Zn(II), Cd(II), Hg(II), Pb(II), Cu(I) and Ag(I) complexes of 5-benzylthio-1,2,4-triazole (BTT) have been prepared and characterised on the basis of analytical and IR data. Hg(II), Cd(II), Zn(II), and Pb(II) complexes are assigned tetrahedral structure with polymeric intermolecular linkages through S and N atoms while Ag(I) and Cu(I) are proposed to have polymeric linear structure  相似文献

The present article describes an exploration regarding Hg(II) selective complexation behavior of 5,11,17,23-tetrakis[(N,N-dimethylamino)methyl]-25,26,27,28-tetrahydroxycalix[4]arene (4). The binding affinity of 4 toward selected transition metal ions such as Cd(II), Co(II), Cu(II), Hg(II), Ni(II), Pb(II) and Zn(II) have been investigated by UV-visible and fluorescence spectroscopies. From the results it has been noticed that 4 confers a pronounced preference for Hg(II) in complexation phenomenon even in the presence of other metal ions. The results of Job's plot analysis reveal 1:1 host-guest complex formation between Hg(II) and 4. The FT-IR spectroscopy also supports the complexation affinity of 4 for Hg(II).  相似文献

Two new Hofmann-type complexes, M (1,3-thiazolidine-2-thione)2 Ni(CN)4 (where M = Ni and Cd), were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility data, IR and Raman Spectroscopy. Their structure consist of planar infinite polymeric layers of {M-NI(CN)4}∞. 1,3-thiazolidine-2-thione coordinated to M atom above and below this layers is monodentate and S-bonded in these complexes.  相似文献

The stereochemistry of new iron (III), cobalt (II), nickel (II), copper (II), zinc (II) and cadmium (II) complexes of 6-(2-pyridylazo)-3-acetamidophenol (H2L) was studied on the basis of their analytical, spectroscopic, magnetic and conductance data. the dissociation constant of the ligand, as well as the stability constants of its metal complexes had been determined by spectrophotometric method. on the basis of infrared spectra, the coordination behaviour of the ligand to the metal ions was investigated. Magnetic susceptibility and solid reflectance spectra measurements were used to infer the structure. the isolated complexes were found to have the general formulae [M (HL). xH2O] (A).yH2O, M = Cu (II), Zn (II), Cd (II) and Fe (HI); HL = 6-(2-pyridylazo)-3-acetamido-phenol; a = acetate in the case of Cu (II) and Zn (II) or chloride in the case of Cd (II) and Fe (Ill), x = 1-3 and y=0-5. for [M (H2L).xH2O]Cl2.yH2O, M = Ni (II) and Co (II); HL = 6-(2-pyridyl-azo)-3-acetamidophenol, x=3 and y=5-6).  相似文献

Novel Supramolecular fluorescence receptor derived from calix-system i.e. calix[4]resorcinarene bearing dansylchloride as fluorophore was designed and synthesized. The compound was purified by column chromatography and characterized by elemental analysis, NMR and Mass spectroscopy. Tetradansylated calix[4] resorcinarene (TDCR) shows a boat conformation with C2v symmetry. The complexation behaviour of metal cations [Ag(I), Cd(II), Co(II), Fe(III), Hg(II), Cu(II), Pb(II), Zn(II), U(VI) (1?×?10-4?M)] with tetra dansylated calix[4]resorcinarene (1?×?10-6?M) was studied by spectophotometry and spectrofluorometry. Red shift in the absorption spectra led us to conclude that there is strong complexation Fe(III), Co(II) and Cu(II) with TDCR. These metal cations also produce quenching with red shifts in the emission spectra. The maximum quenching in emission intensity was observed in the case of Fe(III) and its binding constant was also found to be significantly higher than that of Co(II) and Cu(II). Quantum yield of metal complexes of Fe(III) was found to be lower in comparison with Co(II) and Cu(II) complexes. Stern Volmer analysis indicates that the mechanism of fluorescence quenching is either purely dynamic, or purely static.  相似文献

