使用上升沿15 ns、脉宽30~40 ns的重复频率纳秒脉冲电源对120 kV下大气压空气中管-板电极结构电晕放电进行了实验研究,通过电压电流测量、放电图像拍摄和X射线探测分析了纳秒脉冲电晕放电特性。结果表明:纳秒脉冲电晕放电中存在X射线辐射,但辐射强度较弱,X射线辐射计数随着气隙距离的增大而减少,随着脉冲重复频率的增大而增多;放电空间的残余电荷加强了下一个脉冲到来时的局部电场,从而导致高重复频率下易于出现分散的电晕通道。  相似文献

Formation of back corona and its effect on the voltage–current characteristics, etc., have been analysed by several authors. It has also been examined how the harmful effect of back corona can be reduced, for example by the application of pulse energisation. However, to find an optimal solution, modelling of the back corona effect is necessary. Different back corona models were created to estimate the time of its development, the change in current–voltage characteristics, the decrease in particle charge and finally, the collection efficiency of the ESP with back corona. In this paper the authors present an improved numerical ESP model that is capable of determining the parameters of back corona in such cases, when pulse energisation is applied for the power supply of the electrostatic precipitator. Based on the modular structure of the model, different modules calculate the distribution of gas velocity, electric field intensity, particle charging and particle movement. All these parameters are important to determine the properties of back corona while it feeds back on these parameters; therefore iteration is necessary to obtain reliable result. The harmful effects of back corona can be characterised with the help of the evaluation of calculated results.  相似文献

We report on the results of experimental investigation of a pulsed corona discharge in electric fields with different degrees of nonuniformity under the action of a standard thunderstorm pulse in a wide range of voltages from the origination threshold to the breakdown. A high-sensitivity video camera makes it possible to record microdischarge and streamer processes in air long before the spark breakdown. It is known that the size of the corona discharge sheath increases with the supplied voltage, and the shape of the corona sheath depends on the polarity of the active electrode [1, 2]. It was demonstrated for the first time by Peek [3] that the range of voltages from the initiation of a corona discharge to the spark breakdown increases with the degree of nonuniformity of the electric field. We show that an analogous pattern is observed for a pulsed corona also. Our results show that the form of a pulsed corona discharge considerably depends on the pulse polarity, and a spark breakdown becomes possible when most branches in the streamer corona cover the electrode gap.  相似文献

本文基于流体动力学理论改进出一种新的棒-板电极负电晕放电混合数值模型, 模型中加入了27种主要碰撞反应, 并考虑了光电离和二次电子发射过程. 对棒-板间距3.3 mm, 施加电压-5.0 kV情况下进行数值计算, 得到负电晕放电的特里切尔脉冲. 重点分析了单个特里切尔脉冲持续过程中5个关键时刻的微观特征量发展规律, 丰富并量化描述了特里切尔脉冲的微观过程, 主要结论如下: 随着放电时间的发展, 电场集中分布区域向阳极移动且幅值变小, 这对电子崩的发展非常不利. 大部分放电区域都是电中性的, 只有在阴极鞘和阳极鞘附近有带正电的等离子体特性, 带负电的离子云随着放电时间的发展缓慢向阳极发散式移动. 整个特里切尔脉冲持续过程中, 阴极鞘内电子密度几乎为0; 特里切尔脉冲前期, 阴极鞘附近电子密度迅速增加至最大值并保持基本不变; 随着放电时间的增加, 放电间隙内电子密度整体增加, 并且向阳极发展. 在特里切尔脉冲后期, 电子的产生主要来自于N2和O2的碰撞电离, 电子的消失则主要由N2+的复合决定, O4+和O2-分别是数量最多的正离子和负离子. 关键词: 负电晕 混合模型 特里切尔脉冲 微观特征量  相似文献

