3-(2-{[2-(5-oxo-4-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)ethyl]anilino}ethyl)-4-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one
and its thio analog, and 5-(2-{[2-(2-thioxo-2,3-dihydro-1,3,4-oxadiazol-5-yl)ethyl]anilino}ethyl)-2,3-dihydro-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2(3H)-thione
plus their methyl derivatives.

Treatment of 6-amino-5-arylazo-1,3-dimethyluracils with urea or N,N′-carbonyldiimidazole gave the respective 6-aryl-1,3-dimethyl-6,7-dihydro-6-azalumazin-7-(6H)ones, which were hydrolyzed with alkali to afford 2-aryl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-3,5-dioxo-1,2,4-triazine-6-carboxylic acids (1-aryl-6-azauracil-5-carboxylic acids). Thermal decomposition of these carboxylic acids gave the corresponding 2-aryl-1,2,4-triazine-3,5-(2H,4H)diones (1-aryl-6-azauracils). Methylation of the latter with methyl iodide gave the corresponding 2-aryl-4-methyl-1,2,4-triazine-3,5-(2H,4H)diones (1-aryl-3-methyl-6-azauracils). 相似文献

Palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling between 2,5-dimethyl-3-thienylboronic and mucobromic acids under phase transfer catalysis (PTC) conditions gave the expected 3,4-bis(2,5-dimethyl-3-thienyl)-5-hydroxyfuran-2-one in 32% yield. The by-product was 2,2’,5,5’-tetramethyl-3,3’-bithiophene. The oxidation of the obtained hemiacylal with potassium permanganate under PTC conditions afforded 3,4-bis(2,5-dimethyl-3-thienyl)furan-2,5-dione in high yield.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Procedures were developed for the synthesis of substituted bis(2,5-dimethyl-3-thienyl)ethenes containing the imidazol-2-one, 1,3-dioxol-2-one, or 1,3-oxazol-2-one fragments as ethene bridges. These compounds were demonstrated to exhibit the photochromic properties. The cyclic forms of some imidazolone and oxazolone photochromes possess high thermal stability. The structure of photochromic 4,5-bis(4-acetyl-2,5-dimethyl-3-thienyl)-3-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1,3-oxazol-2-one was established by X-ray diffraction analysis. The molecule adopts an anti-parallel conformation similar to that of perfluorocyclopentene-bridged dithienylethenes. 相似文献

3-Methylmercapto-5-oxo-6-vinyl- and 2-methyl-3-mercapto-5-oxo-6-vinyl-2,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazines were readily converted into the corresponding thieno[2,3-e]-1,2,4-triazine in one step by the action of phosphorus pentasulfide in pyridine. 4-Methyl-3-mercapto-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazine is only converted into the 5-thioxo analog and no thiophene ring product was obtained under the same conditions. Thieno[2,3-e]-1,2,4-triazines were also more efficiently obtained by the action of phosphorus petnasulfide in pyridine on the appropriate 6-acylmethyl-3-mercapto-5-oxo-2,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazine. 相似文献

3-Aryl-1,2,4-triazole-5-thiones react with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate and methyl 3-phenyl-propynoate to afford the corresponding 5-substituted 2-aryl-7H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,2-b][1,3]thiazin-7-ones. of the substituent R): 3-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazoline-5-thione and 3-arylacrylamides or 3-(3-aryl-5-thioxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propanamides.

Chlorination and bromination of 2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one and its N-methyl-substituted derivatives in acetic acid at 90–95°C leads to formation of the corresponding 5,6-dichloro(dibromo)-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones. Iodination of the same substrates with ICl under analogous conditions yields 6-iodo derivatives. Chlorination of 6-iodo-1,3-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one is accompanied by replacement of the iodine atom by chlorine with formation of 5,6-dichloro-1,3-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one. The molecular and crystal structures of the compounds synthesized were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis.

acid or its ethyl ester with thiocarbonyl hydrazide. Alkylation of the product leads to S-alkyl derivaties or 6-substituted
3-(4,6-diphenyl-2-pyriimidinyl)-7H-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazine. Acetylation of 4-amino-5-(4,6-diphenyl-2-pyrimidinyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione
gave under different conditions monoacetyl-, diacetyl, and triacetyl derivatives at the amino group and the N(2) atom, whereas benzoylation gave a benzoyl group at the amino group and 3-(4,6-diphenyl-2-pyrimidinyl)-6-phenyl-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazole.
