以非金属硒作为催化剂,以CO替代剧毒光气作为羰基化试剂,以O2作为氧化剂,通过2-氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑与醇以"一锅法"方式发生硒催化氧化羰基化反应,提出了一种成本低、原子经济性高、合成路线简短及环境相对友好的合成1,3,4-噻二唑-2-氨基甲酸酯类化合物的新方法.研究了反应温度、醇的用量、压力及碱的种类等对合成1,3,4-噻二唑-2-氨基甲酸酯的影响,在优化反应条件下,2-氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑可与一系列醇顺利发生羰基化反应,以45%~90%的收率得到1,3,4-噻二唑-2-氨基甲酸酯类化合物.  相似文献

将自制的WO3纳米颗粒前驱体与S粉混合,在自制的反应装置氢气氛中,于550~750 ℃下煅烧得到二硫化钨纳米颗粒,反应中用H2代替H2S以减少对周围环境的污染。该合成路线简单且产物纯度高。用XRD、SEM、TEM和HRTEM对二硫化钨纳米结构进行了表征和分析,并将WS2纳米颗粒作为添加剂添加到N40基础油中,在MS-T3000摩擦磨损仪测试其摩擦学性能。结果显示:制备的二硫化钨颗粒平均粒径在50 nm以内,其形状为球形或类球形。WS2纳米颗粒作为普通润滑油的纳米级固体添加剂表现出了较优异的摩擦学性能。  相似文献

The solution dispersion method has been successfully used to prepare Pb nanoparticles in a paraffin oilpolyglycol mixed solution by directly dispersing melted Pb granules. In this solution system,paraffin oil was used as reacting media and polyglycol served as an antioxidant to protect Pb nanoparticles from oxidizing. The size and structure of the prepared Pb nanoparticles were characterized by means of the transmission electron microscopy (TEM)and powder X-ray diffraction(XRD). Their tribological behavior was evaluated with a four-ball tester. The TEM and XRD investigations reveal that the prepared Pb nanoparticles,with the average particle diameter of 70 nm,appear to be of close spherical shape and possess the same crystal structure as the bulk Pb. The tribological results show that the Pb nanoparticles as an oil additive exhibit good friction-reduction and antiwear properties at different additive concentration and applied load. Meanwhile,they can also strikingly improve the load-carrying capacity of the base oil. The rubbed surface was also investigated by the scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS). However,there was not presence of Pb element on the worn surfaces,which indicated that no chemical reaction occurred between the Pb nanoparticles and the rubbing surfaces. In addition,the tribological mechanism of the formation of the sliding-bearing system was also proposed.  相似文献

以合成的2-硫代丁基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑为配体,在醇-水体系中制备了Keggin结构钼硅杂多阴离子有机衍生物的纳米颗粒,以透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、热分析仪等测试手段对此纳米颗粒的形貌、组成和结构进行了表征,并在机械式四球长时抗磨损试验机上考察了其摩擦学性能.分散型实验结果表明化合物在有机溶剂中分散性能良好,红外光谱表明所合成的纳米颗粒具有杂多酸Keggin骨架结构无机核,透射电镜分析表明颗粒平均粒径约为10nm,热分析娃示分解温度范围为200~300℃.作为新型纳米润滑油添加剂,在最佳添加质量分数为0.05%,负荷300N,摩擦时间30min,转速1450r/min的条件下,与空白相比磨斑直径减小27.9%,摩擦系数减小15.3%.  相似文献

在水醇混合介质中采用同阳离子共沉淀表面修饰法制备了有机化合物表面修饰的LaF3纳米微粒 ,研究了它的摩擦学特性。采用多种分析手段表征了表面修饰LaF3纳米微粒的结构 ,并在四球摩擦试验机上考察其润滑性能。结果表明 ,表面修饰LaF3纳米微粒不仅在有机溶剂中具有良好的分散性 ,同时也显示出良好的减摩、抗磨和承载性能。  相似文献

Copper nanoparticles surface-modified with self-assembled monolayers of N,N-dioctyldithiocarbamate (S2CNR2, R = n-octyl) have been prepared in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB). The trobological behaviors of the S2CNR2-coated copper nanoparticles as an additive in liquid paraffin are investigated using a block-on-ring tribometer. The results indicate that copper nanoparticles as additive in liquid paraffin are capable to greatly reduce the friction coefficient and wear rate of the steels counterparts even at an extremely low concentration. The tribochemically reacted films with Cu, FeS, Fe2O3, and SO4 2? formed during the friction process are contributed to the good tribological properties of the S2CNR2-coated copper nanoparticles as additive in liquid paraffin.  相似文献

Cu nanoparticles surface‐capped by alkanethiols were synthesized using ligand exchange method in a two‐phase system. The effects of synthetic conditions, including the pH value of CuSO4 solution, the ratio of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide to CuSO4, and reaction temperature, on the size and shape of as‐synthesized Cu nanoparticles were investigated. As‐synthesized Cu nanoparticles surface‐capped by alkanethiols with different chain lengths (CxS‐Cu) were characterized by means of X‐ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, and ultraviolet–visible light spectrometry. The tribological behavior of CxS‐Cu as an additive in liquid paraffin was evaluated with a four‐ball machine. Results indicate that cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide plays an important role in controlling the dispersion of Cu nanoparticles before adding modifier octanethiol into the reaction solution. CxS‐Cu nanoparticles as additive in liquid paraffin possess excellent antiwear and friction‐reduction performance because of the deposition of nano‐Cu with low melting point on worn steel surface leading to the formation of a self‐repairing protective layer thereon. The tribological properties of ultrathin films containing nanoparticles encapsulated in immobilized dendrimers are investigated. The films were formed by covalent molecular assembly in supercritical carbon dioxide, and the Au nanoparticles were formed in aqueous solution. End-capping of the terminal amine groups of the dendrimer by fluorinated species resulted in a reduction in the size of the nanoparticles formed. The resulting film structure displayed a lower coefficient of friction when the nanoparticles were formed after fluorination. The observed improvement in the tribological properties is attributed to the reduction in agglomeration of the nanoparticles due to the presence of the fluorine moieties.  相似文献
