本文以滥用药物吗啡和可卡因的分析检测为例,对当前毒品分析的几种主要应用技术进行简要介绍。这些方法包括物理化学方法和免疫化学方法,侧重阐述滥用药物免疫分析法,强调了免疫分析技术在毒品分析中的特殊优越性。指出发展免疫分析化学研究是加强我国毒品检测能力的一条有效途径。 相似文献

随着生物及药物分析领域的不断扩展,发展高灵敏度及高选择性的分析手段以解决复杂样品体系中低浓度待测物的分析测试问题是十分迫切的需求.电化学发光分析方法由于具有线性范围宽,灵敏度高及可控性强等优点,是处理低浓度样品的有效工具.这种方法与免疫传感技术相结合,有利于实现生物体液等复杂样品中极低含量生化物质与药物的高选择性、高灵敏度检测.本文综述了电化学发光免疫传感技术的发展状况,介绍了近年来在电化学发光免疫传感中出现的新型固相载体、电化学发光探针和共反应物、以及多组分免疫传感技术等,并对其在生物药物分析中的应用情况进行了总结. 相似文献

This study reports a potentially rapid and convenient immunoassay using antibody-platinum nanoparticle (Ab-PtNPs) conjugates as a reporter molecule and a flatbed scanner for detecting immuno-reaction and measuring of the immuno-reaction signal. This study was based on the sandwich immunoassay (three-layer format) which contained a primary antibody, test antigens and a secondary antibody. The results showed that the silver precipitation phenomenon was catalyzed by Ab-PtNPs conjugates. The changing color of reaction could easily be observed by naked eye or scanner. The silver enhancement reaction, a signal amplification method in which silver ions are reduced to silver metal, is introduced to magnify the detection signal. The relationship between sample concentration and detection signal was discussed. And the detection limit (sandwich assay) for the sample antigen was 10-1 ng/mL. Using a flatbed scanner, Ab-PtNPs conjugates and a silver enhancement reaction, a new immunoassay is constructed. 相似文献

Gold quantum dots (AuQDs) were synthesized and electrostatically conjugated to goat-derived anti-human IgG for the purpose of detecting human IgG in solution over a broad range of concentrations. The system is able to detect human IgG by linear fluorescence quenching over a micromolar to nanomolar concentration range. We have demonstrated the specificity and a wide dynamic range of the proposed immunoassay. The quenching is a result of competitive surface quenching of the AuQDs. A review is presented which summarizes the recent developments of immunoassays in environmental analytical chemistry. The basic principle of the method and the following steps in the development of an immunoassay procedure are discussed in detail: Synthesis of the immunogen, immunization procedure, synthesis of the labelled antigen (tracer), advantages and drawbacks of radioimmunoassay, fluoroimmunoassay and enzyme immunoassay. A special emphasis is put on approved methods which can be applied in almost any analytical laboratory. Numerous examples of immunoassays for different pesticides and pollutants (dioxins, polychlorinated biphenyls, mycotoxins) are presented. Besides the respective test features, their applicability for residue determinations in biological samples is kept in the foreground. The advantages and drawbacks of the immunoassays are discussed in comparison with conventional analytical methods. An outlook to future application fields for immunoassays and new trends (e.g. the utilization of monoclonal antibodies) is presented. 相似文献

Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) has been widely applied in immunoassays because of low background, high sensitivity, and excellent spatiotemporal controllability. In order to meet the increasing demand for high efficiency and accuracy of immunoassays in complex conditions, considerable efforts have been devoted to ECL strategies with multiple-signal outputs. In this short review, we summarize the recent advances of ECL strategies based on multiple-signal outputs, which includes ratiometric ECL, ECL multiplex immunoassay (MIA), and ECL imaging. Their signal generation strategies and analysis applications for immunoassay are discussed in detail. Moreover, the challenges and prospects in this field from us are addressed. 相似文献