Free radical concentration and theirg-values in humic acids (HA) isolated from various sources were studied by quantitative EPR technique. EPR data for HA formed during composting and natural humification processes occurring in soil, peat and brown coal are given. In more detail the EPR data were analyzed for brown coal HA under carbonization, air oxidation (150°C) as well as metal uptake (Ca(II), Zn(II), Cd(II), Hg(II), Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II)) and NO2 reaction. Two groups of metal complexes were distinguished on the basis of their interaction with free radicals in HA. Ca(II), Zn(II), Cd(II) and Hg(II) ions increase free radical concentration, while Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) ions quench the radicals compared to the raw HA. This phenomenon can be explained either by the strong interaction of the metal ions with active centres responsible for the quinone-hydroquinone-semiquinone equilibria, and/or by the antiferromagnetic interaction between radical spins and metal d orbitals. Gaseous ammonia was found to be a very useful base easily penetrating the solid matrix of HA and strongly influencing the equilibria. β-Diketone groups present in HA react with NO2 yielding iminoxy radicals. In the HA-metal complexes these structural units are engaged in metal coordination which lowers effectiveness of the iminoxyl synthesis.  相似文献

Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Cd(II), and Fe(II) complexes with Schiff base derived from 2-amino-5-(2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazolyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole (1) and salicylaldehyde have been prepared. The ligand and its complexes have been characterized by IR, 1H NMR spectra, elemental analyses, magnetic susceptibility, UV-Vis. and thermogravimetry–differential thermal analysis (TGA-DTA). The analytical data show 1:2 metal-to-ligand ratio for Co(II), Ni(II), Cd(II), and Fe(II) and 2:2 metal-to-ligand ratio for Cu(II) complexes. The suggested structures for the N-[5′-Amino-2,2′-bis(1,3,4-thiadiazole)-5-yl]-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde Imine (HL) complexes of Fe(II), Co(II), and Cd(II) are octahedral, for the Ni(II) complex is tetrahedral, and for the Cu(II) complex is square-planar  相似文献

基于FRET机理设计合成了一个包含罗丹明6G及香豆素的汞离子荧光探针Rh-6G-coumarin(RC),研究了它的光谱性能及对汞离子的识别作用。在V(C2H5OH)∶V(H2O)=9∶1溶液中加入汞离子后,575 nm处荧光强度迅速增大,荧光由蓝色变为明亮的红色,同时溶液的颜色由黄色变为红色。溶液中其他金属离子,如Na+、K+、Mg2+、Fe2+、Co2+、Pb2+、Zn2+、Cd2+和Cr3+对汞离子的荧光识别没有太大影响。该探针可在较宽的pH ( 4~10)范围内识别汞离子。光谱滴定实验表明,汞离子与RC以2∶1的计量比形成了配合物。  相似文献

合成了含硫席夫碱试剂1-苯基-3-甲基-4-(α-呋喃甲酰基)吡唑啉酮-5缩氨基硫脲(HL)及其Zn(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ)配合物。元素分析及摩尔电导值表明新配合物的组成为[ZnL2]·1.5H2O,[CdL2]·C2H5OH和[CoL2]·H2O。运用红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振谱和磁矩, 对配合物进行了表征。抗菌实验表明配合物具有较强的抗菌生物活性。  相似文献

A series of transition metal complexes of Co(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), Fe(III) and VO(IV) have been synthesized involving the Schiff base, 2,3-dimethyl-1-phenyl-4-(2-hydroxy-3-methoxy benzylideneamino)-pyrazol-5-one(L), obtained by condensation of 4-aminoantipyrine with 3-methoxy salicylaldehyde. Structural features were obtained from their FT-IR, UV–vis, NMR, ESI Mass, elemental analysis, magnetic moments, molar conductivity and thermal analysis studies. The Schiff base acts as a monovalent bidentate ligand, coordinating through the azomethine nitrogen and phenolic oxygen atom. Based on elemental and spectral studies six coordinated geometry is assigned to Co(II), Ni(II), Fe(III) and VO(IV) complexes and four coordinated geometry is assigned to Zn(II) complex. The interaction of metal complexes with Calf thymus DNA were carried out by UV–VIS titrations, fluorescence spectroscopy and viscosity measurements. The binding constants (Kb) of the complexes were determined as 5?×?105 M?1 for Co(II) complex, 1.33?×?104 M?1 for Ni(II) complex, 3.33?×?105 M?1 for Zn(II) complex, 1.25?×?105 M?1 for Fe(III) complex and 8?×?105 M?1 for VO(IV) complex. Quenching studies of the complexes indicate that these complexes strongly bind to DNA. Viscosity measurements indicate the binding mode of complexes with CT DNA by intercalation through groove. The ligand and it’s metal complexes were screened for their antimicrobial activity against bacteria. The results showed the metal complexes to be biologically active, while the ligand to be inactive.  相似文献

