The mixed ligand complex [Pd(biqu)(pmal)]·H2O (where biqu is 2,2′-biquinoline, pmal is phenethylmalonate) has been synthesized and its interaction with sperm DNA was determined by fluorescent spectra、 UV-Vis spectra and CD-spectra. The binding constant (Kb) of the complex and sperm DNA is 1.26×104 and its interaction with pBR322 plasmid DNA was also determined by gel electrophoresis. The results show that the complex interact with DNA mainly by intercalative mode.  相似文献

The 5-fluorouracil-1-acetic acid (5FuAA) and its Cu(Ⅱ) complex (5FuAACu) were synthesized and the date for the crystal complex was obtained. The interaction of 5-fluorouracil-1-acetic acid (5FuAA) and its Cu(Ⅱ) complex (5FuAACu) with DNA was also investigated by using spectral, viscometric, electrochemical and agarose gel electrophoresis methods. The results of interaction with DNA suggest that both 5FuAA and 5FuAACu can bind to DNA in a static electricity attraction mode. But the attraction of 5FuAACu is greater than that of 5FuAA.  相似文献

Mononuclear copper(Ⅱ), nickel(Ⅱ) and cobalt(Ⅲ) tetracoordinate macrocyclic complexes were synthesized and spectroscopically characterized. The crystal structure of the three compounds were determined by X-ray crystallography. The electrochemical experimental results indicate that the three complexes could interact with DNA mainly by electrostatic interaction. The interaction of tetracoordinate macrocyclic cobalt(Ⅲ) complex with DNA was studied by cyclic voltammetry and UV-vis spectroscopy. The experimental results reveal that tetracoordinate macrocyc- lic cobalt(Ⅲ) complex could interact with DNA by electrostatic interaction to form a 1 : 1 DNA association complex with a binding constant of 7.50 ×10^3 L·mol^-1.  相似文献

A cobalt(11) complex containing mixed-ligands of 1,10-phenathroline(phen) and glycollic acid(GA).|Co(GA)2(phen)| was synthesized and its structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction.The interaction of the complex with DNA was investigated by electronic absorption spectra and electrochemical methods.Electronic absorption spectrum experiments showed that after interaction with DNA.the characteristic absorption peaks of |Co(GA)2(phen)| underwent hypochromic effect as well as redshift. Also,the binding strength of 3.8×104L/mol was estimated by titration method.Electrochemical assays revealed that the redox peak currents of the complex decreased obviously accompanied by a positive shift of the formal potential after association with DNA.All these results revealed that the synthesized cobalt complex bound with DNA via an intercalation mode.  相似文献

A strong interaction between double stranded calf-thymus DNA (ds-DNA) and adrenaline in solution, but no interaction between single stranded calf-thymus DNA (ss-DNA) and adrenaline was observed by the use of UV-visible spectroscopy and voltammetric techniques. It is suggested that the interaction leads to an intercalation of adrenaline molecules into the groove of ds-DNA and the formation of ds-DNA (adrenallne)n complex. The binding site size of the interaction of adrenaline with CT-DNA in nucleotide phosphate [ NP] has been determined as 25. The interaction of different concentration adrenaline with DNA modified GCE shows that the DNA modified GCE can be a good tool to detect lower concentration adrenaline.  相似文献

A new complex of bis(N-benzyl benzotriazole-N^3) dichloro Co(Ⅱ) (Co(Ⅱ)L2Cl2) was synthesized and its crystal was characterized. The interaction of this new complex with fs-DNA was studied by electrochemical and UV spectrophotometric method. In 0.01 mol/L pH 4.2 Tris-HCl buffer solution Co(Ⅱ)L2Cl2 has two reductive peaks with peak potentials at 0.38 V and 0.27 V, respectively, and an oxidative peak at 1.05 V. After the addition of DNA, the peak currents decrease and the peak potential at 0.27 V shifts negatively. The UV spectrophotometric experiment indicates that the maximum absorbance of Co(Ⅱ)L2Cl2 at 204 nm decreases and exhibits bathochromic shift after the addition of DNA. All the results reveal that Co(Ⅱ)L2Cl2binds with DNA by intercalation as well as electrostatic interaction.  相似文献

