The reactions of the potentially tridentate Schiff bases 2-[(2-hydroxyphenyl)iminomethyl]phenol (H2ono) and 2-(2-aminobenzylideneimino)phenol (H3onn) with trans-[ReOBr3(PPh3)2] were studied, and the complexes [ReIIIBr(PPh3)2(ono)] (1) and [ReVBr(PPh3)2(onn)]Br (2) were isolated. In 1ono acts as a dianionic tridentate ligand, and in 2onn is coordinated as a tridentate trianionic imido-imino-phenolate. The complex [ReI(CO)3(ons)(Hno)] was isolated from the reaction of [Re(CO)5Br] with 2-[(2-methylthio)benzylideneimino]phenol (Hons; Hno = 2-aminophenol), with ons coordinated as a bidentate chelate with a free SCH3 group. These complexes were characterized by X-ray crystallography, NMR and IR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Three monocationic rhenium(I) complexes of the type [Re(CO)3(L)]Br, containing the bis-imidazole tridentate ligands bis-(2-(1-methylimidazolyl)methyl)amine (L1), bis-(2-(1-methylimidazolyl)methyl)aminoethanol (L2) and bis-(2-(benzimidazolyl)ethyl)sulfide (L3), were prepared and characterized by 1H NMR and IR spectroscopy. The complex salt [Re(CO)3(L2)]Br (2) was also characterized by X-ray crystallography. The structure consists of discrete monocationic monomers with a fac-[Re(CO)3]+ coordination unit, and the remaining three sites are occupied by one amine and two imidazolyl nitrogen donor atoms.  相似文献

N-thioamide thiosemicarbazone derived from 4-(methylthio)benzaldehyde (R = H, HL1; R = Me, HL2 and R = Ph, HL3) have been prepared and their reaction with fac-[ReX(CO)3(CH3CN)2] (X = Br, Cl) in methanol gave the adducts [ReX(CO)3(HLn)] (1a X = Cl, n = 1; 1a′ X = Br, n = 1; 1b X = Cl, n = 2; 1b′ X = Br, n = 2; 1c X = Cl, n = 3; 1c′ X = Br, n = 3) in good yield. All the compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry (ESI), IR and 1H NMR spectroscopic methods. Moreover, the structures of HL2, HL3, HL3·(CH3)2SO and 1b′·H2O were also elucidated by X-ray diffraction. In 1b′, the rhenium atom is coordinated by the sulphur and the azomethine nitrogen atoms (κS,N3) forming a five-membered chelate ring, as well as three carbonyl and bromide ligands. The resulting coordination polyhedron can be described as a distorted octahedron. The structure of the dimers is based on rhenium(I) thiosemicarbazonates [Re2(L1)2(CO)6] (2a), [Re2(L2)2(CO)6] (2b) and [Re2(L3)2(CO)6] (2c) as determined by X-ray studies. Methods of synthesis were optimized to obtain amounts of these thiosemicarbazonate complexes. In these compounds the dimer structures are achieved by Re-S-Re bridges, where S is the thiolate sulphur from a κS,N3-bidentate thiosemicarbazonate ligand. Some single crystals isolated in the synthesis of 2b contain [Re(L4)(L2)(CO)3] (3b) where L4 (=2-methylamine-5-(para-methylsulfanephenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole) is originated in a cyclization process of the thiosemicarbazone. Furthermore, the rhenium atom is coordinate by the sulphur and the thioamidic nitrogen of the thiosemicarbazonate (κS,N2) affording a four-membered chelate ring.  相似文献

We have synthesised (Et4N)[ReBr2(NCCH3)2(CO)2] 1 in two steps from [ReBr3(CO)3]2−. Complex 1 is water and air stable and the two Br ligands are easily exchanged for coordinating solvent molecules such as water. The reactivity of 1 with several ligands such as imidazole (imz) and 2-picolinic acid (2-pic) are easily possible with substitution exclusively occurring in trans-position to the carbonyl groups. The resulting complexes [Re(imz)2(NCCH3)2(CO)2]+ and [Re(2-pic)(NCCH3)2(CO)2] have been isolated and structurally characterised. The two acetonitrile ligands are strongly bound and are not substituted under any conditions. Complex 1 represents therefore the new moiety “trans,cis-[Re(NCCH3)2(CO)2]+” which can be considered as a further building block in organometallic chemistry.  相似文献

