A Novel Fused Phosphorus Heterocycle：4—（1′，2′,3′,4′—Tetrahydro—1,3,2—benzodiaaphosphorin—2′—sulfide）—3,4b,4a—thiazphosphaphenanthridine Derivative

The first example of fused phosphorus heterocyclic 4-[1′-(β-bromoethyl)-4′-oxo-3′-propyl-1′,2′,3′,4′-tetrahydro-1,3,2-benzodiazaphosphorin-2′-sulfide]-1,2,3,4,4a,4b,5,6-octahydro-6-oxo-5-propyl-3,4b,4a-thiazphosphaphenanthridine 4a,2′-dioxide was synthesized in excellent yield by refluxing a mixture of 1-(2-bromoethyl)-2,3-dihydro-3-propyl-1,3,2-benzodiazaphos phorin-4(1H)-one 2-oxide with carbon disulfide in benzene in the presence of triethylamine.     

Synthesis and Antibacterial Activities of 4—Amino—3—（1—aryl—5—methyl—1,2,3—triazol—4—yl）—5—mercapto—1,2,4—triazoles／2—Amino—5—（1—aryl—5—methyl—1,2,3—triazol—4—yl）—1,3,4—

Treatment of 4-amino-3-(1-aryl-5-methyl-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles/2-amino-5-(1-aryl-5-methyl-1,2,3-triazole-4-yl)-1,3,4-thiadiazoles with benzaldehyde,acetone and ω-bromoacetophenone was tested and compared.The title compounds Schiff bases,amides,imidazolo [2,1-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles and 7H-s-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazines have been confirmed by elemental analyses,^1H NMR,IR and MS spectra.All the compounds have also been screened for their antibacterial activities against B.subtilis,S.aureus and E.coli.     

Crystal Structure of Complex Tris（4,4,4—trifluoro—1—pheny1—1,3—butanedione）（1,10—phenanthroline）Europium（Ⅲ）

The complex Eu(btfa)₃ (phen) (btfa=4,4,4‐trifluoro‐1‐phenyl‐1, 3‐butanedione, phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline) has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV spectroscopies. The crystal and molecular structures of the complex have been determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. It belongs to the monoclinic crystal system, space group P2₁/c with a = 0.9700(2) nm, b = 3.7450(5) nm, c = 1.0917(3) nm, β = 92.51(2)°, V = 3.962(1) nm⁵, Z = 4, D_c = 1.639 g/cm³, μ = 1.676 mm^?1, F(000) = 1936, R₁, = 0.0388, wR₂ = 0.0775. Structure analysis shows that the europium(III) ion is coordinated to six oxygen atoms of β‐diketonate anions and two nitrogen atoms of phenanthroline molecule. The coordination polyhedron is an approximate square antiprism.     

Synthesis of （1H）—3,4—Dithydropyrrolo[2,1—c][1,4]oxazin—1—one Derivatives

In search of new anti-inflammatory and analgesic agents,(1H)-3,4-dihydro-pyrrolo [2,1-c][1,4]oxazin-1-one(3) and its acyl derivatives were designed and prepared .Compound 3 was prepared by treatment of methyl 1-(2-bromoethyl) pyrrole-2-carboxylate with silver oxide and its derivatives were obtained by Friedel-Carftes reaction.Nine of 6-acyl derivatives of compound 3 were prepared.     

N，N‘—二—（3,5—二甲基苯基）—3，6—二甲基—1，4—二氢—1，2，4，5—四嗪—1，4—二甲酰胺的合成

1 ,2 ,4,5—四嗪衍生物具有抗肿瘤 ,杀菌 ,杀虫等活性 ,我们曾合成了具有抗肿瘤活性的Ｎ ,Ｎ′ 二苯基 3 ,6 二甲基 1 ,4 二氢 1 ,2 ,4,5 四嗪 1 ,4 二甲酰胺 (3ａ) [1,2 ,3] ,合成路线见图 1。研究它们的抗肿瘤活性时发现该化合物的苯环间位若以Ｎ ,Ｎ 二甲基取代 ,对小鼠白血病细胞 (Ｐ 3 88)和人肺腺癌细胞 (Ａ 5 49)有很强的抗肿瘤活性。为此我们合成了苯环上有两个间位供电子基取代的四嗪类标题化合物 (3ｂ) ,以此研究四嗪类苯环取代基的构效关系。合成过程中 ,发现原料 3 ,5 二甲基苯异氰酸酯 (2ｂ)在溶剂氯仿中的溶解度良好 ,浓缩…     

1，4—二锂四苯基—1，3—丁二烯与卤代烃反应的研究（Ⅱ）——与溴甲烷的反

1，4－二锂四苯基－1，3－丁二烯与溴甲烷反应生成顺，顺－和顺，反－2，3，4，5－甲苯基－2，4－己二烯，其分子结构和比例由MS－NMR及X射线单晶分析所确定，讨论了产物的生成途径。     

4—甲基—7—巯基—2（1H）—喹啉酮的合成

以间氨基苯硫酚为起始原料,与乙酰乙酸乙酯一步环合得目标产物4－甲基－7－巯基－2（1H)-喹啉酮（4）,收率：22％;以间苯二胺为起努原料,经乙酰乙酸乙酯环合,重氮化,二硫化合物的形成及盐酸锌和粉还原获得目标产物4,收率：59％。     

One—pot Synthesis of 1—Aryloxyacety 1—4—（4′—nitrophenyloxyacetyl）—thiosemicarbazides under phase Transfer catalysis and Microwave Irradiation

The 1-aryloxyacetyl-4-(4′-nitrophenyloxyacetyl)-thiosemicarbazides (3a-h) are synthesized via reaction of 4-nitrophenyloxyacetyl chloride with ammonium thiocyanate and aryloxyaceic hydrazides (2a-h) under phase transfer catalysis and microwave irradiation in excellent yield.     

CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF THE METHYL 4—（N—（1—OXYPROPYL）—N—PHENYLAMINO]—1—[2—（2—THIENYL）ETHYL]—4—PIPERIDINECARBOXYLATE（R31826）HYDROCHLORIDE

<正> C22H28N2O3S.HCl, Mr = 436.9, triclinic,P1;a=8.557(3),b= 10.299(2),c= 13.894(2)A;α= 99.25(1),β=86.64(2),γ= 107.68(2)°;V= 1151.2(3)A3,Z= 2, DC = 1.27g/cm3,R=0.064. The torsion angle C(14)-C(1)-N(2)-0(19) in the title compound is 137.5 being much larger than that (106°) in R30730. The dihedral angle between mean planes of the thiophene ring and piperidine ring is about 83 .
