The salt triethylentetraammonium bis monohydrogen-monophosphate dihydrate is orthorhombic Pbca with unit cell dimensions a = 8.963(2), b = 10.326(2), c = 17.381(4)Å; Z = 4; Dm = 1.540 g cm–3; D x = 1.562 g cm–3. The examination of the structure shows a layer arrangement parallel to the axis: planes of [HPO4]2– tetrahedra alternate with planes of [(NH3(CH2)2NH2CH2)2]4+. The [HPO4]2– tetrahedra are connected through O(W)s--H···O hydrogen bonds, so that infinite chains of the composition [HPO4(H2O)]n 2n– are formed in the structure parallel to the axis. The structure of this compound is built from [HPO4]2– anions, [(NH3(CH2)2NH2CH2)2]4+ cations and zeolitic water molecules connected by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The structure was solved by the Patterson method and refined to final R value of 0.043 for 1590 independent reflections. The structure consists of infinite parallel two-dimensional [ 01] planes built of mutually connected ions and water molecules by strong O—H···O and N—H···O hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

Treatment of (μ-SCH2CH2CH2S-μ)Fe2(CO)6 with equimolar 2-C5H4NPPh2 in the presence of Me3NO·2H2O in CH2Cl2/MeCN solutions gave the title complex (μ-SCH2CH2CH2S-μ)Fe2(CO)5(2-C5H4NPPh2) in 76% yield. The title complex was characterized by spectroscopy as well as by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The molecular structure consists of a butterfly [Fe2S2] cluster with propane, five carbonyls, and 2-C5H4NPPh2. In the crystal packing diagram, intermolecular C–H···O hydrogen bonds between phenyl and carbonyl groups stabilize the solid state.  相似文献

By means of alternating current electrochemical synthesis, triclinic crystals of [(C3H5)2NH2][Cu(NO3)2] -complex were obtained: space group ,a=7.218(2),b=7.536(2),c=10.231 (3) Å, =74.75(3), =82.47(3), .=77.22(3)°, andD meas=1.80(1)g cm–3 forZ=2. The structure consists of diallylammonium cations which form two -coordinate bonds to the same copper atom. Oxygen atoms from NO3-anions complete the trigonal pyramidal metal environment. The coordinated C=C bonds are lengthened to 1.349(5) and 1.369(5) Å.  相似文献

The new compound [Pd(NH2CH2CH2OH)4][Pd6(NH2CH2CH2S)8]Cl6 · 5H2O (I) is synthesized and its crystal structure is determined. The crystals are monoclinic, a = 25.625(6) Å, b = 9.633(5) Å, c = 24.847(7) Å, β = 91.47(2)°, Z = 4, and space group C2/c. The structural units of crystals I are the centrosymmetric hexanuclear [Pd6(NH2CH2CH2S)8]4+ cations, the mononuclear [Pd(NH2CH2CH2OH)4]2+ cations with C 2 symmetry, the Cl? anions, and crystallization water molecules. In the hexanuclear cation, the interaction between the Pd atoms occurs through the S atoms of the mercaptoethylaminate ligands. The Pd(2) and Pd(3) atoms and the ligands form two metallochelate fragments in which the N and S atoms are located in cis positions. The average lengths of the Pd-S and Pd-N bonds are equal to 2.274(1) and 2.074(6) Å, respectively. The metallochelate fragments are joined to each other and to their centrosymmetric analogues through the Pd(1) atom, which coordinates four S atoms [the average Pd-Sav bond length is 2.332(1) Å]. In the mononuclear cation, the Pd(4) atom coordinates four N atoms of the monoethylaminate ligands [the Pd-N bond lengths are 2.045(6) and 2.056(6) Å]. The shortest Pd?Pd distance is equal to 3.207(1) Å. The bonding in the structure is provided by numerous hydrogen bonds with the participation of all the H2O molecules, NH2 groups, and Cl? anions.  相似文献

The title compound crystallizes in the centrosymmetric triclinic space group withZ=4. The crystallographic asymmetric unit contains two independent cations; interatomic distances within these include P=O=1.47(1) and 1.47(1) Å, P–C6H5=1.78(2)–1.81(1)Å and P–CH2CH2NMe3 +=1.80(1) and 1.81(1) Å. 用XRD,TG-DTA,FT-IR和SEM对水热法合成的孔道结构钒铝磷酸盐(NH3CH2CH2NH2)[(VO)Al(PO4)2]进行了热性能表征.该化合物中有机组份的分解温度,在氧化气氛中为305~529℃,在惰性气氛中为411~593℃.有机组分的分解逸出导致了结构的破坏,但晶体的微形貌没有发生明显的变化;温度继续升高,发生相变.该化合物热稳定性较其它含有机模板的孔道结构钒磷酸盐要高,主要原因在于结构中存在[AlO4]和[PO4]共顶连接而成的一维链,这种链增加了骨架的强度.  相似文献

