On the refluxing ofM(II) oxalate (M=Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn or Cd) and 2-ethanolamine in chloroform, the following complexes were obtained: MnC2O4·HOCH2CH2NH2·H2O, CoC2O4·2HOCH2CH2NH2, Ni2(C2O4)2·5HOCH2CH2NH2·3H2O, Cu2(C2O4)2·5HOCH2CH2NH2, Zn2(C2O4)2·5HOCH2CH2NH2·2H2O and Cd2(C2O4)2·HOCH2CH2NH2·2H2O. Following the reaction ofM(II) oxalate with 2-ethanolamine in the presence of ethanolammonium oxalate, a compound with the empirical formula ZnC2O4·HOCH2CH2NH2·2H2O1 was isolated. The complexes were identified by using elemental analysis, X-ray powder diffraction patterns, IR spectra, and thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis. The IR spectra and X-ray powder diffraction patterns showed that the complexes obtained were not isostructural. Their thermal decompositions, in the temperature interval between 20 and about 900°C, also take place in different ways, mainly through the formation of different amine complexes. The DTA curves exhibit a number of thermal effects.  相似文献

Inhaltsübersicht. Die Verbindungen K2MnS2, Rb2MnS2, Cs2MnS2, K2MnSe2, Rb2MnSe2, Cs2MnSe2, K2MnTe2, Rb2MnTe2 und Cs2MnTe2 wurden durch Umsetzungen von Alkalimetall-carbonaten mit Mangan bzw. Mangantellurid in einem mit Chalkogen beladenen Wasserstoffstrom erhalten. Kristallstrukturuntersuchungen an Einkristallen ergaben, daß alle neun Verbindungen isotyp kristallisieren (K2ZnO2-Typ, Raumgruppe Ibam). Untersuchungen zum magnetischen Verhalten zeigen antiferromagnetische Kopplungen der Manganionen in den [MnX4/22–]-Ketten, On Alkali Metal Manganese Chalcogenides A2MnX2 with A K, Rb, or Cs and X S, Se, or Te The compounds K2MnS2, Rb2MnS2, Cs2MnS2, K2MnSe2, Rb2MnSe2, Cs2MnSe2, K2MnTe2, Rb2MnTe2, and Cs2MnTe2 were synthesized by the reaction of alkali metal carbonates with Mn or MnTe in a stream of hydrogen charged with chalcogen. Structural investigations on single crystals show that all nine compounds crystallize in isotypic atomic arrangements (K2ZnO2 type, space group Ibam). The magnetic behaviour indicates antiferromagnetic interactions of the manganese ions within the [MnX1/22–] chains.  相似文献

Some new diorganotin(IV) complexes of heterocyclic dithiocarbamate having general formula R2Sn(Cl)S2CNR'2 and R2Sn(S2CNR'2)2 [R = 2‐F‐Bz, 3‐Cl‐Bz; NR'2 = N(CH2CH2)2NMe, N(CH2CH2)2NEt, and N(CH2CH2)2NBz] have been prepared, respectively. Elemental analyses, IR, and NMR spectral data characterized all compounds. The crystal structures of (2‐F‐Bz)2Sn(Cl)S2CN(CH2CH2)2NEt 2 and (3‐Cl‐Bz)2Sn[S2CN(CH2CH2)2NEt]2 ⋅ 0.5 HN(CH2CH2)2NH 5 were determined by single crystal X‐ray diffractometer. In the crystal of complex 2 , the tin atom is rendered five‐coordination in a trigonal bipyramidal configuration by coordinating with S atoms of dithiocarbamate groups. For complex 5 , the central Sn atom exists in a skew‐trapezoidal planar geometry defined by two asymmetrically coordinated dithiocarbamate ligands and two 3‐chlorobenzyl groups. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 16:271–277, 2005; Published online in Wiley InterScience ( www.interscience.wiley.com ). On Dialkali Metal Dichalcogenides β-Na2S2, K2S2, α-Rb2S2, β-Rb2S2, K2Se2, Rb2Se2, α-K2Te2, β-K2Te2 and Rb2Te2 The first presentation of pure samples of α- and β-Rb2S2, α- and β-K2Te2, and Rb2Te2 is described. Using single crystals of K2S2 and K2Se2, received by ammonothermal synthesis, the structure of the Na2O2 type and by using single crystals of β-Na2S2 and β-K2Te2 the Li2O2 type structure will be refined. By combined investigations with temperature-dependent Guinier-, neutron diffraction-, thermal analysis, and Raman-spectroscopy the nature of the monotropic phase transition from the Na2O2 type to the Li2O2 type will be explained by means of the examples α-/β-Na2S2 and α-/β-K2Te2. A further case of dimorphic condition as well as the monotropic phase transition of α- and β-Rb2S2 is presented. The existing areas of the structure fields of the dialkali metal dichalcogenides are limited by the model of the polar covalence.  相似文献

