The period annuli of the planar vector field x′=−yF(x,y), y′=xF(x,y), where the set {F(x,y)=0} consists of k different isolated points, is defined by k+1 concentric annuli. In this paper we perturb it with polynomials of degree n and we study how many limit cycles bifurcate, up to a first order analysis, from all the period annuli simultaneously in terms of k and n . Additionally, we prove that the associated Abelian integral is piecewise rational and, when k=1, the provided upper bound is reached. Finally, the case k=2 is also treated. 相似文献

In the complex case A is assumed to be either analytic in the unit disc D or entire, while in the real case A is continuous either on (−1,1) or on (0,∞). We prove that if for a continuous map f on a compact metric space X, the chain recurrent set, R(f) has more than one chain component, then f does not satisfy the asymptotic average shadowing property. We also show that if a continuous map f on a compact metric space X has the asymptotic average shadowing property and if A is an attractor for f, then A is the single attractor for f and we have A=R(f). We also study diffeomorphisms with asymptotic average shadowing property and prove that if M is a compact manifold which is not finite with dimM=2, then the C1 interior of the set of all C1 diffeomorphisms with the asymptotic average shadowing property is characterized by the set of Ω-stable diffeomorphisms. 相似文献

We give an elementary proof for Lewis Bowen’s theorem saying that two Bernoulli actions of two free groups, each having arbitrary base probability spaces, are stably orbit equivalent. Our methods also show that for all compact groups K and every free product Γ of infinite amenable groups, the factor Γ?KΓ/K of the Bernoulli action Γ?KΓ by the diagonal K-action is isomorphic with a Bernoulli action of Γ. 相似文献

In this paper we propose the R-K type Landweber iteration and investigate the convergence of the method for nonlinear ill-posed problem F(x)=y where F:H→H is a nonlinear operator between Hilbert space H . Moreover, for perturbed data with noise level δ we prove that the convergence rate is O(δ2/3) under appropriate conditions. Finally, the numerical performance of this R-K type Landweber iteration for a nonlinear convolution equation is compared with the Landweber iteration. 相似文献

Bosek and Krawczyk exhibited an on-line algorithm for partitioning an on-line poset of width w into w14lgw chains. They also observed that the problem of on-line chain partitioning of general posets of width w could be reduced to First-Fit chain partitioning of 2w2+1-ladder-free posets of width w, where an m-ladder is the transitive closure of the union of two incomparable chains x1≤?≤xm, y1≤?≤ym and the set of comparabilities {x1≤y1,…,xm≤ym}. Here, we provide a subexponential upper bound (in terms of w with m fixed) for the performance of First-Fit chain partitioning on m-ladder-free posets, as well as an exact quadratic bound when m=2, and an upper bound linear in m when w=2. Using the Bosek–Krawczyk observation, this yields an on-line chain partitioning algorithm with a somewhat improved performance bound. We study models of discrete-time, symmetric, Zd-valued random walks in random environments, driven by a field of i.i.d. random nearest-neighbor conductances ωxy∈[0,1], with polynomial tail near 0 with exponent γ>0. We first prove for all d≥5 that the return probability shows an anomalous decay (non-Gaussian) that approaches (up to sub-polynomial terms) a random constant times n−2 when we push the power γ to zero. In contrast, we prove that the heat-kernel decay is as close as we want, in a logarithmic sense, to the standard decay n−d/2 for large values of the parameter γ. 相似文献

An automatic quadrature method is presented for approximating fractional derivative Dqf(x) of a given function f(x), which is defined by an indefinite integral involving f(x). The present method interpolates f(x) in terms of the Chebyshev polynomials in the range [0, 1] to approximate the fractional derivative Dqf(x) uniformly for 0≤x≤1, namely the error is bounded independently of x.