N-Thioamide thiosemicarbazone derived of 2-chloro-4-hydroxy-benzaldehyde (R = H, HL1; R = Me, HL2 and R = Ph, HL3) have been prepared and their reaction with fac-[ReX(CO)3(CH3CN)2] (X = Br, Cl) in chloroform gave the adducts [ReX(CO)3(HL)] (1a X = Cl, R = H; 1a′ X = Br, R = H; 1b X = Cl, R = CH3; 1b′ X = Br, R = CH3; 1c X = Cl, R = Ph; 1c′ X = Br, R = Ph) in good yield. Complexes 1a′ and 1b’ were also obtained by the reaction of HL1 and HL3 with [ReBr(CO)5] in toluene. All the compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry (FAB), IR and 1H NMR spectroscopic methods. Moreover, the structures of HL2, HL3 and 1a·H2O were also established by X-ray diffraction. In 1a, the rhenium atom is coordinated by the sulphur and the azomethine nitrogen atoms, forming a five-membered chelate ring, as well as three carbonyl carbon and chloride atoms. The resulting coordination polyhedron can be described as a distorted octahedron. The study of the crystals obtained by slow evaporation of methanol and DMSO solutions of the adducts 1a′ and 1b, respectively, showed the formation of dimer structures based on rhenium(I) thiosemicarbazonates [Re2(L1)2(CO)6]·3H2O (2a)·3H2O and [Re2(L2)2(CO)6]·(CH3)2SO (2b)·2(CH3)2SO. Amounts of these thiosemicarbazonate complexes [Re2(L)2(CO)6] (2) were obtained by reaction of the corresponding free ligands with [ReCl(CO)5] in dry toluene. In 2a·3H2O and 2b·2(CH3)2SO the dimer structures are established by Re–S–Re bridges, where S is the thiolate sulphur from a N,S-bidentate thiosemicarbazonate ligand. In both structures the rhenium coordination sphere is similar; the dimers are in the same diamond Re2S2 face.  相似文献

In this study selected bidentate (L2) and tridentate (L3) ligands were coordinated to the Re(I) or Tc(I) core [M(CO)2(NO)]2+ resulting in complexes of the general formula fac-[MX(L2)(CO)2(NO)] and fac-[M(L3)(CO)2(NO)] (M = Re or Tc; X = Br or Cl). The complexes were obtained directly from the reaction of [M(CO)2(NO)]2+ with the ligand or indirectly by first reacting the ligand with [M(CO)3]+ and subsequent nitrosylation with [NO][BF4] or [NO][HSO4]. Most of the reactions were performed with cold rhenium on a macroscopic level before the conditions were adapted to the n.c.a. level with technetium (99mTc). Chloride, bromide and nitrate were used as monodentate ligands, picolinic acid (PIC) as a bidentate ligand and histidine (HIS), iminodiacetic acid (IDA) and nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) as tridentate ligands. We synthesised and describe the dinuclear complex [ReCl(μ-Cl)(CO)2(NO)]2 and the mononuclear complexes [NEt4][ReCl3(CO)2(NO)], [NEt4][ReBr3(CO)2(NO)], [ReBr(PIC)(CO)2(NO)], [NMe4][Re(NO3)3(CO)2(NO)], [Re(HIS)(CO)2(NO)][BF4], [99Tc(HIS)(CO)2(NO)][BF4], [99mTc(IDA)(CO)2 (NO)] and [99mTc(NTA)(CO)2(NO)]. The chemical and physical characteristics of the Re and Tc-dicarbonyl-nitrosyl complexes differ significantly from those of the corresponding tricarbonyl compounds.  相似文献

The seven-coordinate rhenium(III) complex cation [ReIII(dhp)(PPh3)2]+ was isolated as the iodide salt from the reaction of cis-[RevO2I(PPh3)2] with 2,6-bis(2-hydroxyphenyliminomethyl)pyridine (H2dhp) in ethanol. In the complex fac-[Re(CO)3(H2dhp)Br], prepared from [Re(CO)5Br] and H2dhp in toluene, the H2dhp ligand acts as a neutral bidentate N,N-donor chelate. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared and 1H NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

