Heating of an aqueous solution of [Pt(en)Py2Cl2]Cl2 · 2H2O (I) with KBr excess leads to the formation of [Pt(en)Py2Br2]Br2 · H2O (II). The interaction of a solution of II with bromine water results in the precipitation of polybromide ([Pt(en)Py2Br2]Br2 · Br2), which within a few days in the reaction solution partly transforms into oximide platinum(IV) complex, [Pt(HN-C(O)-C(O)-NH)Py2Br2] · H2O (III). Complex [Pt(en)PyBr3]Br · H2O (IV) with an impurity of II was prepared by reacting KBr excess and the product of [Pt(en)Py2]Cl2 oxidation with chlorine in 0.05 N HCl. The action of HNO3 on the solution of IV produced a nitrate derivative ([Pt(en)PyBr3]NO3, V). Complex IV, unlike II, does not react with bromine. The IR spectra of all the obtained compounds were recorded. Complexes II, III, and V were studied by X-ray crystallography. The crystals of II are monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 15.640(2) Å, b = 9.345(1) Å, c = 14.167(2) Å, β = 102.63(1)°, V = 2020.5(5) Å3, Z = 4, R hkl = 0.033. The crystals of III are triclinic, space group P $\bar 1$ , a = 7.108(1) Å, b = 10.946(1) Å, c = 11.020(2) Å, α = 83.63(1)°, β = 80.31(1)°, γ = 75.02(1)°, V = 814.4(2) Å3, Z = 2, R hkl = 0.033. In the near-planar five-membered chelate ring (torsion angle NCCN is 7°), the C-O distances (1.23(1) Å) correspond to double bonds; the C-C (1.53(1) Å) and C-N (1.31(1) Å), distances correspond to ordinary bonds. The crystals of V are monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 8.306(2) Å, b = 8.995(2) Å, c = 20.231(4) Å, β = 97.48(2)°, V = 1498.6(6) Å3, Z = 4, R hkl = 0.037.  相似文献

Three new ionic crystals based on Keggin anion and mixed-valent diruthenium tetracetate, [Ru2(CH3CO2)4(H2O)2]2[HnXW12O40]·[Ru2(CH3CO2)4(H2O)Cl]·12H2O {X = B, n = 3 (1); X = Si, n = 2 (2); X = Ge, n = 2 (3)}, have been prepared in acidic aqueous solution at about pH 3.0 by reaction of K4BW12O40·mH2O, K8SiW11O39·mH2O and K8GeW11O39·mH2O with diruthenium tetracetate Ru2(CH3COO)4Cl, respectively, and their structures were determined by X-Ray diffraction analysis. They are isostructural structure with the ratio of heteropolytungstate anion, Ru2(CH3CO2)4+ cation and neutral molecular Ru2(CH3CO2)4Cl of 1:2:1. The cyclic voltammetry in 0.5 M KNO3 aqueous solution at pH 3.0 show the respective electrochemical behaviors of the W-centers and Ru2-centers for these three complexes. Magnetic data analysis shows that diruthenium units display the ground state electronic configuration π*2δ* with large positive D value.  相似文献

The halogenoalkyl complexes [Cp(CO)2M{(CH2)nX}] (n = 3–10, 12, M = Fe; n = 5, 6, M = Ru, X = Br, I) react with Ph3CPF6 in dry CH2Cl2 to give the corresponding carbocation complexes [Cp(CO)2M{η2-(CH2CH(CH2)n?2X}]PF6 in high yields. NMR evidence indicates that the metals form metallacyclopropane type structures with the carbocation ligand. The reactions of some of the cationic complexes with NaI, PPh3, Na[Cp(CO)2Fe] and Et3N are discussed. NaI and Na[Cp(CO)2Fe] displace the halogeno-olefin, while PPh3 adds at the β-CHδ+ giving the unstable phosphonium adducts [Cp(CO)2Fe{CH2CH(PPh3)(CH2)n?2X}]PF6 which decompose to the halogeno-olefins and the cationic PPh3 complex [Cp(CO)2Fe(PPh3)]+. Et3N causes allylic deprotonation forming internal olefin complexes of the type [Cp(CO)2Fe{CH2CHCH(CH2)n?3X}]PF6.  相似文献