A new monometallic complex [Co(phen)_2tpphz]~(3+) (where tpphz is tetrapyrido [3,2-a:2′,3′-c:3″,2″-h:2′″,3′″-j] phenazine) was synthesized by the reaction of 5, 6-diamino-1,10-phenanthroline with [Co(phen)_2(phendione)]~(3+). It was characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, IR, ~1H NMR, ultraviolet and fluorescence spectroscopy. The interaction of the complex with DNA was also investigated. The complex shows the absorption hypochromicity, fluorescence enhancement, the specific viscosity increased when bound to calf thymus DNA. The cyclic voltammetry (CV) measurement showed a change in peak current with the addition of DNA. All the results provide the support for the intercalative binding mode of the mononuclear complex.  相似文献

A novel crystal with the molecular formula [Pd(DCA)(bipy)]2 [Pd(bipy)Cl2 ]·6.75H2O was formed by PdCl2 with disodium demethylcantharate (Na2 (DCA),DCA2= 7-oxa-bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-2,3-bicarboxylate) and 2,2-bipyidine (bipy) through the hydrothermal method.The complex was characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy.The structure of the complex was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,which is of triclinic system,space group P1 with a=13.6818(7),b=14.8426(8),c=15.0043(8),α=97.319(3),β=92.521(3),γ=105.776(2)°,V=2898.4(3) 3,Dc=1.545 g·cm-3,Z=1,F(000)=1420,S=0.852,the final R=0.0525 and wR=0.1777 for 13634 observer reflections (I>2σ(I)).The binding reaction of the complex with ct-DNA and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy.The results indicated that the complex binds to ct-DNA via the partial intercalation.The binding constant K A of the complex interaction with BSA was 3.98×10 5 L·mol-1 and one binding site would be formed.The antiproliferative activity of the complex against human hepatoma cells (SMMC7721) in vitro is much higher than that of Na 2 (DCA).  相似文献

In this work, the recognition of DNA including G:T mismatched pairs by the two different structures of [Ru(phen)2hpip]^2+ was firstly studied with molecular modeling respectively. The results revealed that all of the four chiral isomers of the two structures could recognize the mismatched DNA from the minor groove orientation especially and the interaction was enantioselective and sitespecific. The two left isomers were more preferential than the right ones. Especially, the structure Ⅱ which had much lower energy after interacting with DNA was the advantaged structure. Detailed energy analysis indicated that the steric interaction in the process of the complex inserting base stack determined the recognition results and the electrostatic interaction made an effect to some extent.  相似文献

The interaction of Cu^2+ complex of N,N'-bis(2-aminoethyl)-2,6-pyridinedicarboxamide (BAP) with DNA was studied by agarose gel electrophoresis analysis. The results indicate that the BAP-Cu^2+ complex can promote the cleavage of phosphodiester bond of supercoiled DNA at physiological condition, which is 3.2 × 10^6 times higher than DNA natural degradation. A hydrolytic cleaving mechanism through the cooperation of copper ions and functional amino groups was proposed.  相似文献

本文用常温方法合成了钯配合物,化学式[Pd(phen)(L-asp)]•3H2O,并用元素分析和红外图谱的方法进行分析,经单晶X射线衍射对其结构表征。以顺铂为参照,研究了该配合物对三种不同癌细胞(人宫颈癌细胞,肝癌细胞,口腔癌细胞)的细胞毒素作用,结果证明该钯配合物对人宫颈癌细胞有较强的抑制作用。通过多种光谱手段同时研究了该配合物与鱼精DNA作用模式,结果说明通过插入方式阻断鱼精DNA的复制。同时,测定配合物与pBR322质粒DNA作用的凝胶电泳。  相似文献