A series of rhenium(I) tricarbonyl complexes, containing bidentate derivatives of aniline, was synthesized and structurally characterized. With 1,2-diaminobenzene (Hpda) the ‘2+1’ complex salt fac-[Re(CO)3(Hpda)2]Br was isolated. The neutral complex [Re(CO)3(Hapa)Br] was formed with 2-aminodiphenylamine (Hapa) as ligand. 2-Aminophenol (Hopa) also produced the neutral ‘2+1’ complex [Re(CO)3(opa)2(Hopa)], but with 2-mercaptophenol (Hspo) the bridged dimer [Re2(CO)7(spo)2] was found. In the complex [Re(CO)3(Htpn)Br] (Htpn = N′-{(2-methylthio)benzylidene}benzene-1,2-diamine) the potentially tridentate ligand Htpn is coordinated via the methylthio sulfur and imino nitrogen atoms only, with a free amino group.  相似文献

Cyclization of 2-carbomethoxy-3-(4',4'-dimethylcyclopent-2-enylmethyl)cyclopentanone (4) with N-phenylselenophthalimide and tin(IV) chloride affords cis-syn-cis-1β-carbomethoxy-4,4-dimethyl-3β-phenylselenotricyclo [6.3.0.02,6]undecan-11-one (8) and cis-anti-cis-1β-carbomethoxy-4,4-dimethyl-3α-phenylselenotricyclo [6.3.0.02,6]undecan-11-one (9). Both of these selenides can be elaborated to cis-anti-cis-4,4-dimethyl-1β-methyltricyclo [6.3.0.02,6]undecan-11-one (13) which upon treatment with CH2Br2/ TiCl4/Zn affords the sesquiterpene (±)-hirsutene (1) in 20% overall yield.  相似文献

The synthesis of new tripodal nitrogen ligands derived from tris(pyrazolyl)methane (TpmR, R = H, tBu, Ph in 3‐position) is described. After deprotonation of the parent tris(pyrazolyl)methane TpmR, the carbanion reacts readily with ethylene oxide to yield the 3,3,3‐tris(3′‐substituted pyrazolyl)propanol ligands[(3‐Rpz)3CCH2CH2OH, R = H, tBu, Ph, 1a – c ]. These ligands can be easily derivatised at the alcohol function. Microwave‐assisted reactions of these ligands and [Re(CO)5Br] yields the complex [( 1a )Re(CO)3]Br ( 4 ) in the case of ligand 1a , whereas in the case of the substituted ligands 1b and 1c degradation was observed. The degradation products are identified as [(HpzR)2Re(CO)3Br] [R = tBu ( 7b ), Ph ( 7c )]. These complexes were also prepared directly from [Re(CO)5Br] and the corresponding pyrazoles by microwave‐assisted synthesis. The Re(CO)3 complexes 4 and [( 1a )Re(CO)3]OTf ( 5 ) are water‐soluble. The structures of 5· H2O and [{(pz)3CCH2CH3}Re(CO)3]OTf · 1.5H2O · 1/2CH3CN ( 6· 1.5H2O · 1/2CH3CN) as well as the structure of 7b have been elucidated by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

Mononuclear complexes of the type, M(CO)4[Se2P(OR)2] (M = Mn, R = iPr, 1a; Et, 1b; M = Re, R = iPr, 3a; Et, 3b) can be prepared from either [-Se(Se)P(OiPr)2]2 (A) or [Se{-Se(Se)P(OEt)2}2] (B) with M(CO)5Br. O,O′-dialkyl diselenophosphate ([(RO)2PSe2]-, abbreviated as dsep) ligands generated from A and B act as a chelating ligand in these complexes. Upon refluxing in acetonitrile, these mononuclear complexes yield dinuclear complexes with a general formula of [M2(CO)6{Se2P(OR)2}2] (M = Mn, R = iPr, 2a; Et, 2b; M = Re, R = iPr, 4a; Et, 4b). Dsep ligands display a triconnective, bimetallic bonding mode in the dinuclear compounds and this kind of connective pattern has never been identified in any phosphor-1,1-diselenoato metal complexes. Compounds 2b, 3b, and 4 are structurally characterized. Compounds 2b and 3b display weak, secondary Se?Se interactions in their lattices.  相似文献