On LaCo2P2 and Other New Compounds with ThCr2Si2- and CaBe2Ge2-Type Structure The compounds MCo2P2 (M = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Th, U), MFe2P2 (M = La, Ce, U), and ThCo2As2 were prepared for the first time. Structure determinations from single crystal X-ray data of LaCo2P2 (R = 0.011; 325 F-values), CeCo2P2 (R = 0.023; 160 F), PrCo2P2 (R = 0.044; 441 F), LaFe2P2 (R = 0.024; 511 F), and CeFe2P2 (R = 0.016; 183 F) with 11 variable parameters each resulted in atomic positions within the range of the ThCr2Si2-type. The powder patterns of ThCo2P2, and ThCo2As2 show superstructure reflections indicating a CaBe2Ge2-type structure. The other compounds can be assigned to the ThCr2Si2-type. Chemical bonding of these can be rationalized by a simple band structure model where bonding transition metal – transition metal interactions are important.  相似文献

Two new spirostanol sapogenins (5β-spirost-25(27)-en-1β,2β,3β,5β-tetrol 3 and its 25,27-dihydro derivative, (25S)-spirostan-1β,2β,3β,5β-tetrol 4) and four new saponins were isolated from the roots and rhizomes of Convallaria majalis L. together with known sapogenins (isolated from Liliaceae): 5β-spirost-25(27)-en-1β,3β-diol 1, (25S)-spirostan-1β,3β-diol 2, 5β-spirost-25(27)-en-1β,3β,4β,5β-tetrol 5, (25S)-spirostan-1β,3β,4β,5β-tetrol 6, 5β-spirost-25(27)-en-1β,2β,3β,4β,5β-pentol 7 and (25S)-spirostan-1β,2β,3β,4β,5β-pentol 8. New steroidal saponins were found to be pentahydroxy 5-O-glycosides; 5β-spirost-25(27)-en-1β,2β,3β,4β,5β-pentol 5-O-β-galactopyranoside 9, 5β-spirost-25(27)-en-1β,2β,3β,4β,5β-pentol 5-O-β-arabinonoside 11, 5β-(25S)-spirostan-1β,2β,3β,4β,5β-pentol 5-O-galactoside 10 and 5β-(25S)-spirostan-1β,2β,3β,4β,5β-pentol 5-O-arabinoside 12 were isolated for the first time. The structures of those compounds were determined by NMR spectroscopy, including 2D COSY, HMBC, HSQC, NOESY, ROESY experiments, theoretical calculations of shielding constants by GIAO DFT, and mass spectrometry (FAB/LSI HR MS). An attempt was made to test biological activity, particularly as potential chemotherapeutic agents, using in silico methods. A set of 12 compounds was docked to the PDB structures of HER2 receptor and tubulin. The results indicated that diols have a higher affinity to the analyzed targets than tetrols and pentols. Two compounds (25S)-spirosten-1β,3β-diol 1 and 5β-spirost-25(27)-en-1β,2β,3β,4β,5β-pentol 5-O-galactoside 9 were selected for further evaluation of biological activity.  相似文献

Summary The preparation of complexes of 3,4-dihydroxyphenylpropoionic acid (hydrocaffeic acid): K2[Cu2(hydcafH)2-Cl2]·2KCl·2MeOH, K2[Co(hydcafH)2]·2KCl, K2[Ni2(hydcafH)2Cl2]·2KCl·2MeOH and Fe2 (hydcafH)2Cl2·2KCl·2H2O was achieved. Spectroscopic and magnetic studies are commensurate with tetrahedral structures for the prepared complexes in which the catechol-like coordination is present.  相似文献

