The crystal of binuclear zinc complex Zn2(dhaash)2(py)4 was obtained in DMF and pyridine, where H2dhaash is 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone-N-salicylhydrazone. It has been characterized by IR, UV, element analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystallographic data were as follows: monoclinic system, space group P21/c, a=1.108 98(11) nm, b=1.640 84(16) nm, c=1.445 14(14) nm, β=108.617(2)°, Z=2, V=2.492 1(4) nm3, Dc=1.466 g·cm-3, Mr=1 099.74, μ=1.031 mm-1, F(000)=1 136 and the final R=0.044 8 and wR=0.105 8 for 4 143 observed reflections with I≥2σ(I), respectively. The X-ray crystal structure analysis revealed that, in the centrosymmetric binuclear complex molecule, two zinc(Ⅱ) centers are linked by two oxygen atoms (O(3) and O(3A)), respectively. Zn(1)…Zn(1A) distance is 0.314 81(6) nm, O(3)…O(3A) distance is 0.270 4(2) nm. Every zinc(Ⅱ) ion has an elongated octahedral coordination. For example, the two pyridine nitrogen atoms, one oxygen atom and one nitrogen atom from salicylhydrazone, one oxygen atom from 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone in one dhaash2- ligand and one oxygen atom from 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone in another dhaash2- ligand coordinated to zinc(Ⅱ) ion, respectively. Two zinc(Ⅱ) ions and all the 72 non-hydrogen atoms in the two dhaash2- ligands are in the same plane. CCDC: 261929.  相似文献

The complex Cu2(μ-dppb)2(μ-Cl)2 has been synthesized from the reaction of CuCl, dppb and (n-Bu)4NCl. The crystal belongs to the triclinic with space group P1. The unit cell parameters are: a=9.939(4)?, b=10.083(6)?, c=14.104(5)?, α=76.46(3)°, β=71.02(2)°, γ=70.87(5)°. The single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that it has a bi-ring structure with a symmetry center at the middle of two Copper atoms. The outer ring is a 14-membered ring of Cu-dppb-Cu-dppb, and the inner ring is a 4-membered ring composed of two Cl- and two Cu(Ⅰ). Investigation of third-order optical nonlinearity shows that it exhibits considerable nonlinear absorptive and self-defocusing effect with α2=1.75×10-13m·W-1 and n2=3.19×10-18m2·W-1. The crystal of [Ni(dien)2]2[Mn(NCS)6]·H2O was synthesized and the structure of its single crystal was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal is monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=16.544(3),b=15.137(2), c=17.334(3)?, β=99.90(1)°, V=4276.3(12)?3, Z=4, Dc=1.479g·cm-3, Mr=951.55, F(000)=1998, μ=1.489mm-1, R=0.0399, Rw=0.0958. The crystal of one-dimensional binuclear zinc complex [Zn2(SHSH)2(2-Me-py)2] was obtained in DMF and 2-methylpyridine, where SHSH is salicylaldehyde salicylhydrazone. It has been characterized by IR, UV, element analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystallographic data were as follows: monoclinic system, space group P21/c, a=1.144 49 nm, b=1.206 69 nm, c=1.379 39 nm, β=97.039°, Z=2, V=1.890 6 nm3, Mr=825.47, Dc=1.450 g·cm-3, μ=1.324 mm-1, F(000)=848 and the final R=0.033 6 and wR=0.094 7 for 3 752 observed reflections with I≥2σ(I). The theoretical investigation of title complex as a structure unit was carried out at B3LYP/6-31G and HF/6-31G levels with Guassian 03W program, and the atomic charges, natural bond orbital analysis and bond energies were also discussed. The title compound, [Mn4(O2CH)4(phen)8](ClO4)4·6H2O(1), where phen=1,10-phenanthroline, was synthes-ized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction structure analysis. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P2/c with a=1.928 0(16) nm, b=1.297 0(11) nm, c=2.126 4(18) nm, V=5.242 2(8) nm3, Z=2, Mr=2 347.36, Dc=1.487 g·cm-3, μ=0.659 mm-1, F(000)=2 400, Rint=0.043 7, R=0.052 3, wR=0.118 6. The Mn atoms are octahed-rally coordinated by two O atoms of two ligands and four N atoms of two 1,10-phenanthroline molecules. The carboxyl group coordinates to Mn(Ⅱ) in the bridging bidentate mode. The complex [Zn(acac)2(C5H4NOH)] was synthesized based on the reaction of zinc(Ⅱ) acetate, acetylaceton and 3-hydroxypyridine(C5H4NOH) in methanol medium. The structure of the complex was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, elemental analysis, thermal analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/n, and a=0.743 7(3) nm, b=0.829 5(3) nm, c=2.612 5(9) nm, β=95.026(6)°, V=1.605 4(9) nm3; Dc=1.484 g·cm-3; Z=4; F(000)=744; μ=1.551 mm-1. Zinc(Ⅱ) atom lies at the center of an coordination of the distorted square pyramidal formed by four O atoms which come from two different acetylaceton ions and one N atom from the 3-hydroxypyridine molecule. The title compound was synthesized by reaction of Cu(ClO4)2, picolinic acid and carbamide in C2H5OH/CH3CN solution, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a=14.0481(8), b=9.0130(5), c=18.626(1)?, V=2358.3(2)?3Z=4, Dx=1.771g·cm-3, μ=1.235mm-1 and F(000)=1276. The final R factor is 0.0440 for 1434 observed reflections. The X-ray analysis revealed that the copper(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by two picolinic ligands in the equatorial plane, while the two oxygen atoms of perchlorate occupy the axial positions of octahedron with lengthened Cu-O distances, resulting in a 4+2 elongated octahedral environment. In the compound, there also exist two protonated carbamide cations for charge balance. CCDC: 195354.  相似文献