Two palladium(II) complexes, [Pd(bipy)(BzPhe‐N,O)] and [Pd(phen)(BzPhe‐N,O)]·4H2O were synthesized by reactions between Pd(bipy)Cl2 and BzPheH2 (N‐benzoyl‐β‐phenylalanine), Pd(phen) Cl2 and BzPheH2 in water at pH‐9, with their structures determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The Pd atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of bipy (or phen), the deprotonated amido type nitrogen atom and one of the carboxylic oxygens of BzPhe (BzPhe = N‐benzoyl‐β‐phenylalaninate dianion). In the complex [Pd(phen) (BzFne‐N,O)] · 4H2O, the side chain of phenylalanine is located above and approximately parallels to the coordination plane. Both the aromatic‐aromatic stacking interaction between the phenyl ring of phenylalanine and phen, and the metal ion‐aromatic interaction between the phenyl ring of phenylalanine and Pd(II) were observed. [Pd(bipy)(BzPhe‐N,O)] has the phenylalanyl side chain oriented outwards from the coordination plane, which is mainly due to the interaction between the carbonyl oxygen atom of the amido group and the phenyl ring of phenylalanine. The reason for the different orientation of phenylalanyl side chain in the complexes was suggested.  相似文献

A series of silver(I) supramolecular complexes, namely, {[Ag(L24)](NO3)}n ( 1 ), [Ag2(L24)(NO2)2]n ( 2 ), and {[Ag1.25(L24)(DMF)](PF6)1.25}n ( 3 ) were prepared by the reactions of 1‐(2‐pyridyl)‐2‐(4‐pyridyl)‐1,2,4‐triazole (L24) and silver(I) salts with different anions (AgNO3, AgNO2, AgPF6). Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction indicates that 1 – 3 display diverse supramolecular networks. The structure of dinuclear complex 1 is composed of a six‐membered Ag2N4 ring with the Ag ··· Ag distance of 4.4137(3) Å. In complex 2 , the adjacent AgI centers are interlinked by L24 ligands into a 1D chain, the adjacent of which are further extended by the bridged nitrites to construct a 2D coordination architecture. Complex 3 shows a 3D (3,4)‐connected framework, which is generated by the linkage of L24 ligands. All complexes were characterized by IR spectra, elemental analysis, and powder X‐ray diffraction. Notably, a structural comparison of the complexes demonstrates that their structures are predominated by the nature of anions. Additionally, 1 and 2 show efficient dichromate (Cr2O72–) capture in water system, which can be ascribed to the anion‐exchange.  相似文献

研究了室温下间苯二酚和甲基乙烯基酮分别与β-环糊精( β-CD)形成包结物后的几种不同固相反应,结果表明包结物A(间苯二酚/β-CD)与包结物B(甲基乙烯基酮/β-CD)反应能够很好地得到目的产物,产率及ee值分别为82.8%和78.4%;间苯二酚与包结物B反应仅得到低光学活性产物(ee值为19.5%);包结物A与甲基乙烯基酮反应却没有得到手性目的产物。以熔点、X-粉末衍射、固相核磁碳谱及ROESY多种方法对所形成的包结物进行了表征,包结物中主客体的比例(1:1)通过1H NMR (400 MHz)得以确定,文章对固相环加成反应的机制也进行了初步探讨。  相似文献

The reaction of dichlorido(cod)palladium(II) (cod = 1,5‐cyclooctadiene) with 2‐(benzylsulfanyl)aniline followed by heating in N,N‐dimethylformamide (DMF) produces the linear trinuclear Pd3 complex bis(μ2‐1,3‐benzothiazole‐2‐thiolato)bis[μ2‐2‐(benzylsulfanyl)anilinido]dichloridotripalladium(II) N,N‐dimethylformamide disolvate, [Pd3(C7H4NS2)2(C13H12NS)2Cl2]·2C3H7NO. The molecule has symmetry and a Pd...Pd separation of 3.2012 (4) Å. The outer PdII atoms have a square‐planar geometry formed by an N,S‐chelating 2‐(benzylsulfanyl)anilinide ligand, a chloride ligand and the thiolate S atom of a bridging 1,3‐benzothiazole‐2‐thiolate ligand, while the central PdII core shows an all N‐coordinated square‐planar geometry. The geometry is perfectly planar within the PdN4 core and the N—Pd—N bond angles differ significantly [84.72 (15)° for the N atoms of ligands coordinated to the same outer Pd atom and 95.28 (15)° for the N atoms of ligands coordinated to different outer Pd atoms]. This trinuclear Pd3 complex is the first example of one in which 1,3‐benzothiazole‐2‐thiolate ligands are only N‐coordinated to one Pd centre. The 1,3‐benzothiazole‐2‐thiolate ligands were formed in situ from 2‐(benzylsulfanyl)aniline.  相似文献