The novel pyrazolyl containing ligands 4-(HOOC)pz(CH2)2NH(CH2)2NH2 (L1) and 4-(HOOCCH2)-3,5-Me2pz(CH2)2NH(CH2)2NH2 (L2), and 3,5-Me2pz(CH2)2S(CH2)2SCH2CH3 (L3), 3,5-Me2pz(CH2)2S(CH2)2SCH2COOEt (L4) and 3,5-Me2pz(CH2)2S(CH2)2SCH2COOH (L5) were synthesized, and their ability to stabilise complexes with the fac-[M(CO)3]+ (M = Re,99mTc) moiety was evaluated. Reactions of L1-L5 with the Re(I) tricarbonyl starting materials (NEt4)2[Re(CO)3Br3] and/or [Re(CO)5Br] afforded complexes fac-[Re(CO)33-L)] (L = L1-L5 (1-5)), which contain the pyrazolyl ancillary ligands coordinated in a tridentate fashion. Complexes 1-5 were characterized by the common analytical techniques, which included single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis in the case of 4. The structural analysis of 4 confirmed the tridentate coordination mode of the pyrazole-dithioether ligand, which is facially coordinated to the Re(I) centre through the nitrogen from the pyrazole ring and the two thioether sulphur atoms, without involvement of the terminal ester functional group. The distorted octahedral coordination environment around the metal is completed by the three facial carbonyl ligands. The radioactive congeners of complexes 1, 3 and 4, fac-[99mTc(CO)33-L)]+ (L = L1 (1a), L3 (3a), L4 (4a)), have been prepared by reacting the precursor fac-[99mTc(CO)3(H2O)3]+ with the corresponding ligands, and their identity confirmed by HPLC comparison with the rhenium surrogates. Complexes 1a and 3a have been challenged in the presence of a large excess of histidine or cysteine, in order to evaluate their in vitro stability. Only a negligible displacement was observed, indicating that pyrazole-diamine and pyrazole-dithioether chelators provide a high kinetic inertness and/or stability to organometallic complexes with the fac-[99mTc(CO)3]+ moiety.  相似文献

[NEt4]2[Re(CO)3Br3] and [NEt4]2[Tc(CO)3Cl3] react with trimethylsilyltriphenylphosphoraneimine, Me3SiNPPh3, under exchange of the bromo ligands and the formation of cationic [M(CO)3(HNPPh3)3]+ complexes (M = Re, Tc). The required protons are abstracted from the solvent CH2Cl2. The steric bulk of the organic ligands causes a marked distortion of the established coordination polyhedra from an idealized octahedron with bond angles between neighbouring donor atoms between 81.81(8)° and 96.66(8)°. The reaction of [NEt4]2[Re(CO)3Br3] with Me3SiNP(Ph2)CH2PPh2 in CH2Cl2 yields the neutral complex [Re(CO)3Br{HNP(Ph2)CH2PPh2)], which contains a neutral, chelate‐bonded (diphenylphosphinomethyl)diphenylphosphoraneimine ligand. A similar reaction with the bifunctional phosphoraneimine Me3SiNP(Ph2)CH2(Ph2)PNSiMe3 gives only small amounts of a binuclear rhenium(I) complex of the composition [{Re(CO)3Br2}2(HNP(Ph2)CH2(Ph2)PNH)]2‐, whereas the major amount of the bis‐phosphoraneimine undergoes an intramolecular rearrangement to yield [H2NP(Ph2)NP(Ph2)CH3]Br. An X‐ray structure analysis shows a widespread delocalization of electron density over the central part of the cation.  相似文献