Based on a designed coaxial cylindrical corona discharge platform, this paper compares two methods for the measurement of corona current pulse, namely from cage side and conductor side both at low potential. It is found that the corona pulse can be obtained from both methods and the waveform of the current pulse is highly dependent on the sampling resistor. Then two simplified models are proposed to interpret the experimental results and the relationship between the two measurement methods. It shows that the key point in accurately measuring the corona current pulse is the selection of suitable sampling resistor.  相似文献

Corona discharge from a fine water droplet always involves deformation of the droplet shape or Taylor-cone formation, emission of fine water jets or disruption of droplet. Therefore, corona discharge from a water droplet always manifests complicated aspects. In addition, disruption of Taylor cone simultaneously affects not only discharge current but also motion of water droplet. To confirm corona discharge phenomena from a water droplet protruded from a tip of a metal capillary tube with a diameter of 1 mm, negative corona discharge was investigated by using a water droplet located at a tip of grounded rod electrode facing a ring electrode with positive dc voltage superimposed by ac one. Since the droplet has inherent resonant vibrating frequency defined by the size or volume, the volume of water droplet was adjusted at 20 nL where the corresponding resonant frequency was 500 Hz. The period of the event of successive corona discharge is exactly consistent with resonant frequency defined by the size of the water droplet. As a result, corona pulse trains with a definite duration appeared intermittently corresponding to its resonant vibration. When dc voltage superimposed by ac voltage with resonant frequency of 500 Hz was applied to the water droplet, corona pulse trains appeared at the period corresponding to the frequency. The maximum value of corona current reasonably increased with the applied voltage. Even when the frequency of ac field superimposed on dc field was varied from the resonant frequency, corona pulse trains occur corresponding to not only the superimposed field frequency but also resonant frequency.  相似文献

The decoloration efficiency of azo dye (Acid Orange 7, AO7) using a multi-needle-to-plate high-voltage pulsed corona discharge system was investigated in this paper. The effect of several parameters, including peak pulse voltage and pulse frequency of the discharge system, initial pH and electrical conductivity of the dye solution, mode of needle electrode distribution and gas flow rate on the decoloration rate of the dye wastewater was reviewed. The results obtained show that the pulsed discharge system with a multi-needle-to-plate electrode could dispose azo dye wastewater efficiently. The decoloration rate increased with an increase in applied peak pulse voltage and pulse frequency. Decoloration was more efficient in the acidic solution, and the decoloration rate displayed no marked change under solutions of differing electrical conductivity. For the case in which we example the effect of gas flow rate on the decoloration efficiency of Acid Orange solution, we found that better decoloration efficiency occurred using the seven-needle-to-plate discharge system, which had more discharge anodes.  相似文献

A compact, repetitive Marx generator with an external trigger is constructed and coupled with a wire-to-plate corona reactor for a positive pulsed corona discharge studies. The reactor resistance and capacitance behavior during the pulse was observed. It was found that the reactor's capacitance increases three times during the pulse due to the streamer propagation from anode to grounded electrode. Using the time development of the capacitance and resistance during the pulse and the reactor inter-electrode distance, the streamer velocity has been calculated to be 1 × 106 m/s, for system arrangement presented in this work. As an indicator of chemical activity of pulsed corona, ozone production was measured. Emission spectroscopy measurements in the UV region were performed to detect species that appear in the discharge and to determine vibrational and rotational temperatures, which are found to be 3200 K and 340 K respectively. As a measure of pollution control potential of the constructed pulsed corona system, NO oxidation efficiency was investigated and compared with results presented in literature. It was shown that pulsed corona systems with significantly longer pulse durations are competitive with several times shorter pulse duration systems, which implies that chemical efficiency of secondary streamers is comparable with efficiency of primary streamers.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to highlight the number evolution of free electrons in the drift region of a wire-cylinder electrostatic precipitator in negative voltage depends on the experimental parameters, more particularly of gas composition. A numerical model of the negative DC corona discharge developed by Chen et al. was used and modified to investigate the negative discharge corona for different gases. A parametric study was conducted to examine the effect on the electron distribution of operating conditions. The results showed the electron concentration increases with temperature, decreases when the pressure increases, and is closely related to gas composition.  相似文献