The title complex, [CaCu(C3H2O4)2(H2O)4]n, with a formula of C6H12CaCuO12 and Mr=379.78 has been sy-nthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction structure analysis, elemental analysis, IR spectra and TG-DTG techniques. The results show that the crystal is Orthorhombic, space group Pbcn with a=0.669 21(5) nm, b=1.370 23(5) nm, c=1.322 39(10) nm, V=1.212 59(16) nm3Dc=2.080 g·cm-3, μ=2.288 mm-1F(000)=772 and Z=4. The final R=0.054 0 and wR=0.112 8 for 1 189 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). The structure of the title complex consists of CaO8 polyhedra and CuO6 elongated octahedra linked together by malonate ligands. The Ca(Ⅱ) cation, on a twofold axis, is coordinated by two water molecules and six malonate O atoms. The Cu(Ⅱ) cation, which lies in a centre of symmetry in an octahedral arrangement, is coordinated by four malonate O atoms and two water molecules. The structure comprises alternating layers along the [101] plane, with the shortest Cu…Cu distance of 0.762 46(6) nm. The whole 3D structure is maintained and stabilized by the presence of hydrogen bonds. Its thermo gravimetric analysis was determined by TG-DTG techniques. CCDC: 663184.  相似文献

The title compound, [Mn(2,4,6-TMBA)2(H2O)3]n·2nH2O(1), where 2,4,6-TMBA=2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid, was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group C2/c with a=2.929 9(6) nm, b=1.036 4(2) nm, c=8.222 04(17) nm, V=2.494 7(9) nm3, Z=4, M=471.40, Dc=1.255 g·cm-3, μ=0.571 mm-1, F(000)=996, Rint=0.029 4, R=0.037 6 and wR=0.094 9. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two O atoms of two ligands and four O atoms of water. The carboxyl group coordinates to Mn(Ⅱ) in the mode of monodentate, while the O atoms of water molecules coordinates in bridging mode. The novel copper(Ⅱ) complex with α-hydroxyphenylacetic acid (H2PHAc) and pyridine (py) ligands, [Cu(HPHAc)2(py)2], has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group C2/c. The cell parameters are: a=1.712 5(3) nm, b=1.533 2(2) nm, c=0.963 42(14) nm, β=111.866(2)°, V=2.347 6(6) nm3, and Dc=1.483 Mg·m-3, Z=4, F(000)=1 084. The structure was refined to final R1=0.071 4, wR2=0.166 1. The complex has a six-coordinated distorted octahedral geometry, in which copper(Ⅱ) ion coordinates with two carboxylic oxygen atoms and two hydroxyl oxygen atoms from the two α-hydroxyphenylacetic acid ligands, two nitrogen atoms from the two pyridine ligands. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a one-dimensional chain structure, which is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 255346.  相似文献