The title compound, Cu2C17H16O2.5Cl2, is a copper(II) complex, in which each dimeric unit has two copper atoms bridged by a pyrazolato ligand, a di(2-pyridyl)]methane ligand, and an oxygen atom from the modified methylene group that links the two pyridine rings (O-C-O-CH2CH3). The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic groupP21/n,a=7.7330(1),b=19.589(6),c=13.123(2)Å,=95.020(0)°,V=1980.3(7)Å3,Z=4,F w=514.3,D Do =1.725 g cm–3(MoK)=0.71073 Å,F(000)=1032,=2.44 mm–1, R=0.044 for 2209 observed reflections,Rw=0.047,s=0.086. Each dimer is linked to the next unit by long chlorine bonds (Cu(2)-Cl(1)=2.846(2)Å). These tetrameric units form zigzagged chains through copperchlorine bonds of 3.380(2)Å. 以1,3-丙二胺为模板,水热合成了三维孔道结构钒磷酸盐[H3N(CH2)3NH3]2[H3N(CH2)3NH2][H2N(CH2)3NH2][V(H2O)2(VO)8(OH)4(PO4)4(HPO4)4]·4H2O(DAP-V9P8).用单晶X射线衍射、红外光谱和热重法对该化合物的晶体结构进行了表征.DAP-V9P8的无机骨架由[VO5]、[VO6]、[PO4]和[HPO4]通过共顶点连接而成.孔道中充填的丙二胺分子随所处结晶学位置不同,有三种完全不同的分子构象.其中,位于//b轴直径达1.82nm椭圆形孔道中心的丙二胺分子碳链呈独特的直线状分布.晶体学参数:a=1.4820(9)nm,b=1.0255(4)nm,c=1.8181(9)nm,β=90.391(8)°;P21/n(No.14);R1=0.0772,wR2=0.2004(I>(2σI)).与等结构的其它化合物进行了系统的结构比较.  相似文献

[WBr2(Co)(PPh2Cy)2(2-MeC2Me)]·CH2Cl2 (Cy = cyclohexyl) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group, P21/n, with a = 10.606(12), b = 23.11(3), c = 18.19(2) Å, = 106.070(10) Dcalc = 1.610g cm–3 for Z = 4. The tungsten coordination geometry can best be considered as a distorted octahedron, with the but-2-yne ligand occupying one coordination site, which has a trans-Br(2) group. The equatorial plane is made up of trans-PPh2Cy groups, with the bromo and carbonyl ligands occupying the other two sites.  相似文献

在单晶X射线衍射实验的基础上,对孔道结构化合物V9P8-en的类质同象物V9(P,B)8-en的晶体结构和晶体化学进行了深入研究.结果表明,该化合物的晶体学数据为:P2(1)/n,a=1.43134(9)nm,b=1.01256(6)nm,c=1.83156(12)nm,β=90.280(2)°,V=2.6545(3)nm3,Z=2,R=0.0540,wR2=0.1551.结构中,沿着三个结晶轴方向发育复杂而规整的三维孔道,最大孔径达1.83nm(∥b轴),质子化乙二胺和水分子居于孔道中.硼部分替代四面体配位的磷,替代率为B8:P8=0.1838:7.8162;其中B与{P-OH}位P的替代量大于与[P-O]位P的替代量.相对于V9P8-en来说,V9(P,B)8-en的晶胞参数发生了变化,导致b轴增长(1.0150→1.0256nm)和c轴缩短(1.8374→1.8316nm),同时β角变小(90.39→90.278(2)°).二者的化学计量比也不同,体现在结构与孔容的关系、电荷平衡、满足亲水-疏水作用的结晶水的数量及有机模板分子的赋存状态等方面都有差异.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of the complexes of [NiCl2(N4-trzCH2CH2 COPh)4]6H2O and [CoCl2(N4-trzCH2CH2COPh)4] 6H2O (trz = 1,2,4-triazole) have been determined by X-ray crystallography. They are isomorphous. The crystal structures are very similar. They both crystallize in the monoclinic system, space group P2 1/c, Z = 4; the former with lattice parameters a = 8.0391(2), b = 10.8215(2), c = 29.0133(2) Å, = 94.792(1)°; the latter with a = 8.039(2), b = 10.822(2), c = 29.013(6) Å, = 94.79(3)°. They all display almost perfect octahedral coordination geometry around the central metal atom. Each metal atom is coordinated by four N atoms of triazole from four -propiophenone-1,2,4-triazole ligands and two chloride anions in a trans arrangement. In addition to the coordinating metal complex, there are six uncoordinated water molecules, which complete the crystal structure. In the solid state, the title two compounds form three dimensional network structures through hydrogen bonds. The intermolecular hydrogen bonds connect the [MCl2(C2H2N3CH2CH2COPh)4] and H2O moieties.  相似文献