Continued efforts are made for the utilization of CO2 as a C1 feedstock for regeneration of valuable chemicals and fuels. Mechanistic study of molecular (electro-/photo-)catalysts disclosed that initial step for CO2 activation involves either nucleophilic insertion or direct reduction of CO2. In this study, nucleophilic activation of CO2 by complex [(NO)2Fe(μ-MePyr)2Fe(NO)2]2− ( 2 , MePyr=3-methylpyrazolate) results in the formation of CO2-captured complex [(NO)2Fe(MePyrCO2)] ( 2-CO2 , MePyrCO2=3-methyl-pyrazole-1-carboxylate). Single-crystal structure, spectroscopic, reactivity, and computational study unravels 2-CO2 as a unique intermediate for reductive transformation of CO2 promoted by Ca2+. Moreover, sequential reaction of 2 with CO2, Ca(OTf)2, and KC8 established a synthetic cycle, 2 → 2-CO2 → [(NO)2Fe(μ-MePyr)2Fe(NO)2] ( 1 ) → 2 , for selective conversion of CO2 into oxalate. Presumably, characterization of the unprecedented intermediate 2-CO2 may open an avenue for systematic evaluation of the effects of alternative Lewis acids on reduction of CO2.  相似文献

The heptadentate Schiff base H3L reacts with cobalt(II) acetate in methanol to form the discrete dinuclear complex Co2L(OAc)2(OMe)(H2O)2 ( 1 ·2H2O). The reaction of 1 ·2H2O with NMe4OH·5H2O in methanol gives rise to displacement of the acetate by methanolate groups, yielding Co2L(OMe)3(H2O) ( 2 ·1H2O). Recrystallizations of the Schiff base, 1 ·2H2O and 2 ·H2O in different solvents, produce single crystals of H3L, 1 ·2.5H2O and 2 ·2MeOH, respectively. The crystal structures of 1 ·2.5H2O and 2 ·2MeOH show the cobalt atoms double bridged by and endogenous phenol oxygen atom and an exogenous methanolate oxygen donor, giving rise to Co2O2 cores with Co···Co distances of ca. 2.87 Å.  相似文献

Complexation of ketoconazole (KET), a broad-spectrum antifungal drug, with β- and γ-cyclodextrins (CDs), heptakis (2,6-di-O-methyl)-β-CD (2,6-DM-β-CD), heptakis (2,3,6-tri-O-methyl)-β-CD (TM-β-CD), 2-hydroxypropyl-β-CD (2HP-β-CD) and carboxymethyl-β-CD (CM-β-CD) was studied. The stability constants were determined by the solubility method at pH = 6 and for 2,6-DM-β-CD and CM-β-CD at pH = 5. At pH = 6, the stability constants increased in the order: TM-β-D < γ-CD < 2HP-β-CD < β-CD < CM-β-CD < 2,6-DM-β-CD. At pH = 5, due to the increased ionization of KET, the stability constant with CM-β-CD increased and with 2,6-DM-β-CD decreased. For complexes of KET with 2HP-β-CD and 2,6-DM-β-CD, the thermodynamic parameters of complexation were determined from the temperature dependence of the corresponding stability constants. For β–γ and TM-β-CD complexes, calculations using HyperChem 6 software by the Amber force field were carried out to gain some insight into the host–guest geometry.  相似文献

Investigations on Lithiation and Substitution of HP[Si(t-Bu)2]2PH HP[Si(t-Bu)2]2PH 1 is monolithiated by reaction with LiPH2 · DME or LiBu in toluene. The crystalline compound HP[Si(t-Bu)2]2PLi · 2 DME 2 can be isolated in DME. Reaction of 2 with Me2SiCl2 leads to HP[Si(t-Bu)2]2P? SiMe2Cl 4 , ClMe2Si? P[Si(t-Bu)2]2P? SiMe2Cl 5 , HP[Si(t-Bu)2]2P? SiMe2? P[Si(t-Bu)2] 2PH 6 . Isomerization by Li/H migration between 4 and 2 leads to the formation of 5 . Reaction of Li(t-Bu) with 1 or 2 yields LiP[Si(t-Bu)2]2PLi 3 by further lithiation. 3 could not be obtained purely, only in a mixture with 2 . These compounds favourably generate with t-BuPCl2 in hexane Cl(t-Bu)P? P[Si(t-Bu)2]2P? P(t-Bu)Cl 9 , in THF HP[Si(t-Bu)2]2P? P(t-Bu)? P[Si(t-Bu)2]2 PH 12 (main product), 9 , H(t-Bu)P? P[Si(t-Bu)2]2P? P(t-Bu)Cl 10 , H(t-Bu)P? P[Si(t-Bu)2]2P? P(t-Bu)H 11 as well as HP[Si(t-Bu)2]2P? P(t-Bu)H 13 and HP[Si(t-Bu)2]2P? P(t-Bu)2 14 .  相似文献

