A nitric oxide biosensor based on the photovoltaic effect of nano titanium dioxide on hemoglobin was fabricated with high sensitivity, selectivity, as well as stability. The linear detection concentration range was 5.0 × 10−6–4.0 × 10−4 M. The detection limit was 1.0 × 10−6 M with a sensitivity of 8 nA/μM. The possible coexisting compounds would not interfere with the nitric oxide detection. The article is published in the original.  相似文献

Direct electron transfer between hemoglobin and gold electrode is achieved at both a bare and a 4, 4'-bipyridine-modified gold electrode in the presence of chloride ions. The addition of chloride to hemoglobin solution also increases the reversibility of the direct electrochemistry and shifts the formal potential of hemoglobin to the negative direction. While the existence of chloride does not significantly change the tertiary structure of the protein, it might induce a slight variation of the structure, which is beneficial to the electrochemical response. It is suggested that the chloride binding to hemoglobin is a combination of specific and unspecific bindings.  相似文献

The consumption of titanium dioxide in today's world is on the increase. As the most popular nano substance, TiO2 is used in various industries notably in the textile industry. More and more recently, through a synergistic combination of photocatalytic features of nanoparticles, fabrics with novel properties are produced. Self-cleaning and stability against UV rays as well as chemical media, to name but a few, are among new prominent properties, obtained on textiles. A common subject reported in most studies has been the diverse approaches to immobilize the nanoparticles on the surface of fabrics. Wool is among common textile materials that have undergone numerous processes to be modified. This review intends to bring to light different aspects of application of nano titanium dioxide in the textile industry especially on wool, and also presents a concise overview on the rigorous pieces of research conducted in this realm.  相似文献

为了提高锌电积用惰性阳极材料钛基二氧化铅的电催化活性和耐腐蚀性能,采用阳极氧化法制备了掺杂WC颗粒改性的钛基二氧化铅复合阳极材料。通过扫描电镜表征了电极材料的微观形貌,采用析氧极化曲线(LSV)、塔菲尔曲线和交流阻抗(EIS)研究WC添加量对复合阳极材料在电解锌液中的电催化性能和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:WC与β-Pb O2复合电沉积能增强电极耐蚀性和电催化活性,当WC添加量为40 g/L时,所制备的复合电极材料结构致密,交换电流密度j0为6.71×10-3A·cm-2,电极自腐蚀电流密度Icorr为2.884×10-6A·cm-2,有较好的电催化活性和耐蚀性。  相似文献

Tetrasulfonated copper phthalocyanine (CuTsPc)-capped TiO2 nanoparticle ultrathin films were fabricated by a layer-by-layer (LBL) self-assembly technique. Alternating bilayer structures were formed by consecutive adsorption of CuTsPc-capped TiO2 nanoparticles with poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride). Optical and electrical measurements were carried out to characterize the CuTsPc-capped TiO2 nanoparticle ultrathin films. Optical measurements revealed uniform deposition. The surface morphology of such bilayer films showed a granular morphology similar to other classes of LBL films. Electrical measurements revealed an abnormal phenomenon under white light illumination. Electrochemical and photoelectrochemical measurements on such a bilayer system were carried out to elucidate the electron transport processes and the photovoltaic effect.  相似文献

In this study an effective nanocomposite antimicrobial agent for wool fabric was introduced. The silver loaded nano TiO(2) as a nanocomposite was prepared through UV irradiation in an ultrasonic bath. The nanocomposite was stabilized on the wool fabric surface by using citric acid as a friendly cross-linking agent. The treated wool fabrics indicated an antimicrobial activity against both Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli bacteria. Increasing the concentration of Ag/TiO(2) nanocomposite led to an improvement in antibacterial activities of the treated fabrics. Also increasing the amount of citric acid improved the adsorption of Ag/TiO(2) on the wool fabric surface leading to enhance antibacterial activity. The EDS spectrum, SEM images, and XRD patterns was studied to confirm the presence of existence of nanocomposite on the fabric surface. The role of both cross-linking agent and nanocomposite concentrations on the results was investigated using response surface methodology (RSM).  相似文献

The electrochemical synthesis of polyaniline on a titanium surface in aqueous sulfuric acid solutions with various concentrations of added aniline has been investigated by cyclic voltammetry. By utilizing a more cathodic potential range (up to −0.6 V) for the cyclization than is usual (up to −0.2 V) on Pt and Au electrodes, the new voltammetric waves have been deconvoluted from the already well-known ones for polyaniline. By simultaneous electrochemical and in situ Raman spectroscopic measurements, the Raman bands of polyaniline electrodeposited on a Ti electrode, were assigned for potentials of −0.15 V and −0.6 V. It was found that the new monitored waves were closely related to the so-called “middle” peaks and appear only when the polyaniline reaches an overoxidized state. In this study, cellulose-manganese dioxide nano-composites were synthesized and their electrochemical behavior studied as electrode in an electrochemical supercapacitor (ECS). The morphology of composites were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) was used to determine the thermal stability and water content of the composites. The electrochemical capacitance of the composites is studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV) in Na2SO4 electrolyte (0.5 M) at room temperature. The results show that the capacitance of the composites are strongly affected by the nano-structure, structural continuity, thermal stability and surface/structural water of manganese dioxide. A high specific capacitance of 171 F/g was obtained for cellulose-manganese dioxide nano-composite which has higher structural continuity, lower water content and better thermal stability.  相似文献

