1 INTRODUCTION A variety of transition metal complexes with barbiturates have been prepared owing to their important roles in clinical detection and identi- fication of drug[1~5]. The compound [Cd(L)2(NO3)]NO3·0.5H2O (L = N-benzyl-2-(quinolin-8-yloxy)aceta- mide) 1 has been synthesized and structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR and UV spectroscopy. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 11.7175(13), b = 11.8873(13), c = 14.0958(16) , α = 74.889(2), β = 78.228(2), γ = 78.831(2)o, V = 1835.0(4) 3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.502 Mg/m3, Mr = 1660.17,μ = 0.662 mm-1, F(000) = 846, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 , the final R = 0.0585 and wR = 0.0577 for all observed reflections. The results show that the Cd(Ⅱ) ion with a square antiprismatic geometry is coordinated by a N2O6 donor set, two NO2 sets from two ligands and two O atoms from a bidendate nitrate group. In the crystal, the O-H···O and N-H···O hydrogen bonds are helpful to consolidate the three- dimensional network.  相似文献

A fluorescent cobalt(Ⅱ) complex, 1 [Co(H2bibim)2(5-nipa)], for the recognition of cations and small molecules constructed with 5-nitroisophthalic acid (5-H2nipa) and 2,2-biben-zimidazole(H2bibim) has been synthesized by hydrothermal methods and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, PL and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The cobalt units are six-coordinated by two H2bibim ligands and one 5-nitroisophthalic acid group, which are further connected into a three-dimensional (3D) network by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Complex 1 exhibits fluorescence and thus has detection capabilities for different cations and small solvent molecules in the solution state at room temperature.  相似文献

A new cadmium(Ⅱ) coordination polymer,namely,[KCd2(edta)I]n(1,H4edta = ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid),has been prepared and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Crystallographic data for 1:C10H12Cd2IKN2O8,Mr = 679.02,monoclinic,space group P21/n,a = 9.870(5),b = 8.989(4),c = 19.082(10) ,β = 104.581(10)o,V = 1638.5(13) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 2.753 g/cm3,μ = 4.776 mm-1,F(000) = 1272,the final R = 0.0473 and wR = 0.1311 for 2846 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).Polymer 1 features a 2-D layered structure,in which each edta4-ligand chelates/bridges five adjacent six-/seven-coordinated Cd(Ⅱ) centers with all ten donors(eight oxygen and two nitrogen) involved with coordination.Additional iodide I-ions as counterions are bound to the Cd(Ⅱ) centers in a terminal mode and the potassium K+ ions are located in the layers and surrounded by O and I atoms from neighboring environment.The thermal stability of 1 has been discussed.  相似文献

A new binuclear Cu(Ⅱ) complex with nitronyl nitroxide radicals [Cu(NIT3Py)2Cl2]2(NIT3Py = 2-(3'-pyridinyl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide) has been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis.It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2/c with a = 38.483(4),b = 7.2450(8),c = 27.559(3) ,β = 134.0180(10)°,V = 5525.6(10) 3,C48H64Cl4Cu2N12O8,Mr = 1206.00,Z = 4,Dc = 1.450 g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 1.025 mm-1,F(000) = 2504,S = 1.066,the final R = 0.0471 and wR = 0.1121 for 3286 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)).The title complex consists of centrosymmetric dinuclear units [Cu(NIT3Py)2Cl2]2,in which the copper ions are square-pyramidally coordinated by two pyridyl nitrogen atoms of two radical ligands and three chlorine anions,two of which bridge the copper ions.The magnetic measurements show ferromagnetic interactions between the copper ions and the radical ligands.  相似文献

One novel complex Mn2(phen)2(p-CBA)4(H2O) has been hydrothermally syn- thesized from p-chlorobenzoic acid (p-CBA), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and anhydrous man- ganese(Ⅱ) sulfate and then characterized. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a = 2.3416(3), b = 1.5604(2), c =1.5605(2) nm, β = 121.048(2)o, V = 4.8849(12) nm3, Dc = 1.510 g/cm3, Mr = 555.26, Z = 8, μ = 0.798 mm-1, F(000) = 2256, GOOF = 1.032, the final R = 0.0393 and wR = 0.0816. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring manganese(Ⅱ ) ions are linked together by two bridge-chelating p-chlorobenzoic groups and one bridging water molecule, forming a cage structure with the Mn–Mn bond distance of 0.3512 nm. Each manganese(Ⅱ ) ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule and four oxygen atoms from three p-chlorobenzoic acid anions and one water molecule, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetric behavior of the complex was also investigated.  相似文献