The 2-amino-5-benzylmercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole (C9H9N3S2) is a low weight model of a protonated copolymer resin used as a metal uptake agent. New monomeric crystalline metal complexes of C9H9N3S2 with Co(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Hg(II) were synthesized and investigated in order to facilitate the interpretation of the metal/resin binding mode. These materials have been studied by single crystal X-ray Diffraction and FTIR Spectroscopy at room temperature. Crystal data for these triclinic phases are reported. All frameworks consist of discrete monomeric units that provide crystalline stability through a network of hydrogen bond interactions. The Co(II), Zn(II) and Hg(II) ions are surrounded by a tetrahedral arrangement of two thioether monodentate ligands (each one coordinating by a N(1)thiadiazole atom) and two chlorine atoms. The Cu(II) ion is coordinated by four thioether monodentate ligands (each one coordinating by a N(1)thiadiazole atom) and one chlorine atom as nearest neighbor in a distorted square pyramidal polyhedron. The spectroscopic data are consistent with the structural model. FTIR spectra evidence changes in the H-bonds in the crystal packing when coordination with these divalent ions is present. Magnetic susceptibility at room temperature for Cu(II) and Co(II) complexes, EPR spectrum at room temperature for Cu(II) complex and thermal properties for all complexes were measured. These results could be useful for the interpretation of the binding mode of M(II)/1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-amino-5-thiol in protonated copolymer resin which are used as uptake agents of toxic metallic ions.  相似文献

用聚丙烯腈纤维 (PAN)改性制备的偕胺肟纤维 (AOCF)分别与三氯化铁、氯化钴、氯化镍、氯化镉和氯化汞在酸性介质中反应 ,制备偕胺肟 铁 (Ⅲ )、偕胺肟 钴 (Ⅱ )、偕胺肟 镍 (Ⅱ )、偕胺肟 镉 (Ⅱ )和偕胺肟 汞 (Ⅱ ) 5种偕胺肟 重金属配合物 (用通式M AOCF表示 )。用红外分光光度计分别对偕胺肟纤维和 5种配合物在 4 0 0 0~ 4 0 0cm- 1 范围进行傅里叶变换红外吸收 ,对各M AOCF的FTIR主要吸收峰做了经验归属 ,并将各M AOCF的特征吸收峰与AOCF的相应吸收峰作对比分析 ,结果表明 :配合物中C—N ,CN ,N—O等键的吸收峰位置均向高波数方向移动 ,且峰的强度增加。说明纤维材料中的偕胺肟基团与重金属离子在酸性介质中进行了配位反应 ,偕胺肟基团与重金属离子之间形成了配位键。  相似文献

Each of the complex cyanides K2M(CN)4, (M = Zn, Cd, Hg), shows two high pressure first-order phase transitions which have been characterized using Raman spectroscopy. The phase changes are at 1.5 and 8.5 kbar for M = Hg, 3 and 8 kbar for M = Cd, and 4 and 14 kbar for M = Zn. It is concluded that, for each material, phase II has the trigonally-distorted spinel structure of room temperature Rb2Hg(CN)4, whilst phase III is probably of the hausmanite type (a tetragonally-distorted spinel).  相似文献

