以丙烯酸为功能单体,二苯甲酰-L-酒石酸(L-DBTA)为模板分子,三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)为交联剂,采用光聚合方法合成了L-DBTA手性分子印迹聚合物,讨论了功能单体种类、功能单体用量、交联剂用量、引发剂用量、三乙胺用量、光聚合温度、光聚合时间、光强度等对L-DBTA手性分子印迹聚合物合成的影响。通过L-DBTA手性分子印迹聚合物对底物的结合实验分析,表明手性分子印迹聚合物对L-DBTA具有很好的识别性,L-DBTA的选择性比二苯甲酰-D-酒石酸(D-DBTA)高,其分离因子可达5.41。  相似文献

以咖啡酸为模板分子,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,在水溶液中合成了咖啡酸分子印迹聚合物,制备了分子印迹聚合物色谱分离柱。试验结果表明:聚合物对印迹分子具有很好的亲和性和特异选择性,以甲醇-水(25+75)混合溶液为流动相,咖啡酸与其相似物绿原酸的分离度达到1.91。  相似文献

温敏性水杨酸分子印迹水凝胶的合成与性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以水杨酸为模板分子,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,N-异丙基丙烯酰胺为温敏单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,采用本体聚合法,60℃热聚合制备了温度敏感的分子印迹(MIP)水凝胶,其最低临界溶解温度(LCST)在40℃左右.该分子印迹水凝胶对水杨酸显示了高的选择识别性,非分子印迹水凝胶则表现出低的选择性.温敏性分子印迹水凝胶的吸附容量达6.35 mg/g,是非印迹水凝胶的3.66倍.相对于未添加温敏单体的分子印迹聚合物,温敏性水杨酸分子印迹水凝胶对目标分子的吸附和洗脱效率分别提高33.3%和50%,并实现了温度响应的水凝胶结合、释放水杨酸的功能.  相似文献

以丙烯酰胺为功能单体, 以二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂, 在模板分子N-叔丁氧羰酰-L-色氨酸(N-Boc-L-Trp)和N-叔丁氧羰酰-L-酪氨酸(N-Boc-L-Tyr)的存在下, 分别采用光引发聚合和热引发聚合制备了N-Boc-L-Trp和N-Boc-L-Tyr的分子印迹聚合物(MIPs), 进行分子印迹手性分离过程的热力学研究. 测定了分离过程的熵变、焓变和自由能变化. 结果显示, 在流动相中添加异丙醇或甲醇等强氢键竞争性溶剂时, 熵变对分离起到了主要作用, 而且分离过程中的溶剂化对分离的影响也非常大. 分子印迹聚合物对印迹分子和非印迹分子进行分子识别的主要作用是印迹聚合物与印迹分子匹配的三维空间结构.  相似文献

以孔径0.45 μm的尼龙微孔滤膜为支撑膜, 咖啡因为模板分子, 丙烯酰胺为功能单体, 乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂, 采用表面热聚合技术制备对咖啡因具有优良选择透过性的分子印迹复合膜. 采用高效液相色谱技术探讨了不同功能单体印迹聚合膜选择渗透性能的影响, 采用红外光谱分析、X射线衍射分析、热重分析和液相色谱分析等技术对分子印迹膜的化学结构、晶体结构、孔隙率、溶胀性、热稳定性以及选择性等性能进行详细的研究. 结果表明以丙烯酰胺为功能单体的印迹复合膜对咖啡因具有优异的选择透过性, 其分离选择性因子为2.3. 该印迹膜呈现出较好的结合能力, 对印迹分子存在两个结合位点, 最大表观结合量分别为0.146和0.330 μmol/g, 能够较好地应用于山茶叶粗提液中咖啡因的分离和富集, 富集因子为10.52.  相似文献

