根据量子统计模型(QSM)的计算分析,找到了一个提取核反应过程中熵产生的新的可观测量.核反应过程中约化d的产额d/(d+t+3He+4He)和熵有单调的函数关系,并且和体系的碎裂密度(ρ/ρ0)及体系的N/Z都无关,可以作为提取核反应过程中熵产生的一个观测量.和目前已经有的其他方法相比,约化d产额这一提取熵方法可以用于较低能量的重离子核反应中,并且数据处理分析简单.对于35MeV/u40Ar+197Au的核反应过程所提取的熵和利用约化带电粒子多重性提取的熵结果一致.结合后角类靶热核发射体系实验提取的同位素核温度为4.7±1.2MeV及S/A=2.5±0.5,根据熵和核温度的关联关系,可以确定其Break up密度接近但小于0.1(ρ/ρ0)

为了解释Au1-xNix合金(x=0.30—0.42)低温出现电阻率极小值的实验结果,本文提出一个低浓度自旋集团顺磁态合金的模型,得到自旋集团孤立近似下和自旋集团耦合作用下的电阻率公式,并和晶格散射的贡献(由Au80Ni20合金或Au-Cu合金的ρi(T)实验数据代替)联合起来,得到ρ(T)的计算曲线,和实验结果符合得很好。当Tmin,电阻率随温度增高而下降,主要是自旋集团孤立近似下的Kondo效应引起的。自旋集团之间的RKKY耦合作用对电阻率的贡献在低温时大,随着温度增高按1/T规律迅速减小,所以ρ(T)-ρi(T)实验值在相当宽温度范围出现logT关系。随着温度增高,晶格散射对电阻率的贡献将变得重要,当T=Tmin,电阻率出现极小值。

采用传输线模型测量了重B掺杂p型金刚石薄膜(约1020cm-3)上Ti/A u欧姆接触电阻率ρc,测试了500℃退火前后及大电流情况下的I-V特性,研究 了退火对ρc的影响.结果表明,重掺杂和退火工艺是改善欧姆接触的有效手段. ρc随测试温度的变化表明金属/半导体接触界面载流子输运机制为隧道穿透.而 光照对ρc影响的分析表明金刚石可作为理想窗口材料.测试得到的最低ρ c值约为10-4Ωcm2.

详细研究了由纳米晶粒组成的块体多晶La0.7Sr0.3MnO3(LSM)的电阻率和磁电阻效应,以及它们的温度依赖性.随着温度从室温降低,电阻率(ρ)在250K附近存在一最大值,低于该温度后,样品表现为金属导电特性,随后在50K附近存在一极小值.也就是说在低于50K的温度范围内,随着温度降低ρ反而升高,表现为绝缘体性的导电特性.经研究发现,这种随温度降低ρ反而增加的现象与隧穿效应的理论模型(lnρ∝T-1/2)符合得很好

The self-consistent semiclassical approach is extended from zero temperature to finite temperatures. The nucleon densities of a hot nucleus at thermal equilibrium are determined. The centroids of isoscalar giant monopole resonances(GMR) are evaluated by making use of these densities with sum rules. The incompressibility of hot nuclei is studied with these centroids. It is found that the incompressibility decrepes as the temperature increases. A non-self-consistent finite temperature semiclassical approach with a Woods-Saxon mean field is also presented and compared with the self-consistent result. 相似文献

Results of temperature-dependent Hartree-Fock calculations for equilibrated hot nuclei are presented, extending to the highest temperatures at which the nuclei remain stable. A subtraction procedure developed earlier for isolating the properties of the nucleus from the nucleus + vapor system is applied. The temperature dependence of various quantities characterizing hot nuclei is investigated. The influence of different effective interactions in the Hartree-Fock equations is examined. Special attention is devoted to the study of the high-temperature stability limit of hot nuclei. This limit in nuclei with the Coulomb interaction artificially switched off (i.e. uncharged nuclei) is shown to correspond to the critical temperature of the liquid-gas phase transition expected on the basis of hot nuclear matter calculations. In realistic charged nuclei the Coulomb repulsion causes a nucleus to become electrostatically unstable and to fall apart at much lower temperatures than its uncharged partner. The approach to and the temperature of this Coulomb instability are very sensitive to the choice of the nuclear interaction. Studying this instability in compound nuclei with different charge-to-mass ratio provides a sensitive measure of the temperature dependence of the nuclear surface properties as well as of certain features of the nuclear equation of state. 相似文献

The dependence of phase transition,associated with the disassembly of hot nuclei,on the mass number of hot nuclei is investigated.By studying six hot nuclei ranging from 56Ni* to 238U*,we find that in the curves of excitation energy of hot nuclei vs.Thermodynamic temperature T(E*) of 63Cu* and heavier ones there are always two temperature plateaus,but in T(E*) of 56Ni the first temperature plateau (at lower excitation energy) shrinks into a kink. 相似文献

A formalism based on thermo field dynamics is described. It allows the effect of the temperature on the strength distribution of charge-exchange transitions in hot nuclei to be taken into account. Numerical calculations with the pair correlations in the BCS approximation and the schematic στ interaction are carried out for Gamow-Teller transitions in the 56Fe nucleus. We investigate, within a very simple double folding model, the nuclear interaction potential between α or p and excited heavy nuclei. The densities of the excited nuclei are calculated using a modified hot Thomas-Fermi model. Simple analytical expressions of the results are presented. Properties and stability of superheavy nuclei resulting from hot fusion are discussed. It is shown that the microscopic–macroscopic approach allows obtaining the closed proton shell at Z ≥ 120. Isotopic trends of K-isomeric states in superheavy nuclei are predicted. Evaporation residue cross sections in hot fusion reactions are calculated using the predicted properties of superheavy nuclei. Interruption of α decay chains by spontaneous fission is analyzed. Alpha decay chains through isomeric states are considered.
