Chlorination of the title compound gave 5- and 3-chloro-2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxyacetophenone. The nitration of its acetate, followed successively by reduction, diazotization, and reaction with cuprous chloride, gave the 3-substituted series, 2-acetoxy-4,6-dimethoxy-3-nitroacetophenone, 3-amino-2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxyacetophenone, and 3-chloro-2-hydroxy-4,6-methoxyacetophenone, respectively. The orientation of substituents in the products was proved. The amino and chloro members of the isomeric 5-substituted series were availablevia 2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxy-5-phenylazoacetophenone, the product of the reaction of the title compound with benzenediazonium chloride.

Zusammenfassung Chlorierung der Titelverbindung gab 5- und 3-Chlor-2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxyacetophenon. Die Nitrierung des Acetats, gefolgt von Reduktion, Diazotierung und Reaktion mit CuCl ergab die 3-substituierte Reihe: 2-Acetoxy-4,6-dimethoxy-3-nitroacetophenon, 3-Amino-2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxyacetophenon und 3-Chlor-2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxyacetophenon. Die Orientierung der Substituenten wird diskutiert. Die Amino- und Chlorderivate der isomeren 5-substituierten Reihe sind über 2-Hydroxy-4,6-dimethoxy-5-phenylacetophenon zugängig, dem Produkt der Reaktion der Titelverbindung mit Phenyldiazoniumchlorid.

Conclusions The stereoisomerism in series of androstano- and estrano-D-pentaranes in solution has been investigated by13C NMR. Conclusions The reaction of 1,2-bis(methyldimethoxysilyl)ethane and the corresponding ethylene and acetylene derivatives with bis(2-hydroxyethyl)methylamine gives 1,2-bis(2,6-dimethyl-1,3-dioxa-6-aza-2-silacyclooctyl-2)ethane and the corresponding ethylene and acetylene derivatives. The - and -radiolysis of cyclopentane were compared in the presence and absence of iodine scavenger. The G-values of the main hydrocarbon products, cyclopentene and bicyclopentyl are 2.22 and 0.56 molecule/100 eV in -radiolysis and 3.25 and 1.23, respectively, in -radiolysis. During high LET -irradiation the yields of products formed by a radical mechanism are much smaller (G=1.18) than in -radiolysis (G=2.68), whereas unimolecular cyclopentene formation is hardly influenced by LET (G=1.8 and 1.6, respectively).  相似文献

A rapid and integrated procedure was developed for the preparation of small DNA restriction fragments ( ≤ 1000 bp) starting from a large cosmid (35,000 bp) containing exogenous DNA. The process is based on restriction enzymatic digestion followed by HPLC separation and fractions collection. All DNA fragments are separated in a single run, detected “on-line” by UV absorption, and straightforward collected with very high recovery. Small fragments can be directly subjected to the sequence procedure, whereas those larger than 1000 bp are redigested with a second enzyme, the fractionated subfragments are separated, ligated to plas-mid vector, and sequenced. A human genomic cosmid of 35,000 bp (26H7) has been chosen as a model.  相似文献

Five new sulfated derivatives of sokotrasterol and halistanol have been obtained: 24-nor-5-cholane-2,3,6,23-tetraol 2,3,6-tri(sodium sulfate); 24-nor-5-cholane-2,3,6,23-tetraol 2,3,6-tri(sodium sulfate) 23-palmitate; 24,25-dimethyl-5-cholestane-2,3,6-triol 3-(sodium sulfate); 24,25-dimethyl-5-cholestane-2,3,6-triol 6-(sodium sulfate); and 24,25-dimethyl-5-cholestane-2,3,6-triol 2,6-di(sodium sulfate). The inhibiting and membranolytic properties of the polysulfated steroids from sponges and their derivatives have been studied. Summary 6,6-Methylenebisdeoxyvacisinone and its homologs have been synthesized by the reaction of methylenebisanthranilic acid with lactams (-butyrolactam, -valerolactam, -caprolactam, and -chloro- and ,-dichloro--caprolactams). The following tricyclic heterocyclic compounds are synthesized: 2-methylthiazolov (5, 4-e) benzo-1, 2, 3thiadiazole, 2-methylthiazolo (4, 5-e) benzo-1, 2, 3-thiadiazole, 2-methylthiazolo (4, 5-g) benzo-1, 2, 3-thiadiazole, and 2-methylthiazolo (5, 4-g) benzo-1, 2, 3-thiadiazole. The quaternary salts of these bases are used to prepare symmetrical and unsymmetrical trimethinecyanines and dimethinemercocyanines containing N-ethylrhodanine residues. The absorption maxima of these dyes are shifted toward the long-wave region as compared with the corresponding thiacyanines.  相似文献

The reduction of 3-methoxy-D-homoestra-1, 3, 5(10), 8-tetraen-17a-ol (IV) with alkali metals in the presence of ammonium chloride or alcohol gives, in addition to 8, 9-dihydro derivatives, the 8, 9 and 8, 9-epimers, the structure of which has been shown partly by independent synthesis and partly on the basis of chemical reactions and NMR spectra.2. Hydrolysis of the reduction products has given 19-nor-D-homotestosterone (III) and its 8- and 9, 10-epimers (V) and (VI). The ketols (III) and (V) readily form hydroperoxides in air.3. 3,5-Substituted arabinofuranosyluracil is a starting compound in 2-modifications. Summary A GC-MS method has been studied for characterization and quantification of phytosterols, cholesterol and cholesterol oxidation products. Baseline separations have been achieved between cholesterol, cholesterol 5-6-epoxide, 5-cholestene-3-ol-7one (7-keto-cholesterol), cholestene-3-5-6-triol, 5-cholestene-3-25-diol (25-hydroxycholesterol), 5-cholestene-3-20-diol (20-hydroxycholesterol), 5-cholestene-3-7-diol (7-hydroxycholesterol) and 5-cholestene-3-19-diol (19-hydroxycholesterol) as well as between -cholestane, cholesterol, stigmasterol, campesterol and -sitosterol. Excellent linearity of response has been obtained permitting reliable quantification. The characterization of each derivatized sterol has been performed by mass-spectrometry. The results confirm the utility of combined gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in the analysis and characterization of sterols and cholesterol oxidation products.  相似文献

Conclusions The 3-0- and 4-0-trityl ethers of the acetates of methyl -L- arid methyl -L-arabinopyranosides were synthesized. Summary Polymetallic solid solutions of the ethylenediaminetetracetic acid (EDTA) and six divalent metal ions exist in the range: MgMnCoZnNiCu(EDTA) · 6H2O where + + + + + =2, 01, 0,,2, 0, 1.This type of structure is characterized by the presence of two different octahedral carboxylate-bridged coordination sites forming infinite zig-zag chains. Visible and i.r. spectra and t.g.a. analysis show that there is occupational preference for the two coordination sites in the crystalline structure.Due to this preference, and also to the structural features, the heterobimetallic MM(EDTA) · 6H2O compounds constitute a structurally new class of materials which can be described as ordered alternating-heterobimetallic polymeric coordination complexes.  相似文献

(Laex, Na)-X, FAU, (Na, Yex)-X, FAU, (Laex, Na)-Y, FAU and (Na, Yex)-Y, FAU have been shown to be active and selective catalysts for the alkylation of toluene with methanol. Na–X, FAU and Na–Y, FAU modified by La3+ have the highest activity but a very stable activity was reached only on Y3+ forms. (Na, REex)-X FAU series prefer ortho-substitution while (Na, REex)-Y, FAU para-substitution. Brönsted acid centers and their strength are responsible for substition.