采用分子印迹技术,以乙酰水杨酸为模板分子,1,4-二乙烯基苯为交联剂,分别以α-甲基丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为功能单体,合成了对乙酰水杨酸具有特异性吸附能力的两种分子印迹聚合物;它们对乙酰水杨酸都存在两类不同亲和性的结合位点,其中用丙烯酰胺合成的分子印迹聚合物对模板分子乙酰水杨酸的氢键作用力和结合能力都比用α-甲基丙烯酸合成的聚合物强。这对分子印迹技术用于环境、血液等复杂样品中乙酰水杨酸的分离和富集具有重要意义。  相似文献

以分子印迹技术合成分子印迹聚合物,作为手性色谱柱的固定相来拆分苯丙氨酸衍生物的对映异构体。采用了新型的交联剂及光引发剂。模板分子和可聚合的功能单体形成配合物是分子印迹聚合物必不可少的条件。模板分子与功能单体的比例为1:4时,获得了良好的分离效果,分离因子α为1.69。光聚合方式合成的分子印迹聚合物比热聚合方式合成的拆分能力要高。且聚合的温度越低,聚合物分离效果越好。  相似文献

以S-布洛芬为模板,丙烯酰胺(AM)为功能单体,二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂,在甲苯-乙腈的混合溶剂中,采用沉淀聚合法制得粒径为3~6μm的印迹聚合物微球。将印迹聚合物微球用作高效液相色谱(HPLC)固定相,以乙腈为流动相,通过拆分外消旋布洛芬及分离其类似物,评价分子印迹聚合物的特异识别性能;研究了流动相中乙酸含量、流速对拆分能力的影响;通过测定分离过程中焓变、熵变及自由能的变化,对分子印迹聚合物的分离过程做了详细的解释。  相似文献

采用分子印迹技术, 以谷胱甘肽为模板分子, 以丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸为功能单体制备分子印迹聚合物; 通过静态吸附试验, 探讨了合成分子印迹聚合物时模板分子与功能单体的物质的量比、上样液pH 值、吸附平衡时间、上样液浓度对聚合物吸附性能的影响; 实验结果表明: 以丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸为功能单体制备谷胱甘肽分子印迹聚合物时,谷胱甘肽与丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸的最适摩尔比分别为1:5 和1:4, 以及最适静态吸附条件为: 上样液pH 值分别为3.0 和5.0 左右; 上样液浓度分别为1.50~2.00 g/L 和1.00~1.50 g/L; 静态吸附平衡时间为18 和20 h 左右. 同时也探讨了分子印迹聚合物对谷胱甘肽结构类似物的吸附性能, 结果表明, 所合成的分子印迹聚合物对谷胱甘肽具有良好的选择性吸附能力. 同时也研究了分子印迹聚合物对酵母抽提物中谷胱甘肽的吸附性能, 以丙烯酰胺和甲基丙烯酸为功能单体制备的分子印迹聚合物对混合体系中谷胱甘肽的一次性提取率分别为41%和77%. 分子印迹聚合物均表现出了较好的吸附特性, 为分离提纯谷胱甘肽提供一种可选择的途径.  相似文献

以丙烯酰胺为功能单体合成了新型的单嘧磺隆印迹聚合物,用平衡吸附及液相色谱的方法研究了印迹聚合物对于印迹分子及其结构类似化合物NK#94827的识别特性及亲和能力.研究结果表明,以丙烯酰胺为功能单体得到的印迹聚合物对NK#94827具有较强的识别能力;为印迹聚合物应用于环境样品中NK#94827及其结构类似化合物的分析打下了基础.  相似文献

To clarify the role of diluents in the preparation of molecularly imprinted polymers utilizing only hydrogen bonding, we investigated the effects of diluents by using different solvents. Melatonin (N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine), an amide bond and indole ring-containing hormone was chosen as the target molecule. N-Propionyl-5-methoxytryptamine was used as the pseudo template, methacrylic acid as the functional monomer, and solvents were used as diluents. Interactions between the template, the functional monomer, melatonin, and the solvents, were observed by 1H NMR spectroscopy. The polymers were evaluated by high-performance liquid chromatography. The results suggest the hydrogen bonding-acceptor capacity of the solvent is the most important factor in the preparation of molecularly imprinted polymers for hydrogen bonding-donating molecules. Hydrogen bonding between the template, the functional monomer, and solvent can be estimated from the chemical shifts in 1H NMR spectra of those molecules in the solvent.  相似文献