In this research two competing phenomena, back bonding and hyperconjugation, have been investigated based on Natural Bond Orbital (NBO) and Atoms in Molecules (AIM) analyses for radical AH3?nXn species, where A = Si and Ge, and n = 1, 2 and 3. It is demonstrated in this article that both above phenomena will be occurred significantly, while back bonding is the only event in analogous compounds with carbon and hyperconjugation is rather negligible. It was also found that only one back bonding with the help of keyword $CHOOSE in NBO analysis can be found in this type of compounds with reasonable structure, while it can be sometimes detected in AH3?nXn without using keyword $CHOOSE. It is also shown that there is always an increase in bond length in comparison with reference molecules in mentioned species due to existing hyperconjugation, while if the central atom is carbon, we have always a decrease of bond length due to only having back bonding. Additionally, from AIM point of view, the delocalization indices for α-spin (majority spin) is more than β-spin (minority spin) in radical species for molecules without back bonding, while the situation in our compounds is quite reverse, which can be attributed to the π back bonding in the β-spin electrons.  相似文献

The crystal structure of two salts of the complex [Ir(phen)Cl4]? anion with K+ (K[Ir(phen)Cl4]·H2O, 1) and Me4N+ ((Me4N)[Ir(phen)Cl4], 2) cations is determined. The iridium(III) ion is in a distorted octahedral environment consisting of chloride anions and a bidentate heterocyclic ligand of 1,10-phenanthroline (phen). A crucial role in the formation of the crystal structure of complex 1 belongs to K…Cl contacts, while in the crystal structure of complex 2, the stacking interactions dominate.  相似文献

The insertion reactions of the p-complex structure (A) of silylenoid H2SiLiF into C–X bonds of CH3XH n−1 (X = F, Cl, Br, O, N; n = 1, 1, 1, 2, 3) have been studied using ab initio and DFT methods. The results indicate that the insertions proceed in a concerted manner, forming H2SiXH n−1CH3 and LiF. The order of reactivity by A insertion indicates the reaction barriers increase for the same-row element X from right to left in the periodic table, whereas change very little for the same-family element X. The insertions of A and the three-membered-ring structure of H2SiLiF are similar. Both structures may participate in insertion reactions.  相似文献

The three title complexes, NH4[HoIII(Edta)(H2O)3] · 1.5H2O (I) (H4Edta = ethylenedianine-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid), (NH4)4[Ho 2 III (Dtpa)2] · 9H2O (II) (H5Dtpa = diethylenetriamine-N,N,N′,N″,N″-entaacetic acid), and (NH4)3[HoIII(Ttha)] · 5H2O (III) (H6 Ttha = triethylenetetramine-N,N,N′,N″,N?,N?-hexaacetic acid), have been prepared and characterized by FT-IR, elemental analyses, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction technique. Complex I has a nine-coordinate mononuclear structure with distorted monocapped square antiprismatic conformation and its crystal structure belongs to orthorhombic system and Fdd2 space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 19.343(9), b = 35.125(17), c = 12.364(6) Å, V = 8400(7) Å3, Z = 16, M = 552.26, ρcalcd = 1.747 g cm?3 μ = 3.828 mm?1, and F(000) = 4368. Complex II has a binuclear nine-coordinate pseudomonocapped square antiprismatic conformation and its crystal structure belongs to triclinic system and space P1 group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 9.7637(16), b = 9.9722(16), c = 12.945(2) Å, α= 85.853(2)°, β = 77. 140(2)°, γ = 77.140(2)°, V = 1198.4(3) Å3, Z = 1, M = 1340.80, ρcalcd = 1.858 g cm?3, μ = 3.380 mm?1, and F(000) = 674. As for complex III, it also has nine-coordinate mononuclear structure with distorted tricapped trigonal prism and its crystal structure belongs to monoclinic system andP21/c space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 10.349(3), b = 12.760(4), c = 23.142(7) Å, β = 91.020(6)°, V = 3055.6(16) Å3, Z = 2, M = 797.55, ρcalcd = 1.734 g cm?3, μ = 2.674 mm?1, and F(000) = 1624. The results showed that although the ligands are different from one another in the shape and the numbers of coordination atoms, they all have nine-coordinate structures. However, one of them has binuclear structure and the other two have mononuclear structures because of the difference of the ligands.  相似文献