A new binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex, [Cu2(phen)2(H2O)22-C2O4)](NO3)2, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV-Vis spectrum. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. Crystal data: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a=0.712 21(8) nm, b=1.170 93(14) nm, c=1.783 7(2) nm, β=111.828(2)°, and V=1.380 8(3) nm3, Dc=1.769 Mg·m-3, Z=2, F(000)=744, R1=0.025 4, wR2=0.069 5, Gof=1.077, Δρ=328~-455 e·nm-3. The complex is packed by one centrosymmetry binuclear copper(Ⅱ) unit, oxalate dianion and NO3- anion. In the molecule structure of the title complex, two Cu(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by oxalate dianion and each Cu(Ⅱ) ions coordinates with two nitrogen atoms from 1,10-phenanthroline ligand and one oxygen atom from water to form a five-coordinate distorted square-pyramidal configuration. The hydrogen bonds are observed between coordinated water molecules and NO3- anions. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a two-dimensional stacking network structure, which is formed by intramolecular hydrogen bonds, intermolecular hydrogen bonds and stacking effect of aromatic ring. The title compound, {[n-Bu2Sn(O2CCH2CS2NC4H8)]2O}2, has been synthesized by the reaction of (tetrahydro-pyrrodithiolocarbamoylthio)acetic acid with the di-n-bubyltin oxide in 1∶1 molar ratio. The complex has been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR. The crystal structure of it has been determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. And the results showed that the crystal belongs to triclinic system with space group P1 and some crystal parameters: a=1.220 2(9) nm, b=1.315 8(10) nm, c=1.380 4(10) nm, α=111.215(9)°, β=99.357(9)°, γ=96.075(10)°, V=2.006(2) nm3, Z=1, F(000)=908, μ=1.489 mm-1, Dc=1.474 g·cm-3, R1=0.037 5, wR2=0.0839. The complex has a centrosymmetric dimer structure mode with a four-membered central endo-cyclic Sn2O2 unit in which two bridged oxygen atoms both connect with an exo-cyclic tin atom which has a distorted octahedron. Each of the endo-cyclic tin atoms exhibits a distorted trigonal bipyramid coordination geometry with an additional weak coordination carboxylate oxygen. Four carboxylate ligands are divided into two types. And two of them are bidentate and connecting to each of exo-cyclic tin atoms by using both oxygen atoms, whereas the others bridge to each pair of exo-and endo-cyclic tin atoms utilizing one oxygen atom only. The crystal of zinc complex with salicylaldehyde salicylhydrazone(SHSH) was obtained in DMF and pyridine. It has been characterized by IR, UV, element analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystallographic data were as follows: monoclinic system, space group Pn, a=1.094 6 nm, b=0.884 0 nm, c=1.161 0 nm, β=101.350°, Z=2, V=1.101 0 nm3, Dc=1.441 g·cm-3, μ=1.148 mm-1, F(000)=492 and the final R=0.029 5 and wR=0.068 5 for 2 642 observed reflections with I≥2σ(I). The X-ray crystal structure analysis revealed that the center zinc(Ⅱ) is bonded to two oxygen atoms and one nitrogen atoms from a tridentate ligand(SHSH) and two nitrogen atoms from two solvent pyridine molecules to form a five-coordinate distorted trigonal bipyramid. The full-optimized molecular geometries of title complex was calculated at B3LYP/6-31G and HF/6-31G levels with Guassian 98W program. CCDC: 252832.  相似文献

[Cu(TO)2(H2O)4](PA)2 was prepared by mixing the aqueous solution of 1,2,4-triazol-5-one(TO) and Cu(PA)2. The molecular structure and crystal structure of the title complex was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction method. The crystal is triclinic, space group with a=0.7321(1)nm,b=0.7474(2)nm,c=1.3649(3)nm;α=88.65(2)°,β=85.63(1)°,γ=63.35(1)°;V=0.6655(2)nm3,Z=1. The Cu2+ coordinated with two TO molecule through its 2-nitrogen atom and four water molecules and showed an octahedral configuration.  相似文献

A two-dimensional coordination polymer, [Cu(PAc)2(μ-3-PyOH)2]n(HPAc=phenyl acetic acid, 3-PyOH=3-hydroxypyridine) was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR, TG and X-ray diffraction single crystal structure determination. The title complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a=1.228 7(3) nm, b=0.967 05(19) nm, c=1.076 4(2) nm, β=109.93(3)° and V=1.202 4(5) nm3, Z=2, Mr=524.01, F(000)=542, μ=0.953 mm-1, R=0.030 9, wR=0.080 7. Each copper(Ⅱ) ion displays an elongated octahedron with two nitrogen atoms from two different 3-PyOH ligands and two oxygen atoms from two different terminal phenyl acetate groups occupying the basal positions and two oxygen atoms of two different 3-PyOH ligands from the neighbouring molecules occupying the axial positions. Each four identical mononuclear Cu(Ⅱ) unit in the two-dimensional layer is joined by four 3-PyOH ligands, related by inversion centers with a Cu…Cu separation of 0.723 5(10) nm across the 3-PyOH-N,O bridge in bc plane. [Pb2(TNR)(NO3)2(H2O)] was prepared by reaction of the aqueous solution of lead nitrate and magnesium styphnate. The crystal structure of Pb2(TNR)(NO3)2(H2O)was determined by single crystal diffraction analysis. The crystal is triclinic, space group P1 with crystal parameters a=0.7279(2)nm,b=1.0698(2)nm,c=1.0738(2)nm;α=86.82(1)°,β=89.52(2)°,γ=83.50(2)°;V=0.8295(3)nm3,Z=2,Dc=3.201g·cm-3, F(000)=716. The final R value is 0.0358.In the crystal structure, one lead ion was represented by nine coor-dination geometry; the other was showed as ten coordination geometry.  相似文献

