采用溶胶浸渍模板法制备了有序多孔的氧化钛(TiO2)和氧化锌(ZnO)薄膜。首先,在洁净的玻璃基片上通过浸渍-提拉工艺组装有序的聚苯乙烯微球(PS)阵列模板;然后再采用溶胶浸渍法将TiO2和ZnO溶胶灌充到PS模板微球的间隙内;最后通过煅烧去除PS而得多孔薄膜。采用SEM观察了薄膜的表面形貌,并用XRD对薄膜的性能进行了表征。结果表明,溶胶的浓度对薄膜形貌有着显著的影响。经煅烧后,TiO2和ZnO薄膜分别为锐钛矿和六方纤锌矿结构。此外,对模板的组装及溶胶的灌注过程进行了分析。  相似文献

Ethanol, n-butanol, mixed ethanol/terpineol and ethanol/1-decanol were used as the solvents to prepare porous TiO2 films by the sol-gel method from the system containing tetrabutylorthotitanate as starting material and PEG as a template. The comparison of effects of the four solvents on the porous structure, film thickness, crystallization behavior from amorphous to anatase and optical properties of the resultant TiO2 porous films are discussed. The maximum thickness of the film prepared by one-run dip-coating reaches over 1.17 μm when 1-decanol is used as the solvent. The mechanism for formation of the porous structure is interpreted based on the phase separation and self-assembly of PEG in the sol systems.  相似文献

Ag-SrTiO3 nanotube arrays were successfully prepared for the degradation of methyl orange (MO) under ultraviolet irradiation. In order to form highly ordered SrTiO3 nanotube arrays, the preparation of TiO2 nanotube arrays by anodic oxidation of titanium foil in different electrolytes was investigated. The selected organic solvents in electrolytes include glycerol, dimethyl sulfoxide and glycol. The results indicate that the morphology of TiO2 nanotube arrays prepared in glycol containing ammonium fluoride electrolyte is more regular. Then SrTiO3 nanotube arrays were synthesized by a hydrothermal method using TiO2 nanotube arrays as the precursor. In order to further improve the photocatalytic activity of SrTiO3 nanotube arrays, Ag nanoparticles were loaded on SrTiO3 nanotube arrays by two sets of experiments. The loaded Ag results in an enhancement of photocatalytic activity of SrTiO3 nanotube arrays. Moreover, the effect of pH on the photocatalytic degradation of MO was also studied.  相似文献

本文综述了制备TiO2薄膜的各种方法,详细介绍了阳极氧化法制备TiO2多孔膜的进展,在非含氟电解液体系中,对纯钛进行阳极氧化处理可制得表面呈无规则生长的多孔膜结构;在含氟电解液体系中,则可自组织形成高度有序的TiO2纳米管阵列,并指出阳极氧化法是可在常温低压下进行、操作工艺简单、薄膜性能稳定、再现性好的一种最具工业化应用潜力的制备方法。  相似文献

本论文采用阳极氧化法在金属钛基底上制备高度有序的TiO2纳米管阵列薄膜,然后采用脉冲电流法在TiO2纳米管阵列上沉积Cu2O,从而制备出Cu2O-TiO2纳米管阵列异质结复合薄膜。借助X射线衍射仪(XRD),场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等表征手段,详细探讨了Cu2O沉积过程中电解液的不同扰动方式(静止、磁力搅拌和超声搅拌)对复合薄膜物相和形貌的影响。实验结果表明电解液的扰动方式会影响Cu2O沉积过程中的离子扩散和微区化学环境,从而影响Cu2O的形貌。通过漫反射紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)和光电流性能测试可知所制备的负载Cu2O型TiO2纳米管阵列薄膜具有显著的可见光响应效应。  相似文献

