Dihexylfluorene and N-butylcarbazole were copolymerized by solid-state oxidative coupling polymerization in the presence of anhydrous FeCl_3 at room temperature.The solid-state films of the copolymers emitted blue light after heating at 150℃in air for 24 h,no red-shifted emission was observed by fluorescence spectroscopy.  相似文献

A Biginelli-type condensation is described using dialkyl acetone-1,3-dicarboxylates as active methylene compounds for the preparation of monastrol analogues. Unexpectedly, the reaction with salicylaldehyde formed two different products depending on the ester alkyl group. This product dichotomy was found to be caused by the steric effects exerted by the alcohol terminus of the ester group in the active methylene component. Previous controversial results as to the structure of the Biginelli product 3 are also discussed.  相似文献

The key step involves a thermodynamically controlled cyclization reaction. A number of new dialkyl 5-(aryl)-1-phenyl-1H-prazole-3,4-dicarboxylate derivatives have been prepared regiospecifically in moderate to good yield from the cyclocondensation reaction of dialkyl (E)-2-(dialkoxyphosphoryl)-3-(aroyl)-2-butenedioate, derived from the reaction between trimethyl phosphite, an acetylenic ester, and an aroyl chloride, with phenylhydrazine. The reaction is four-component and is carried out under reflux conditions in dry toluene.  相似文献

The reaction of dimethyl 4-hydroxy-4-methyl-6-oxo-2-phenylcyclohexane-1,3-dicarboxylate with tryptamine was accompanied by dehydration with formation of dimethyl 4-[2-(1H-indol-3-yl)ethylamino]-6-methyl-2-phenylcyclohexa-3,5-diene-1,3-dicarboxylate, presumably due to basic properties of the indole nitrogen atom.  相似文献

The 1:1 intermediate generated by the addition of quinoline to dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates is trapped by 1,3-indanedione to yield dialkyl 3-spiroindanedione-1,2,3,3a-tetrahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoline-1,2-dicarboxylates in good yields. Spirooxindoles are a class of molecules possessing significant biological effects such as antiviral, antifungal, antibacterial and anticancer properties. Herein we report a series of spirooxindole molecules having 2-amino pyran-3-carbonitrile and with two ester groups. 基于二氢吡啶化合物的构效关系, 设计了一系列1,4-二氢-4-芳基-3,5-吡啶二羧酸酯新化合物. 含有易于水解基团的1,4-二氢-4-芳基-3,5-吡啶二羧酸酯类化合物在碱性条件下水解合成了重要中间体1,4-二氢-4-芳基-3,5-吡啶二羧酸单酯, 收率93%~99.8%. 该二羧酸单酯与α-溴代芳基乙酮在相转移剂催化下反应合成目标化合物, 收率74%~99%. 中间体和目标化合物经1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, MS和元素分析等确证.  相似文献

The new analogues of nifedipine, in which 2-nitrophenyl group at position 4 is replaced by phenylisoxazolyl substituent, were synthesized. The symmetrical dialkyl 1,4-dihydro-2,6-dimethyl-4-(5-phenylisoxazol-3-yl)pyridine-3,5-dicarboxylates were prepared by classical Hantzsch condensation, and the asymmetrical analogues were synthesized using a procedure reported by Dagnino that involved the condensation of alkyl acetoacetate with alkyl 3-aminocrotonate and 5-phenylisoxazole-3-carboxaldehyde. The structure of all compounds was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and Mass spectra. In vitro calcium channel antagonist activities were evaluated as calcium channel antagonists using the high K+ concentration of guinea-pig ileum longitudinal smooth muscle (GPILSM) assay. These compounds exhibited moderate calcium antagonist activity (IC50 = 10?7 to 10? 5 M range) relative to the reference drug nifedipine (IC50 = 1.10 ± 0.40 × 10?8 M).  相似文献

以2,7-二溴芴酮为起始原料,在芴的9位引入芳香取代基代替传统的烷基取代基,增加9位的稳定性,并用AB+AB2的方法,用新单体合成了不同支化度的超支化聚合物,新合成的超支化聚合物具有良好的热稳定性和发光稳定性.聚合物的热分解温度都在400℃以上;聚合物的薄膜在空气中于200℃加热2 h后没有出现绿光发射带,发光稳定性和烷基聚芴相比得到明显的提高.DSC结果显示,线性聚合物在170℃时有玻璃化转变,超支化聚合物在300℃以内没有明显的相转变,保持一种稳定的无定形态,更有利于提高材料的发光效率.  相似文献