The title complex Cu[C5H3N(CCH3=N-C6H5)2]2(PF6)2 has been synthesized by reaction of Schiff base C5H3N(CCH3=N-C6H5)2 and cupric sulfate in toluene solution. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method and the chemical formula weight of the complex is 1041.85. The crystal structure belongs to triclinic system with space group P1 and cell parameters: a=12.6470(10)?, b=14.123(2)?, c=15.613(2)?;α=66.150(10)°,β=79.470(10)°,γ=78.290(10)°, V=2481.6(5)?3, Z=2, Dc=1.394Mg·m-3 and F(000)=1064. The final R[I >2σ(I)]:R1=0.0668, wR2=0.1927; R(all data): R1=0.1133, wR2=0.2357. The Cu(Ⅱ) was coordinated by six nitrogen, at the same time the Cu(Ⅱ) formed a distorted octahedron, besides the angles and planes of this compound were discussed . The result of kinetics of the thermal decomposition indicated that the first step of it is 2 series chemical reactions, the function of machanism is f(a)=(1-a)2, and the activation energy is 144.64E/kJ. new coordination polymer {[Zn(CF3COO)2(C5H5ON)]·H2O}n was synthesized based on the reaction of zinc(Ⅱ) trifluoroacetate and 3-hydroxypyridine(C5H5ON) in methanol medium for the first time. The structure of the coordination polymer was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, elemental analysis and thermal analysis. The crystal structure of the coordination polymer was also determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/m, and crystallographic data of the coordination polymer are: a= 0.863 1(4) nm, b=0.717 7(3) nm, c=1.116 4(5) nm, α=γ=90°, β=107.542(6)°, V=0.659 4(5) nm3; Dc=2.037 g·cm-3; Z=2; F(000)=400; μ=1.969 mm-1. Zinc(Ⅱ) atom lies at the center of an octahedron formed by the coordination of zinc atom and six O atoms which come from four different trifluoroacetate ions and two different 3-hydroxypyridine molecules where each trifluoroacetate ion and 3-hydroxypyridine are coordinated to two different zinc ions to form coordination polymer. Oxidation process of Co[(C6H11O)2PS2]2 and substitute-reduction reaction of Co[(C6H11O)2PS2]3 with pyridine have been studied by spectrophotometric methods, respectively. The equilibrium constant was found to be K=0.63±0.02(mol·dm-3)-3. The crystal structure of Co[(C6H11O)2PS2]2·2Py has been determined by X-ray diff- raction method. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, space group P1, with cell parameters: a=6.944(2)?,b=9.277(3)?,c=15.981(6)?,α=91.79(3)°,β=99.55(3)°,γ=94.44(3)°,V=1011.2(6)?3,Z=2,Mr=803.94,Dc=1.320Mg·m-3,F(000)=425,μ=0.747mm-1,final R=0.0700 and wR=0.1988 for 3626 re-flections with I≥2σ(I). The cobalt atom in the title complex has a octahedral geometry with four Co-S bonds and two Co-N bonds. The central atom P is tetrahedrally surrounded by two sulphur atoms and two oxygen atoms in the dicyclohexyldithiophosphate ligand. The six carbon atoms of cyclohexyl take the chair conformation.  相似文献

The complex {[Co(H2O)4(3,3′-azpy)](3,3′-azpy)3(PF6)2}n(3,3′-azpy=3,3′-azobispyridine) has been synthesized and characterized. The crystal (C40H40F12CoN16O4P2, Mr=1157.75) belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with the following crystallographic parameters: a=10.759(2),b=11.012(2), c=23.207(4)?; α=85.330(10), β=83.470(10),γ=69.770(10)°;V=2560.6(8)?3,Dc=1.502g·cm-3, μ(MoKα)= 0.498mm-1,F(000)=1178,Z=2, and final R1=0.0469, wR2=0.1053 for observed reflections 5549 (I> 2.00σ(I)).The X-ray analysis reveals that cobalt(Ⅱ) cation coordination environment is a distorted octahedral geometry, the Co2+ ion is coordinated by four oxygen atoms of water in the equatorial plane, while the two nitrogen atoms of 3,3′-azpy occupy the axial positions. The complex forms a one-dimensional chain structure via 3,3′-azpy bridging ligand. The one-dimensional chain forms three-dimensional network by hydrogen bonds and π-π inter-actions.  相似文献