Polarized far i.r. reflection spectra of K2Pt(CN)4Br0.3·3.2H2O were measured at 220, 150 and 80 K for the frequency range 15–400 cm−1. The E|c and Ec spectra were analysed on the basis of the one- and four-oscillator model, respectively. The title complexes, K3[Cd(Dtpa)] (H5Dtpa = diethylenetriamine-N,N,N,N′,N′-pentaacetic acid, (I)), K2[Cd(H2O)4][Cd(Edta)(H2O)]2 · 2H2O (H4Edta = ethylenediamine-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetic acid, (II)), and Na2[Cd(H2O)4][Cd(Edta)(H2O)]2 · 2H2O (III), were prepared, and their compositions and structures were determined by elemental analyses, IR spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques, respectively. In complex I, the Cd is seven-coordinated by one Dtpa ligand yielding a pseudo-monocapped trigonal prism conformation, and the complex crystallizes in the triclinic crystal system with the Pi space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 8.7300(17), b = 9.1200(18), c = 15.110(3) Å, α = 95.52(3)°, β = 96.59(3)°, γ = 99.63(3)°, V = 1170.0(4) Å3, Z = 2, ρ = 1.754 g/cm3, μ = 1.519 mm?1, F(000) = 616, R = 0.0644 and wR = 0.1712 for 3842 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). For complex II, in the [Cd(Edta)(H2O)]2? complex anion the Cd2+ ion is seven-coordinated by one Edta ligand and one water molecule, yielding a pseudo-pentagonal bipyramid conformation. In the [Cd(H2O)4]2+ cation, the bridged Cd is six-coordinated, yielding an almost standard octahedral conformation. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system with P21/n space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 9.098(3), b = 16.442(6), c = 12.023(4) Å, β = 91.053(6)°, V = 1798.3(12) Å3, Z = 2, ρ = 2.098 g/cm3, μ = 2.086 mm?1, F(000) =1124, R = 0.0406 and wR = 0.1152 for 3680 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). In complex III, the conformations of Cd2+ ions are similar to those of the potassium salt complex, and the complex also crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system with the P21/n space group. The crystal data are as follows: a = 9.134(7), b = 16.500(13), c = 12.075(10) Å, β = 91.054(12)°, V = 1820(2) Å3, Z = 2, ρ = 2.015 g/cm3, μ = 1.856 mm?1, F(000) = 1092, R = 0.0363 and wR = 0.0879 for 3707 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I).  相似文献

Reactions of ZrOCl2·8H2O in aqueous solution with a carboxylic acid in the presence of K2CO3 have been studied as a route to ZrIV-carboxylates. With malonic acid (HO2CCH2CO2H) (H2mal) the product has been identified as K4[Zr(mal)4]·2H2O (1) by X-ray crystallography. The individual eight-coordinate zirconium anions contain four bidentate (OO) malonate anions with the metal geometry approximating to a square antiprism with each chelating ligand spanning the two square faces, Zr—O 2.091(3)–2.288(3) Å. The four potassium cations feature irregular coordination spheres of oxygen atoms [from both H2O and (mal) ligand molecules] with a 7–9 coordination range. With 2,6-dicarboxypicolinicacid (HO2CC5NH3CO2H) (H2dipic) the product has been characterised as K4[Zr(dipic)3]2·13.5H2O (2) following X-ray diffraction studies. The structure consists of two [Zr(dipic)3]2- anions, four potassium cations and lattice solvate (H2O) molecules. Individual anions feature nine-coordinate zirconium in which each dipic ligand is terdentate, being bonded via one N (pyridine) and two O (carboxylate) atoms. The metal geometry approximates to tricapped trigonal prismatic with each nitrogen atom capping a regular face of four oxygen atoms, Zr—O, 2.216(6)–2.261(6) Å; Zr—N, 2.343(8)–2.361(7) Å. The potassium cations show similar environments to those observed in structure (1). Dehydration of ZrOCl2·8H2O using SOCl2 in the presence of an excess of THF effects removal of coordinated H2O molecules and hydroxy bridging groups to provide the anhydrous bis-adduct ZrCl4(thf)2 in good yield (72%).  相似文献