以D-二苯甲酰酒石酸(D-DBTA)和D-二对甲苯甲酰酒石酸(D-DTTA)的组合作为手性选择剂,研究克伦特罗对映体在水相和有机相中的萃取分配行为,优化了手性萃取条件,考察了组合手性选择剂的不同摩尔浓度比、有机溶剂、水相pH值和亲脂性阴离子BPh4-对手性萃取性能的影响,并测定了手性萃取拆分过程中的热力学函数.在优化的手性萃取条件下,有机相中的对映体过量值(e.e.%)可大于10%,而所使用的选择剂量相对大为降低.热力学数据分析表明,该手性萃取过程为焓控过程.  相似文献

以三唑酮为模板分子, 以丙烯酰胺(AM)、 丙烯酸(AA)、 甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和三氟甲基丙烯酸(TFMAA)为功能单体预组装了分子印迹聚合物体系, 采用半经验法和从头算法, 利用Hyperchem软件模拟了三唑酮与4种功能单体所组成的分子印迹预组装体系的构型、 能量、 反应配比及复合反应的结合能, 选择复合物结合能最高的功能单体用于分子印迹聚合物的合成. 采用密度泛函方法计算了模板与单体在不同致孔剂中的溶剂化能. 结果表明, 三唑酮与三氟甲基丙烯酸所形成复合物的作用力最强, 在非极性溶剂中溶剂化能最弱. 由预组装体系的差示紫外光谱法研究发现, 一分子三唑酮可与两分子三氟甲基丙烯酸在氯仿中形成氢键复合物, 与分子模拟的结果一致. 在最佳模拟条件下, 合成了三唑酮的印迹聚合物, 利用吸附等温线Langmuir和Freundlich模型研究了印迹聚合物的吸附行为及识别机理. 上述方法对于分子印迹体系的筛选及分子印迹聚合物性能的预测有重要的意义.  相似文献

A computational approach was developed to screening functional monomers and polymerization solvents for rational design of molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP). It was based on the comparison of the binding energy of the complexes between the template and different functional monomers. The effect of the polymerization solvent was included using the polarizable continuum model. According to the theoretical calculation results, the MIP with aniline as template was prepared by emulsion polymerization method using acrylamide (AAM) as functional monomer and divinylbenzene as cross-linker in carbon tetrachloride. The synthesized MIP was then tested by equilibrium-adsorption method, and the MIP demonstrated high removal efficiency to the aniline. The results of this study have indicated the possibility of using computer aided design for rational selection of functional monomers and solvents capable of removal of aniline from contaminated water.  相似文献

通过酚酞的硝化和还原,得到了一种新型的含酞结构和酚羟基的二胺单体,通过二胺和4,4'-六氟亚异丙基二(邻苯二甲酸酐)(6FDA)缩聚并高温亚胺化,得到了相应的含酚羟基聚酰亚胺PI-HP.利用1H-NMR、FTIR、GPC及热分析表征了PI-HP的结构和热性能,利用紫外-可见光谱表征了其透明性.结果表明,PI-HP在部分极性有机溶剂中如DMF、THF、丙酮中具有良好的溶解性,具有较高的热稳定性并在可见光区域具有较好的透明性,其含羟基可进一步修饰用于制备各种功能材料.  相似文献

Ionic liquids are also called “designer solvents.” In this article, we calculated the interaction energy of four ionic liquids with a template by molecular dynamics simulation. A simple approach was used to prepare biomacromolecule molecularly imprinted polymers for adsorbent and separation thymopentin (Tp5). In order to overcome intrinsic and increase structural selectivity, surface-initiated ATRP and ionic liquids (ILs) as functional monomer were used to prepare Fe3O4 molecularly imprinted polymers. Selective adsorption was applied to investigate the interactions between the polymers and lysine, phenylalanine, glutathione (GSH), and hemoglobin. The results demonstrated that Fe3O4 MIPs with 1-vinyl-3-ethyl acetate imidazolium chloride as functional monomer demonstrated high isolation and recognition of performance to the Tp5.  相似文献

