A hydrodynamic-thermodynamic equation set was set up to reflect the formational mechanism and evolution of the Northern Yellow (Huanghai) Sea cold water mass (NYSCWM) and its density circulation. Appropriate mathematical physical models were established by using some physical postulations. An approximate analytic solution to expound the distributions of temperature and three-dimensional current velocity, which can be used to expound the formational mechanism of the NYSCWM and its density circulation is obtained by using the theory of boundary layer and perturbational analyses.  相似文献

Based on the crystal symmetry of [L-Met]~(B0) bovine insulin (LMBBI) and the fundamental theory of the molecular packing method, the scheme for the determination of the position and orientation of the molecules by only using one-dimensional rotation and one-dimensional translation was chosen to be used,and therefore the calculation of the rotation function of the molecular replacement method and the refinement of the rotational and translational parameters by using the R-factor search method were simplified greatly. After the preliminary refinement by using the macromolecular rigid body refinement technique, the molecular model was further refined and adjusted by using the energy-minimizing stereochemical-restrained least squares refinement technique assisted by the manual revision on the difference Fourier maps.The L-Met residues on the N-termlnus of the B-chain appeared clearly on the final electron density map.  相似文献

According to the influence of underlayer factor upon the basin erosion and in the support of Geographic Information System (GIS) of Loess Plateau(LPIS), the Gushanchuan Basin is divided into several regions with different erosion intensity. Correlating them to the BSL quantity, the complete soil loss model is established. By using this model, the soil loss quantity of the whole basin as well as each erosion intensity region can be estimated.  相似文献

The ENDOR spectrum of ~(14)N-~(63)Cu-HAP complex in DMSO/EtOH (5:1) freezing solution at 20 K has been studied using orientational selective method in this paper. The anisotropic superhyperfine coupling tensor and qusdrupole coupling tensor of ligand ~(14)N nucleus, and the superhyperfine coupling tensor of various ~1H nuclei have been measured precisely. Comparing the superhyperfine coupling tensor of ~(14)N-nucleus with previous work shows that the analytical method of spectrum is reasonable and the data are reliable in our previous work.  相似文献

Ba1-x SrxTiO3 (BST) powders were fabricated by sol-gel process by using strontium carbonate for the substitution of strontium acetate. Barium acetate, strontium carbonate and titanium-tetrabutoxide were used as raw materials. The BST gel was studied by thermal analysis techniques, the physical structure of the BST powders was measured by XRD and the grain size was measured. The results showed that the powders possess a single perovskite phase after 700℃ and the ideal powder size even after 800℃ calcining. This indicated that the powder can be used for BST ceramics and the fabrication of the sol-gel derived BST can be carried out well by using carbonate as the starting materials.  相似文献

SrxBi1-xFeO3- (SBF) series mixed conductors were synthesized using Standard ceramic method. The properties of such materials were characterized by XRD, O2-TPD techniques. Ab-normal crystal phenomena were found and explained and correlated with the oxygen permeation results. By analysis of the critical radius (rc), the degree of openness of the lattice (Fv) and the average metal-oxygen bonding energy of the perovskite lattice (ABE), it was proposed that the oxygen permeation flux is determined mainly by the oxygen diffusion rate in bulk when 1-x≤0.5, and by the concentration of oxygen vacancy when 1-x≥ 0.5. The stability of Sr0.5Bi0.5FeO3- was also investigated, and the high stability of it was attributed to the stable BO6 octahedra.  相似文献

The structure and properties of poly(N-vinylcarbazole) (PVCZ) obtainedvia asymmetrically stereoselective polymerization have been studied by using ~1HNMRspectra, UV spectra, DSC analysis and GPC. The steric microstructure i.e. the contentof isotactic sequences was found to be increased by using AIBN to (-)Sp~+(+)CSA~- asthe initiators or catalysts and the mole extinction coefficient to be decreased. Bimodalmolecular weight distribution (MWD)s of the obtained PVCZs were caused by two propa-gating species of the free ions and the ion-pairs associated with the organic salts duringpolymerization.  相似文献