A novel family of chelating bis-bidentate azodye compounds1 with Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Fe(II), Hg(II), Pd(II), UO2(II), Fe(III), Cr(III), La(III), Ru(III) and Zr(IV) has been prepared and characterized on the basis of analytical, magnetic, 1H and 13C NMR, EPR and electronic spectral studies. Tentative structures for the polymeric complexes are proposed. The important IR bands and the main 1H and 13C signals are assigned and discussed relative to the molecular structure. Various EPR parameters for Cμ(II), have been calculated. The ligand acts as a dibasic bis-bidentate chelating agent coordinating through CO, N=N, COOH and OH groups by replacement of a proton from the two latter groups. Considerable interest has also been focused on the synthesis of the azo compound and its polymeric metal complex due to its wide potential applications. The thermal decomposition behavior of the complexes is also discussed.  相似文献

本文测定了1-(3—吡啶甲酰)—4—苯基氨基硫脲、3—(3—吡啶基)—4—苯基—1,2,4—三唑啉—5—硫酮等8个新化合物的~(13)C NMR谱,运用质子宽带去偶、偏共振去偶,结合信号强度对比、苯基取代基效应的计算,同时与模型化合物对照,一一归属了其谱峰。本文对这两类化合物之间的~(13)C NMR谱差异进行了探讨,并得到了在吡啶环3位取代的甲酰肼基对吡啶环各碳取代基效应的数据。  相似文献

This research concerns the analysis of the binding properties of benzodiaza‐15‐crown‐5 ether derivatives towards different metal ions (Mg(II), Cd(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), Pb(II), Hg(II) and Ag(I)) in acetonitrile and water by potentiometric and optical methods. Benzodiaza‐15‐crown‐5 ether demonstrates high binding affinity towards Hg2+ (lg K11 = 12.7), whereas the stability constants of complexes with other studied cations varied from 3 to 6 logarithmic units. Two new Co(II) complexes of 4-((3-ethoxy-2-hydroxybenzylidene)amino)-N-(thiazol-2-yl)benzenesulphonamide and 4-((pyridin-2-ylmethylene)amino)-N-(thiazol-2-yl)benzene sulfonamide were synthesised. The structure of the complexes was identified by elemental analysis, FT-IR, electronic, EI mass, Powder XRD spectra and magnetic moment. The TG and DTA patterns of the complexes were supported the structures. The fluorescence quenching of these complexes with alizarin dye were premeditated and the free energy change (?Get) for electron transfer process was designed by Rehm-Weller equation. The [Co(L1-H)2(H2O)2] and [Co(L2)2(H2O)2].2H2O were submitted for in vitro cytotoxicity studies in human breast cancer cell line (MCF 7).  相似文献

The new Schiff base 1‐[(2‐{1‐[(dicyclohexylamino)‐methyl]‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl}‐ethylimino)‐methyl]naphthalen‐2‐ol (HL) was prepared from 1‐{[2‐(1H‐Indol‐3‐yl)‐ethylimino] methyl}‐naphthalen‐2‐ol and dicyclohexyl amine. From this Schiff base, monomeric complexes [M (L)n (H2O)2 Cl2] with M = Cr, Fe, Mn, Cd, and Hg were synthesized and characterized based on elemental analysis (EA), FT‐IR, mass(MS), UV‐visible, thermal analysis, magnetic moment, and molar conductance. The results showed that the geometrical structural were octahedral geometries for the Cr(III) and Fe(III) complexes, square planer for Pd(II) complex, and tetrahedral for Mn(II), Cd(II), and Hg(II) complexes. Kinetic parameters such as ΔE*,ΔH*, ΔG*, and K of the thermal decomposition stages were calculated from the TGA curves using Coats‐Redfern method. Additionally, density functional theory (DFT) was applied for calculations of both electronic structure and spectroscopic properties of synthesized Schiff base and its complexes. The analysis of electrostatic potential (EPS) maps correlates well with the computed energies providing on the dominant electrostatic nature of N‐H‐‐‐O interactions. The biological activities had been tested in vitro against Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, as well fungi like Penicillium expansum, Fusarium graminearum, Macrophomina phasealina, and Candida albicans bacteria in order to assess their antimicrobial potential.  相似文献
