iminodiacetic acid (H2L1=NH{CH2COOH}2) [Pr2Cu3(L1)6]n , 1, has been synthesized and structurally characterized. The title complex Pr2Cu3O24N6C24H30 (Mr=1258.97) crystallized in trigonal space group Pc1 (No. 165) with a = 13.424(4), c=14.752(6)(); V=2303(1)()3; F(000)=1226; λ(MoKα)=35.2 cm-1; Dc=1.820 g.cm-3; Z=2. The final R and Rw are 0.072 and 0.081 respectively for 1412 reflections with I>3σ(I). In crystal 1, the Pr3+ ion is nine-coordinated by 6 O atoms from three bidentate chelating carboxylate groups and 3 O atoms from three anti-anti bridging carboxylic groups of six L1 ligands; the Cu2+ ion is six-coordinated by 4 O and 2 N atoms from two pentadentate L1 ligands. Each pair of Pr(Ⅲ) atoms is bridged by three L1 ligands, each of which also chelates with one copper(Ⅱ) ion, thus forming a Pr2Cu3 cluster unit. Such cluster units are cross-linked by flexible L1 ligands into a three-dimensional coordination framework.  相似文献

The synthesis and crystal structure of a novel molybdenum-copper cluster compound with [(μs-S)Cus] core is reported. It was prepared from Cu2Br2 upon reaction with molybdenum sulfur compound [CH3CH2)4N]2[Mo2O2S2-(S2)(S4)]. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system space group Cc with cell dimensions: a=21.320(5), b=21.869(3), c=13.029(5)A,β=118.28(1)°,Z=4, V=5349A3 and Dc=2.48 g.m-3. The structure has been determined by Patterson and Fourier methods and then refined by the least squares method to a final R of 0.053. There are some distortions from octahedron in configuration of the [(μs-S)Cu6]6 core with three weak Cu-Cu bonds.  相似文献

The reaction of CuCl2-2H2O or NiCl2.6H2O with K2(C5H6S4) [potassium salt of 6,7-dihydro-5H-1,4-dithiepin-2,3-dithiolate] under nitrogen atmosphere resulted in the isolation of [Cu(C5H6S4)2]- or [Ni(C5H6S4)2]- as the tetrabutylammonium salt. Both complexes show characteristic IR and UV-Vis absorptions of transition metal dithiolenes. Cyclic voltammograms contain two waves indicating a two step electrochemical procedure [M(C5H6S4)2]0 = [M(C5H6S4)2]1-= [M(C5H6S4)2]2-. Single crystal structure study has been carried out on the nickel complex. Crystal of [Bu4N][Ni(C5H6S4)2] belongs to monoclinic space group P21/c with a=17.576(5), 6=10.883(2), c=17.773(4) A,B=91.07(2)0, Z=4, and o(calcd.)=1.348 g/cm3. Final result is R=0.059 for 2959 reflections. The NiS4 core exhibits square planar coordination with average Ni-S bond length of 2.134(5) A. There are not anion pairs in crystal. The anions stack along a and c axes while the cations intercalate in them. The nearest S-S contact is 4.429 A. The solid powder ESR s  相似文献

The sodium ion locates nearly at the center of the polyanion, and is coordinated by two water molecules, five oxygen atoms of the anion and one phosphorous atom with Na-P = 3. 053(3) (?). Due to the presence of the sodium atom, the interactions between oxygen and tungsten atoms in the polyanion are somewhat weakened.  相似文献

Reaction of Mo (CO)6 with p-Cl-C6H4SNa and Et4NCl · H2O in CH3CN afforded a dinuclear molybdenum (0) compound [Et4N]2 [Mo2 (CO)8 (SC6H4-Cl-p)2] (1). The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystallographic data: C36H48Cl2Mo2N2O8S2, Mr= 963.71, monoclinie, P21/c, a=9. 269(4),b=13.750(3), c=17.466(6) A ;β=104.84(3)°; V=2151.8(3) A3; Z=2; Dc=1.49 g/cm3; F(000)=984; μ=8.3 cm-1; MoKα radiation (λ=0. 71073A ); Final R = 0. 055 and Rw=0. 065 for 3287 reflections with I>3. 0σ(I). The X-ray structure analysis revealed that the Mo2S2 core is planar. The geometry around each Mo atom is a distance is 4. 014(2) A , and this obviously indicates the absence of Mo-Mo bond.  相似文献

The title compound (Mo4XS15P6O12C24H30), α-Mo4XS3(μ-dtp)3(dtp)3 (X=0.6S+0.4O; dtp=-S2P[OEt]2), isolated as a prismatic black crystal, was prepared from ethanolic solution of Mo(CO)6, MoCl5 and P2S5. It crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P with a=14.031(4), b=13.372(2), c=16.270(8)(A), α=92.15(2), β = 72.91(3), γ = 95.20(2)°, V = 2905.4(2)(A)3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.82 g/cm3, Mr=1598.93, F(000)=1564.8, λ=0.71069(A)(MoKα), μ=1.584 mm-1. The final R=0.058, Rw=0.057 for 5016 observed reflections with I≥3.0σ(I). The structure analysis reveals that the title compound has a [Mo4XS3] core, belonging to the cubane-type tetranuclear molybdenum clusters family, with one of its four μ3-caps being statistically occupied by S and O. Three dtp ligands chelated three μ-X capped Mo atoms as terminal ligands, while another three dtp bridged these three Mo atoms and the fourth one, forming an α-type cluster compound.  相似文献