A new metal-organic coordination complex[Cd(imp)(m-bdc)]n (1,ipm=5-(1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthrolin-2-yl)-2-methoxyphenol,m-bdc=isophthalic acid) has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and characterized by elemental analysis,thermogravimetric (TG) analysis,infrared spectrum (IR) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2/c with a=15.373(5),b=16.719(5),c=19.406(6)A,β=106.995(5)°,V=4770(2)A3,C28H18Cd N4O6,Mr=618.86,Dc=1.724 g/cm3,μ(Mo Kα)=0.971 mm–1,F(000)=2480,Z=8,the final R=0.0391 and w R=0.1044 for 4701 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)).Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that 1 exhibits a one-dimensional (1D) double-chain architecture,and the H-bond intersections link the 1D double-chain architecture into a 2D layer structure.TG analysis shows clear courses of weight loss,which corresponds to the decomposition of different ligands.We also study the luminescent properties of complex 1.In addition,to elucidate the essential electronic characters of this complex,theoretical calculation analysis was performed by the PBE0/LANL2DZ method in Gaussian 03 Program.  相似文献

It crystallizes in the triclinic P1 space group with a = 7.526(3), b = 9.473(4), c = 9.535(3) , α = 117.214(10), β = 108.251(9), γ = 91.560(6)o, V = 562.3(4) 3, Z = 1, Mr = 591.30, F(000) = 298, Dc = 1.746 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 2.385 mm-1, the final R = 0.0577 and wR = 0.1248 for 2188 unique reflections with 1629 observed ones (I > 2σ(I)). In the title complex, each copper(II) atom is located at the center of a distorted trigonal bipyramid of five coordination atoms (two nitrogen and three chlorine atoms). Two copper(II) atoms were bridged by two chlorine anions (Cl(2) and Cl(2a)) to form a Cu(II)-Cu(II) binuclear entity with the distance between two copper(II) atoms of 3.398 .  相似文献

Two cadmium(Ⅱ) compounds linked by a flexible dipyridyl ligand {[Cd2(Hbpma) Cl5(H2O)]·2H2O}n 1 and [Cd(Hbpma)Cl(H2O)2]2·2SO4·3H2O 2 (bpma = N,N-bis(3-pyridylmethyl)amine) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in triclinic, space group P with a = 9.5612(6), b = 11.3401(7), c = 11.5069(12), α = 112.8540(10), β = 106.5330(10), γ = 101.6680(10)°, V = 1030.77(14)3, C12H20Cd2Cl5N3O3, Mr = 656.36, Z = 2, Dc = 2.115 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 2.727 mm-1, F(000) = 636, S = 1.059, the final R = 0.0319 and wR = 0.0822 for 3443 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). For complex 2, it belongs to triclinic, space group P with a = 10.9487(4), b = 11.4197(4), c = 15.4288(5), α = 94.7470(10), β = 104.1000(10), γ = 104.42°, V = 1790.76(11)3, C24H42Cd2Cl2N6O15S2, Mr = 1014.46, Z = 2, Dc = 1.881 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.529 mm-1, F(000) = 1020, S = 1.050, the final R = 0.0178 and wR = 0.0451 for 6026 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Complex 1 is found to have tetranuclear Cd(Ⅱ) clusters which are bridged by the protonated bpma ligands leading to one-dimensional coordination polymers, whereas complex 2 consists of binuclear Cd(Ⅱ) structures linked by the protonated bpma ligands. Both complexes are assembled into three-dimensional supramolecular structures through hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

The crystal crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 16.921(5), b = 18.307(5), c = 18.450(5) , α = 113.369(5), β = 108.529(5), γ = 102.984(5)o, V = 4553(2) 3, C114H72Mn3N12O14.25, Mr = 2002.66, Dc = 1.461 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.488 mm1, the final F(000) = 2058, Z = 2, R = 0.0491 and wR = 0.0980 for 9087 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the crystal structure, the manganese atom is six-coordinated with two carboxylate oxygen atoms from different carboxylate groups of the same dipha and four nitrogen atoms from two different phen ligands, showing a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. Fur- thermore, it exhibits a zero-dimensional structure with dipha-Mn-phen- as building units. Variable- temperature magnetic measure shows an overall anti-ferromagnetic behavior for compound 1.  相似文献