To obtain porous TiO2 film, the precursor sol was prepared by hydrolysis of Ti isopropoxide and then complexed with trehalose dihydrate. The porous TiO2 film was fabricated by the dip-coating technique on glass substrates using this solution. The TiO2 film was calcined at 500 °C. The maximum thickness of the film from one-run dip-coating was ca. 740 nm. The film was composed of nanosized particle and pores. The porosity of the TiO2 film was increased by addition of trehalose dihydrate to the sol. The porous TiO2 films were calcined at different temperatures. The effects of calcination temperature on the microstructure of the porous TiO2 film were investigated. The porous film prepared from sol containing trehalose still kept the porous structure after calcination at 950 °C. The phase transition temperature of the film from anatase to rutile was shifted from 650 to 700 °C by addition of trehalose to the sol.  相似文献

Hierarchically structured TiO2 (HST) films composed of top porous nanoparticle layer and underneath nanotube array layer are obtained by an anodization method on fluorine doped tin oxide surfaces. Compared with the TiO2 nanotube arrays photoanode on Ti substrate, the HST photoanode exhibits a higher photoelectrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of water and organics (e.g., glucose).  相似文献

用电化学阳极氧化法制备了高度有序的钛基二氧化钛纳米管阵列薄膜。用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)表征样品的形貌与晶型特征。以二氧化钛纳米管阵列为光阳极,石墨为对电极,测试了不同pH值和外加偏压条件下的光电流响应和光电催化氧化降解NH4Cl水溶液(以N计,100 mg·L-1)的效率。结果表明:所制备的TiO2纳米管阵列具有锐钛矿和金红石的混晶结构,且主要晶型为锐钛矿。光电流响应的强弱与光电催化氧化效率的高低相对应,降解氨氮废水的最佳条件为pH=11,偏压为1.0 V。  相似文献

Novel electrocatalysts Au/TiO2 nanotube arrays (Au/TiO2NTs) were prepared by loading low-content(1.9 at.%) of Au nanoparticles (AuNPs) onto highly ordered TiO2 nanotube arrays (TiO2NTs). Ethanol electrooxidation indicates that visible-light (λ > 400 nm) irradiation can significantly enhance the activity as well as resistpoisoning of Au/TiO2NTs electrocatalysts that are activated by plasmon resonance. Au/TiO2NTs catalysts calcinated at 300 °C display the highest performance due to the strong synergistic interactions between TiO2 and Au NPs. The combination of visible-light irradiation with a controllable potential offers a new strategyfor enhancing the performance of anodes in direct ethanol fuel cell (DEFC).  相似文献

采用电化学阳极氧化法在钛表面构筑了一种结构有序、微米级的TiO2纳米管阵列膜层. 考察了制备电压、氧化时间、溶液搅拌等实验参数对TiO2纳米管阵列形貌和尺寸的影响. 应用SEM和XRD对膜层的形貌和晶型进行了分析和表征, 并通过TiO2纳米管阵列膜对甲基橙的光催化降解, 研究了TiO2纳米管阵列膜层结构与光催化活性的关系. 结果表明: 阳极电压和溶液搅拌对制备TiO2纳米管阵列的结构起到关键的作用. 控制20 V电压制备的TiO2纳米管阵列膜, 管长达2.6~3.3 μm, 经500 ℃热处理后具有最高的光催化活性, 其光催化性能明显优于一般的TiO2纳米颗粒膜.  相似文献

Porous nanocrystalline TiO2 anatase thin films have been synthesized on glass substrates via a sol-gel dip-coating method. The coating sol was obtained by suppressed hydrolysis of Ti(OC4H9)4 through the addition of complexing molecules as stabilizers in an alcohol solution containing polyethylene glycol (PEG). Chemical changes taking place during the sol-gel process were discussed based on IR spectra analysis. A model concerning the pore formation was established to explain the role of PEG and solvent with core-shell configuration as double-templates. The structural characteristics of porous TiO2 films were found to greatly depend on the concentration and molecular weight of PEG, the types of stabilizing agents and solvents. The pore size of the films was tunable in the range of 10–500 nm and their surface area varied from 51 to 72 m2·g–1.  相似文献

