In this paper,the(2+1)-dimensional Hunter-Saxton equation is proposed and studied. It is shown that the(2+1)-dimensional Hunter–Saxton equation can be transformed to the Calogero–Bogoyavlenskii–Schiff equation by reciprocal transformations.Based on the Lax-pair of the Calogero–Bogoyavlenskii–Schiff equation,a non-isospectral Lax-pair of the(2+1)-dimensional Hunter–Saxton equation is derived. In addition, exact singular solutions with a finite number of corners are obtained.Furthermore,the(2+1)-dimensional μ-Hunter–Saxton equation is presented, and its exact peaked traveling wave solutions are derived. 相似文献

Under investigation in this paper is a generalized variable-coefficient Korteweg-de Vries-modified Korteweg-de Vries equation which describes certain atmospheric blocking phenomenon. Lax pair and infinitely many conservation laws are obtained. With the help of the Hirota method and symbolic computation, the one-, two- and three-soliton solutions are given. Besides, breather and double pole solutions are derived. Propagation characteristics and interactions of breathers and solitons are discussed analytically and graphically. Results also show that the soliton changes its type between depression and elevation periodically. Parabolic-like breather and double pole are depicted. Conditions of the depression and elevation solitons are also given. 相似文献

Integrability of extended (2+1)-dimensional shallow water wave equation with Bell polynomials 下载免费PDF全文
We investigate the extended (2+1)-dimensional shallow water wave equation. The binary Bell polynomials are used to construct bilinear equation, bilinear Bäcklund transformation, Lax pair, and Darboux covariant Lax pair for this equation. Moreover, the infinite conservation laws of this equation are found by using its Lax pair. All conserved densities and fluxes are given with explicit recursion formulas. The N-soliton solutions are also presented by means of the Hirota bilinear method. 相似文献

In this paper, a generalized (3+1)-dimensional variable-coefficient nonlinear-wave equation is studied in liquid with gas bubbles. Based on the Hirota's bilinear form and symbolic computation, lump and interaction solutions between lump and solitary wave are obtained, which include a periodic-shape lump solution, a parabolic-shape lump solution, a cubic-shape lump solution, interaction solutions between lump and one solitary wave, and between lump and two solitary waves. The spatial structures called the bright lump wave and the bright-dark lump wave are discussed. Interaction behaviors of two bright-dark lump waves and a periodic-shape bright lump wave are also presented. Their interactions are shown in some 3D plots. 相似文献

In this paper, by virtue of symbolic computation, the investigation is made on a generalized variable-coefficient higher-order nonlinear Schrödinger equation with varying higher-order effects and gain or loss, which can describe the femtosecond optical pulse propagation in a monomode dielectric waveguide. A modified dependent variable transformation is introduced into the bilinear method to transform such an equation into a variable-coefficient bilinear form. Based on the formal parameter expansion technique, the multi-soliton solutions of this equation are obtained through the bilinear form under sets of parametric constraints. A Bäcklund transformation in bilinear form is also obtained for the first time in this paper. Finally, discussions on the analytic soliton solutions are given and various propagation situations are illustrated. 相似文献

The variable-coefficient Korteweg–de Vries (KdV)-typed models, although often hard to be studied, are of current interest in describing various real situations. Under investigation hereby is a large class of the generalized variable-coefficient KdV models with external-force and perturbed/dissipative terms. Recent examples of this class include those in blood vessels and circulatory system, arterial dynamics, trapped Bose–Einstein condensates related to matter waves and nonlinear atom optics, Bose gas of impenetrable bosons with longitudinal confinement, rods of compressible hyperelastic material and semiconductor heterostructures with positonic phenomena. In this Letter, based on symbolic computation, four transformations are proposed from this class either to the cylindrical or standard KdV equation when the respective constraint holds. The constraints have nothing to do with the external-force term. Under those transformations, such analytic solutions as those with the Airy, Hermit and Jacobian elliptic functions can be obtained, including the solitonic profiles. The roles for the perturbed and external-force terms to play are observed and discussed. Investigations on this class can be performed through the properties of solutions of cylindrical and standard KdV equations. 相似文献

Binary Bell polynomial application in generalized (2+1)-dimensional KdV equation with variable coefficients 下载免费PDF全文
In this paper, we apply the binary Bell polynomial approach to high-dimensional variable-coefficient nonlinear evolution equations. Taking the generalized (2+1)-dimensional KdV equation with variable coefficients as an illustrative example, the bilinear formulism, the bilinear Bäcklund transformation and the Lax pair are obtained in a quick and natural manner. Moreover, the infinite conservation laws are also derived. 相似文献

To construct a class of new multiwave interaction solutions for the (3+1)-dimensional generalized Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation, we calculate different types of interaction solutions among solitons, periodic waves and rational waves using the direct algebraic method together with the inheritance solving skill. Moreover, a new algorithm is proposed with the aid of the simplified Hirota method, the conjugated parameters assignment and long wave limit strategies, from which multiwave interaction solutions among solitons, breathers and lump waves are generated. 相似文献

A model of random walks on a deformable medium is proposed in 2+1 dimensions. The behavior of the walk is characterized by the stability parameter beta and the stiffness exponent alpha. The average square end-to-end distance l approximately equals (2nu) and the average number of visited sites approximately equals (k) are calculated. As beta increases, for each alpha there exists a critical transition point beta(c) from purely random walks ( nu = 1/2 and k approximate to 1) to compact growth ( nu = 1/3 and k = 2/3). The relationship between beta(c) and alpha can be expressed as beta(c) = e(alpha). The landscape generated by a walk is also investigated by means of the visit-number distribution N(n)(beta). There exists a scaling relationship of the form N(n)(beta)approximately n(-2)f(n/beta(z)). 相似文献

The (n+1)-dimensional differential geometric generalization of the sine-Gordon equation (SGE) given by Tenenblat and Terng is solved explicitly in the casen=2 to obtain a one-soliton solution. The solution yields the soliton solution of the (1+1)-dimensional SGE in the limit as one of the three independent variables approaches infinity. However, more than one variable plays the role of time in these limits. 相似文献

The (2 + 1)-dimensional Skyrme gauge model with a Chern-Simons term is considered. The presence of the Chern-Simons term makes possible the existence of two-dimensional skyrmions in this model, which carry magnetic flux and have an electric charge and a nonzero angular momentum. It is shown that the model also admits the existence of two-dimensional skyrmions with a nonzero phase frequency of rotation. Due to the nontrivial topological properties of the model, the magnetic flux, the electric charge, and the angular momentum of a two-dimensional rotating skyrmion turn out to be interrelated. Analytic and numerical investigations of the properties of rotating two-dimensional skyrmions are carried out. 相似文献
