沉淀法制备的钌基催化剂催化苯选择加氢的工艺已成熟并工业化,新型高活性、高选择性的负载型催化剂因其独特的性质成为目前新的研究方向.本文重点讨论了负载型钌基催化剂制备过程中载体种类、载体修饰、活性组分和负载量等因素对催化剂活性、选择性等方面的影响,同时也介绍了反应温度、压力、转速和添加剂等因素对催化剂活性、选择性等方面的影响.  相似文献

以SiO2负载的壳聚糖水杨醛希夫碱钯配合物为催化剂,在40℃的较低温度和常压氢气的温和条件下,将苯丙酮催化加氢为丙苯,实现了芳香羰基向亚甲基的还原转化.系统考察了溶剂、反应时间、反应温度和催化剂用量等因素对苯丙酮催化加氢反应的影响.结果表明,SiO2负载壳聚糖希夫碱钯催化剂具有优良的催化苯丙酮加氢为丙苯的活性和选择性.  相似文献

 制备了 SiO2 负载的壳聚糖席夫碱钯催化剂, 利用 X 射线衍射、红外光谱和热重等方法对催化剂进行了表征, 并考察了该催化剂催化羰基加氢为亚甲基的反应性能, 以二苯甲酮为底物, 系统地研究了反应时间、反应温度和催化剂用量等因素对反应性能的影响. 结果表明, 该催化剂具有较高的催化芳香羰基加氢为亚甲基的活性和选择性, 且反应可在较低的温度和常压的温和条件下进行. 关键词:壳聚糖; 席夫碱;  相似文献

以羰基镍为源, 制备了一系列高活性低含量负载镍催化剂. 采用BET、 XRD、 AAS和SEM等对催化剂进行表征. 以苯乙烯选择性加氢为探针反应, 考察了催化剂制备方法、镍含量、溶剂和反应温度、压力、时间对反应结果的影响. 结果表明, 用羰基镍制备的含镍为1%~5%的催化剂对苯乙烯的选择性加氢生成乙苯有很高的反应活性, 苯乙烯转化率和乙苯选择性分别达到了98%和99%以上.  相似文献

以正硅酸乙酯为硅源,以钼酸铵和磷酸二氢铵为钼源和磷源,采用溶胶-凝胶法,经干燥、焙烧,程序升温还原制备得到二氧化硅负载磷化钼(MoP)催化剂。以噻吩、二苯并噻吩为模型化合物,对负载催化剂的加氢脱硫活性进行评价,考察了负载量、反应压力、反应温度等因素对催化活性的影响。实验结果表明,MoP/SiO2催化剂Mo的最佳负载量为20%,升高反应压力和温度均有利于提高二苯并噻吩的转化率,但降低了产物中联苯的含量。  相似文献

采用曲拉通X-100(Triton X-100)/正己醇/正庚烷/RuCl_3·3H_2O水溶液构成微乳液,以水合肼为还原剂,制备了纳米Ru颗粒,再破乳将其负载于NaY分子筛得到M-Ru/NaY催化剂.通过XRD、BET、XPS、SEM、TEM及DSC分析方法对催化剂进行了表征.表征结果表明,M-Ru/NaY催化剂具有金属钌平均粒径小,分布均匀,高度分散等优点.以对苯二酚加氢制1,4-环己二醇为探针反应,对微乳法和传统浸渍法制备的催化剂活性和选择性进行了比较,深入研究了催化剂用量,反应温度,氢气压力对对苯二酚加氢活性的影响及最佳反应时间的确定.实验结果表明,M-Ru/NaY催化剂在反应温度150℃,氢气压力4.0 MPa,m(M-Ru/NaY)∶m(对苯二酚)=0.2∶1,溶剂为异丙醇,此条件下反应30 min,对苯二酚转化率为100%,1,4-环己二醇的选择性高达92.6%.还考察了M-Ru/NaY催化剂的稳定性.最后,探讨了对苯二酚加氢反应路径.  相似文献

通过超声波辅助浸渍法将Ru3 负载于膨胀石墨载体上;以六次甲基四胺(HMT)为配合剂制备RuCl3-HMT配合物并进行相应的负载,再经KBH4还原制备了新型钌催化剂.采用XRD、ICP-AES、HRTEM等表征方法考察了所制的钌催化剂和RuCl3-HMT配合物的结构形貌和物理性质.结果表明,加入HMT的钌催化剂活性组分粒径更小,分散度更高,从而提高了催化剂的催化活性.在液相葡萄糖加氢制山梨醇反应中,该催化剂显示了高的加氢催化性能.  相似文献