The crystalline products [Me2Al–N(CH2CH2)2–C–(OCH2)2]2 (I) and [Me2Ga–N(Si(H)Me2)2]2 (II) were prepared from reactions of trimethylaluminum and trimethylgallium with 1,4-dioxa-8-azaspiro[4.5]-decane and 1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisilazane, respectively, in toluene. The organoaluminum dimer crystallizes in the monoclinic space groupP21/c with unit cell parametersa=8.970(2) ,b=9.683(2) ,c=12.833(3) , =103.18(2)°,V=1085.3(3) 3, andD calcd=1.22 g cm–3 forZ=2. Least-squares refinement based on 935 observed reflectionsI>3(I) in the range 3.5°<2<45.0° led to a finalR factor of 0.033 (R w =0.041). The dimeric organosilazagallium crystallizes in the triclinic space group with unit cell parametersa=7.636(2) ,b=9.168(2) ,c=9.466(3), =72.81(2)°, =87.94(2)°, =69.90(2)°,V=593.0(3) 3, andD calcd=1.30 g cm–3 forZ=1. Least-squares refinement based on 1661 observed reflectionsI>3(I) in the range 3.5°<2<48.0° led to a finalR factor of 0.055 (R w =0.070). Both compoundsI andII reside about a crystallographic center of symmetry and contain a planar M2N2 (M=Al forI, Ga forII) four-membered ring withI having an Al...Al contact of 2.801 .  相似文献

为了探讨化学成份对VPO体系孔道结构化合物结构稳定性的影响,根据酸碱平衡原理进行了合成实验设计;利用V2O5、H3PO4、H3BO3等简单的无机前驱物、乙二胺作结构导向剂,水热法合成了孔道结构钒硼磷酸盐化合物(H3NCH2CH2NH3)2(H3NCH2CH2NH2)[VⅢ(H2O)2(VⅣO)8(OH)4(H(P,B)O4)4((P,B)O4)4(H2O)2]·3H2O(简称V9(P,B)8-en).典型的反应起始物摩尔比为n(V2O5):n(H3BO3):n(H3PO4):n(en):n(H2O)=0.89:3.50:3.50:3.60:265(pH值为6.5),在175℃、自生压力条件下恒温晶化6.5d(最终pH值为5.9).通过电子探针、粉末X射线衍射、红外吸收光谱、原子占位度修正等方法,对产物的化学成份、物相及其结构等进行了实验研究.证实V9(P,B)8-en为V9P8-en的类质同象化合物,不同晶粒中B与P的含量有差别,B与P之比为O.1:7.9~2.54:5.46(原子比),但恒有V:(P+B)≈9:8.表明通过合理设计和控制合成条件,可在保持V9P8-en基本结构不变的前提下通过同晶取代引入新的化学成份,并由此探讨成份与结构稳定性的关系.  相似文献

The ethylenediammonium pentachlorobismuthate(III) dihydrate salt is monoclinic with the following unit cell dimensions: a = 10.902(8)Å, b = 7.926(6)Å, c = 15.199(6)Å, = 96.40(1)°, space group P21/n with Z = 4. The structure shows a layer arrangement parallel to the axis: planes of the [Bi2Cl10]4– bioctahedra alternate with planes of [NH3(CH2)2NH3]2+ dications. The [Bi2Cl10]4– bioctahedra are connected through O(W)–H··· Cl hydrogen bonds, so that infinite unidimensional chains of composition [Bi2Cl10(H2O)2] n 4n– are formed in the structure parallel to the axis. These chains are themselves interconnected by means of the N–H···Cl bonds originating from the [NH3(CH2)2NH3]2+ entities, forming a three-dimensional network.  相似文献