利用上升沿100ns、脉宽150ns的单级磁压缩纳秒脉冲电源,通过电压电流测量和放电图像拍摄实验,研究了大气压空气中极不均匀电场结构重复频率纳秒脉冲气体放电的放电模式。结果表明纳秒脉冲气体放电存在三种典型的放电模式:电晕放电、弥散放电和火花放电。施加的脉冲电压幅值对放电模式影响显著,随着电压幅值的增加,放电依次经历电晕、弥散和火花放电。固定电压幅值时,放电可能同时存在两种模式。重复频率加强了放电强度,弥散放电的激发电压随重复频率的增加变化不大,但火花放电的激发电压随着重复频率的增加而降低。因此降低重复频率有利于在较大电压范围获得大气压空气弥散放电。  相似文献

A pulsed-corona-discharge nonthermal plasma technique offers the advantages of energy efficiency and capability for the simultaneous removal of coexisting pollutants. The key to success in a nonthermal plasma approach is to produce a corona discharge in which the bulk of the electrical energy goes into the production of energetic electrons, rather than into gas molecules heating. By driving the nonthermal plasma reactor with very short pulses of high-voltage, short-lived corona discharge plasmas are created that consist of energetic electrons, which in turn produce the radicals and ozone responsible for the decomposition of the toxic molecules. Because of the short lifetime of the pulsed corona discharge, little electrical power is dissipated in movement of heavy molecule ions in the processing region, thus avoiding heating the gas and providing good electrical energy efficiency.A high-voltage pulse generator with a rotary airhole sparkgap, instead of a conventional rotary ball sparkgap, has been proposed. Its rise and fall time characteristics to be used as a smart pulse generator for pulsed corona discharge-type nonthermal plasma reactor were investigated. Parametric studies showed that the proposed airhole sparkgap had a very fast rise time, very short fall time, very low-and-stable breakdown voltage, and reliable pulse repetition characteristics, compared with the conventional rotary ball sparkgap.  相似文献

Investigations of the parameters of single streamers of nanosecond frequency corona discharge, creating a voluminous low-temperature plasma in extended coaxial electrode systems, are performed. Measurements of the parameters of streamers were made by an isolated probe situated on the outer grounded electrode. Streamers were generated under the action of voltage pulses with a front of 50–300 ns, duration of 100–600 ns, and amplitude up to 100 kV at the frequency of 50–1000 Hz. The pulse voltage, the total current of the corona, current per probe, and glow in the discharge gap were recorded in the experiments. It was established that, at these parameters of pulse voltage, streamers propagate at an average strength of the electric field of 4–10 kV/cm. Increasing the pulse amplitude leads to an increase in the number of streamers hitting the probe, an increase in the average charge of the head of a streamer, and, as a consequence, an increase in the total streamer current and the energy introduced into the gas. In the intervals up to 3 cm, streamer breakdown at an average field strength of 5–10 kV/cm is possible. In longer intervals, during the buildup of voltage after generation of the main pulse, RF breakdown is observed at Еav ≈ 4 kV/cm.  相似文献

A numerical model has been developed for the investigation of water evaporation enhanced by corona wind. The corona wind is generated by a wire electrode charged at a high dc voltage. Only positive corona discharge is considered in the present study. The effect of cross-flow on EHD-enhanced water evaporation is also examined. The results show that water evaporation can be greatly enhanced by corona wind. However, a cross-flow with a high velocity may diminish the effect of corona wind. The numerical results are also compared with experimental data reported in the literature. A satisfactory agreement is found between these results.  相似文献