The solid solubility in the systems Y2O2S---La2O2S, Y2O2S---Gd2O2S, and Gd2O2S---La2O2S has been investigated. Solid solutions of all compounds, throughout the whole composition range, were readily obtained, using coprecipitated oxalates and a polysulfide flux.  相似文献

The reaction of Et2Zn with NaOCH2CH2OH yielded a bimetallic zinc complex NaOCH2CH2OZnEt. Its reactions with Ph3SnCl, Cp2TiCl2, and Cp2LuCl(THF) afforded the corresponding complexes Ph3SnOCH2CH2OZnEt, Cp2Ti(OCH2CH2OZnEt)2, and Cp2LuOCH2CH2OZnEt. Cp2Ti(OCH2CH2OZnEt)2 catalyzes copolymerization of CO2 with cyclohexene oxide at room temperature and atmospheric pressure; the yield of the polycarbonate is 4 g g–1 catalyst. Organotin derivatives of dimethyldithioarsinic (dithocacodylic) acid have been obtained from the appropriate organotin chloride and the sodium salt of the latter. Tin(IV) chloride and NaS2AsMe2 · 2 H2O yielded only two products, namely Cl2Sn(S2AsMe2)2 and Sn (S2AsMe2)4, regardless of the reagent ratio. Spectroscopic characterization of the compounds (infrared and1H NMR) provides structural information suggesting that the dimethyldithioarsinato group behaves as monodentate (or anisobidentate) ligand in Me2Sn(S2AsMe2)2, Bu2Sn-(S2AsMe2)2 and Cy3Sn(S2AsMe2), as bidentate in Ph2Sn(S2AsMe2)2, Ph3Sn(S2AsMe2) and Cl2As(S2AsMe2)2, whereas Sn(S2AsMe2)4 contains both mono- and bidentate ligands, presumably in a six-coordinate structure.  相似文献

The Stoichiometry of thermal decomposition was studied for the following compounds: Ni(NCS)2(2-Mepy)2 (I), (Me=methyl, py=pyridine), Ni(NCS)2(2-Etpy)2 (II) (Et=ethyl), Ni(NCS)2(2-Clpy)2 (III), Ni(NCS)2(2-Brpy)2 (IV), Ni(NCS)2(2-NH2py)2 (V), Ni((NCS)2(2-NH2py)2·3/4 (C2H5)2O (VI). The release of volatile ligands 2-Rpy is a one-step process for complexes I, II, III and IV, while for V and VI it is a two-step process, Ni(NCS)2(2-NH2py)1 (VII) being formed as an intermediate complex. It was found that complexes I and II are square-planar; the others exhibited pseudo-octahedral geometry. The differences in stereochemistry of the above complexes are explained by the different electronic properties of 2-Rpy.  相似文献

Acidic urates [Mn(HL)2] · H2O, [FeOH(HL)2]2 · 4H2O, [Co(HL)2(H2O)2] · 2H2O, and [Ni(HL)2(H2O)2] · 2H2O (H2L is uric acid) were synthesized and their structures and physicochemical properties were studied using IR spectroscopy, diffuse reflection spectroscopy, DTA, and magnetochemistry methods. The metals were shown to coordinate the urate anion through oxygen and nitrogen atoms. The [FeOH(HL)2]2 · 4H2O complex has a dimeric structure.  相似文献