This paper described a new method for the preparation of Zr doped TiO2 nanotube arrays by electrochemical method. TiO2 nanotube arrays were prepared by anodization with titanium anode and platinum cathode. Afterwards, the formed TiO2 nanotube arrays and Pt were used as cathode and anode, respectively, for preparation of Zr/TiO2 nanotube arrays in the electrolyte of 0.1 M Zr(NO3)4 with different voltage and post-calcination process. The nanotube arrays were characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS) and UV-Vis diffusion reflection spectra (DRS). The photocatalytic activities of these nanotubes were investigated with Rhodamine B as the model pollutant and the results demonstrated that the photocatalytic efficiency of Zr doped TiO2 nanotubes was much better than that of TiO2 nanotubes under UV irradiation. Zr/TiO2 nanotube arrays doped at 7 V and calcined at 600 °C (denoted as TiO2-7 V-600) achieved the best photocatalytic efficiency and the most optimal doping ratio was 0.047 (Zr/Ti). TiO2-7 V-600 could be reused for more than 20 times and maintained good photocatalytic activities.  相似文献

锐钛矿型多孔TiO2薄膜的溶解法制备及性能表征   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在具有锐钛矿晶粒的TiO2溶胶中加入苯丙乳液粒子,使用该混合液浸渍提拉涂膜,然后利用甲苯将薄膜中的苯丙乳液粒子溶解去除,并通过重复涂膜,在室温下获得了具有良好多孔性的锐钛矿型TiO2薄膜。考察了多孔薄膜的表面形貌、光学性能、吸附性能和光催化性能。结果表明:随薄膜涂膜次数的增加,TiO2多孔薄膜的吸光度增大,透光率减小,光吸收边波长向长波方向移动。罗丹明B在TiO2多孔薄膜上的吸附量随涂膜次数的增加先升高,后降低;多次涂膜会在薄膜中产生半封闭的孔洞,经过长时间的毛细渗透等作用能进一步增加薄膜对罗丹明B的吸附。TiO2多孔薄膜通过吸附+光催化氧化的模式快速分解罗丹明B,其活性主要受到薄膜在光催化反应初期的吸附能力的影响。此外,TiO2的负载量、光的利用效率、以及光生电荷迁移及其分离等也是影响薄膜光催化活性的因素。  相似文献

本文采用电化学阳极氧化法以含氟的甘油和水混合溶液为电解液在纯钛表面制备了一层排列规整的TiO2纳米管阵列,研究了电解液中额外添加3种2价阴离子、不同的电解时间及不同的添加物浓度等因素对所获得的TiO2纳米管阵列形貌的影响。结果表明,在改性电解液中制备的TiO2纳米管阵列的长度均超过了未改性的电解液中制备的,并随着氧化时间的增长,纳米管管口直径增大,管壁变薄;同时添加的(NH4)2TiF6浓度在0.025~0.1 mol.L-1范围内均可获得管长更长且形貌较好的TiO2纳米管阵列。  相似文献

Monolayer polystyrene spheres (∼400 nm) array templates were assembled orderly on clean glass substrates by dip-drawing method from emulsion of PS and porous TiO2 thin films were prepared by using sol-dipping template method to fill TiO2 sol into the interstices among the close-packed PS templates and then annealing to remove the PS templates. The effects of TiO2 precursor sol concentration and dipping time in sol on the porous structure of the thin films were studied. The results showed pore size of the ordered TiO2 porous thin film depended mainly on PS size and partly on TiO2 sol concentration. The shrinkage of pore diameter was about 10% for 0.2 M and 20% for 0.4 M TiO2 sol concentrations. X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectra indicated the porous thin film was anatase structure. The transmittance spectrum showed that optical transmittance of the porous thin film kept above 70% beyond the wavelength of 430 nm. Optical band-gap of the porous TiO2 thin film (fired at 550∘;C) was 3.12 eV.  相似文献