A new electrochemical cell sensor, with low cost, simple fabrication, high selectivity and sensitivity was developed in this study. Titanium dioxide nanoparticles (nano-TiO2) were assembled on the disposable indium tin oxide (ITO) electrodes for the immobilization of the drug sensitive leukemia K562/B.W. cells and drug resistant leukemia K562/ADM cells to fabricate the relative cell sensors. The different electrochemical behaviors of the probe allowed us to differentiate one type of leukemia cells from another. Furthermore, the results of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy indicated that the detection limit of the new cell sensor is 1.3 × 103 cells ml?1 with a linear range of 1.6 × 104 to 1.0 × 107 cells ml?1. These results suggested the promising application of this nano-TiO2 interface to construct the non-labeling potential-discriminative cell biosensors for clinical uses.  相似文献

In this work, surface modification technique with coupling agents and anchoring polymerization was adopted to tailor the surface properties of nanoscaled titanium dioxide (TiO2). Ethyl glycol sols with TiO2 were prepared in order to simulate the dispersibility of differently modified TiO2 in a molten polyamide 6 (PA6) matrix. The modified TiO2 were melt compounded with PA6 and composites and fibers were prepared. The average filler diameter of 47 nm (in composites) and 44 nm (in fibers) indicated homogeneous dispersion of TiO2 in the matrix, whereas unmodified TiO2 showed agglomerated structures in the PA6 matrix. The mechanical properties of the composite fibers were improved as compared to pure PA6 fibers and composite fibers with unmodified TiO2.  相似文献

以乙二醇(EG)和钛酸四丁酯(TBOT)为原料,采用原位表面修饰方法成功制备了乙二醇表面改性纳米TiO2(EG-TiO2);利用傅立叶红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜表征了其结构,采用热重分析仪测定了其热稳定性.结果表明,经表面修饰的纳米二氧化钛在水性聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂(WPU)基体中分散良好;将EG-TiO2添加到WPU中能显著提高其抗紫外线性能、热稳定性及耐磨性能.  相似文献

In this study, titanium dioxide nanoparticles (NPs) were synthesized using the home microwave method, and the effect of the microwave irradiation time on the structure of NPs was investigated. In addition, the morphological effect of these NPs on the toxicity of HDMSCs cells was investigated. The crystalline structure and morphology of the NPs were analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM); the cytotoxicity was determined by the methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay. X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that all thin films had a polycrystalline nature with an anatase phase of TiO2. It was also found that the crystallite size increased with increasing microwave radiation time. The FTIR spectrum showed Ti-O-Ti properties by the peak in the range between 527 and 580 cm?1. Further, the FE-SEM images showed that the grain size increased with increasing irradiation time. The MTT assay results showed that the accumulation of NPs leads to toxicity.  相似文献

A new method for synthesizing amorphous ultradisperse titanium oxide particles immobilized on the surface of SiO2 aerogel was suggested. TiO2/SiO2 systems containing 3–15 wt % TiO2 were prepared. The chemical composition, structure, and morphology of the surface of the synthesized catalysts were studied by transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and IR spectroscopy. The Brunauer-Emmett-Teller method was used to estimate the specific surface area of the samples. The photocatalytic activity of the systems was studied in the model reaction of the decomposition of methylene blue dye. The systems synthesized were found to be more active than TiO2 Degussa P25.  相似文献

Sorption of chromium radionuclide has been studied in the pH range of 1–10 on titanium dioxide from aqueous solutions. The adsorption isotherm obtained is of the Freundlich type. The kinetic study of adsorption and desorption of tagged chromate ions at different temperatures show that the adsorption process is exothermic innnature. Further, the feasibility of adsorption process is confirmed by calculating the thermodynamic parameters.  相似文献

This paper reports a radiochemical study of the kinetics of ion exchange of Na+ and Cs+ with H+ on hydrous titanium dioxide. The experimental conditions are set to favor the particle diffusion mechanism only, and this is confirmed by the Bt versus t plots. On the basis of these studies the various physical parameters such as the effective diffusion coefficients, activation energies and entropies of activation have been evaluated. Tentative explanations are given for these results, from which some conclusions are drawn.  相似文献
