The 1H NMR spectra of the title benzodiazepines derivatives is highly congested because all the protons are in aromatic environment so many proton signals remain overlap even 300 MHz or higher fields. With this in mind, the assignment of the 1H and 13C spectra of these compounds obtained using COSY, NOESY, HMQC and HMBC experiments is reported.  相似文献

Total assignment of 13C and 1H NMR spectra of the 5-isopropylsulfonyl-2-norbornenes 2 was achieved using the concerted application of two-dimensional homonuclear and heteronuclear chemical shift correlations. Carbon-13 NMR chemical shifts of a series of (E)- and (Z)-N-ethyl-N-methylamides [RC(O)NEtMe, R=H, Me, Et, i-Pr, t-Bu, CF3, ClCH2, Cl2CH, Cl3C, BrCH2, Br2CH, Br3C and ICH2] are reported. The α-carbon and carbonyl carbon chemical shifts are correlated with the empirical α-substituent effect and Charton's electrical parameter ([sgrave]I), respectively. Carbon-13 NMR spectra of 3-aryl-4-cyanosydnones have been analyzed to serve as an electronic structure probe of sydnones. 2-Dimensional INADEQUATE experiments and spin-lattice relaxation time measurements were employed to ascertain exact assignments. Deshielding of the phenyl carbon para to the sydnone ring manifests that N(3) bears positive charge. The electronic-rich property of C(4) is confirmed by shift data of cyano carbons, which have been found by far the most shielded cyano carbons in nitrile-containing compounds yet reported. Shift variations of C(5) resulting from the substitution at C(4) and supplementary oxygen-17 chemical shift data provide evidence in favor of the chain-conjugated structure.  相似文献

One of the major product from the photodimerization of 2-[2-(2-methyl-phenyl)ethenyl)]naphtho[2. 1-b]furan (1) is a new fused cyclobutane-naphthofuran derivative, 6-(2-methylphenyl)-1-[2-(2-methylphenyl)ethenyl]-7-(2-naphtho-[2,1-b]furyl)-3-[2,1]naphtho-2-oxabicyclo[3.2.0]hept-3-ene (2). Its 1H and 13C NMR spectra were fully assigned by the application of COSY, LR COSY, NOESY, APT and HETCOR experiments in deuterated chloroform, acetone and benzene solutions.  相似文献

The 13C NMR spectra of nine 4a-Methyl Octahydrophenanthrols are reported, and their chemical shifts are compared with those of the parent hydrocarbon and correlated against structural parameters. Two new parameters for β interactions are proposed and a α benzylic parameter is analysed. An extension to unsaturated six-membered rings skeletons is also tempted. Predictions for 30 carbons were carried out with an average error of 0.34 ppm.  相似文献

The bridged ruthenium cluster-polypyridine dimer [Ru3O(CH3COO)6(py)2(tmbpy)Ru(bpy)2(Cl)](PF6)2 (py = pyridine, = 2, 2′-bipyridine and tmbpy = 4, 4′-trimethylenedipyridine) has been synthesized and structurally characterized based on 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. This species exhibits a complex pattern of NMR signals due to the presence of a paramagnetic [Ru3O] core and seven non-equivalent aromatic rings. 2D NMR (COSY, HMQC and HMBC) correlation techniques have been required for the total assignment of the 1H and 13C NMR spectra.  相似文献

Four 2r-aryl-6c-phenylthian-4-ones 1b?1e and their 1-oxides 2b?2e and 1,1-dioxides 3b?3e have been newly synthesized. 1H and 13C NMR spectra have been recorded for all these compounds and 2r,6c-diphenylthian-4-one 1-oxide 2a. 13C NMR spectrum has been recorded for the sulfone 3a of 1a. For selected compounds 1H-1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and NOESY spectra have been recorded. The vicinal proton–proton coupling constants suggest that in all these compounds, the heterocyclic ring adopts chair conformation with equatorial orientations of the aryl and phenyl groups. Proton and carbon chemical shifts suggest that in the sulfoxides, the S=O bond is axial and enhances the J aa value by some special effect. The S = O bond causes a significant upfield shift even on carbons without hydrogens. Significant solvent shifts also were observed.  相似文献

A complete assignment of the signals in the 1H and 13C NMR spectra and the stereostructural analysis of the compounds prepacifenol epoxide and the new dehydroxyprepacifenol epoxide are presented. These compounds were extracted from the marine mollusc Aplysia dactylomela and represent the first occurrence of chamigrenes found in Brazilian waters. The NMR analyses are supported by NOE difference and COSY experiments and also by gradient selected HMBC, HSQC-TOCSY and HSQC-DE. 1H spectra simulations were done for the final fitting of the chemical shifts and coupling constants.  相似文献

The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of three aromatic ketimines with varying degrees of fluoro substitution have been extensively studied using one and two dimensional techniques. COSY experiments were conducted to identify the protons on each of the aromatic groups, HETCORR experiments were then utilized to identify the corresponding carbon atoms, and then the order of the carbon atoms was established by long-range HETCORR (HRTCORRLR) results. These studies have allowed rigorous assignments to be made for most of the carbon and hydrogen atoms present in these compounds. Fluorine splittings were very helpful in the analyses. In the course of this study, the NMR absorbances (1H and 13C) of related aldimines have also been assigned. This constitutes the first report on the assignments of 1H and 13C absorbances for ketimines. The observed spectral properties suggest that the structure of aromatic ketimines is one in which the aromatic rings are in three different planes. Two of the aromatic rings, the N-substituted ring and the C-substituted ring in the cis configuration, are twisted substantially out of the plane with respect to the -C=N- bond. The remaining C-substituted aromatic ring, trans to the N-substituted ring, lies in the deshielding zone of the imine bond.  相似文献

The rigid polycyclic nitrogen compound was considered as a test for the reliability of internuclear distances calculated by 1H-NMR spin-lattice relaxation rates. The ‘isotropic’ motional correlation time was calculated from 13C relaxation rates (τC = 0.11 ns at 298 K). Dipolar cross-relaxation rates were calculated by measuring non-, mono- and double-selective proton spin-lattice relaxation rates. All the experimental relaxation rates were thoroughly accounted for by dipolar pairwise interactions. Only at high temperatures a certain contribution from the spin rotational mechanism was apparent.  相似文献