The reaction of O(~3P) with CH_2Cl radical has been studied using ab initio molecular orbital theory. G2 (MP2) method is used to calculate the geometrical parameters, vibrational frequencies and energies of various stationary points on the potential energy surface. The reaction mechanism is revealed. The addition of O(~3P) with CH_2Cl leads to the formation of an energy rich intermediate OCH_2Cl which can subsequently undergo decomposition or isomerization to the final products. The calculated heat of reaction for each channel is in agreement with the experimental value. The production of H CHClO and Cl CH_2O are predicted to be the major channels. The overall rate constants are calculated using transition state theory on the basis of ab initio data. The rate constant is pressure independent and exhibits negative temperature dependence at lower temperatures, in accordance with the experimental results.  相似文献

Narrowly distributed polystyrene-g-p(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PSt-g-PNIPAM) was prepared by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of N-isopropylacrylamide using the brominated polystyrene as macroinitiator and CuCl combined with hexamethyltriethylenetetramine as catalyst. Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy confirmed the structure of PSt-g-PNIPAM. The gel permeation chromatography (GPC) showed that the graft copoly- mer had a single distribution peak with molecular weight, Mn (g/mol) of 19815 g/mol (using polystyrene as the standard). Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) revealed that due to both effects of hydro- phobic isopropyl groups and hydrogen bonds in the amide group, the glass transition temperature (Tg) of PSt-g-PNIPAM enhanced 16.0 ℃ compared to the Tg of the polystyrene.  相似文献

The (cis-1,4 and 1,2) polybutadiene polymerized with iron catalyst was investigated by ~(13)C-NMR. Assignments have been made on the spectra for all peaks of the aliphatic and olefinic carbons using chemical shift corrective terms together with Furukawa parameters. The relative intensities of peaks were calculated from the Bernoulli distribution of cis-1,4 and 1,2 units.Quantification of cis-1,4 and 1,2 contents, sequence distribution, alternation pattern of cis-1,4 and 1,2 units, and the chain propagation mechanism were discussed as a result of the detailed study of the spectra.  相似文献

Reported here is the Cr-speciation study by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) using precolumn derivatization with ammonium pyrolidinyldithiocarbamate (APDC) and spectrophotometric detection. The rapid and sensitive method has been successfully applied to the analysis of environmental water. The substituted cyclopentadienyl-magnesium-chloride, obtained by exocyclic addition of 6,6-dialkylfulvene and allyl-magnesium-chloride, reacted with the ketone 3, the product was hydrolyzed and dehydrated to give the 2-(1 ,1-dialkyl-3-butenyl)-6,6-dialkyl-fulvene 5. A new type of MCCS (microcells connected in series) has been constructed and its performances investigated. It has been applied to the determination of streptomycin. The sensitivity and accuracy have been increased significantly. A theoretical model for the error of determination using the MCCS has been suggested and proved experimentally using the Monte Carlo method, and the error model proposed in Ref. An excellent organic blue light-emitting diode based on 4,40-bis(diphenylamino)-quinque( p-phenylene)s (OPP(5)-NPh) with a maximum luminance of up to 5000 cd/m2 and a luminanous efficiency of 1.3 cd/A was reported. This diode was made by using a wide band-gap hole-blocking layer, F-TBB instead of PBD in the OLED devices. We attribute the good performance to the one trade-off involved in the use of F-TBB to obtain higher luminance is the increased turn-on voltages and slightly decreased device efficiencies.  相似文献

The liquid crystallinity of poly(N-vinylcarbazole) was studied by using powder X-ray diffraction, polarized opticalmicroscopy, and differential scanning calorimetry. The results show that the lower molecular weight fractions of this polymerdo not form a liquid crystalline phase, while the samples of sufficiently high molecular weight do form a mesophase attemperatures above the glass transition. The lowest value of the degree of polymerization for PVK to form a stable liquidcrystalline phase was found to be in the range of 150 to 200, significantly higher than the value of 50 for most conventionalside chain liquid crystaline polymers.  相似文献

The excitation energy transfer processes in nionomeric phycoerythrocyanins ( PEC)have been studied in detail using steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence spectra techniques as well as the deconvolution fech nique of spectra.The results indicate that the energy transfer processes should take place between α84 PVB md β8 or β155-PCB chromophores,the time constants of energy transfer are 34.7 and 130 ps individually;the component with lifetime of 1.57 ns originates from the fluorescence lifetime of the terminal emitter of β84 and /or β155 PCB chre-mophores; and the component with lifetime of 515 ps might be assigned to the energy transfer between two PCB chro mophores of β subunit.  相似文献