A PNA monomer containing thymine as nucleobase (1) was synthesized, characterized and coupled to the pyrazolyl containing ligand 3,5-Me2pz(CH2)2N((CH2)3COOH)(CH2)2NHBoc (2) and to a modified cysteine S-(carboxymethyl-pentafluorphenyl)-N-[(trifluor)carbonyl]-l-cysteine methyl ester (3) yielding the bifunctional chelators 6 and 7, respectively. Reactions of 6 and 7 with the Re(I) tricarbonyl starting material [Re(CO)3(H2O)3]Br afforded the complexes fac-[Re(CO)33-6)]+ (8) and fac-[Re(CO)33-7)] (9), respectively. The identity of 8 and 9 has been established based on IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, ESI-MS spectrometry and HPLC. The multinuclear NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, g-COSY, g-HSQC) has also been very informative in the case of complex 8, showing the presence of rotamers in solution. For 9 the NMR spectrum was too complex due to the presence of rotamers and diastereoisomers. The radioactive congeners of complexes 8 and 9, fac-[99mTc(CO)33-6)]+ (8a) and fac-[99mTc(CO)33-7)] (9a), have been prepared by reacting the precursor fac-[99mTc(CO)3(H2O)3]+ with the corresponding ligands being their identity established by comparing their HPLC chromatograms with the HPLC of the rhenium surrogates.  相似文献

Syntheses and Structures of (Et4N)2[Re(CO)3(NCS)3] and (Et4N)[Re(CO)2Br4] Rhenium(I) and rhenium(III) carbonyl complexes can easily be prepared by ligand exchange reactions starting from (Et4N)2[Re(CO)3Br3]. Using nonoxidizing reagents the facial ReI(CO)3 unit remains and only the bromo ligands are exchanged. Following this procedure, (Et4N)2[Re(CO)3(NCS)3] can be obtained in high yield and purity using trimethylsilylisothiocyanate. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n, a = 18.442(5), b = 17.724(3), c = 18.668(5) Å, β = 92.54(1)°, Z = 8. The NCS? ligands are coordinated via nitrogen. The reaction of [Re(CO)3Br3]2? with Br2 yields the rhenium(III) anion [Re(CO)2Br4]?. The tetraethylammonium salt of this complex crystallizes in the noncentrosymmetric, orthorhombic space group Cmc21, a = 8.311(1), b = 25.480(6), c = 8.624(1) Å, Z = 4. The carbonyl ligands are positioned in a cis arrangement. Their strong trans influence causes a lengthening of the Re? Br bond distances by at least 0.05 Å.  相似文献

Sodium dihydrobis(2-mercaptothiazolyl)borate, Na[H2B(tiaz)2], reacts with (NEt4)2[Re(CO)3Br3] in water to afford fac-[Re{κ3-H(μ-H)B(tiaz)2}(CO)3] (1). In a similar manner, treatment of the same Re(I) starting material with bis(2-mercaptoimidazolyl)methane, H2C(timMe)2, yields fac-[ReBr{κ2-H2C(timMe)2}(CO)3] (2). The organometallic complexes 1 and 2 have been characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, and also by X-ray crystallographic analysis. X-ray diffraction analysis revealed the presence of a short B-H?Re interaction in the case of 1, and the absence of C-H?Re interactions in the crystal structure of 2. For both compounds the rhenium atom adopts a slightly distorted octahedral coordination with a facial arrangement of the carbonyl ligands. The three remaining coordination positions are occupied by the two thione sulfur atoms from the anchor ligands, and by an agostic hydride (1) or a bromide ligand (2). Compound 1 is highly stable either in the solid state or in solution. In particular, its B-H?Re interaction is retained in solution, even in coordinating solvents, namely acetonitrile, dimethylsulfoxide and tetrahydrofuran. Unlike 1, compound 2 is only moderately stable in acetonitrile, undergoing a slow release of the bis(2-mercaptoimidazolyl)methane.  相似文献

