Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Bioactivities of 1-(4-Chlorophenyl)-3- [ 5-(pyrid-4-yl)- 1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl] urea 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The title compound 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-[5-(pyrid-4-yl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl]urea (C14H10ClN5OS, Mr = 331.79) has been synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-5-(pyrid-4-yl)- 1,3,4-thiadiazole with 4-chlorobenzoyl azide, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, space group P with a = 5.8550(8), b = 7.5668(10), c = 16.416(2) , α = 78.364(2), β = 81.204(2), γ = 84.749(2)°, V = 702.58(16) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.568 g/cm3, μ = 0.429 mm-1, F(000) = 340, the final R = 0.0442 and wR = 0.1092 for 2001 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the title molecule is nearly planar. In the crystal structure, the molecules are linked by strong intermolecular N-H…N hydrogen bonds together with weak nonclassical intermolecular (C-H…Y, Y = N, O and Cl) hydrogen bonds and stacked through π-π interactions. The preliminary bioassay shows that the title compound exhibits good fungicidal activities against Rhizoctonia solani, Botrytis cinerea and Dothiorella gregaria. 相似文献

In order to continue our studies on the synthesis, properties and coordination of s-tetrazine, 3,6-di-(pyridin-3-yl)-s-tetrazine (II, 3-dptz) was synthesized and characterized by 1H- NMR, MS and IR spectra. And the coordination reaction of 3-dptz with nitrate of Cu(II) was studied. 3-dptz reacting with CuII salt [Cu(NO3)2·2H2O] generates a new salt, nitrate of 2,5-di-(pyridin-3- yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazolene (III). III was determined by IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction to give the following crystal data: space group P21/c, a = 4.9112(1), b = 8.4101(3), c = 29.499(1) , β = 93.266(2)o, V = 1216.44(7) nm3, Mr = 287.24, Z = 4, Dc = 1.568 g/cm3,μ= 0.122 mm-1, F(000) = 592, R = 0.0430 and wR = 0.1240. The results show that III is composed of one cation and one nitrate anion. The cation consists of one H+ and one 2,5-di-(pyridin-3-yl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol molecule, with the former being attached to the latter via electrovalent bond with N3 atom. And the O(42) atom in the nitrate anion is disordered. Intra- and intermolecular H-bonds are observed in the crystal of the title compound. The mechanism of metal-assisted decomposition was also discussed briefly. 相似文献

The title compound (C20H21N3O4, Mr = 367.40) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 7.5143(15), b = 13.901(3), c = 18.545(4) , V = 1937.1(7) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.260 g/cm3, μ = 0.089 mm-1, F(000) = 776, the final R = 0.0616 and wR = 0.0912. X-ray diffraction reveals that the molecule adopts an E configuration about the central C=N double bond. The intermolecular O–H…O hydrogen bond stabilizes the crystal structure by causing the formation of a supramolecular architecture. 相似文献

By the condensation of 2,6-bis(4-amino-5-mercapto-[1,2,4]-triazoles-2)pyridine with aromatic acid in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride. Compounds of 2,6-bis(6-aryl-[1,2,4]-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]-thiadiazole-3-yl)pyridines were synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by IR, ^1H NMR spectroscopies and elemental analysis. Their electrochemical behavior and cyclic voltammogram also were be studied. The results showed that they have high ionization potentials and good affinity. 相似文献

A new Schiff base compound, 2-hydroxybenzoic acid [1-(3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxy- phenyl) methylidene]hydrazide methanol (C14H10Br2N2O3·CH3OH), has been synthesized by the condensation of equimolar 3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde and 2-hydroxybenzoic acid hydrazide in a methanol solution. The compound was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single- crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound consists of a Schiff base moiety 2-hydroxybenzoic acid [1-(3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxyphenyl)methylidene]hydrazide and a lattice methanol molecule. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 7.183(1), b = 15.673(2), c = 15.001(2) , β = 98.345(2)o, Z = 4, V = 1670.9(4) 3, Dc = 1.773 g/cm3, Mr = 446.10, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 , μ = 4.872 mm-1, F(000) = 880, R = 0.0458 and wR = 0.0963. A total of 3445 unique reflections were collected, of which 2236 with I > 2σ(I) were observed. As expected, the molecule adopts a trans configuration about the C=N double bond. The two benzene rings are nearly coplanar (mean deviation from the combined plane is 0.061(4) ), with the dihedral angle of 7.9(3)o. The preliminary biological tests show that the compound has moderate antibacterial activities. 相似文献

为了寻找高活性的脲类细胞分裂素,通过2-氨基-5-(Е)-苯乙烯基-1,3,4-噻二唑与芳酰基叠氮化物反应,合成了11种新的含1,3,4-噻二唑环芳基脲类衍生物,其中芳酰基叠氮化物直接由芳酸、三氯氧磷与叠氮钠采用"一锅法"制得,再经加热发生Curtius重排转化为异氰酸酯.目标化合物的结构用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱和元素分析进行了表征,并用X射线单晶衍射实验测定了化合物3g的结构.初步的生物活性测试表明,部分目标化合物在10 mg/L浓度下表现出良好的细胞分裂素活性,其中3c的活性超过50%. 相似文献

The compound 3,6-bis(4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazol-5-yl)-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4] thiadiazole(C9H6N8S3,Mr = 322.40) has been synthesized by the reaction of 4-amino-3-(4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazolyl)-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole with 4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazol-5-carboxylic acid and phosphorus oxychloride,and its structure was characterized by IR,1H NMR,EI-MS,elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal of the title compound belongs to monoclinic,space group C2/c with a = 2.0053(4),b = 1.3081(3),c = 1.0556(2) nm,β = 112.69(3)°,Z = 4,V = 2.5548(9) nm3,Dc = 1.676 g/cm3,μ = 0.582 mm-1,F(000) = 1312,R = 0.0546 and wR = 0.1523.X-ray analysis indicates that all rings are essentially planar in this molecule,and an intermolecular hydrogen bond C(9)-H(9)…N(2) and weak intramolecular interactions between S(1)…N(7),S(3)…N(1) and S(2)…N(4) are observed. 相似文献
