A facile synthesis of polyfoluoroalkyl-lactonization

2(-Benzoxazolyl substituted cyclopropane derivatives were synthesized in the yield of 73-89% from the reaction of telluronium ylides with chalcones.

A Facile Synthesis of Pechmann Dyes

A facile synthesis of Pechmann dyes has been accomplished by the reaction of substituted N‐phenacyl‐4‐dimethylaminopyridinium halides with dimethyl maleate in the presence of DBU. Based on a related 4‐DMAP elimination product and an isolated monolactone intermediate a reaction mechanism has been proposed. The scope of this synthetic method is determined by the availability of α‐haloaroyl or heteroaroyl derivatives. DBU=1,8‐diazabicycloundec‐7‐ene, DMAP=4‐dimethylaminopyridine.

前文我们报道了溴化对-苯基苯甲酰甲基二丁基碲、溴化对-溴苯甲酰甲基二丁基碲和溴化间-硝基苯甲酰甲基二丁基碲等碲盐与醛、酮缩合成α,β-不饱和酮的反应。为了进一步研究碲盐反应性能,扩大它在有机合成中应用范围,我们在前期工作基础上,由碲盐和(E)-α,β-不饱和醛合成了2,4-共轭不饱和酮、酯、腈,这是一种未见文献报道的新合成方     

Facile Synthesis of Polysubstituted Cyclopropanes in a Two-Phase Solid-Liquid System

The Michael addition of α-chloro esters to α,β-unsaturated systems was catalyzed by phase transfer catalyst, and the some polysubstituted cyclopropanes were facilly synthesized.     

新型苯并噁唑基吡啶盐的合成及其线性光学性质

以邻氨基苯酚和对甲基苯甲酸为原料,多聚磷酸为溶剂,N₂保护下于220 ℃反应制得中间体L1; L1溴代得中间体L2; L2与三苯基膦反应得膦盐L3,L3与吡啶-3-甲醛通过Wittig反应制得中间体L4,再通过甲基化反应和阴离子置换合成了未见报导的化合物1~6,并利用¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, FT-IR和HR-MS对化合物1~6的结构进行了表征。单晶结构测试表明:化合物1(CCDC: 1838541)的阳离子部分的平面性较好。紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱结果表明：化合物1~6在不同极性溶剂中均具有良好的光学性质。     

Facile and Convenient One-pot Synthesis of 1,1-Disubstituted Cyclopropanes in Water

A facile and convenient one-pot synthesis method of substituted cyclopropanes in water has been developed.A series of 1,1-disubstituted cyclopropanes 3 were synthesized from the reaction of β-dicarbonyl compounds 1 with 1,2-dibromoethane 2,in very high yields catalyzed by tetrabutylammonium bromide(TBAB) at 50 oC in the presence of K2CO3 in water.The catalyst TBAB in the aqueous phase can be reused after the separation of organic products.

A New Synthesis of Polysubstituted Cyclopropanes

Polysubstituted cyclopropane derivatives (3a-3h) could be obtained by reaction of activate olefinic compounds (2) with the cyanophosphates (1) aldehydes (benzaldehyde, cinnamaldehyde and croton-aldehyde) in the presence of butyllithium and tetra-methylethylenediamine in tetrahydrofuran via a Michael addition followed by 1,3-elimination.