Reaction of [Re2(CO)8(MeCN)2] with 1,8-bis(diphenylphosphino)naphthalene (dppn) afforded three mono-rhenium complexes fac-[Re(CO)311-PPh2C10H6)(PPh2H)] (1), fac-[Re(CO)3111-(O)PPh2C10H6(O)PPh(C6H4)}] (2) and fac-[ReCl(CO)32-PPh2C10H6PPh2)] (3). Compounds 1-3 are formed by Re-Re bond cleavage and P-C and C-H bond activation of the dppn ligand. Each of these three complexes have three CO groups arranged in facial fashion. Compound 1 contains a chelating cyclometalated diphenylnaphthylphosphine ligand and a terminally coordinated PPh2H ligand. Compound 2 consists of an orthometalated dppn-dioxide ligand coordinated in a κ111-fashion via both the oxygen atoms and ortho-carbon atom of one of the phenyl rings. Compound 3 consists of an unchanged chelating dppn ligand and a terminal Cl ligand. Treatment of [Mn2(CO)8(MeCN)2] with a slight excess of dppn in refluxing toluene at 72 °C, gave the previously reported [Mn2(CO)8(μ-PPh2)2] (4), formed by cleavage of C-P bonds, and the new compound fac-[MnCl(CO)32-PPh2C10H6PPh2)] (5), which has an unaltered chelating dppn and a terminal Cl ligand. In sharp contrast, reaction of [Mn2(CO)8(MeCN)2] with slight excess of dppn at room temperature yielded the dimanganese [Mn2(CO)91-PPh2(C10H7)}] (6) in which the diphenylnaphthylphosphine ligand, formed by facile cleavage of one of the P-C bonds, is axially coordinated to one Mn atom. Compound 6 was also obtained from the reaction of [Mn2(CO)9(MeCN)] with dppn at room temperature. The XRD structures of complexes 1-3, 5, 6 are reported.  相似文献

p-Fluorophenylisocyanide (CNPhpF) reacts with [Re(CO)5Br] under stepwise exchange of the carbonyl ligands depending on the conditions applied. The reaction stops with the formation of fac-[Re(CO)3Br(CNPhpF)2] in boiling THF. An ongoing carbonyl exchange is observed at higher temperatures, e. g. in refluxing toluene, with the final formation of the [Re(CNPhpF)6]+ cation. The progress of the reactions has been studied by 19F NMR spectroscopy and the structures of [Re(CO)Br(CNPhpF)4] and [Re(CNPhpF)6](BPh4) have been elucidated by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

(NEt4)2[Re(CO)3Br3] or (NEt4)2[Tc(CO)3Cl3] react with bis(2-pyridyl)phenylphosphine (PPhpy2) or tris(2-pyridyl)phosphine (Ppy3) under formation of neutral tricarbonyl complexes of the composition [M(CO)3X(L)] (M = Re, X = Br; M = Tc, X = Cl; L = PPhpy2 or Ppy3). In all isolated products, the ligands coordinate solely via two of their nitrogen atoms. All attempts to force a tripodal coordination of the phosphinopyridines failed. Removal of the bromo ligands from (NEt4)2[Re(CO)3Br3] by the addition of AgNO3 in THF/water, and subsequent reaction of the resulting [Re(CO)3(THF)3](NO3)with Ppy3 yielded the complex [Re(CO)3(NO3)(Ppy3-N,N′)] with a monodentate coordinated nitrato ligand. The products have been characterized spectroscopically and by X-ray structure analyses.  相似文献

fac-[M(CO)3X3]2− complexes (M=Re, X=Br; M=Tc, X=Cl) react with thiourea derivatives under formation of stable rhenium(I) and technetium(I) complexes. The composition of the products can be controlled by the steric requirements of the ligands and their ability to form chelates. The products of reactions with tetramethylthiourea, Me4tu (I), N,N-diethylthiocarbamoylbenzamidine, H2Et2tcb (II), and morpholinylthiocarbamoylbenzamidine, H2morphtcb (III), have been studied by X-ray crystallography showing that the products belong to three different structural types. A mononuclear complex of the composition fac-[Re(CO)3Br(Me4tu)2] has been isolated with tetramethylthiourea, whereas the thiocarbamoylbenzamidines deprotonate and act as N,S-chelating ligands. This results in the formation of a dimeric [Tc(CO)3(HEt2tcb-N,S)]2 complex with a central, almost square Tc2S2 unit and a monomeric compound of the composition [Tc(CO)3(Hmorphtcb-N,S)(H2morphtcb-S)]. The latter compound contains a neutral, S-bonded morpholinylthiocarbamoylbenzamidine in the unusual imine form in addition to a chelate-bonded Hmorphtcb ligand.  相似文献