生物质衍生物乙酰丙酸是生物质转化过程中重要的平台分子,对其进行催化加氢可以得到高附加值的产物,是连接生物质转化和石油化工的重要途径。本实验研究了无溶剂微波辅助热解法绿色制备负载型钌基催化剂,以Ru3(CO)12为金属前体,碳纳米管、椰壳活性炭和活性氧化铝为催化剂载体,该制备方法简单易操作,环保高效低能耗,不使用溶剂,避免了杂质的引入和对催化剂的污染,是一种新型负载型贵金属催化剂的制备方法。同样采取传统浸渍法制备Ru/γ-Al2O3-IM。在乙酰丙酸水相催化加氢反应中的催化活性顺序为Ru/ACRu/CNT≈Ru/FCNTRu/γ-Al2O3-M W≈Ru/γ-Al2O3-IM。比较不同反应溶液水、甲醇、乙醇、苯甲醚、环己烷和丙酮等对于乙酰丙酸催化加氢反应的影响,并通过考察反应温度、反应压力和反应物初始浓度等因素对加氢反应的影响,确定最佳实验条件为:反应温度为90℃,反应压力2.0 MPa,适宜反应物浓度为0.10 g/m L,产品GVL收率大于99%。  相似文献

以TiO_2为载体负载双金属活性组分Ni-Co,采用浸渍法制备催化剂,用于糠醛催化加氢生成环戊酮和环戊醇的反应,并探讨了Ni-Co负载量、反应时间、反应温度、反应压力对产物的影响。通过XRD、BET、H_2-TPR、SEM等表征方法对催化剂的构成及反应机理进行了讨论。结果表明,Ni和Co质量比1∶1制备的催化剂10%Ni-10%Co-TiO_2,其在优化反应条件下催化糠醛加氢生成环戊酮和环戊醇的产率分别为53. 4%和17. 1%。  相似文献

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. 非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

The heats of detonation of 20 simple high explosives and explosive mixtures were determined by means of an adiabatic detonation calorimeter designed by the authors. The results indicated that the performance of the instrument was reliable and the experimental data were very accurate. For explosive mixtures, there was a linear accumulative relationship between the heats of detonation of the explosive mixture and its components. Accordingly, the heats of detonation of explosive mixtures could be calculated directly from the heats of detonation of simple explosives and the characteristic heats of other components. The experiments showed that the gold or brass shell of the cylindrical charge could be substituted by a thick-walled porcelain shell, which had the advantage of cheapness.

Two vanilloids, (5E)-8-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)oct-5-en-4-one (1) and 4-[3-hydroxydecyl]-2-methoxyphenol (2), isolated from the dried seeds of Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta), were synthesized; the latter compound was made as the S-enantiomer and the material derived from the seeds was found to be a 1:1.7 mixture of the R and S isomers. The synthetic route used should allow the preparation of analogs having extended alkyl chains and consequently different lipophilicity, and 3, a homolog of 2, was also prepared.  相似文献

Main hydration products of two cement pastes, i.e. CSH-gel, portlandite (P) (and specific surface S) were studied by static heating, and by SEM, TEM and XRD, as a function of cement strength (C-33 and C-43) hydration time (th) and subsequent hydration in water vapour.Total change in mass on hydration and air drying, Mo, increased with strength of cement paste and with hydration time. Content of water escaping at 110 to 220°C, defined as water bound with low energy, mainly interlayer and hydrate water, was independent on cement strength but its content increased with (th). Content of chemically bound (zeolitic) water in CSH-gel, escaping at 220-400°C, was slightly dependent on strength and increased with (th). It was possibly derived from the dehydroxylation of CSH-gel and AFm phase. Portlandite water, escaping at 400-500°C, was independent on cement strength and was higher on longer hydration. Large P crystals were formed in the weaker cement paste C-33. Smaller crystals were formed in C-43 but they increased with (th). Carbonate formated on contact with air (calcite, vaterite and aragonite), decomposed in cement at 600-700oC. It was high in pastes C-33(1 month) and C-43(1 month), i.e. 5.7 and 3.3%, respectively; it was less than 1% after 6 hydration months (low sensitivity to carbonation) in agreement with the XRD study showing carbonates in the air dry paste (1month), and its absence on prolonged hydration (6 months) and on acetone treatment. Water vapour treatment of (6 months) pastes or wetting-drying increased this sensitivity.Nanosized P-crystals, detected by TEM, could contribute to the cement strength; carbonate was observed on the rims of gel clusters.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献