Highly ordered TiO2 nanotube arrays were fabricated on a conducting glass substrate in NH4HF2/glycol electrolyte via anodization of titanium film which was deposited by direct current magnetron sputtering (DCMS) at different temperatures. The results showed that Ti films with good homogeneity and high denseness could be formed under the conditions Ar pressure 0.35 Pa, direct current 3.5 A, and 2 h at 300 °C. Characterization of the TiO2 nanotube arrays was investigated comparatively, by altering anodization time. The surface morphology of the samples changed as the anodization time was prolonged from 10 to 150 min at 30 V. The TiO2 thin film was amorphous and could be transformed into anatase by annealing at 450 °C. On the basis of UV?Cvisible transmission spectra the bandgap of the thin film was calculated to be 3.12 eV, and its tail extended to 2.6 eV.  相似文献

0引言 TiO2薄膜是众多氧化物半导体薄膜中研究最为广泛的一种材料.其表面的超亲水性和表面自清洁效应开辟了光催化薄膜功能材料的新的研究领域,已成为众多研究者研究的对象。但是如果薄膜仅由TiO2组成,当光照停止,水在TiO2薄膜表面的润湿角逐渐升高.并恢复原始状态。TiO2的禁带较宽,普通光线如太阳光等都不能将其激发.限制了其实际应用。因此如何使TiO2材料的光谱响应范围由紫外光反扩展到可见.光区一日如何更长时间地保持薄膜良好的亲水性是目前研究的重点。  相似文献

We have successfully prepared transparent and porous anatase nanocrystals-dispersed films by treating the sol-gel derived TiO2-SiO2 films containing poly(ethylene glycol), PEG, with hot water. This process was done at temperatures lower than 100°C under atmospheric pressure, and thus anatase nanocrystals-dispersed films can be formed on various kinds of substrates including organic polymers with poor heat resistance. The changes in structure and composition of the TiO2-SiO2 gel films with hot water treatment were related to the formation process of anatase nanocrystals in the TiO2-SiO2 gel films with hot water treatment. The formation of anatase nanocrystals was found to proceed to hydrolysis of Si–O–Ti bonds and dissolution of SiO2 component. In addition, porous film structure formed by leaching of PEG with hot water treatment led to homogenous dispersion of anatase nonocrystals in the films.  相似文献

通过低温水热法成功地将ZnO纳米棒阵列定向生长在了介孔锐钛矿TiO2纳米晶薄膜上,并主要利用X射线衍射、场发射扫描电子显微镜和光致发光光谱等对其进行了表征。所制备的纳米棒具有六边形的端面,纳米棒的尺寸及端面边长分布范围窄,并且沿c轴方向(002)表现出了明显的择优化生长。此外,相比于玻璃基底或TiO2纳米颗粒薄膜,生长在介孔TiO2薄膜上的ZnO纳米棒阵列表现出了较好的取向生长,表明基底的表面结构和组成对ZnO纳米棒阵列的生长有显著的影响。根据基底有序的多孔结构,讨论了纳米棒阵列可能的生长机理。所得到的ZnO纳米棒阵列在室温下分别表现出了以370 nm为中心的强近紫外光和以530 nm为中心的弱绿光两条荧光谱带。  相似文献

本工作采用CVD法在阳极氧化TiO2纳米管阵列膜表面沉积一层非晶Si膜,通过退火后得到晶化了的Si膜/TiO2纳米管阵列的复合结构,并初步就其光催化还原CO2制备碳氢化合物的活性进行研究。拉曼光谱(Raman)、X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(TEM)等微结构表征结果表明所制备的TiO2纳米管阵列的厚度为270 nm左右,管直径约为70 nm,管壁厚度约为16 nm。覆盖的Si膜已晶化,其厚度约为300 nm。通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)及总有机碳(TOC)来检测光催化还原液相产物中的甲酸及总有机碳含量,发现负载Si膜后的TiO2纳米管阵列光催化性能有所提高,在装有400cut滤光片氙灯照射2 h下TOC含量从21.2 mg.L-1增长到29.5 mg.L-1,表明Si与TiO2的复合可有效的提高光催化还原CO2的活性,这可能与该异质结结构可增加对光的吸收并且可降低光生空穴-电子对复合有关。光催化循环实验表明所制得的催化剂在循环5次后仍可保持91.6%的催化活性。  相似文献
