本文采用正规乘积下积分法找到了压缩算符的新形式。在此基础上深入地研究了压缩态形成的本质,导出压缩态的各种表示和性质,证明了压缩态是准粒子空间中的相干态,推导出压缩态与坐标本征态和动量本征态的转换关系,计算了压缩态的Wigner分布函数。 相似文献

利用相干态表象和IWOP技术导出了自由热态密度矩阵的正规乘积形式,进而根据相干态表象下的Wigner函数定义重构了自由热态和热相干态的Wigner函数.结果表明利用相干态表象下的Wigner函数定义和算符的正规乘积形式可以方便简捷重构一些量子态的Wigner函数. 相似文献

利用热场动力学的方法研究了具有热噪声的相干态和压缩态中场正交分量的高阶涨落和高阶压缩.利用测量相位算符讨论了这些热化态中相位的高阶涨落.从而得到在有限温度下这些态的低阶及高阶涨落与温度的关系和压缩特性与温度的关系.由于实际的场态总是在一有限的温度下,所以讨论温度对涨落和压缩的影响是很有意义的.

The performance of adding or subtracting photons on two-mode squeezed thermal states via examining the Einstein–Podolsky–Rosen (EPR) correlation, the Hillery–Zubairy (HZ) correlation, the fidelity of teleportation, and the negativity of Wigner function is theoretically investigated. The normalization factors and the teleportation fidelity are related to Jacobi polynomials, and the (evolved) Wigner functions are simply associated with two-variable Hermite polynomials. Compared with the original squeezed thermal states, the EPR correlation and the teleportation fidelity can be enhanced by photon subtraction and basically weakened by photon addition symmetric operations, but they cannot be enhanced for both photon addition and subtraction asymmetric cases. Also, HZ correlation can provide a better option relative to the EPR correlation in detecting the entanglement, and the fidelity for teleporting a squeezed state with a large squeezing can also be enhanced via photon addition symmetric operations, in contrast to teleporting a coherent state. Additionally, the nonclassicality is discussed in terms of the negativity of the (evolved) Wigner functions, which shows that photon addition and subtraction and the squeezing cannot restrain the deteriorate of nonclassicality, and the evolved Wigner functions become Gaussian (corresponding to vacuum) with long decay times as a result of amplitude decay. 相似文献

The odd excited negative binomial states are introduced using the photon creation operator by repeated application on negative binomialstates. These states interpolate between the odd displaced Fock states and the odd excited pure thermal states. In this paper both squeezing phenomena (normal squeezing and amplitude squared squeezing) are discussed. Besides discussion of the Glauber second-order correlation function, investigations are carried out for the quasi-probability distribution functions (Wigner function and Q-function). Higher-order nonclassical properties of r photon added and t photon subtracted qudit states (referred to as rPAQS and tPSQS, respectively) are investigated here to answer: How addition and subtraction of photon can be used to engineer higher-order nonclassical properties of qudit states? To obtain the answer, higher-order moment of relevant bosonic field operators is first obtained and subsequently used to study the higher-order nonclassical properties (e.g., higher-order antibunching, higher-order squeezing, and higher-order sub-Poissonian photon statistics) of the corresponding states. These witnesses establish that rPAQS and tPSQS are highly nonclassical. To quantitatively establish this observation and to make a comparison between rPAQS and tPSQS, volumes of the negative part of Wigner function are computed. Finally, for the sake of verifiability of the obtained results, optical tomograms are also reported. Throughout the study, a particular type of qudit state named as a new generalized binomial state is used as an example. 相似文献

We examine the higher-order nonclassical properties of the even and odd charge coherent states as well as proposing a scheme to generate these states whose modes can freely travel in open space. We show that the even and odd charge coherent states exhibit both higher-order antibunching and higher-order squeezing. While the two-mode higher-order antibunching occurs in any order and essentially depends on the charge number, the two-mode higher-order squeezing appears only in the even orders. We also prove that these states are genuinely entangled, and they can be generated by means of cross-Kerr media, beam splitters, phase shifts and threshold detectors. We find that the fidelity and the corresponding success probability to generate these states are dependent on the correlative parameters. 相似文献

The effect of two quantum state engineering processes that can be used to burn a hole at vacuum in the photon number distribution of quantum states of radiation field is compared using various witnesses of lower- and higher-order nonclassicality as well as a measure of nonclassicality. Specifically, the modification in nonclassical properties due to vacuum state filtration and a single photon addition on an even coherent state, binomial state, and Kerr state are investigated using the criteria of lower- and higher-order antibunching, squeezing, and sub-Poissonian photon statistics. Further, the amount of nonclassicality present in these engineered quantum states having enormous applications in continuous variable quantum communication is quantified and analyzed by using an linear entropy-based entanglement potential. It is observed that all the quantum states studied here are highly nonclassical, and the hole-burning processes can introduce/enhance nonclassical features. However, it is not true in general. A hole at vacuum implies a maximally nonclassical state (as far as Lee's nonclassical depth is concerned), but a particular process of hole burning at vacuum does not ensure the existence of any particular nonclassical feature. Specifically, lower- and higher-order squeezing are not observed for photon-added and vacuum filtered even coherent states. 相似文献

We have studied a higher-order squeezing and a higher-order sub-Poissonian photon statistics in photon-added coherent states. We obtained analytic forms of the degree of higher-order squeezing and the degree of higher-order sub-Poissonian statistics. We show that the photon-added coherent state |α,m〉 exhibits both higher-order squeezing and higher-order sub-Poissonian character. For two different types of higher-order squeezing, the degree of squeezing becomes bigger when the added photon number is increased. In single-photon-added coherent state, the degree of squeezing depends upon the order of squeezing N. When N is increased, the degree of squeezing becomes bigger in the Hong-Mandel-type higher-order squeezing but becomes smaller in the Hillery-type higher-order squeezing. Also, the higher-order sub-Poissonian character is more pronounced than the usual sub-Poissonian character in the single-photon-added coherent state. 相似文献