The title compound exists as a 1D coordination polymer consisting of succinate anions, manganese cations and 2,2-bipyridyl molecules. Twelve water molecules are present in the unit cell and are part of a hydrogen bonding system. Some of these waters are binding to manganese cations while others are only participating in hydrogen bonding. Three new mercury(II) complexes containing tertiary phosphine betaine ligands Ph3P+(CH2)2CO2 ? and Ph3P+(CH2)3CO2 ? have been synthesized and fully characterized by single-crystal X-ray analysis: [HgCl2{Ph3(CH2)2CO2}],1, space groupP21/n,a=9.819(2),b=14.966(4),c=14.973(5) Å, β=105.67(2)° andZ=4; [HgI2{Ph3(CH2)2CO2}],2,P21/n,a=10.206(2),b=14.807(3),c=15.557(3) Å, β=107.11(2)° andZ=4; [HgCl(μ-Cl){Ph3P(CH2)3CO2}]2,3, $P\bar 1$ ,a=10.813(2),b=11.975(3),c=11.180(2) Å, α=87.04(2), β=75.14(1), γ=81.95(1)° andZ=1. The isomorphous complexes1 and2 contain discrete mononuclear molecules in which the mercury(II) atom is unsymmetrically chelated by a Ph3P+(CH2)2CO 2 ? ligand and coordinated by a pair of terminal halo ligands in a distorted tetrahedral environment, while3 consists of discrete centrosymmetric dinuclear molecules in which the betaine ligand Ph2P+(CH2)3CO 2 ? acts in the chelate mode and the mercury(II) atoms are unsymmetrically bridged by a pair of chloro ligands.  相似文献

Treatment of the diphosphine ligand 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)cyclobutenedione (bpcbd) with the THF adduct fac-BrRe(CO)3(THF)2 at room temperature furnishes the new dirhenium compound [BrRe(CO)3]2(bpcbd) instead of the expected mononuclear compound fac-BrRe(CO)3(bpcbd). [BrRe(CO)3]2(bpcbd) was characterized in solution by IR spectroscopy, and the solid-state structure was solved by X-ray crystallography. [BrRe(CO)3]2(bpcbd), as the CH2Cl2 solvate, crystallizes in the space group P , a = 11.173(1), b = 13.362(1), c = 15.250(1) Å, = 108.973(7)°, = 99.477(8)°, = 110.466(7)°, V = 1915.0(3) Å3, Z = 2, and d calc = 2.143 g-cm–3. The structure of [BrRe(CO)3]2(bpcbd) consists of two rhenium centers that are six-coordinate and possess nearly ideal octahedral geometry. The two Re(CO)3 units are linked together by the bridging diphosphine ligand and two bridging bromide groups.  相似文献

A novel titanic molybdenum(V) phosphate (NH3CH2CH2NH2)5Na [Ti2Mo12O30(PO4) (HPO4)4(H2PO4)3]6H2O crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 12.057(3) Å, b = 14.668(2) Å, c = 21.2680(10) Å, = 80.840(10)°, = 82.960(10)°, = 76.65(2)°, and D c = 2.707 g cm–3 for Z = 2, Refinement based on 12,037 observed reflections led to R = 0.0609. The result of single crystal x-ray diffraction revealed the presence of a tunnel and two crystallographically independent clusters in the solid state structure. The plane layers in its solid-state structure are interconnected in-sheet (axial) through multipoint hydrogen bonding between the ethylenediamine nitrogen atoms and the cluster oxygen atoms.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of [ZnCl2(N4-trzCH2COPh)2] (trz = 1,2,4-triazole) has been determined by X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with lattice parameters a = 26.7892(4) Å, b = 4.9392(2) Å, c = 20.7872(1) Å, = 127.517 (1), and z = 4. The complex has C 2 symmetry. The coordination geometry of each Zn atom is distorted tetrahedral formed by two Cl atoms and two tertiary N atoms of the -(1,2,4-triazole-1-yl)-acetophenone ligands. The two equivalent Zn–Cl and Zn–N bonds form bond angles around the Zn(II) atom in the range 101.4(1)–120.8(1). C–H O intermolecular interactions link the molecules in infinite chains in the [101] direction.  相似文献