Photopolymerization of MMA at 35° was studied using benzophenone (BP)-dimethylaniline (DMA) combination as photo-redox initiator. Initiator exponent was 0.13; monomer exponent was < 1.0 in chlorinated solvents and > 1.0 in other solvents. Photoreduction of BP by DMA is considered to produce chain-initiating radicals and analysis of kinetic data indicates this process to be solvent and monomer dependent. Chlorinated solvents are indicated to be much more reactive than other solvents. The photopolymerization is also characterized by significant primary radical termination.  相似文献

The phenylmethacrylamide monomer, 1‐(4‐methacrylamidophenyl)‐1‐(4‐nitrophenyl)prop‐1‐en‐3‐one (MPNP) containing a photosensitive group was synthesized by reacting 4‐nitrocinnamoylaniline with methacryloyl chloride in the presence of triethylamine at 0–5°C. The functional monomer, MPNP was polymerized in ethyl methyl ketone (EMK) under nitrogen atmosphere at 70°C using benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as the initiator. The synthesized polymer was characterized by UV, IR, 1H‐NMR and 13C‐NMR spectroscopy. The molecular weight data of the polymer as obtained from gel permeation chromatography suggests a higher tendency for chain termination by radical recombination than disproportionation. The thermal studies of the polymer were obtained from thermogravimetric analysis. The glass transition temperature of the polymer was determined by differential scanning calorimetry. The solubility of the polymer was tested in various organic solvents at room temperature. The photosensitivity of the polymer was investigated in various solvents in the presence and absence of triplet photosensitizers. The effect of the different solvents nature and concentration on the rate of photocrosslinking of the polymer were also examined for using the polymer as negative photoresist materials.  相似文献

The design and study on recognition of paracetamol-imprinted polymer for application in quantification of drugs was reported. Base on our previous work, the promising monomer, itaconic acid (IA), was computationally selected rapidly from the virtual library using the interaction energy (ΔE) between a paracetamol (PR) molecule and four monomer molecules as a measure of their interaction. The possible conformation of PR interacting with IA displayed the nature of the interaction between PR and IA; hydrogen bonds (hbs) mainly contribute to this interaction. UV spectra analysis confirmed the occurrence of the hbs interaction between PR and IA at the polymerization stage. The optimal solvents for porogen and eluant were determined by the strength of hbs interaction between PR and the solvents, which were calculated employing density functional theory. The corresponding molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) and non-imprinted polymers were prepared and evaluated. The experimental results were consistent with those calculated, which confirmed the validity of the above-related calculation believed to facilitate the selection of monomers and solvents for the synthesis of MIP at molecular level.  相似文献

The phosphorylcholine group functional methacrylate monomer, 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC), was graft polymerized from the polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) substrate using ultraviolet irradiation and using benzophenone as a photoinitiator. The varying monomer concentrations and irradiation times were investigated in order to verify the relationships between graft density and protein resistance under specific biological conditions. The ellipsometry analysis revealed that the layer thickness of the grafted polymer depended on the monomer concentrations after the irradiation for 1 min, however, it stabilized thereafter in all the specified conditions. The curve fitting of the C1s spectrum obtained by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis showed that the amount of grafted polymer increased with an increase in both monomer concentration and irradiation time. Atomic force microscopic images revealed that the terminations among the graft chains became dominant due to magnified chain mobility followed by growth of their length. In vitro albumin and fibrinogen adsorption results indicated that the resistance to protein adsorption was easily tuned by the specified conditions due to the controlled graft density. Lubrication was dramatically enhanced by the grafting and it was further promoted by an increase in the graft density in good solvents, indicating that the interactions between the graft chains and the solvents resulted in the lubrication system. These basic findings regarding the grafted PDMS surface are important for versatile applications, including its use as a biomaterial and microfluidic device.  相似文献