快脉冲直线变压器型驱动源(FLTD)是近年来快速发展的新型脉冲功率源技术,多采用多间隙气体开关作为开关器件。电晕均压措施有利于提升开关击穿性能,但不同气体中电晕放电有显著区别。本文首先研究了空气中针电极对单间隙电晕放电特性的影响,确定了电晕针电极的尺寸,之后研究了N2,CO2,SF6/N2混合气体、C4F7N/N2混合气体中的电晕放电特性,研究了电晕均压6间隙气体开关击穿电压及其稳定性随气体种类和气压的变化规律。实验结果表明,N2中电晕电流较大且不稳定,空气中电晕电流比N2中低,且电晕放电较为稳定,微量强电负性气体加入会极大降低电晕放电电流。当采用空气和N2作绝缘介质时,气体开关击穿电压随气压升高线性增加,但存在低值击穿,微量强电负性气体混合N2可显著提升击穿电压的稳定性。1%SF6/99%N2混合气体在0.18 MPa时,击穿电压约为197.33 kV,标准偏差占击穿电压比例为1.50%,1%C4F7N/99%N2混合气体在0.15 MPa时,击穿电压约为190.42 kV,标准偏差为0.55%。这表明,微量环保替代气体C4F7N与N2的混合气体对于提升多间隙气体开关击穿电压稳定性有显著作用。  相似文献

采用非接触的色散荧光发射光谱和时间分辨光谱方法,在大气压条件下,对脉冲电晕放电脱除NO的化学反应动力学过程进行了实验研究。在该研究中,首先利用色散荧光发射光谱方法,得到纯NO气体脉冲电晕放电中各活性粒子的色散荧光谱,并对其进行归属,确定了各活性粒子的灵敏指纹跃迁谱线;在此基础上,通过测量NO气体放电过程中所产生的N+,O,N2及NO分子的灵敏指纹跃迁谱线的时间行为特性,研究脉冲电晕放电脱除NO的化学反应机理。实验结果表明:在脉冲电晕放电过程中,NO分子首先与高能电子发生非弹性电离碰撞,变成NO+离子,随后NO+离子发生解离反应,形成N+离子和O原子;N+离子在向阴极运动过程中与电子碰撞结合成激发态N原子,继而和其他激发态N原子结合成为激发态N2;而O原子则应与其它O原子结合成为O2。由此建立了大气压条件下纯NO气体脉冲电晕放电脱除NO的化学反应动力学模型。  相似文献

气体中空间电荷的分布与电晕放电的机理紧密相关, 获取电晕放电过程中空间电荷分布对深入研究电晕放电起始、自持过程有着重要作用, 但是如何准确获得电晕放电过程中的空间电荷分布一直是国际上尚未解决的难题. 本文基于声脉冲法提出一种电场信号解耦算法, 推导了空间电荷在声场中被调制产生的电场信号与声脉冲信号和空间电荷密度之间的数值关系, 讨论了不同测量情况下声发射系统的设计要求; 搭建了一套可用于实时测量针板电极电晕放电空间电荷分布的非接触式测量系统, 该系统主要包括声脉冲发生模块、空间电荷模块及电场信号解耦算法模块. 运用该系统实现了声脉冲激发作用下电场信号的测量, 通过提出的电场信号解耦算法得到了空间电荷密度, 对其测量结果与电晕电流法测量结果进行比较, 验证了电场信号解耦算法的有效性. 该算法可以应用于空间电荷一维、二维和三维测量系统中.  相似文献

为研究真空环境下电磁场诱发针-板电晕放电特性,研制了电磁场发生器、真空系统、高压静电源、动态电位测试仪等组成的电磁场辐照诱发真空电晕放电模拟试验系统。该系统可实现真空管内气压为80 Pa的低真空环境,并利用此系统进行在电磁场的作用下的电晕放电试验,初步得到了电磁场辐照诱发电晕放电的阈值电压的变化规律。试验结果表明:当温度、湿度等其他环境因素基本不变,真空管内气压为80 Pa时, 正常放电阈值为-590 V, 利用负极性高压静电放电, 电压取值范围10~20 kV, 产生的电磁脉冲辐射作用于真空管内充电区域,可使放电阈值降低90~180 V。  相似文献