Ten organotin derivatives with dithiocarbamates of the formulae (4‐NCC6H4CH2)2Sn(S2CNEt2)2 (1), (4‐NCC6H4CH2)2Sn(S2CNBz2)2 (2), (4‐NCC6H4CH2)2Sn[S2CN(CH2CH2)2NCH3]2 (3), (2‐ClC6H4CH2)2 Sn(S2CNEt2)2 (4), (2‐ClC6H4CH2)2Sn(S2CNBz2)2 (5), (4‐NCC6H4CH2)2Sn(Cl)S2CNEt2 (6), (4‐NCC6H4CH2)2Sn(Cl)S2CNBz2 (7), (4‐NCC6H4CH2)2Sn(Cl)S2CN(CH2CH2)2NCH3 (8), (2‐ClC6H4CH2)2 Sn(Cl)S2CNEt2 (9) and (2‐ClC6H4CH2)2Sn(Cl)S2CNBz2 (10) have been prepared. All complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, IR and NMR. The crystal structures of complexes 1 and 10 were determined by X‐ray single crystal diffraction. For complex 1, the central tin atom exists in a skew‐trapezoidal planar geometry defined by two asymmetrically coordinated dithiocarbamate ligands and two 4‐cyanobenzyl groups. In addition, because of the presence of close intermolecular non‐bonded contacts, complex 1 is a weakly‐bridged dimer. In complex 10, the central tin atom is rendered pentacoordinated in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal configuration by coordinating with S atoms derived from the dithiocarbamate ligand. In vitro assays for cytotoxicity against five human tumor cell lines (MCF‐7, EVSA‐T, WiDr, IGROV and M226) furnished the significant toxicities of the title complexes. Co-ordinative Properties of Chelating Ligands of the Type Me2XSi(Me2)CH2XMe2 (X ? N and/or P; Me ? CH3) The reactions of the ligands L ? Me2XSi(Me2)CH2XMe2 (X ? N and/or P; Me ? CH3) with M(CO)6 and M(CO)4norbor (norbor ? norbornadiene) (M ? Cr, Mo), respectively, yield derivatives of the types M(CO)5L, M(CO)4L, and M(CO)4L2, respectively. M(CO)5L compounds are formed from the hexacarbonyls with Me2NSiMe2CH2PMe2, whereas the ligand Me2NSiMe2CH2NMe2 does not afford analogous derivatives under the same conditions. Even on substitution of the diene-ligand in M(CO)4norbor by Me2NSiMe2CH2PMe2 the chelate complexes M(CO)4NMe2SiMe2CH2PMe2 are not obtained, but the cis-disubstituted products M(CO)4[PMe2CH2SiMe2NMe2]2 with phosphorus acting as donor atom are produced. The ligands Me2PSiMe2CH2XMe2(X ? N, P) give the chelate complexes M(CO)4PMe2SiMe2CH2XMe2 in high yields. The new compounds were identified by analytical and spectroscopic (PMR, IR, mass spectra) methods.  相似文献

Diphenylphosphin und rac-Cyclophosphamid (ClCH2CH2)2NP(O)N(H)(CH2)3O (1) reagieren in Gegenwart von n-Butyllithium zu einem Zwischenprodukt, das mit Wasser das diphenylphosphinsubstituierte Cyclophosphamid, (Ph2PCH2CH2)2NP(O)N(H)(CH2)3O, (2) bildet. Metallierung von 2 mit n-BuLi am N(3)-Atom und Umsetzung mit D2O führt zum N(3)-Deuteroderivat 2a. Mit H2O2 reagiert 2 zur all-Phosphinoxid Verbindung, [Ph2P(O)CH2CH2]2NP(O)N(H)(CH2)3O, (4), die mit 0,5 Mol Wasser auskristallisiert und von der zur Charakterisierung des H-Bückenbindungssystems eine Röntgenstrukturanalyse angefertigt wurde. Die NMR-Spektren (1H, 13C, 31P, 14N) weisen 2–4 als dynamische Moleküle aus. Chemistry of Polyfunctional Molecules. 101. Synthesis of a Diphenylphosphinesubstituted Cyclophosphamide and the X-ray Diffraction of its Oxidation Product Diphenylphosphine and rac-cyclophosphamide, (ClCH2CH2)2NP(O)N(H)(CH2)3O, (1) react in the presence of n-BuLi to an intermediate which hydrolyses to the diphenylphosphine substituted Cyclophosphamide, (Ph2PCH3CH2)2NP(O)N(H)(CH2)3O, (2). Metallation of 2 with n-BuLi at the N(3) atom, followed by treatment with D2O yields the N(3)-deuterated derivative 2a. With H2O2 2 forms the all-phosphine-oxide compound, [Ph2P(O)CH2CH2]2NP(O)N(H)(CH2)3O, ( 4 ), which crystallizes with 0.5 mole of water. In order to characterize the H-bridge bonding system a X-ray structure analysis of 4 was carried out. The NMR-Spectra (1H, 13C, 31P, 14N) indicate 2–4 as dynamic molecules.  相似文献

研究了2MgO·2B2O3·MgCl2·14H20在不同温度下的7.8%H3BO3水溶液中的相转化产物及其溶解度.IR,XRD,TG及化学分析表明,相转化产物在0~22℃范围内为MgO·2B2O3·9H20;22~68℃为MgO·2B2O3·7.5H20;68~95℃为MgO·2B2O3·7H20;95~98.8℃为MgO·2B2O3·5H20;100~110℃为MgO·B2O3·3H20;110~120℃为2MgO·B2O3·2H20;120~170℃为2MgO·B2O3·1.5H20;170~200℃为2MgO·B2O3·H20.提出了相转化反应原理.  相似文献