The Schiff base 1‐benzyl‐N ‐(3,5‐di‐tert ‐butylsalicylidene)piperidin‐4‐amine (HL) and its acetatopalladium(II) complex having the formula [Pd(L)(OAc)] were synthesized. Both HL and [Pd(L)(OAc)] were characterized using elemental analysis and various spectroscopic (infrared, UV–visible, 1H NMR and 13C NMR) and mass spectrometric measurements. The molecular structure of the complex was determined using X‐ray crystallographic analysis. In the complex, the pincer‐like NNO‐donor L and the monodenate OAc provide a distorted square‐planar N2O2 coordination environment around the metal centre. The physicochemical properties and the spectroscopic features of [Pd(L)(OAc)] are consistent with its molecular structure. The complex was found to be an effective catalyst for the Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling reactions of hydroxyaryl halides with arylboronic acids in predominantly aqueous media. The reactions afforded hydroxybiaryl products in good to excellent yields with a wide substrate scope.  相似文献

A series of Pd and Pd‐Ga bimetallic catalysts were prepared by a co‐impregnation method for 2‐ethylanthraquinone (EAQ) hydrogenation to produce hydrogen peroxide. Compared with 0.6Pd catalyst, the hydrogenation efficiency of 0.6Pd1.2Ga catalyst (11.9 g L?1) increases by 32.2%, and the stability of 0.6Pd1.2Ga catalyst is also higher than that of 0.6Pd catalyst. The structures of the samples were determined by N2 adsorption–desorption, ICP, XRD, CO chemisorption, TEM, H2‐TPR, in situ CO‐DRIFTS and XPS. The results suggest that incorporation of Ga species improves Pd dispersion and generates a strong interaction between Ga2O3 and Pd interface or between Pd and support. DFT calculation results indicate that the strong adsorption of carbonyl group on Ga2O3/Pd interface facilitates the activation of EAQ and promotes the hydrogenation efficiency.  相似文献

Two novel tridentate ligands of 2,6‐bis‐[l‐(2,6‐dibromophenylimino) ethyl] pyridine (L1) and2‐acetyl‐6‐[1‐(2,6‐dibromophenylimino) ethyl] pyridine (L2) have been synthesized. 基于卟啉对癌细胞的特殊亲和作用和哌嗪化合物的抗肿瘤、抗病毒作用,设计并合成了具有哌嗪结构的新型卟啉化合物5,10,15,20-四[4-(4'-乙基哌嗪基)苯基]卟啉(TEPPPH2),其结构经UV-Vis, 元素分析,1H NMR等手段证明。采用UV-Vis光谱和荧光光谱研究了TEPPPH2和小牛胸腺DNA 的相互作用模式和结合机理。实验发现,TEPPPH2能嵌入到DNA的碱基对中,1个小牛胸腺DNA分子对TEPPPH2分子的最大结合数n约为88,结合常数为8.4×106mol•L-1 。TEPPPH2与DNA的结合数和结合常数大于已知的四(4-N-甲基吡啶基)卟啉和Ca/sal-his、Ni/sal–aln型席夫碱抗癌药物。  相似文献

The structure of trans-[Pd(dtco-3-OH)2] (ClO4)2·2DMSO, in which dtco-3-OH is dithiacyclooctan-3-ol and DMSO is dimethyl sulfoxide, was determined by X-ray crystallographic analysis. The crystal data: space group pi, a = 0.7077(2) nm, b = 1.0788(1) nm, c = 1.1111(1) nm, α=67.710(8)°, β = 73. 59(2)°, γ = 85. 39(2)°,R1 = 0 . 0368 and Rw = 0.0998. The palladium (II) is coordinated by four sulfur atoms with a regular square planar configuration. The Pd-S distances are 0.2314(1) and 0.2317(1) nm, respectively. Both dtco-3-OH ligands are in the boat-chair configuration and two hydroxyl groups are on the opposite sites of the PdS4 coordination plane and are towards Pd(II). The Pd-O distance is 0. 285 nm, indicating a weak interaction between them. A typical hydrogen bond between the hydroxyl group of dtco-3-OH ligand and DMSO was observed in the crystal structure. An aqueous solution prepared with the crystals of the complex was used for the investigation of electrospray mass spectrometry ( ESMS ). Besid  相似文献
